Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing pada mata diklat komunikasi siswa kelas X AP SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP yang berjumlah 37 siswa. jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, dilakukan dalam dua siklus.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner,dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan minat belajar hasil dari lembar pengamatan siklus I sebesar 60,33% dengan kategori kurang berminat dan pada siklus II menjadi 75,27% dengan kategori berminat. Sedangkan hasil minat belajar dari angket/kuesioner pada siklus I 68,90% dengan kategori berminat dan pada siklus II menjadi 76,71% dengan kategori berminat. Kesimpulanya Penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan model Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas X AP pada mata diklat komunikasi SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan, terbukti setiap siklusnya mengalami peningkatan.This study is aimed at improving students’ interest through cooperative learning model Snowball Throwing  at Communication Training Subject in Class X Office Administration of Gatra Praja Vocational High School Pekalongan. Subject of this research was the 37 students of XI AP. This type of research is classroom action research and conducted in two cycles. Data collecting technique used is observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The result of the research shows that the learning interest form of the observation sheet on the first cycle is 60.33% with less interest category and the second cycle, it turns into 75.27% to the category of interest. While the results of the learning interest from the questionnaire in the first cycle is 68.90% of the maximum percentage of the interest category and the second cycle it turns into 76.71% to the category of interest. The conclusion is the application of learning using models Snowball Throwing can increase students’ interest in the class X Office Administration on communication training subject in Gatra Praja Vocational High School Pekalongan, it is proved from the implementation of the method which improves students’ achievement on each cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of teachers in the development of social interaction of students during distance learningin grade V students of SD Islam Imama Mijen Semarang City. This study uses a qualitative approach of descriptive type.Research subjects include principals, grade V teachers, and grade V students. Data collection using observation methods,interviews, and documentation. Data validity testing uses source triangulation and engineering triangulation, and timetriangulation. The results showed that the role of teachers including teachers as mentors, teachers as mediators andfacilitators, teachers as demonstrators, and teachers as evaluators influenced the development of social interactions duringdistance learning. The conclusion of this study was that the role of teachers influences the development of socialinteraction in distance learning of grade V students of SD Islam Imama Mijen Semarang. Teachers understand well andcorrectly about their role so as to develop student social interactions that include aspects of cooperation, communicative,and solidarity.Keywords: Role of teacher, Social interaction, Distance learning

Abstract

Now days, there are many algorithms developed for data compression, but there is no one that is good for compressing various types of files because of different characteristics or file structures. This research explained the result of two compression algorithms in order to know the performance comparison between the Fixed Length Binary Encoding (FLBE) algorithm and the elias gamma code algorithm in compressing text files, especially in format rtf. The parameters being compared are the ratio of compression, compression ratio, redundancy and time. Based on the test results show that the fixed length binary encoding algorithm is better than the elias gamma code algorithm where the average ratio of compression results of fixed length binary encoding algorithm is 1.66 bits while the elias gamma code is 1.62 bits. The average compression ratio of fixed length binary encoding algorithm is 60.9% while Elias Gamma Code is 62.20%. The average value of the redundancy of the fixed length binary encoding algorithm is 39.1% while the gamma code elias is 37.79%. The average time compression value of the fixed length binary encoding algorithm is 16 ms while the elias gamma code is 21 ms.Keywords: comparison, compression, FLBE algorithm, Elias Gamma Code Algorithm, text, rtf

Abstract

      Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh permodalan, media sosial dan pelatihan terhadap produktifitas UKM Mitra Binaan PN III. Tingkat produktifitas UKM disebabkan permodalan, media sosial, dan pelatihan yang belum sesuai. Populasi 677 dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 87 dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan nilai toleransi 10%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial permodalan, media sosial dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktifitas UKM Mitra Binaan PN III. Secara simultan permodalan, media sosial dan pelatiha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktifitas UKM Mitra Binaan PN III.

Abstract

The nanocatalyst Fe3O4 capped citric acid (Fe3O4-CA) was successfully synthesized using brown seaweed Sargassum filipendula. Sulfated polysaccharides contained in Sargassum filipendula extract contain sulfate, hydroxy, and aldehyde groups which cause Fe3+ reduction and nanoparticle stabilization. The FT-IR results of Sargassum filipendula extract showed the presence of CO-SO3 stretching vibrations at 1040 cm-1, sulfate groups at 1241 cm-1, aromatic CC at 1413 cm-1, carbonyl at 1604 cm-1, CH stretching vibrations at 2932 cm-1. 1, and the hydroxy group at 3316 cm-1\. Meanwhile, citric acid was used as capping to prevent agglomeration of the synthesized nanocatalyst. Fe3O4-CA nanocatalysts were characterized using XRD, PSA, and SEM-EDX. The XRD results were processed using the Debye-Scherrer equation and the crystal size of Fe3O4-CA was 8.5 nm. PSA results show that Fe3O4-CA particles have a radius of 45.09 nm or diameter of 90.18 nm. This nanocatalyst was also tested for the synthesis of pyrimidine-derived compounds at optimum conditions using 7.5% mol of catalyst, 50 °C for 6 hours, in order to obtain a yield of 83.2%.

