Abstract

Prosocial development is strongly related to various positive development for students, including academic success, personal achievement, positive relationship with others, and higher social competence. However, some adolescents remain doing antisocial behavior. Thus, this study attempted to examine the effectiveness of a group guidance service with cinematherapy, role playing, and the combination of cinematherapy and role-playing techniques to improve the prosocial behavior of Vocational High School (SMK) students. To do so, it used an experimental design of Randomized Pretest-Posttest Comparison Group by involving 30 students divided into three groups with 10 students in each. Based on Wilcoxon test results, the guidance group with both cinematherapy and role-playing techniques was effective to improve prosocial behavior indicated by the results of (Z=2.81, p<0.05) for cinematherapy, and (Z=2.81, p<0.05) for role playing. In the same way, the combination of both techniques was effective to improve prosocial behavior by gaining (Z=2.81, p<0.05). Additionally, the results of Kruskal Wallis test showed no significant difference in the level of effectiveness of the group with cinematherapy, role playing, and the combination of both techniques, namely (x2=0.23, p>0.05). These findings are expected to encourage counselors to conduct group guidance with cinematherapy and role-playing techniques to improve prosocial behavior.

Abstract

Lack of information related to education, position, or work that matches students' abilities is one of the obstacles that cause students unable to make appropriate career decisions. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of students' perceptions of career information services on career decision making self-efficacy. It involved 108 SMK students selected by quota random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between students' perceptions of career information services on career decision making self-efficacy by 16% (β = 0.40, p < 0.01). The quality of good career information services will affect the self-efficacy of good career decision making.

Abstract

High anxiety level which can disrupt students’ concentration and reduce their memory performance results in less focus, confusion, and less optimal learning in terms of comprehending subject materials. Thus, this study attempted to analyze the effects of self-compassion and Islamic spiritual orientation on academic anxiety. It involved students from four public schools in Semarang as population. Further, they were sampled using cluster random sampling technique and resulted 350 students. After some analyses were carried out, it was known that there was a negative and significant effect of self-compassion and Islamic spiritual orientation on students’ academic anxiety, while self-compassion and Islamic spiritual orientation on academic anxiety reduction can be understood through changes in positive self-perception.

Abstract

Teenage students complain about their lives at Islamic boarding schools with limited facilities and busy activities which are certainly different from life when they are at home with their families. An unpleasant life, truant, and not comfortable because they have not been able to adapt. This study was designed to examine the effect of gratitude and self-awareness on the happiness of adolescent students at Islamic boarding schools. A total of 155 teenage students aged 14-19 years from two Islamic boarding schools in Pemalang were selected as participants using a random sampling method. The data were taken using the accumulated gratitude scale, self-awareness scale and adaptation of the adolescent happiness scale at boarding school from Roger Morgan. The data were then analyzed using the SPSS version 25.00 computer program. Statistical results show that there is a positive influence between gratitude on the happiness of adolescent students, and there is a positive influence between self-awareness on the happiness of adolescent students. The findings of this study recommend increasing the happiness of students through gratitude and self-awareness.

Abstract

Social learning is necessary in daily life to meet human needs through identifiable problem solving. However, what happened was students did not have learning experience that connects the theories with real life, learning was focused on giving materials to the students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) model and role playing assisted by audio-visual media in learning outcomes of social studies at fifth grade state elementary school Sulang 2. The research method was used a quasi- experimental design with a non-equivalent group design. The sample for experiment 1 was thought by usingPBL model assisted by audio-visual media, while the sample for experiment 2 was used role playing assisted by audio-visual media. Data analysis was performed by using kolmogorov-smirnov test with SPSS 23 aids. The mean score of post-tests in experiment class 1 increased with 77.4 point and experiment 2 with 68.4 point. The results of the t-test analysis were homogeneous, with sig value = 0.130, so that p> 0.05, so as Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted. The results showed that 21 students in the experiment 1 and 14 students in the experiment 2 reached minimum completeness criteriaat social science in the fifth grade by 75. The results of the N-gain analysis for the experimental class 1 showed a result of 0.965 and the experimental class 2 of 0.525. Based on these findings, it was shown that learning in the experimental class 1 which experience PBL assisted by audio-visual media was more effective and could improve learning outcomes than that of the experimental class 2 which experience role playing assisted by audio-visual media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran intimacy dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi baik atau tidaknya intimacy pada pasangan suami istri yang menjalani hubungan jarak jauh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk studi fenomenologi dengan menggunakan alat pengumpul data wawancara dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pasangan suami istri yang menjalani hubungan jarak jauh. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat intimacy yang baik pada pasangan suami istri yang menjalani hubungan jarak jauh karena dari sepuluh aspek intimacy Stemberg subjek memiliki sembilan aspek intimacy. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi baik  atau tidaknya intimacy pasangan suami istri yang menjalani hubungan jarak jauh yaitu: komunikasi yang terbuka, mampu mengungkapkan dan mengekspresikan segala jenis emosi termasuk yang tidak menyenangkan, memberikan perhatian satu sama lain, komitmen dan empati dan prilaku menjaga. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi serta masukan bagi para calon ataupun pasangan suami istri serta para konsultan pernikahan mengenai intimacy pasangan suami istri yang menjalani hubungan jarak jauh, sehingga informasi atau masukan tentang intimacy pasangan suami istri yang menjalani hubungan jarak jauh ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan ketika pasangan suami istri akan ataupun sedang menjalani hubungan jarak jauh. The objective of this study is to find out descriptions about intimacy and factors influencing good or bad intimacy of long distance relationship spouses. The research uses qualitative approach in form of phenomenological study using interview sheets and observations. The subject of this study is a couple of married who is in a long distance relationship. The result of the study involves a good intimacy of spouses who are in long distance relationships for the subject has nine out of ten of Stemberg’s intimacy aspects. Intimacy has many factors influencing whether it is a good or bad intimacy, among of them are: communication especially deep self-disclosure; expression of genuine emotions, even unpleasant ones; paying attention to each other; commitment; and empathic and nurturing behaviors. The study can be implied as a source of information and also as an input for them who are going to be in a long distance relationship and for marriage consultants in case of long distance spouses’ intimacy so that information and input of this kind of intimacy can be a consideration for spouses whether they will or are going to be in a long distance relationship.

