Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) berkontribusi besar bagi perekonomian nasional, namun banyak dari para pelaku usaha tersebut yang mengabaikan perizinan usahanya dan kurang mengoptimalkan potensi pemasaran produk melalui media online. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memperbaiki tata kelola bisnis untuk meningkatkan eksistensi usaha. Mitra usaha pada kegiatan ini adalah usaha rempah bubuk milik bapak Siswoyo yang berlokasi di desa Gajahrejo, Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Malang. Permasalahan pada mitra usaha ini meliputi belum memiliki nama merek dagang, izin usaha, pemasaran produk secara konvensional dengan menitipkan produk pada toko sekitar, dan tempat usaha yang kurang strategis. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengatasi sejumlah permasalahan tersebut terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan meliputi tahap awal berupa pendampingan untuk pembuatan merek dagang dan logo, tahap pengurusan perizinan usaha dan Hak atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI), dan tahap pelatihan memasarkan produk melalui media online. Hasil dari adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini, pemilik Empon Jawa lebih patuh pada aturan usaha yang dibuat pemerintah dan mampu berbenah memperbaiki tampilan pemasaran produk onlinenya, sehingga dengan adanya beberapa kemajuan ini diharapkan dapat menstimulan UMKM rempah bubuk desa Gajahrejo dalam meningkatkan eksistensi usahanya.Â

Pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia Kurikulum 2013 ini berbasis teks. Tujuan dari pendekatan berbasis teks adalah agar siswa mampu membuat dan menggunakan teks sesuai dengan tujuannya. Salah satu pembelajaran tersebut yaitu teks puisi. Melalui pembelajaran teks puisi ini siswa dapat mengembangkan kreativitasnya. Selain itu, pembelajaran teks puisi dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana untuk menanamkan karakter religius pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar teks puisi bermuatan religius dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk berupa validasi produk, kepraktisan produk, dan kemenarikan produk bahan ajar teks puisi bermuatan religius di MA Darul Huda Wonodadi Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang menerapkan enam langkah dari sepuluh langkah pengembangan. Penilaian kelayakan bahan ajar teks puisi ini menggunakan angket yang dilakukan oleh empat kelompok, yaitu ahli materi, ahli bahan ajar, guru bahasa Indonesia, dan siswa. Hasil penilaian produk oleh ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata 78%, ahli bahan ajar diperoleh rata-rata 85%, guru bahasa Indonesia diperoleh rata-rata 92%, dan siswa diperoleh rata-rata 82%. Sehingga, bahan ajar teks puisi bermuatan religius ini dikategorikan layak dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran pada kelas X MA Darul Huda Wonodadi Blitar.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are business activities that can be carried out by everyone, as long as that person can manage and develop the business. SMEs also have a role in economic independence, which can later lead to national independence. SMEs in running their business are sure to be pursued is related to income and profits. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the direct effect of length of business and level of education on the income of Furniture SMEs in Menganti, Gresik, and the indirect effect of financial behavior as intervening variables. The study used 155 furniture SMEs in Menganti Gresik with financial behavior as an intervening variable. The exogenous variable uses the length of business and education level, and the endogenous variable is SME income. using Structured Equation Model (SEM). Based on the results of the study, it shows that each variable for its direct effect shows that all variables have an effect on endogenous variables, while for indirect it shows that financial behavior is capable of intervening between business length and income, and education level and income.

This study aims to find ways to build an anti-fragile supply chain based on the perspective of SMEs in Kediri Regency. This research conducts observations on phenomena intensively and is practice-oriented using case study qualitative methods. The findings of the theme show that the character of MSME actors who master the fields, language, art of communication, can establish closeness with customers through interaction, reduce dependence on suppliers and the willingness to grow in uncertainty and/or disruption are the keys for MSMEs to be able to build and manage anti-corruption supply chains fragile. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan cara membangun rantai pasok anti rapuh berdasarkan perspektif UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini melakukan pengamatan pada fenomena secara intensif dan berorientasi pada praktik (practice oriented research) menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus. Adapun hasil temuan tema menunjukkan bahwa karakter pelaku UMKM yang menguasai bidang, bahasa, seni berkomunikasi, dapat menjalin kedekatan dengan pelanggan melalui interaksi, mengurangi ketergantungan dengan pemasok serta kemauan untuk bertumbakuh dalam ketidakpastian dan/ gangguan menjadi kunci UMKM dapat membangun dan mengelola rantai pasok yang anti rapuh.