Abstract

Kluwak Rawon Restaurant is a place to eat that is still classified as Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) because its business processes are still done manually, so that financial records and recording of raw material stocks are not recorded properly which makes expenses irregular. In an era that uses this technology a lot, the solution to solving problems like the one above is to implement Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) at the restaurant. The software used for this ERP implementation is Odoo, because Odoo has the appropriate modules to solve the above problems, such as Purchasing, Inventory, Point Of Sales (POS) modules, Accounting. With the implementation of the ERP system at the restaurant, business processes will be more closely monitored and operations will run more effectively and efficiently, making it profitable for the restaurant.

Abstract

In this era there are a lot of real estate that stands with attractive prices, facilities and home designs. Real Estate is a land and buildings on it and arranged in an orderly manner. With the rapid growth of society, it is very influential in buying ready-to-live houses that match the criteria and prices they want. However, many people have difficulty in finding a house ready to live in that fits the criteria and price range they want. Therefore, by making the Trend Analysis Application for Ready-to-occupy Houses, it can provide alternative choices to users according to the criteria that buyers want, such as having a garage, garden, building area, having how many floors and so on as well as the price they want. This application was developed using the Least Square Method Trend Analysis Method for datasets of ready-to-occupy houses collected from one housing estate agency. The steps carried out by the researchers started from collecting housing data, then the data was processed using the least square method with R- studio tools and then formulated into the PHP programming language to become a web program. After the web program was successfully built, researchers conducted a survey to determine the level of user satisfaction with the application, which was 77.8% of the 18 survey participants. Based on the presentation, it can be concluded that this research is feasible in providing home recommendations for customers.

Abstract

Concrete serves as the primary building material within the construction industry. Essentially, it comprises a blend of cement, water, fine aggregate, and coarse aggregate, typically in the form of crushed stone or gravel. The compressive strength of concrete refers to the level of load that leads to the failure of a concrete test specimen under a specific compressive force applied using a Compression Testing Machine. Because of its elevated silica content, rice husk ash possesses the potential to enhance concrete quality. Utilizing rice husk ash is anticipated to enhance concrete's compressive strength while also diminishing reliance on costly cement components In this study, rice husk ash was incorporated as an extra component in the concrete mixture. Various percentages of rice husk ash were employed, including 0%, 20%, 40%, and 60%, each tested with five specimens. The conducted test focused on the compressive strength of concrete, performed after 28 days of concrete curing. The mean compressive strength of concrete at 28 days without any variation stands at 21,674 MPa. Introducing a 20% variation with rice husk ash yields an average compressive strength of 14,032 MPa, while a 40% variation results in 5.32 MPa, and a 60% variation results in 4.24 MPa. The peak average compressive strength occurs with a 20% variation, whereas the lowest average value is observed with a 60% variation. These findings indicate that the concrete's compressive strength falls short of the intended target, as incorporating more rice husk ash leads to a decline in concrete quality

Abstract

Concrete construction is commonly used in tall buildings, bridges and other infrastructure. Therefore, innovation is needed in concrete formulations to improve concrete quality and reduce the negative impact of industrial construction on the environment. Iron slag, which is a waste produced during the smelting process of iron smelting, is one source of industrial waste that is attractive for use as a substitute for making concrete. The use of iron slag can reduce the amount of industrial waste and can also improve the mechanical properties of concrete. This research will study the potential for using iron slag (iron slag) as a substitute for fine aggregate in concrete. By looking at previous research in this area, as well as by understanding the basic properties of iron slag (iron slag) and the idea of its compressive strength, this research will investigate the possibility of using iron slag (iron slag) as a substitute for fine aggregate in concrete. In this research, variations in the iron slag used in the concrete mixture could not affect the increase in the compressive strength of the concrete. The compressive strength value of concrete experienced an optimum increase when the iron slag varied by 20% with a value of 21.35 Mpa. The value of the 20% variation is the variation with the highest compressive strength value compared to the 40%, 60% iron slag variation. but a variation of 20% does not exceed the design compressive strength and the value is below the normal concrete design compressive strength value of 24.9 Mpa
