Abstract

Analisis Strategi Inovasi Produk di Cafe Kopiology Kota Makassar. Skripsi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Dibimbing oleh Bakhtiar dan Andi Muhammad Rivai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui dan menganalisis strategi inovasi produk di Cafe Kopiology Kota Makassar. Untuk mengetahui strategi inovasi produk pada Cafe Kopiology Kota Makassar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengambil 5 (lima) orang responden, yang terdiri dari 1 pemilik usaha dan 4 orang karyawan. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik wawancara dilakukan secara terstruktur dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Cafe Kopiology Kota Makassar telah melaksanakan proses tahapan inovasi produk dengan baik dan sistematis sesuai dengan teori Philip Kotler. Dalam melaksanakan proses tahapan inovasi produk Cafe Kopiology melakukan pengajuan ide, penyaringan ide, pengujian konsep, pengembangan strategi pemasaran, dan analisis bisnis, Cafe Kopiology sangat berhati-hati dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menciptakan sebuah inovasi produk. Namun Cafe Kopiology masih harus lebih detail dalam penciptaan produk baru itu. Kata kunci: Inovasi, Produk, Cafe

Abstract

. Pengaruh Brand Ambassador dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa. Skripsi. Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum. Universitas Negeri Makassar. (Dibimbing Oleh Risma Niswaty dan Muh. Rizal S). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Brand Ambassador dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Parigi Baik secara Simultan maupun secara Parsial dimana produk Wardah menjadi fokus penelitian dan Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa menjadi objek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui data primer (Observasi, Kuesioner, dan Dokumentasi). Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel yang dirumuskan menggunakan Rumus Slovin sebanyak 100 Responden. Data diperoleh dari hasil penelitian yang diolah dengan menggunakan analisis data dan menggunakan bantuan program perangkat lunak SPSS Statistik 25 yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas terhadap instrument penelitian serta Teknik analisis inferensial terhadap data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Brand ambassador dan Kulitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan Uji Korelasi Uji t dan Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi terhadap data yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh hedonic shopping motivesterhadap impulse buying penjualan online terhadap Kerukunan Pelajar Mahasiswa Tanah Bumbu Kalimantan Selatan Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh sebanyak 60 responden Kerukunan Pelajar Mahasiswa Tanah Bumbu Kalimantan Selatan Makassar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk menguji kuesioner, analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis serta uji korelasi product moment untuk menguji ada tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan dan seberapa besar pengaruh hedonic shopping motives terhadap impulse buying. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hedonic shopping motives Kerukunan Pelajar Mahasiswa Tanah Bumbu Kalimantan Selatan Makassar berada pada kategori baik ditinjau dari aspek advanture shopping, social shopping, gratification shopping, ideal shopping, dan role shopping. (2) Impulse buying pada Kerukunan Pelajar Mahasiswa Tanah Bumbu Kalimantan Selatan Makassar berada pada kategori baik ditinjau dari aspek spontanitas, kekuatan kompulasi dan intensitas, kegairahan dan stimulus serta ketidakpedulian akan akibat. (3) sebesar 0,711 pengaruh hedonic shopping motives terhadap impulse buying pada Kerukunan Pelajar Mahasiswa Tanah Bumbu Kalimantan Selatan Makassar yang berkorelasi kuat/tinggi.Kata Kunci: Hedonic Motives, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Abstrak. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Takalar merupakan organisasi perangkat daerah yang dibentuk berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Takalar Nomor 02 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Takalar Nomor 07 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pembentukan Dan Susunan Perangkat Daerah. Disdukcapil Kabupaten Takalar sangat berperan penting dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan pembangunan, dan pemerintahan guna pendataan kependudukan terselenggara secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui patologi birokrasi dan faktor-faktor determinan penyebab terjadinya patologi pada pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dengan 8 informan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa patologi birokrasi pada pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kabupaten Takalar disebabkan oleh rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pegawai pelaksana berbagai kegiatan operasional serta perilaku birokrasi yang bersifat disfungsional atau negatif berupa ketidakdisiplinan dalam bekerja. Adapun faktor-faktor determinannya, yaitu penerapan Undang-undang yang berlaku dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai belum terlaksana secara maksimal. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam penerapan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil karena penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya hanya terfokus pada patologi birokrasi pada pelayanan publik.  Kata Kunci: Patologi Birokrasi, Administrasi Kependudukan

Abstract

Abstrak – Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pendidikan sangat beragam, mulai dari bidang administrasi, manajemen, dan juga dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pendidikan adalah penggunaan program komputer sebagai bahan ajar. Program komputer ini termasuk Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, dan Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Salah satu program komputer yang sering digunakan sebagai alat pendidikan adalah program Microsoft Office PowerPoint atau yang dikenal dengan PPT. PPT umum digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran. Selama proses pembelajaran, PPT digunakan untuk menampilkan materi dalam bentuk slide show.Hal yang pertama dilakukan adalah melakukan observasi terhadap pembelajaran dan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa terkait media pembelajaran Selanjutnya memilih media yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang terjadi di sekolah, kemudian merancang media dnegan membuat storyboard. Selanjutnya pembuatan media, dilanjutkan validasi media. Kemudian dilanjutkan penyerahan Media pembelajaran kepada sekolah tujuan. Hal terakhir adalah evaluasi terhadap media yang terlah diserahkan. Media pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan oleh guru mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Negeri 8 Makassar adalah media PowerPoint dan media infografis. Media yang telah diserahkan digunakan dengan baik oleh guru dan mendapatkan trespon positif dari guru dan siswa.Kata kunci: Media, PowerPoint, infografis

