Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen (SIAM) telah menjadi komponen penting dalam pengelolaan organisasi pemerintahan modern. Fokus utama dari penggunaan SIAM adalah untuk meningkatkan proses pengambilan keputusan di berbagai tingkatan manajemen. SIAM memfasilitasi pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan penyajian informasi akuntansi yang relevan secara cepat dan akurat kepada para pengambil keputusan. Dengan demikian, manajer di organisasi pemerintahan dapat menggunakan data yang tersedia untuk menganalisis kinerja organisasi, merencanakan kegiatan masa depan, mengendalikan operasi harian, dan memonitor pencapaian tujuan strategis. Implementasi SIAM tidak hanya memperbaiki transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana publik tetapi juga memungkinkan evaluasi yang lebih efektif terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas program-program pemerintah. Selain itu, SIAM memainkan peran kunci dalam membangun dasar informasi yang solid untuk audit internal dan eksternal yang independen, mendukung upaya-upaya untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi serta meningkatkan manajemen risiko di dalam organisasi pemerintahan. Dengan demikian, penggunaan SIAM tidak hanya memperkuat kapasitas pengambilan keputusan tetapi juga mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan sumber daya public.

Abstract

Productivity inequality and labor dualism remain structural problems commonly found in developing regions, including Probolinggo Regency. This condition is characterized by disparities in productivity levels between the formal and informal sectors, as well as imbalances in labor quality and welfare. This study aims to analyze the extent of productivity inequality and examine the forms of labor dualism occurring in Probolinggo Regency. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), local government reports, and relevant literature. Data analysis is conducted through comparative and interpretative analysis of employment structures and sectoral productivity. The findings indicate a significant productivity gap between the formal and informal sectors, where the informal sector absorbs the majority of the workforce but exhibits relatively low productivity levels. This labor dualism contributes to low income levels and limited job security for informal workers. The study highlights the importance of policy interventions aimed at improving labor quality and productivity to reduce employment inequality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the policies of the madrasah principal in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 on Quality Education, and their role in strengthening educational quality at MI Darul Ulum 01 Bandungharjo. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity was ensured through source and methodological triangulation. The findings reveal that the principal’s policies effectively integrate SDGs by prioritizing the development of teachers’ human resources as a key strategy for achieving sustainable quality education. Furthermore, the implementation of sustainable educational practices contributes to improvements in teaching and learning processes within the madrasah. A key finding of this study indicates that the successful implementation of SDGs is influenced not only by formal policy frameworks, but also by the instructional leadership of the madrasah principal, who is able to align policy direction, teacher professional development, and students’ learning outcomes in a sustainable manner. Therefore, the principal’s policies play a crucial role in fostering a competitive, character-based, and sustainable madrasah in line with the principles of 21st-century education.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki masalah dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang dapat dilihat dari keterbatasan literasi keuangan, pencatatan manual, dan komputer, serta akses yang hanya terbatas pada hardcopy akuntansi saja. Peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen telah selama ini terbuka bagi UMKM di era digital yang sangat membantu dan meringankan kerja pengusaha. Dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisa, dan mensintesis strategi penerapan manajemen keuangan dan akuntansi manajemen UMKM di era digital dari berbagai studi literatur terkini. Kajian literatur ini membangun kerangka konseptual integrasi manajemen keuangan, akuntansi manajemen, dan digitalisasi UMKM dengan bukti empiris dari model-model yang relevan di era digital yang sudah dilakukan penelitian berupa ulasan sistematis literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review dengan mematuhi protokol PRISMA. Artikel dicari melalui database Scopus, Google Scholar, dan Garuda dari tahun 2018–2024. Seleksi artikel dilakukan sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Digitalisasi UMKM membantu akurasi pencatatan keuangan. Pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan lebih cepat dengan aplikasi akuntansi. Fintech mempermudah akses pembiayaan. Akuntansi manajemen digital membantu pemilik UMKM dalam mengambil keputusan. Literasi digital mampu memprediksi implementasi sehingga wajib menjamin hal tersebut, Strategi manajemen keuangan dan akuntansi manajemen berbasis digital telah terbukti meningkatkan kinerja dan keberlanjutan UMKM, namun dukungan dan pelatihan literasi digital masih diperlukan karena praktik dan manajemen masih meragukan. Kontribusi teoretis dan praktis yang dapat diberikan terkait hasil penelitian ini adalah pada integrasi akuntansi manajemen dan digitalitasasi. Kontribusi praktisnya, hasil penelitian akan menjadi pedoman bagi pemangku kebijakan dalam menyusun program bantuan literasi digital dan kebijakan pengembangan UMKM berbasis digital.

Abstract

Objective: The objective of this study is to describe trends, contributions, developments, and research opportunities in e-learning for conceptual understanding in physics and science education. Method: The research method employed was bibliometric analysis using the Scopus database. Data were obtained from the Scopus database using the search terms “E-Learning” AND “Physics Education” OR “Science Education” AND “Conceptual Understanding,” yielding 2,735 documents. The Scopus database was filtered by year, document type, and language, resulting in 2,363 documents for analysis. Results:  The results indicate that research on e-learning’s impact on conceptual understanding in physics or science education has been a trend over the past ten years. The top contributing authors are H, Gwo-Jen; S, Niwat; K, Heru; and S, Andi, while the top affiliations are Indonesia University of Education, Padang State University, and Malang State University. Current developments in e-learning have been categorized as artificial intelligence, so the opportunity for data-driven research lies in developing artificial intelligence for learning.  Novelty: Technological transformation has impacted the world of education, particularly in strategies to improve students’ conceptual understanding. This study presents a bibliometric mapping of e-learning research related to conceptual understanding in physics and science education. This study differs from previous research, which has not presented a thematic evolution to guide future research.

