Social media is a tool used by consumers to share various information in the form of images or even videos. The development of online business in Indonesia is very rapid, one of which is shopping online. The variables taken by the researchers are Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution. This research was conducted in order to find out whether there is influence from each variable.This study uses a quantitative method, where the population is the people of Sumenep Regency who have purchased products at Shopee e-commerce. The number of samples used was 110 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 application.The results of this study indicate that Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution simultaneously affect Spontaneous Purchase Decisions in E-commerce Shopee. Based on the results of the t test states that Product, Price and Promotion have a significant effect on Spontaneous Purchase Decisions, while Distribution has no significant effect on Spontaneous Purchase Decisions.

This study explores entrepreneurial behaviors that influence the decisions of SME owners in choosing financing alternatives and investment trends in Indonesia. Through quantitative study using questionnaire, this aiming to provide insights into the factors influencing the selection of financing sources and investment tendencies among SMEs. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial behaviors such as risk tolerance, financial knowledge, long-term vision, and adaptability significantly influence the decisions of SME owners in selecting funding sources. Additionally, investment trends in Indonesia also play a crucial role, with SMEs tending to choose financing alternatives that align with their business growth needs. This research contributes significantly to understanding how entrepreneurial behaviors interact with external factors such as investment trends in the context of SMEs in Indonesia. The practical implication highlighting importance of a better understanding of the dynamics of financing decisions among SMEs and how governments and relevant institutions can support SME growth through a better understanding of financial needs and preferences to a small—medium sized business owners. The condition where workers shift from agriculture to industry often occurs with the advent of industrialization.

Disharmony in the parental relationship that leads to a broken home causes poor psychological well-being of students because they are in a stressful condition to adapt to their environment. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of logotherapy counseling with a dereflection technique to improve the psychological well-being of broken home students in tenth grade. It involved 12 students and was done in 5 sessions. Here, an experimental research method with pretest-posttest design was employed, while the data were analyzed using a Wilcoxon analysis. Findings revealed the improvement in the psychological well-being of broken home students after receiving the logotherapy counseling with a dereflection technique. Thus, counselors are suggested to implement logotherapy counseling with a dereflection technique to improve the psychological well-being of broken home students.

Self-efficacy is significant for students to improve motivation, self-confidence, and see any problems as a challenge. Therefore, school counselors are better to provide appropriate interventions to deal with self-efficacy issues. The present study attempted to examine the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavior Therapy group counseling with self-instruction technique to improve students’ self-efficacy. It used multiple group pretest posttest and involved 7 students in the experimental group. The subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique by considering their low self-efficacy. In the examination, the real data of the subjects were collected by distributing Adolescent Social Self-Efficacy Scale (S-EFF) instrument adopted into Indonesian with the alpha coefficient of .90. Findings showed that the Cognitive Behavior Therapy group counseling with self-instruction technique can effectively improve students’ self-efficacy. Finally, it recommends self-instruction technique to improve Junior High School students’ self-efficacy.

Not all students have sufficient self-efficacy to master and finish school tasks. Thus, the present study strived for examining the effectiveness of reality group counseling to improve self-efficacy by performing an experiment involving seven students in this counseling for five sessions. Here, pretest-posttest design was applied, while self-efficacy data were analyzed using Wilcoxon. The results have proved that there was an increase in self-efficacy after the students were given reality group counseling. Hence, counselors are suggested to implement this kind of counseling to improve students’ self-efficacy

Low self-efficacy may affect students’ academic performance realized in the practice of procrastination. In the same way, low self-regulation can make students difficult in regulating emotion and behavior, which for sure will affect their performance in learning process. Here, the students of Public Islamic Junior High School or MTs Negeri 1 Kudus were found to have low self-efficacy and self-regulation. Thus, the present student strived for examining the effectiveness of group counseling with religiously integrated cognitive behavioral therapy which focuses on Islamic beliefs, namely using shirah nabawiyah technique to improve students’ self-efficacy and self-regulation. As many as 18 students involved as the subjects of this study were grouped into two and researched using randomized pretest posttest group design. The findings have proved that the group counseling with religiously integrated cognitive behavioral therapy approach is effective to improve students’ self-efficacy and self-regulation. Further discussion of the implication and limitations can be found in the discussion chapter.

The anxiety experienced by the students of SMK NU Hasyim Asy’ari Tarub potentially resulted in maladaptive behavior and disrupted examination preparation. Therefore, the present study strived for examining the effectiveness of group counseling with self-management technique to improve self-efficacy and reduce the anxiety of the ninth grade or class XI students in that school. Here, 20 students were involved as the subjects of this study by using a randomized pretest posttest control group design. Based on the results of paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test, this group counseling has been effective to improve the efficacy. Also, the paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test concluded that this intervention could reduce students’ academic anxiety. Finally, this study recommends the use of self-management technique to improve self-efficacy and reduce the academic anxiety of students

Prosocial behavior is urgent due to individual’s concerning behavior in today’s era. Violence, fight, abuse, and bullying are some phenomena which indicate someone has low prosocial behavior. The aim of this study was to prove whether religious orientation can affect prosocial behavior. It used a correlational design and involved 210 students of class XI. Findings revealed that religious orientation affected the increase in students’ prosocial behavior. Thus, students’ religiosity needs to be enhanced to boost the development of prosocial behavior.

Academic procrastination is an act of delaying the completion of academic tasks that lead to the decline in academic achievement. This study strived for analyzing the effects of self-regulated learning and peer conformity on academic procrastination. It used a correlational design and involved 72 students in grade eight at SMP Negeri 20 Semarang in the academic year of 2022/2023 as the sample. In analyzing the data, multiple linear regression test was used. Findings showed that self-regulated learning negatively correlated with academic procrastination, while peer conformity positively correlated with students’ academic procrastination. Thus, self-regulated learning and peer conformity need to become concern to give interventions for academic procrastination.

Low body image is potential to cause students have low self-esteem and poor learning concentration. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of reality group counseling with a classroom meeting and metaphor techniques to improve the self-esteem of students with low body image in Senior High School or SMA grade. During the investigation, the classroom meeting and metaphor techniques were given for four sessions in a framework of a pretest and posttest method analyzed using a Wilcoxon test. In addition, the subjects were the 8 students at SMAN 1 Maospati sampled from 320 total students. Findings showed that the group counseling with a classroom meeting technique was able to improve the self-esteem of the students with low body image. Thus, school counselors are suggested to adopt this treatment to deal with similar issue. Group counseling, classroom meeting, self-esteem, body image,
