Abstract

Abstract. Since the first Covid-19 case was reported in March of 2020, the development of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic in Indonesia has experienced active cases with the death rate graph dynamically increasing. Various efforts were continuously made within the Indonesian legal system, including how to protect the people who become victims of social stigma and discrimination in line with diagnosed and misdiagnosed Covid-19 sufferers. Covid-19 sufferers used to be burdened with humiliation, outcast, and disrespect occurred within the family or local community making them victims for restorative application. As stigma and discrimination had victimized into psychological effects and social conditions, McCold’s suggestion of restorative application known as the Primary Stakeholder, explains losses recovery. Using the theory, Indonesian Legal System has responded, however limited to cases of minor crimes, women dealing with law, children, and narcotics.   Keywords: Covid-19; Indonesia; McCold; Restorative justice; victims

Abstract

Academic cheating is any dishonest act committed by students in order to gain achievement in the academic realm. independent variable (X) and academic fraud in online learning as the dependent variable (Y). This study analyzes the factors that encourage students to commit fraudulent behavior, especially in online learning. This study used observation data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation by collecting sample data of 96 students. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The regression model feasibility test tool used is the classical assumption test. The hypothesis testing tools used are simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R2 test. The results of this study prove that there is a positive and significant influence of each variable from pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability and arrogance towards academic cheating in online learning partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Cross-Sectoral Activities Convergence Action in Stunting Handling in Sinjai district. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview techniques. Technical data validation. The data analysis technique used consists of data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that in the Implementation of Cross-Sectoral Activities Convergence Action in Stunting Handling (Case Study: Sinjai Regency) seen from the implementation of public policy concepts, namely efforts to create relationships that allow policies to be realized such as Regent Regulation Number 10 of 2020 concerning Stunting Prevention and Handling in Villages and Regent Regulation Number 40 of 2021 concerning Stunting Prevention and Handling in Regions that  is a guide in the implementation of integrated stunting handling interventions and the existence of Regional Head committees as seen from the Decree of the Regent of Sinjai Number 363 of 2022 concerning the Formation of a Team for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction in Sinjai Regency. Meanwhile, judging from the implementation of public policy in Sinjai Regency in terms of handling stunting, there are 6 dimensions of assessment. Of the six dimensions, there are 4 dimensions that are included in the good assessment, namely Inter-Organization Communication, Characteristics of the Implementing Organization, Economic, Social, and Political Conditions and Implementing Tendencies. While 2 dimensions are considered quite good, namely Standards, Objectives, Policies, and Resources. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation has been running but needs consistency in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Implementation of Syam-Ok-Based Online Learning Policies and Lecturer Competence on Student Learning Motivation in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. This type of research is a quantitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, descriptive statistical analysis, normality test and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Syam-Ok-based online learning policy is well implemented with a percentage of 75.73%, the competence of lecturers at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University is in the good category with a percentage of 79.20%, student learning motivation is in the good category with a percentage of 73%, the implementation of online learning policies based on Sham-Ok has a significant influence on student learning motivation with a percentage of influence of 56.9% in the medium category, lecturer competence has a significant influence on student learning motivation with a percentage of influence of 70.2% in the high category , and the implementation of Syam-Ok-based online learning policies and lecturer competencies together can influence student learning motivation in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University with an influence percentage of 70.4% in the high category and 29.6% influenced by other variables. Keywords: Policy Implementation, Lecturer Competence and Motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the environment on employee work motivation at the Office of the Investment and One Stop Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were 83 people. The sampling method is saturated sample. Data obtained from the program through the SPSS 25 application which consists of validity tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical data analysis. The results showed that the work environment variable was in the good category and work motivation was in the good category. Based on the results of the inferential analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence between the work environment on the work motivation of employees at the Office of the Investment and One Stop Service Office of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan, agar kiranya para staf dapat mengatasi masalah, yaitu: a) dapat memanfaatkan Program Birokrasi Maya dalam proses pengelolaan arsip, b) Memberikan administratif yang dapat bersaing di dunia nasional maupun internasional sebagai dasar kebijakan dan informasi yang dipublikasikan pada khalayak. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, Tanya jawab, simulasi dan praktek. Waktu yang digunakan selama 6 (enam) jam. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa a) birokrasi Maya dapat melakukan pengelolaan kearsipan mulai dari sistem input penduduk, sistem keuangan, sistem administrasi standar Desa ataupun Kelurahan, sistem pencarian silsilah keluarga, sistem kesehatan, sistem penduduk miskin, sistem sistem pemilu serta informasi keuangan yang bisa didapatkan pada software Birokrasimaya V2.0; b) Pelatihan Pengelolaan kearsipan dengan program Birokrasi Maya V2.0 yang memberikan kemampuan kepada pegawai/staf desa tentang pengelolaan kearsipan yang efektif dan efisien

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Building Permit (IMB) service at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Makassar City. This study is a qualitative descriptive research that in the process of collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the result of the research indicates that the effectiveness of building permit service at the Office of Capital Investment and Integrated Service One Door of Makassar City is quite effective with the description (1) simplicity is quite effective, (2) clarity is effective, (3) Legal certainty is not effective, 4) Accuracy is effective, (5) security is effective, (6) Responsibility is quite effective, (7) Completeness of Facilities and Infrastructure quite effective, (8) Ease of Access has been effective, (9) Discipline, Courtesy and Friendliness have been effective , and (10) Convenience is quite effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the Competence of Village Fund Allocation Management in Kapala Pitu District, North Toraja Regency. The method used is an interactive model, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and verification of conclusions. The results show that 1) The availability of adequate information about village funds is considered to have been implemented effectively. 2). Public knowledge and insights about village funds are considered to have been implemented effectively. 3). Increasing public trust in the management of the Village Fund is considered to have run effectively. 4). The increased community participation in village fund activities is considered to have been implemented effectively. Overall, it can be understood that the Competency of Village Fund Allocation Management in Kapala Pitu District, North Toraja Regency has been running effectively. project finished. So that the responsiveness of the village community in Kapala Pitu to the implementation of village governance runs well, the allocation in the implementation of the village fund program has been able to increase public trust in the village government, the result is that village development is getting more advanced. The creation of a good relationship between the community and the government through community empowerment with the labor-intensive model of the local village community is given the opportunity to implement the village fund program both in physical and non-physical development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Yotta Outlet Tamalate yang membeli produk Yotta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dan metode analisis regresi linear berganda, sehingga data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen Yotta Outlet Tamalate dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:  inovasi produk mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Yotta Outlet Tamalate dilihat dari nilai t hitung sebesar 2,973 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004<0,05; dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,497. Citra merek mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Yotta Outlet Tamalate dilihat dari nilai t hitung sebesar 4,526 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05; dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,784. Dan  inovasi produk produk dan citra merek berpengaruh positif secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Yotta Outlet Tamalate dilihat dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 55,577 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05
