Abstract

Subaltern reading begins with an author's view of the conditions that characterize subaltern groups. Subaltern falls within the realm of postcolonial feminism which is a form of alliance between postcolonial theory and feminism, seeks to beat back existing gender, cultural, or racial hierarchies, and rejects binary opposition to patriarchalism or colonialism's constructs of authority. This research tries to reveal the subalternity of women during colonialism in the novel Mirah dari Banda. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely by examining texts that contain subaltern elements. The data in this study are in the form of text sentences or dialogues that reflect subaltern women due to the domination of colonialism. The findings of this study that there are several forms of subaltern experienced by indigenous women (Mirah), including degrading dignity, sexual harassment, physical/verbal violence, obedience to the invaders, and control over others. From some of the research findings, subaltern women do not have a conceptual language to fight against colonial groups or indigenous men, and also women do not have the power to carry out resistance to the hegemonic power of groups in power.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of group guidance on social phobia for drug rehabilitation inpatients at the Tampan Mental Hospital (RSJ) Pekanbaru City. The sample consisted of 30 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable in this research is Group Guidance, while the variable related to this research is Social Phobia. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Furthermore, from the results of the t test analysis it is known that there is a significant influence between the variable (X) group guidance on the variable (Y) social phobia. This is proven by the results of the t test calculation of 5.491.  Meanwhile, ttable with df 28 of 5% is 2.048 which can be concluded that (Ha) is accepted and (H0) is rejected. From the analysis of research data, it was also obtained that the magnitude of the influence of group guidance on social phobia for drug rehabilitation inpatients was 51.8%. This is based on an efficiency of 51.8% with a positive influence, which means that the higher the group guidance provided, the higher the resilience of drug rehabilitation inpatients. Meanwhile, 48.2% are factors that influence the variable (Y) Social Phobia for drug rehabilitation inpatients which were not examined by researchers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berorientasi STEAM dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V di MI Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group. Kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol masing-masing terdiri dari 26 dan 28 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 10 soal yang diberikan sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) pembelajaran pada materi “Harmoni dalam Ekosistem”. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan model PBL yang terintegrasi dengan pendekatan STEAM, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, uji t berpasangan (paired samples t-test), serta perhitungan skor N-Gain. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang signifikan pada kelas eksperimen dari nilai rata-rata 30,0 menjadi 44,7 dengan signifikansi p = 0,003. Namun, nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,1895 menunjukkan kategori peningkatan rendah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan guru dalam mengelola waktu dan belum maksimalnya pelaksanaan seluruh tahapan pendekatan STEAM, yang berdampak pada kesiapan siswa dalam menjawab soal posttest. Meski terdapat peningkatan signifikan secara statistik, efektivitas model ini belum optimal sehingga diperlukan pelatihan guru dan pengelolaan waktu yang lebih baik agar pendekatan PBL berorientasi STEAM dapat diimplementasikan secara maksimal.

Abstract

Village fund management needs to be done professionally, transparently and accountably. For that, the ability and commitment of village officials (gampong) are needed to run it. This study aims to review the management ability from the support of competency; commitment of officials and participation of the local community. The study was conducted in Keude Lueng Putu village, Bandar Baru sub-district, Pidie Jaya district. With a quantitative associative method and analysis carried out using a path model approach. The study took a sample of 270 people as respondents. The results found, 1) Village fund management is influenced by aspects of village official competence, commitment and community participation both directly and indirectly, each with an impact of 36.89%, 47.03% and 37.21%. 2) Simultaneously, aspects of village official competence, organizational commitment and community participation contribute to village fund management by 54.8%.