Abstract

Stunting adalah salah satu masalah yang terjadi pada balita. Yang dimana stunting merupakan kondisi balita yang mengalami kekurangan asupan gizi dalam jangka waktu yang panjang sehingga anak mengalami gangguan pada masa pertumbuhan yang dimana tinggi badan lebih pendek dari standar usia. Pola pemberian makan menentukan asupan nutrisi yang masuk ke dalam tubuh anak. Jika pola pemberian makan kurang baik otomatis asupan zat gizi yang masuk masih belum terpenuhi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pola pemberian makan balita stunting dan non stunting guna mengetahui sebab akibat dari pola pemberian makan terhadap balita. Dengan begitu peneliti dapat memberikan refleksi terhadap orang tua atau calon ibu mengenai pentingnya pola pemberian makan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang merupakan penelitian yang didasari dari pengalaman individu. Yang dimana pengambilan data sesuai dengan pengalaman orang tua mengatur pola makan balita. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Legung Barat Kabupaten Sumenep. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian eksplorasi pola pemberian makan terdapat perbedaan antara pola balita stunting dan non stunting yaitu mencakup nutrisi yang diberikan, frekuensi makan, dan jenis makanan. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik buruknya pola pemberian makan akan berdampak pada tumbuh kembang balita.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pada perkembangan teknologi sistem informasi pada yoshida dalam penerimaan order produksi pakaian yang dibuat dengan sistem terkomputerisasi agar dapat pencatatan laporan seperti laporan pelanggan, gudang, stok barang, laporan hari, laporan perbulan serta pencatatan laporan pertahun dan pembelian barang dapat membantu suatu pekerjaan agar terkomputerasi Penyimpanan data mengunakan Mysql agar dapat membangun sistem untuk perancangan sistem informasi. Untuk pembangunan sistem yang akan digunakan dengan metode air terjun ( waterfall ). Bahan yang akan digunakan dari pembangunan sistem mengunakan UML dan Bahasa pemograman Laravel. Untuk mempermudah pelanggan dan admin dalam melakukan proses pekerjaan dalam sistem pemesanan dan sistem penjualan barang ini menjadi lebih cepat dan memudahkan pelanggan untuk melakukan transaksi.

Abstract

This study tries to analyze the conceptual model of brand equity, brand trust, brand satisfaction, and loyalty of Indonesian consumers to brand heritage. This research examines the direct effect of brand equity on trust and satisfaction, the direct effect of trust on satisfaction and loyalty, and the direct effect of brand satisfaction on brand loyalty. This conceptual model tests 9 proposed hypotheses. The object of this research is Brand Heritage in Indonesia. The total sample used is 270 respondents taken through the purposive sampling technique. The respondent's criteria used are respondents who have used/consumed and bought heritage brands in Indonesia. The data was obtained through the distribution of online and offline questionnaires. The hypothesis testing was carried out using structural equation modeling (SEM). Hypothesis testing using path analysis. This study found that two dimensions of brand equity, namely perceived quality and brand association, affect consumer trust and satisfaction. On the other hand, brand awareness does not have a significant effect on trust and satisfaction. Meanwhile, consumer trust also influences satisfaction and loyalty. Then, consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out that money is not the only tool used as a transaction in tambaksari village, Rubaru district. This type of research uses qualitative research with data analysis techniques for data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the work system in agriculture in tambaksari village prioritizes family and mutual assistance, so that this causes the turnover of money to slow down and decreases the purchasing power of the people of tambaksari village.