Abstract

Critical thinking competence for students is crucial throughout the learning process in the classroom so that students are accustomed to using reasoning systems to solve problems faced by students. This study aims to explain how to improve the ability to think critically in elementary school students. This research uses library research. The method used in research is literature study. Several stages in literature study research are data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. There are many ways to improve critical abilities in elementary schools, including fostering and growing critical thinking in every lesson. Critical thinking skills can be started by conditioning the learning atmosphere by asking each other questions, discussing an object, and analyzing the material to be discussed. So, student’s critical thinking skills are also influenced by learning styles at school, starting from the teacher's teaching methods and style, facilities, and student feedback on the lessons being taught. Urgensi Karakter Berpikir Kritis Bagi Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Kompetensi berpikir kritis bagi siswa sangat penting dilakukan melalui proses pembelajaran di kelas sehingga siswa terbiasa menggunakan sistem bernalar untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menjelaskan cara meningkatkan kemampun berpikir kritis pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian yang ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi pustaka. Beberapa tahapan dalam penelitian studi pustaka yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Upaya cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kritis sekolah dasar, salah satunya dengan memupuk dan menumbuhkan pemikiran kritis pada setiap pembelajaran. Kemampuan berpikir kritis dapat dimulai dengan mengkondisikan suasana pembelajaran dengan memberikan pertanyaan atau saling bertanya jawab, mendiskusikan sebuah objek, dan menganalisis tentang materi yang akan dibahas. Jadi, kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa juga dipengaruhi oleh gaya belajar di sekolah, mulai dari metode dan gaya mengajar guru, fasilitas, dan umpan balik siswa terhadap pelajaran yang diajarkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning contained in SD IT Istiqomah accompanied by a memorizing program of the Koran to create a golden and character generation. The method in writing is a qualitative descriptive method, then the search for the most relevant and main data related to the study of learning contained in SD IT Istiqomah is carried out through the memorization program of the Koran to create a golden and character generation. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning contained in SD IT Istiqomah accompanied by the Tahfidz qur'an program to create a golden and character generation. The method in writing is a qualitative descriptive method, then the search for the most relevant and main data related to the study of learning contained in SD IT Istiqomah is carried out through the memorization program of the Koran to create a golden and character generation. The results showed that the tahfidz qur'an program in SD IT Istiqomah was running well. The implementation of learning at SD IT Istiqomah is getting more quality with the addition of the tahfidz qur'an program, learning will be more interactive and with the tahfiz qur'an program also Islamic religious values will be embedded little by little in students at SD IT Istiqomah which will make them become generation of gold and character in accordance with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying religious cultural values in improving student achievement at SD Darul Hikam Bandung. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of the Management of the Application of Religious Cultural Values. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used the Iles and Huberman model analysis with the following steps: data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the application of religious cultural values at SD Darul Hikam Bandung can affect the improvement of student achievement, and has an effect on increasing student discipline and awareness in worship, as well as social attitudes and community harmony.

Abstract

It is crucial for advanced writing learning to have learning modules that allow students to cultivate holistic writing skills through a integrated feedback method. Nonetheless, the current modules do not include a thorough needs assessment, which restricts their applicability and efficiency. An examination of the teaching module, focused on the specific context and learning requirements, provides a thorough framework to facilitate advanced writing learning. This research analyzed the requirements of both lecturers and students concerning a holistic writing module that incorporates integrated feedback, focusing on the target situation (needs and lacks) and learning needs (preferences). The research employs the ADDIE development framework, with a focus on the analysis phase. Data were collected via questionnaires, interviews, and observations, and subsequently analyzed qualitatively using descriptive statistics. The findings revealed that the mean score for the need for the teaching module was 3.29, whereas the mean score for the lack of it was 2.72. This indicates a need for additional development of the teaching module. Learning observation results support this information, with an average score of 2.45, categorized as good. Students require a holistic writing module that incorporates integrated feedback. This research suggests that teaching modules for English Language Teaching (ELT) should be designed through a learner-centered and technology-supported approach to support advanced learning, innovative learning design, and contextual literacy development in higher education. Future research should involve developing and evaluating writing module to verify their efficacy.

Abstract

This study explores the internalization of moral feeling as the basis for shaping the accountability character of students at Pesantren Darur Ridwan Al-Fadholi, Pati. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with the pesantren leaders, teachers, and students. The findings reveal four interrelated dimensions of accountability: institutional, individual, spiritual, and social. Institutional accountability is reflected in financial transparency and reporting practices, while individual accountability is fostered through students’ direct involvement in managing pesantren business units that require honesty and responsibility. Spiritual accountability is manifested in the habituation of religious practices, such as congregational prayers, Qur’an recitation, and tahfidz programs, which cultivate the awareness of accountability before Allah. Social accountability emerges through students’ participation in community activities, shaping their sense of responsibility beyond the pesantren environment. The study concludes that accountability in pesantren cannot be built solely on formal systems, but must be reinforced through the deep internalization of moral feelings. This research contributes theoretically by integrating moral psychology and Islamic accountability, and practically by offering insights for pesantren to strengthen both affective character formation and institutional systems of transparency.
