Stunting adalah salah satu masalah yang terjadi pada balita. Yang dimana stunting merupakan kondisi balita yang mengalami kekurangan asupan gizi dalam jangka waktu yang panjang sehingga anak mengalami gangguan pada masa pertumbuhan yang dimana tinggi badan lebih pendek dari standar usia. Pola pemberian makan menentukan asupan nutrisi yang masuk ke dalam tubuh anak. Jika pola pemberian makan kurang baik otomatis asupan zat gizi yang masuk masih belum terpenuhi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pola pemberian makan balita stunting dan non stunting guna mengetahui sebab akibat dari pola pemberian makan terhadap balita. Dengan begitu peneliti dapat memberikan refleksi terhadap orang tua atau calon ibu mengenai pentingnya pola pemberian makan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang merupakan penelitian yang didasari dari pengalaman individu. Yang dimana pengambilan data sesuai dengan pengalaman orang tua mengatur pola makan balita. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Legung Barat Kabupaten Sumenep. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian eksplorasi pola pemberian makan terdapat perbedaan antara pola balita stunting dan non stunting yaitu mencakup nutrisi yang diberikan, frekuensi makan, dan jenis makanan. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik buruknya pola pemberian makan akan berdampak pada tumbuh kembang balita.

Abstrak - Pada perkembangan teknologi sistem informasi pada yoshida dalam penerimaan order produksi pakaian yang dibuat dengan sistem terkomputerisasi agar dapat pencatatan laporan seperti laporan pelanggan, gudang, stok barang, laporan hari, laporan perbulan serta pencatatan laporan pertahun dan pembelian barang dapat membantu suatu pekerjaan agar terkomputerasi Penyimpanan data mengunakan Mysql agar dapat membangun sistem untuk perancangan sistem informasi. Untuk pembangunan sistem yang akan digunakan dengan metode air terjun ( waterfall ). Bahan yang akan digunakan dari pembangunan sistem mengunakan UML dan Bahasa pemograman Laravel. Untuk mempermudah pelanggan dan admin dalam melakukan proses pekerjaan dalam sistem pemesanan dan sistem penjualan barang ini menjadi lebih cepat dan memudahkan pelanggan untuk melakukan transaksi.

Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan Program Pembedayaan Desa Binaan di Ketapanrame yang diarahkan pada upaya pengembangan sebuah model ekonomi yang berfokus pada usaha memaksimalkan efisiensi sumber daya dengan meminimalkan limbah, mempertahankan nilai jangka panjang, dan mengurangi konsumsi sumber daya yang berlebihan. Fokus kegiatan ini adalah mengembangkan model pariwisata yang bebas sampah dengan mengembangkan teknologi pengolahan limbah yang sesuai dengan karakter industri pariwisata yang berkembang di Desa Ketapanrame. Pada tahun pertama, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini fokus pada pengelolaan sampah, dengan mengembangkan mesin pencacah dan mesin conveyor. Mesin pecacah sampah, juga dikenal sebagai gibrig, bekerja dengan cara memotong atau menghancurkan sampah menjadi potongan-potongan yang lebih kecil. Proses pencacahan memecah sampah menjadi potongan-potongan kecil, sehingga mengurangi volume keseluruhan sampah. Proses tersebut membantu dalam mengelola dan menyimpan sampah dengan lebih efisien, terutama dalam situasi di mana ruang penyimpanan terbatas. Namun demikian perlu dicatat bahwa proses penerapan teknolgi tersebut memerlukan proses kelembagaan yang kuat. Peran kepala desa dalam mengarahkan warganya untuk mau terlibat dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan desa binaan tidak bisa diabaikan.

This study tries to analyze the conceptual model of brand equity, brand trust, brand satisfaction, and loyalty of Indonesian consumers to brand heritage. This research examines the direct effect of brand equity on trust and satisfaction, the direct effect of trust on satisfaction and loyalty, and the direct effect of brand satisfaction on brand loyalty. This conceptual model tests 9 proposed hypotheses. The object of this research is Brand Heritage in Indonesia. The total sample used is 270 respondents taken through the purposive sampling technique. The respondent's criteria used are respondents who have used/consumed and bought heritage brands in Indonesia. The data was obtained through the distribution of online and offline questionnaires. The hypothesis testing was carried out using structural equation modeling (SEM). Hypothesis testing using path analysis. This study found that two dimensions of brand equity, namely perceived quality and brand association, affect consumer trust and satisfaction. On the other hand, brand awareness does not have a significant effect on trust and satisfaction. Meanwhile, consumer trust also influences satisfaction and loyalty. Then, consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty.