This research describe Aquarimba's profit management is when it fails and starts its business from scratch. This research uses qualitative case study approach because this study measures the depth of earnings management carried out by Aquarimba. The validity test will be carried out with a time triangulation test, namely the researcher will compare the data that has been obtained at different times. All of the net profit earned by Aquarimba is used for building and adding assets every month. The purpose of accelerating development carried out by Aquarimba is to achieve its target where in the next three years Aquarimba will create a tissue culture that is expected to facilitate work, increase income and profits and focus on Aquarimba's short term goal of becoming the main supplier of aquatic plants. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan laba Aquarimba ketika mengalami kegagalan dan memulai usahanya dari awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus karena untuk ini mengukur kedalaman atas pengelolaan laba yang dilakukan oleh Aquarimba. Uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi waktu dengan membandingkan data yang telah diperoleh dari waktu yang tidak sama. Sebagian besar laba yang didapatkan oleh Aquarimba dialokasikan pada pembangunan serta penambahan aset. Dengan tercapainya pembangunan maka secara langsung mendukung Aquarimba dalam mencapai mimpinya yaitu membuat kultur jaringan (kuljar) yang akan memudahkan semua pekerjaan, menaikkan laba dan menjadi supplier utama tanaman aquatic.

The research aims to find out and analyze how the electronic word of mouth, the quality of products, prices and promotion of the interest in the prebujaya outfit buy products. The sample used in this study is 105 respondents who once made a purchase at a poor prebujaya outfit. The method of data analysis used in the study is a quantitative data analysis that USES linear regression analysis. The data testing used was the simultaneous hypothesis (f) and the testing of a partial hypothesis (t) from simultaneous tests showing that the electronic word of mouth, product quality, promotion, and price affected the interest of buying. Based on partial testing of electronic word of mouth variables can make a significant difference to purchasing interest, product quality variables have a significant impact on purchasing interests, promotional variables have a significant impact on purchasing interests, and price variables affect the interest of the purchase.

The article discusses implementing a point of sale (POS) system in a coffee shop business through a case study method and SWOT analysis. The study shows that the performance of a POS system can significantly improve the efficiency and financial management of the company. The POS system can help inventory management, predict customer demand, and avoid excess or shortage of merchandise stock. It can also speed up the customer payment process, improve customer experience, and generate accurate sales reports. The article concludes that implementing a POS system can be an effective solution for coffee shop businesses to optimize their operations and increase profitability, despite facing challenges and obstacles such as high implementation costs and staff training. Therefore, coffee shop businesses should consider implementing a POS system and ensure that it can be integrated with the existing systems of the business.

In the era of modernization, everyone is required to maximize the role of technology, until now the impact of this role has penetrated into digital marketing so that whatever consumers desire, the process of buying a product will be easier. So far the marketing carried out by Bungkus Ind products has not touched digital marketing at all so that access from consumers is also still not wide enough because the marketing process is not extensive only through grocery stores. This finally becomes a special concern when juxtaposed in the modern era like today. In the mentoring process for Bungkus Ind products, several activities have been carried out to spur these products to be able to take full advantage of digital marketing and Bungkus Ind products to be known as developing and advanced MSMEs. These activities include: (1) Introduction to packaging and branding, (2) making logos on packaging (3) printing new packaging (4) Product photos, (5) Introduction to social media and creating social media accounts, (6) Introduction to marketplaces and product registration on marketplaces such as Shopee. Of the many activities that have been carried out, the following results have resulted: 1. UMKM Wrap Ind now has a product logo as a feature of the product; 2. UMKM Wrap Ind now has attractive and contemporary packaging; 3. UMKM Wrap Ind which previously did not have accounts on social media and accounts at Shopee now have; 4. Business owners are beginning to have the enthusiasm to re-develop their business, are starting to actively participate in events and are more confident because their products already have packaging and logos that are easily recognized by the public. 5. Business owners gain knowledge on how to use digital media to increase sales. 6. Business owners have knowledge of how to create competitive strategies in the current market era which is very broad.

The post-pandemic economic situation forces companies to have breakthroughs to compete with competitors. This is a big enough problem for most MSMEs in Indonesia, including UD Sumber Dwi Jaya Food, which is engaged in the snack food sector in Lampung. Weak market conditions coupled with high raw material prices have forced UD Sumber Dwi Jaya Food to learn and innovate regarding its products. This will boost organizational performance so MSMEs can compete and increase their profits. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational learning on organizational performance through organizational innovation. The population in this study were 38 employees of UD Sumber Dwi Jaya Food, all of whom were used as research samples. The method used in this research is using PLS-SEM analysis. Organizational learning can drive organizational performance because the organization can become a medium for employee learning and development. On the other hand, organizational innovation cannot encourage organizational performance or strengthen the relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance. The culture of innovation in SMEs is not going well, because low results for the innovation culture indicator. Not many innovations occur in SMEs, so this affects employee perceptions at work. This is interesting, considering that, in theory, organizational Innovation can improve organizational performance.
