Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata Balla Lompoa di Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan Strategi Pengembangan Daya Tarik Wisata Balla Lompoa di Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Adapun Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Staff/Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang telah mengikuti pengembangan dalam hal ini Pendidikan dan Pelatihan serta staff pengelola yang ada di Balla Lompoa. Informasi yang didapatkan dari informan tersebut berupa keterangan mengenai pengembangan yang dilakukan terhadap Balla Lompoa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Pariwisata Balla Lompoa yang telah dilakukan berjalan dengan baik dan sangat efektif. Dilihat dari beberapa pengembangan yang dilakukan seperti merevitalisasi Museum Balla Lompoa menjadi lebih menarik, dengan cara menaikan dasar atau pondasi dari bangunan Balla Lompoa setinggi 320 cm, kegitan kebudayaan yang selalu dilaksanakan seperti Accera Kalompoang, upacara ganti jaga pasukan tubarania setiap bulannya, ma’udukan ri gowa atau maulid Nabi. Semua itu tidak lepas dari manajemen strategi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Gowa. Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Gowa senantiasa mengevaluasi pengembangan-pengembangan yang dilakukan bukan hanya pada wisata Museum Balla Lompoa, namun kepada semua objek wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Gowa, sehingga Kabupaten Gowa dapat menjadi salah satu tempat destinasi wisata yang menarik untuk dikunjungi.Kata kunci: Strategi Pengembangan Daya Tarik Wisata, Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan

This study aims to determine the influence of Principal Decision Making on Teacher Performance in SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. To achieve that goal, the researcher uses data collection technique through questionnaire (questionnaire), observation, and documentation with the population of 65 teachers and data is processed by using quantitative analysis to know the influence of Principal Decision Making on Teacher Performance in SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. The results showed that: (1) Principal Decision Making SMK Negeri 1 Makassar is in either category or 64.62 percent supported by answers given by respondents; (2) The performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Makassar is in the high category or 50.77 percent supported by the answers given by the respondents; (3) The influence of Principal Decision Making on Teacher Performance in SMK Negeri 1 Makassar is in the weak category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth (EWOM) terhadap minat Mahasiswa untuk melakukan pembelian pada aplikasi Shopee, dan bagaimana penggunaan Electronic Word Of Mouth (EWOM) bagi Mahasiswa di tingkat Jurusan Administrasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 395 Mahasiswa di Tingkat Jurusan Administrasi angkatan 2018 dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 80 Mahasiswa dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, kuesioner (angket), dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis data dan menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak SPSS.25 yang terdiri atas uji validitas dan reliabilitas, teknik analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis linear sederhana dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Electronic Word Of Mouth (EWOM) pada Mahasiswa di Tingkat Jurusan Administrasi angkatan 2018 dalam kategori baik, dan (2) untuk aksesibilitas Electronic Word Of Mouth oleh Mahasiswa di Tingkat Jurusan Administrasi angkatan 2018 termasuk kategori baik. Berdasarkan data tersebut maka tingkat hubungan dalam kategori tinggi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Electronic Word Of Mouth (EWOM) terhadap minat belanja pada Mahasiswa di tingkat jurusan Administrasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu 0,746 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,7 persen.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Bagaimana tingkat produksi jeruk besar (pamelo) di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep, (2) Bagaimana tingkat pendapatan petani di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep, (3) Apakah produksi jeruk besar (pamelo) berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang petani dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan pendekataan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner/angket dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis menggunakan formula statistika. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Produksi jeruk besar (pamelo) di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 81,9 persen yang berarti produksi jeruk besar (pamelo) di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep sudah berjalan dengan baik. (2) Pendapatan petani di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 81,5 persen yang berarti bahwa pendapatan petani di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep sudah sangat baik. (3) Pengaruh produksi jeruk besar (pamelo) terhadap pendapatan petani diperoleh nilai koefisien r sebesar 0,719 yang berada pada interval 0,600-0,799 dengan kategori kuat. Hal ini berarti produksi jeruk besar (pamelo) berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep. Koefesien determinasi (r2) diperoleh sebesar 0.517 atau 51.7 persen, yang berarti bahwa pengaruh produksi jeruk besar (pamelo) terhadap pendapatan petani sebesar 51.7 persen

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui intensitas Minat Mahasiswa Berwirausaha Online (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Ilmu Administrasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar). Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 mahasiswa jurusan Ilmu Administrasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data condensation (kondensasi data), data display (penyajian data), conclusion drawing / verification (pengambilan kesimpulan). Dalam mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian digunakan indikator-indikator yang dapat mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa terhadap wirausaha online dengan adanya akan ekspektasi pendapatan lebih besar yang diperoleh dari bisnis, akan minat mahasiswa yang dapat diperoleh dalam lingkungan keluarga atau masyarakat demikian pula dengan anggota keluarga yang lain agar timbul rasa tanggung jawab, faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa akan pendidikan yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan, dan faktor lain pengaruh minat mahasiswa adalah motivasi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa yang bersangkutan.

