Abstract

Hospitals need adaptation to environmental changes and demands that change rapidly and dynamically. Digital transformation contributes to reducing costs, increasing speed and transparency. The purpose of the research is to describe the implementation, identify the determinants and digital transformation strategies. The method uses a qualitative approach with informants from structural officials, heads of installations, staff, and patients with a total of 15 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the hospital implemented digital transformation refers to the Generic Process Transformation Model Theory by adding cooperation in the operative stage. The reason for the dominant digital transformation is the need for officers and patients as well as superior services. Impacts include increasing speed, efficiency, transparency, and accountability. The determinant factors include officer competence, teamwork, market strategy, regulation, and cooperation. The dominant inhibiting factors are the comfort zone, sectoral ego, and lack of literacy. According to Albukhitan, there is an update on the digital transformation strategy with the appearance of working together and cultivating innovation.

Abstract

Community participation is the main asset in achieving the government's program goals. This study aims to determine community participation in development at Baringeng Village, Soppeng regency. Therefore, to find out the objectives of this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were (7 peoples) using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in development at Baringeng village, Soppeng regency was in the high category. This can be viewed from several indicators, including thought participation, energy participation, property participation, skills participation, and social participation.

Abstract

Use information technology is used as a means that can facilitate a person or an agency in carrying out their work effectively and efficiently. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine how effective the use of academic information systems is in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Makassar. The informants of this research are all parties who are directly involved in the use of academic information systems, namely students, study program operators, lecturers, and SIA managers at the UNM ICT Center. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of data analysis are presented in the form of a description that describes the procedures, constraints, and solutions in the use of the Academic Information System. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of academic information systems in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Makassarwas classified as quite effective in terms of information quality indicators, namely accurate, timely, and relevant.

Abstract

Rumah sakit memerlukan adaptasi perubahan lingkungan dan tuntutan kebutuhan yang berubah cepat dan dinamis. Transformasi digital berkontribusi pada pengurangan biaya, meningkatkan kecepatan dan transparansi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendiskripsikan penerapan, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor determinan dan strategi transformasi digital. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan informan pejabat struktural, kepala instalasi, staf dan pasien dengan jumlah total 15 orang. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rumah sakit menerapkan transformasi digital mengacu teori Generik Process Transformation Model dengan menambahkan kerjasama pada tahap operatif. Alasan transformasi digital dominan kebutuhan petugas dan pasien serta layanan unggulan. Dampak diantaranya meningkatkan kecepatan, efisiensi, transparansi dan akuntabilitas.  Faktor determinan diantaranya kompetensi petugas, kerja tim, strategi pasar, regulasi dan kerjasama. Faktor penghambat dominan berada di zona nyaman, ego sektoral dan kurang literasi. Ada pembaruan pada strategi transformasi digital menurut Albukhitan dengan bekerja sama dan membudayakan inovasi.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data used is the triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model. The results of the study show that the performance of the Partnership-Based Innovation Laboratory (Labinov Beken) has been able to improve the quality of Makassar City Government well, but still needs improvement in supporting its implementation. This is reflected in the input indicators owned by the Partnership-Based Innovation Laboratory (Labinov Beken) which have been good in terms of Human Resources, Financial, and existing regulations that have supported the implementation of this Labinov Beken. When viewed in terms of output indicators, Labinov Beken has given birth to various regional innovations, but there are still Regional Innovation Programs that have not run optimally. In terms of outcome indicators (outcomes), Labinov Beken has been able to provide service satisfaction to the community and accelerate the economy and increase development in the Makassar City Region. Besides that, from the indicators of benefits (benefits), Labinov Beken has provided benefits as a vehicle for stimulating the atmosphere for the birth of innovations that can overcome obstacles to the implementation of programs and activities. Then in terms of impact indicators (impacts), Labinov Beken has had a positive impact with the birth of various regional innovations that have the potential to advance the quality of government, but there is still a negative impact because a small number of ASN are unable to adapt to changing their work style following the development of existing innovations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk..mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi pemasaran Toko Filosofi Gift dalam meningkatkan daya saing bisnis.Untuk mengetahui apa faktor determinan dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran Toko Filosofi Gift dalam  meningkatkan daya saing bisnis. Adapun jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 10 orang dengan representative dan memenuhi kriteria dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pemasaran menggunakan tiga strategi yaitu segmentation marketing, targeting, positioning. Strategi pemasaran lainnya yang digunakan yaitu bauran pemasaran yang diantaranya product, price, place, and promotion. Adapun faktor determinan dalam penerapam strategi pemasaran yaitu faktor pendukung yag terdiri dari kualitas produk, sosial media, dan perizinan usaha. Abstract

This study aims to determine the supervisory performance of the Siwa Class III port management unit office employees in Realizing the Safety and Security of Passengers at the Siwa Sea Port. This study uses qualitative research methods with 5 (five) people, namely the leadership, office employees and ship crew. This research was conducted at the Siwa Class III Port Operator Unit Office. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion/verification. The results of the study indicate that the analysis of the supervision of the port management unit class III office employees in realizing the safety and security of passengers proves that the performance of employee supervision still needs to be improved, seen from the indicators, namely the supervision procedure is not stable, the supervision standard is not good and the supervision accuracy is quite good

Abstract

One of the most influential factors in human resources is the discipline factor. This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee discipline during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Sinjai Regency DPRD Secretariat. This study uses a qualitative research method with 7 (seven) people, namely the leadership and employees of the DPRD secretariat. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the DPRD Sinjai Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion/verification. The results show that the analysis of factors that influence employee discipline during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Sinjai Regency DPRD Secretariat proves that there are influencing factors, seen from the provision of employee compensation, leadership role models for employees, the existence of definite rules, leadership courage in taking action. , the existence of leadership supervision, and the establishment of discipline

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Equity dan Earning Per Share terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode dokumentasi. Metode pengambilan Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 5 Bank dari jumlah 46 populasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017 - 2020. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini diolah dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity secara parsial berpengaruh Positif terhadap harga saham, Earning Per Share secara parsial berpengaruh Positif terhadap harga saham, serta secara bersama-sama ROE dan EPS berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. nilai R Square sebesar 0.828, maka Harga Saham dipengaruhi oleh ROE dan EPS dengan nilai sebesar 82,8% dan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan di UD. Tunas Abadi serta faktor pendirong terbentuknya komitmen organisasional di UD. Tunas Abadi. Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui teknik ketekunan peneliti dan member check. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Narasumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 5 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional   karyawan UD. Tunas Abadi berada pada skala Komitmen berkelanjutan (Continuance Commitment), dimana karyawan ingin tetap tinggal dalam organisasi karena merasa akan rugi jika mengundurkan diri dan akan kehilangan sumber bantuan finansialnya. Adapun faktor pendorong terbentuknya komitmen organisasional dianggap tidak terpenuhi karena   rata-rata indikator pembentuk tidak sesuai dengan hasil yang ada dilapangan.