This research was conducted to find out that money is not the only tool used as a transaction in tambaksari village, Rubaru district. This type of research uses qualitative research with data analysis techniques for data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the work system in agriculture in tambaksari village prioritizes family and mutual assistance, so that this causes the turnover of money to slow down and decreases the purchasing power of the people of tambaksari village.

Social media is a tool used by consumers to share various information in the form of images or even videos. The development of online business in Indonesia is very rapid, one of which is shopping online. The variables taken by the researchers are Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution. This research was conducted in order to find out whether there is influence from each variable.This study uses a quantitative method, where the population is the people of Sumenep Regency who have purchased products at Shopee e-commerce. The number of samples used was 110 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 application.The results of this study indicate that Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution simultaneously affect Spontaneous Purchase Decisions in E-commerce Shopee. Based on the results of the t test states that Product, Price and Promotion have a significant effect on Spontaneous Purchase Decisions, while Distribution has no significant effect on Spontaneous Purchase Decisions.

This study aims to investigate the effect of the Theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on spontaneous purchasing decisions, with a focus on Shopee Paylater users in Sumenep Regency. TAM is used as a theoretical framework to analyse three main variables: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Attitude Toward Using, on users' impulse buying behaviour. The research method used was a survey using a questionnaire distributed to Shopee Paylater users in Sumenep Regency. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude Toward Using had a significant influence on spontaneous purchasing decisions, while Perceived Usefulness had no significant effect. This finding indicates that users are likely to make spontaneous purchases if they feel that the Shopee Paylater service is easy to use and if they have a positive attitude towards using the service. Thus, the results of this study provide valuable insights for e-commerce companies such as Shopee in designing marketing and product development strategies that can increase user engagement and strengthen spontaneous purchase decisions. This study also provides a theoretical contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence impulse buying behaviour in the context of using e-commerce technology.

This study explores entrepreneurial behaviors that influence the decisions of SME owners in choosing financing alternatives and investment trends in Indonesia. Through quantitative study using questionnaire, this aiming to provide insights into the factors influencing the selection of financing sources and investment tendencies among SMEs. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial behaviors such as risk tolerance, financial knowledge, long-term vision, and adaptability significantly influence the decisions of SME owners in selecting funding sources. Additionally, investment trends in Indonesia also play a crucial role, with SMEs tending to choose financing alternatives that align with their business growth needs. This research contributes significantly to understanding how entrepreneurial behaviors interact with external factors such as investment trends in the context of SMEs in Indonesia. The practical implication highlighting importance of a better understanding of the dynamics of financing decisions among SMEs and how governments and relevant institutions can support SME growth through a better understanding of financial needs and preferences to a small—medium sized business owners. The condition where workers shift from agriculture to industry often occurs with the advent of industrialization.

Disharmony in the parental relationship that leads to a broken home causes poor psychological well-being of students because they are in a stressful condition to adapt to their environment. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of logotherapy counseling with a dereflection technique to improve the psychological well-being of broken home students in tenth grade. It involved 12 students and was done in 5 sessions. Here, an experimental research method with pretest-posttest design was employed, while the data were analyzed using a Wilcoxon analysis. Findings revealed the improvement in the psychological well-being of broken home students after receiving the logotherapy counseling with a dereflection technique. Thus, counselors are suggested to implement logotherapy counseling with a dereflection technique to improve the psychological well-being of broken home students.

Self-efficacy is significant for students to improve motivation, self-confidence, and see any problems as a challenge. Therefore, school counselors are better to provide appropriate interventions to deal with self-efficacy issues. The present study attempted to examine the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavior Therapy group counseling with self-instruction technique to improve students’ self-efficacy. It used multiple group pretest posttest and involved 7 students in the experimental group. The subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique by considering their low self-efficacy. In the examination, the real data of the subjects were collected by distributing Adolescent Social Self-Efficacy Scale (S-EFF) instrument adopted into Indonesian with the alpha coefficient of .90. Findings showed that the Cognitive Behavior Therapy group counseling with self-instruction technique can effectively improve students’ self-efficacy. Finally, it recommends self-instruction technique to improve Junior High School students’ self-efficacy.