The concept of the present and the sense of comfort offered by the coffee shop bring in various visitors in terms of age, children, teenagers, adults, and even the elderly. Visitors in terms of work, both from junior high school, high school/vocational school students, university students, private employees, civil servants, and from various other types of work are happy to visit. The purpose of this study was to conduct a social network analysis of coffee shop visitors in Indonesia. The postmodern concept of consumption is related to the realization that consumption appears more significant at sign value or symbolic qualities than use value. The research method used is qualitative netnography. The data is obtained from uploads on the Twitter application with the help of Atlas. ti application. Because it uses network analysis, tweets that are not related to other tweets will be excluded from the study. The results showed that Twitter users went to a coffee shop to do work while drinking coffee; conduct watching events together, either football, moto GP, or other similar matches; perform social activities with the closest people, and want to eat their favorite food. The results of the word cloud analysis obtained several words that appear and are often used by coffee shop visitors on Twitter applications such as warkop, nongkrong, ngopi, kopi, ngobrol, kerja, makan, teh, lagu, nongki, and many other words. The novelty of this study lies in the approach used, namely netnography so that the data obtained reaches a wider range of data.

This study aims to determine the description and influence of the use of social media and product innovation either partially or simultaneously on the development of micro-enterprises in the trade sector in Luwu Regency. The population of this research is the micro business actors in the trading sector in Luwu Regency. Determination The sample used is the sample formulated by Slovin with an error rate of ten percent, the number of samples obtained is as many as one hundred respondents, with data collection techniques namely questionnaires that are tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were processed using data analysis and the help of SPSS version twenty five which consisted of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determinant coefficient. The results showed that the use of social media in the very good category, product innovation in the good category, and business development in the very good category. The results of the reference analysis show that there is a significant influence between the use of social media and product innovation on the development of micro enterprises in the trade sector in Luwu Regency.

The implementation of the Strengthening Character Education program cannot be separated from the role of all parties in the school. This research is a descriptive research using a qualitative approach. With as many as seven subjects, namely the Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, 2 teachers, and 3 students of the Campalagian State Vocational School. Data collection techniques using observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results showed that the Implementation of Strengthening Character Education at UPT SMK Negeri Campalagian, seen from the results of data analysis, was included in the effective category. This can be seen from the fulfillment of the three indicators, namely the cultivation of strengthening integrated character education in subjects, the existence of extracurricular activities with the aim of forming the character of students, and habituation activities through school culture. In this study, the Campalagian State Vocational School teachers need to be creative in arranging learning and activities at school while still considering character education during the Covid-19 period. Character education during the pandemic will provide a pattern of living with character anywhere and under any conditions.

This study aims to find out how the performance of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children in handling cases of sexual violence against children in Makassar City, besides that this study will also describe how to handle sexual violence around the world. The research method used is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses miles, huberman, and saldana models consisting of data condensation, data presentation and inference. Performance as a public bureaucracy is supported by human resources from various fields so as to be able to develop programs that support organizational performance that cannot be separated from sops based on security guarantees

Higher education institutions should guarantee student satisfaction, not only in academic services such as the teaching and learning process, but also include administrative services, administrative and academic processes. This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of service, determine and analyze the performance of academic administrative employees, determine and analyze the level of student satisfaction, determine the effect of service quality and academic staff performance on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Social Sciences. Science and Law, Universitas Negeri Makassar. The research method used is causal associative quantitative type, the total population is 4. 588 with a research sample of 98 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observation, and documentation with data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The effect of service quality and performance of administrative staff on student satisfaction is 53.10%. The magnitude of the effect is 53.10%, indicating that service quality and performance affect student satisfaction at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law (FIS-H), Universitas Negeri Makassar, other factors contribute 46.90 percent to student satisfaction.
