Abstract

The catfish cultivation commodity is a superior commodity. There are two models of catfish hatchery, namely integrated and unintegrated aquaculture. This study is to analyze the cost factor of catfish farming as well as efficiency and at the same time the income of the catfish farming management business. The research data collected were 32 respondents who cultivate catfish and were selected by purposive method and then analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. This study shows that the profit level of the integrated catfish hatchery business is greater than that of the unintegrated hatchery. This study also showed that the R-C Ratio of integrated catfish hatchery was higher than that of unintegrated catfish hatchery. From this research, it can be concluded that the integrated catfish hatchery is more profitable and more efficient than the unintegrated catfish hatchery

Abstract

ABSTRACT The transitional stage between childhood and adulthood is adolescence. The ability to reproduce is one of the physical changes that take place, yet several occurrences indicate that some teenagers lack knowledge and comprehension of reproductive health. Premarital sexual conduct is also one of the practices that endangers the health of teenagers. Teens' lack of knowledge about reproductive health is one of the things that leads them to participate in premarital sex. This study sought to ascertain the association between adolescent girls' premarital sexual conduct and the role health workers play in reproductive health at SMK Negeri Kainui. The study population consisted of all pupils at SMK N Kainui, and the research methodology employed a cross-sectional, observational analytical study design. Adolescent females enrolled in Kainui State Vocational School's classes X, XI, and XII constituting the research sample were selected completely. The study tool was a distributed questionnaire, and the Spearman's Rho test was used to process the data in order to conduct the data analysis test. Most of the 70 respondents (92.1%) answered well to the role of health workers. Most of the 69 respondents (90.8%) behaved well towards premarital sexual prevention behavior. There is a significant relationship (p=0.000) between the role of health workers and premarital sexual prevention behavior in adolescent girls. The study's conclusion indicates that adolescent girls' premarital sexual preventative activity and the involvement of health professionals are related. Keywords: Role Of Health Workers, Premarital Sexual Preventionbehavior, Adolescent Girls  ABSTRAK Salah faktor yang menyebabkan remaja melakukan perilaku seksual pranikah yaitu kurangnya pendidikan tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan peran tenaga kesehatan terhadap kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja putri di SMK Negeri Kainui. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain studi analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa di SMKN 1 Agribisnis dan Agroteknologi. Sampel penelitian adalah remaja putri di kelas XI,dan XII SMKN 1 Agribisnis dan Agroteknologi yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan dan Uji analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji chi square dengan mengolah data menggunakan Spss. Sebagian besar 70 responden (92,1%) menjawab baik terhadap peran tenaga Kesehatan. Sebagian besar 69 responden (90,8%) berperilaku baik terhadap perilaku pencegahan seksual pranikah. Terdapat hubungan signifikan (p=0,013) antara peran tenaga kesehatan dan perilaku pencegahan seksual pranikah pada remaja putri. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil ada hubungan peran tenaga kesehatan dengan perilaku pencegahan seksual pranikah pada remaja putri. Kata Kunci: Peran Tenaga Kesehatan, Perilaku Seksual Pranikah, Remaja Putri

Abstract

The development of economic management demonstrates a greater awareness of the relationship between consumer behavioral intentions and service excellence. Businesses can provide better customer service and boost positive word-of-mouth and economic performance by implementing a customer-centric approach and utilizing contemporary technologies. The impact of service quality on the intents of conduct in economic management has become an interesting research focus. Based on several research results conducted, there are several findings that can provide insight into the connection between behavioral intentions and service excellence. Good service quality is key to creating and maintaining positive behavioral intentions among customers. By understanding and managing the dimensions of service quality, companies can increase long-term success is influenced by a number of factors, including favorable word-of-mouth, client happiness, and loyalty in economic management.

Abstract

Kejadian stunting disebabkan oleh berbagai macam hal, diantaranya faktor ibu saat hamil, intake gizi saat balita, infeksi, faktor lingkungan dan pola asuh. Pencegahan yang dilakukan dapat dilakukan semenjak dini yaitu pada saat bayi dalam kandungan (saat ibu hamil) harus mendapatkan gizi yang seimbang. Di wilayah keluarahan Dupak terdapat 50,7 % ibu hamil mengalami anemia. Selain ibu hami di wilayah Kelurahan Dupak kurang begitu paham dan mengeri tentang kebutuhan nutrisi yang baik pada ibu hamil, serta apa akibat yang terjadi jika kebutuhan nutrisi saat hamil tidak dapat dipenuhi dengan baik. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kaderisasai kader posyandu tentang pentingnya nutrisi yang tepat saat hamil sebagai upaya dini mencegah stunting.  Metode Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terdiri atas 3 kegiatan yaitu pemberikan penguluhan, diskusi dan konseling kepada ibu hamil pada kegiatan kelas ibu hamil. Pemberian edukasi tentang stunting dan nutrisi pada ada ibu hamil dan evaluasi. Pada kegiatan evaluasi evaluasi pola makan ibu selama hamil. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan baik tentang stunting dan pentingnya nutrisi saat hamil sebesar 80 % dibandingkan pengetuan sebelum dilakukan kegiatan mayoritas sebasar 70 % pengetahuannya kurang pada ibu hamil dan kader posyandu. Kegiatan ini harapannya dalam dilakukan dan dievaluasi secara rutin untuk dapat membantu dalam upaya pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