Abstract

Performance is the result of a process that is referred to and measured over a certain period of time based on previously established provisions or agreements. Furthermore, the institution will gain many benefits from the good performance of civil servants because it can optimize the function of services provided to the community. This research aims to examine the performance of civil servants at the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic with a focus on educational institutions under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, namely the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model analysis consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that Allowance-Based Performance at the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic has been implemented in accordance with the regulations of the creative economy ministry of tourism. Then, if we look at the supporting factors, the government's policy in providing civil servant performance allowances has been included in the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulations. The inhibiting factor in this allowance-based performance is the lack of awareness of some employees regarding their mastery of computer technology as well as the lack of awareness of employees in understanding the importance of being on time at work. This research can be used as a reference and knowledge about civil servant allowance-based performance using qualitative research methods.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the innovation of the Elfan Bookless Library System at the Barru Regency Library and Archives Office. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with validity ensured via triangulation, negative case analysis, member checking, and extended observations. The findings reveal that the Elfan Bookless Library System enhances the reading experience by providing its own Wi-Fi network, allowing online book access. While the system effectively meets visitors' needs, its Wi-Fi coverage is limited to 500 meters, posing a connectivity challenge beyond this range. Despite this, the system is accessible without special requirements; visitors only need a cellphone or Android device. User guidance is provided through tutorials on billboards and banners, and library staff offers additional support. This study highlights the Elfan Bookless Library System's potential to innovate public library services, offering valuable insights into its advantages and limitations. These findings contribute to understanding how digital library systems can be optimized to improve user experience and accessibility in public libraries.

Abstract

Improving the quality of public services and people feeling satisfied with these services is the ultimate goal of bureaucratic reforms carried out by the government. The purpose of this study is to provide an in-depth overview of public services at the Makassar City Manpower Office. To answer the research objectives, a qualitative type of research with a descriptive approach is used. The data collection method used was an in-depth interview with 5 informants. 3 informants are employees of the Makassar City Manpower Office, while the other 2 are service recipients. To obtain maximum results, the data obtained are analyzed by the stages of data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study that overall public services in the Makassar City Manpower Office are good, this is characterized by service requirements that are easy to be met by the community. Fairly clear systems, mechanisms and procedures. The quality of the products offered is in accordance with the main duties and functions of the Makassar City Manpower Office. The completion period is quite good but sometimes the service exceeds the predetermined SOP. The service fee is not there or free, the recipient of the service only charges the doubling money. The results of this study are useful as input for the Manpower Office to continue to make improvements in providing services to the community such as continuing to update the official homepage owned, so that the public is easy to access information without having to go to the Makassar City Manpower Office.

Abstract

Staffing data management through the personnel management information system (SIMPEG) is all process activities carried out by SIMPEG operators in a WEB-based application that is designed as a solution to handle various matters in managing personnel data. Given the importance of managing employee data, improving the quality of personnel data management through the SIMPEG application is one of the priorities in the e-Government development stage. SIMPEG is very important in providing services to all existing personnel, because employees are an organizational asset that needs to be managed properly. Good employee management will improve employee performance in an agency. This study aims to determine the management of personnel data through the personnel management information system at the Education Quality Assurance Institute of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive research type. Informants in this study are; head of administration, SIMPEG operator, and 1 SIMPEG User. Data was collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analyzed is data collected at the time of the study. Activities in data analysis are data collection, data condensation, data presentation and data verification or conclusions. The results showed that the management of personnel data through the personnel management information system was in the good category. From the aspect of data collection, data management.

Abstract

. Effectiveness is the relationship between output and objectives or it can also be said to be a measure of the level of output. Effectiveness is also often used to measure the success achieved by an organization or company in relation to planned programs. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of administrative employees at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. This research used qualitative methods with 5 (five) informants, namely the school principal, the head of administration, and employees in the administration sector. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis that will be used in this research is data collection reduction, data presentation, data condensation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the performance of administrative staff at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar is quite effective, in other words, the performance of administrative staff is seen through quality, quantity, discipline, politeness, responsibility, knowledge, skills, and work evaluation. Problems related to the work results of administrative employees in carrying out their duties, these factors can be used as a benchmark in conducting an assessment of an employee's performance level even though it is realized that employee performance is not the only factor that can determine success in achieving this. However, there are still aspects that have not been implemented optimally. Based on these findings, it is recommended that administrative staff increase their responsibility towards fellow administrative staff and employees.