WHO recommends Skill Birth Attendants (SBA) for all births. Around 50 million mothers in developing countries give birth at home without the help of medical personnel. The trust in traditional birth attendants (TBA), meaning that social and cultural influences still strongest. Objective: to analyze the choice of place and birth attendants in the Tunjung Benuaq Dayak Tribe through a socio-cultural perspective in the working area of the Barong Tongkok Community Health Center. Methodology: Qualitative Design with Ethnographic study using the Rapid Ethnographic Assessment Procedure (REAP) method. Snowball sampling is a variation of Purposive Sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted with 12 informants. Data analysis uses Thematic analysis. Results: The Tunjung Benuaq Dayak tribe upholds the values of balance and harmonization regarding human relationships with God, human and the environment. They developed local cultures based on complementary belief systems. There is a positive acceptance of science. The local wisdom of Santaap, eating a small portion of the food served, illustrates that they can accept little of knowledge. Customs are still maintained in the birthing process which is carried out by village shamans who are highly trusted by the community. They make the rituals, belief in myths (tempuunt), the existence of spirits who guard and interfere with the birthing process. Conclusion: Socio-cultural values such as trust, knowledge, and customs are very strong guidelines for the Tunjung Benuaq Dayak tribe in choosing a place and birth attendant. Suggestion: preservation of culture and customs that are still considered good in childbirth practices is highly desirable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the levels of secondary metabolites that have the potential as biopesticides in the ecoenzyme of BW and Siam orange peels. Research on making ecoenzymes was carried out in Karang Anyara Village, Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung Regency. Analysis of the levels of secondary metabolites was carried out at the Laboratory of Chemical Analysis, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, Malang City, East Java. Analysis of the levels of secondary metabolites of alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, and tannins was carried out using the extraction-spectrophotometric method while the analysis of essential oil content was carried out by distillation method. The results of the study identified secondary metabolites with potential as bioinsecticides in the ecoenzyme of BW orange peel and Siamese orange peel. The compounds contained are alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, tannins, and essential oils. The results of the Mann-Whitney test showed that there was a significant difference in the levels of secondary metabolites present in the ecoenzyme. To complete the results of this study, further research is needed to prove the effectiveness of using ecoenzyme from citrus fruit peels as a bioinsecticide. Abstract

Background : There are several factors that contribute to duration of labor, which are power, passage, and passenger. Pregnancy exercise is one of many interventions that can be done in favor of increasing power during labor.Aim : The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between pregnancy exercise and second stage of labor duration.Material and Methods: This was an analytic observational study using cross sectional design conducted in Al-Irsyad Hospital in Surabaya. The total sample was 48 pregnant women who followed pregnancy exercise program and did not follow pregnancy exercise program that met sample criteria. Medical records data on duration of second stage of labor and pregnancy exercise program data were collected then analyzed by mann-whitney test.Results: The mean second stage of labor in pregnancy exercise group was 25.88±13.21 minutes, while in non-pregnancy group was 11.46±4.77 minutes. The analysis using mann-whitney test showed a significant correlation between pregnancy exercise and second stage of labor (p=0.000).Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between pregnancy exercise and second stage of labor. Pregnancy exercise shorten the duration of second stage of labor.

Abstract

Anemia is one of the health problems that occur in adolescents. According to Basic Health Research in 2018, in Indonesia the prevalence of anemia in adolescents is 32%, which means that 3-4 out of 10 adolescents suffer from anemia. The purpose of this research is to develop health media through Tiktok videos about the prevention of anemia in adolescent girls at SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method of the Borg & Gall development model with data collection, research planning, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing and product revision. The subject of the small-scale research was 10 students as a sample and field trials were carried out with 30 students. The results of this study show that the average score of the material expert validation test is 90% with the very feasible category and the validation of media experts is 90% with the very feasible category. The feasibility test of the product with student validation of 91% with the category of very feasible. The conclusion of the research and development of Tiktok video-based audio-visual media is very feasible to be used in the educational process of preventing anemia in adolescent girls.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai Negara yang berpenduduk muslim terbesar di dunia mempunyai problematika yang unik. Dalam kehidupan masyarakat ada sebagian orang yang menggunakan sistem kewarisan adat, hukum kewarisan barat dan ada pula yang menggunakan kewarisan Islam. Dalam pembentukan hukum waris nasional di Indonesia, kiranya kita tidak dapat memungkiri bahwa bangsa Indonesia adalah bangsa yang kaya akan adat istiadat yang sangat bermacam-macam dan dalam hukum adat itu telah mempunyai aturan atau ketentuan-ketentuan mengenai hukum kewarisan juga, sehingga perlu dalam pembaharuan hukum kewarisan nasional di Indonesia hendaknya tidak mengesampingkan aturan kewarisan adat. Hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat Indonesia masih sangat menjunjung tinggi adat istiadat mereka yang merupakan warisan dari para leluhur mereka.

Abstract

Balanced nutrition is a daily food composition that contains nutrients in types and quantities that suit body's needs, taking into account the principles of food diversity or variety, physical activity, cleanliness and ideal body weight (BB). Aim of this counseling was to increase knowledge and understanding of balanced nutrition among students at Sahid Vocational School, Surakarta. Methods used were lectures and discussions. Media used in this counseling were leaflets and flashcards. Participants in this community service activity were students of SMK Sahid Surakarta class XI TBO 2. Implementation of this counseling received a good response from students with an attendance percentage of 86,7%. Results of community service activity effectiveness could be seen from N-gain value = 0,56 in medium category. Keywords: counseling, balanced nutrition, student, leaflet, flashcard