Abstract

Gambier cultivation faces limitations due to decreasing land availability; however, utilizing ex-coal mining land presents a promising alternative for sustainable expansion. Ex-coal mining land has the problem of low available nutrients because of bonded nutrients. Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Fungi (AMF) can help release bound nutrients into available nutrients, so that on ex-coal mining land, there is an increase in the amount of available nutrients that can be absorbed by plants for their growth. The study aimed to determine the effect of different types of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and their doses on the biomass of gambier seedlings planted in ex-coal mining soil. An experimental design was employed using a randomized block design with two treatments: the types of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) (Acaulospora sp., Glomus sp., and Gigaspora sp.) and the AMF dosages (0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 g per seedling). All treatments were replicated three times. The parameters observed were soil chemical analysis, root colonization by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), shoot and root fresh and dry weights, net assimilation rate, and relative growth rate. The results obtained showed that AMF type and dose treatment had a significant effect on all parameters, except for the relative growth rate, and there was no interaction between the two treatments. Glomus sp. at a dose of 20 g per seedling provided the best influence in increasing gambier seedlings' biomass under the ex-coal mine soil.

Abstract

Method Which used in study This is analysis quantitative with approach descriptive, where data is collected through questionnaire Which designed to inhabitant built. Data analysis techniques used in study This is analysis regression simple processed​ using SPSS version 25. Population in study This is convict narcotics totaling 855 people and a sample of 58 people. The results of the study This that is based on the t-test obtained mark t count 8.252 > t table 2.003 and the value significance 0.000 < 0.05 and so can concluded that there is influence significant positive​ between Islamic religious guidance in increase control self inhabitant foster narcotics. Based on coefficient test results determination shows an R square of of 0.482 or 48.2%. This proves that the influence of Islamic religious guidance on self-control with a coefficient interval of 0.40-0.599 is included in the moderate category. While the remaining 51.8% is explained by other factors or variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal: 1. The influence of leadership on employee performance. 2) Effect of Compensation on employee performance. 3) The Effect of Work Motivation on the performance of employees. 4) The effect of leadership on Work Motivation. 5) Effect of Compensation on Work Motivation at the Institute of Domestic Administration of the West Sumatera Campus. The population in this study were non-PNS employees of the Institute of Internal Affairs of the West Sumatera Campus, amounting to 89 people consisting of 1) Administration Section, 2) Academic and Collaborative Section, 3) Research Section, 4) Cultivation Unit, 5) Computer Unit and Language, 5) Government Laboratory Unit. The sample collection in this study used the census method, which is 89 employees of the Non PNS Institute of Domestic Administration, West Sumatera Campus. The analytical tool used is Path Analysis using the SPSS program (Statistical Package For Social Science). The findings of this study are: 1) Leadership has a significant and positive effect on the Work Motivation. 2) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on the Work Motivation. 3) Leadership has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as a mediator between leadership and Employee Performance 4) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance with Work Motivation acts as a mediator between compensation and Employee Performance 5) Work motivation has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance at the Sumatera Campus Institute of Domestic Administration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) Effect of leadership style on the work environment, 2) Effect of leadership style on work achievement motivation, 3) Effect of work environment on achievement motivation, 4) Effect of work environment on work ethic, 5) Effect of leadership style on work ethic, 6) Effect of achievement motivation on work ethic. The population of this study were all employees of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Payakumbuh, amounting to 95 people. The number of samples is 49 people. The data analysis technique for testing the hypothesis is path analysis. Research found that: 1) Leadership style has a significant effect on the work environment. 2) Leadership style has a significant effect on achievement motivation. 3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee achievement motivation. 4) Leadership style has a significant effect on work ethic. 5) The work environment has a significant effect on employee work ethics. 6) Motivation for achievement has a significant effect on work ethic. Judging from the direct or indirect influence of the Effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Achievement Motivation on the Work Ethic of the Ministry of Religion of Payakumbuh, it is found that the work environment has the greatest influence, namely 26.41%

Abstract

The object of this study is IKM Selatan Pesisir Regency, to examine the effect of Knowledge, Skill and Ability of Leaders on Performance in IKM South Pesisir Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine how the model can provide a more precise description of the causality relationship between Knowledge, Skill, Leadership Ability and Performance. The population in this study is the total number of employees in the South Coastal District IKM with a total of 1,656 employees. With a sample of 100 people taken from a number of business units engaged in manufacturing such as the production of handicrafts, food, bags, shoes, crackers, garments and so on at IKM South Coastal District. Analysis of the research data used is the structural equation model with the SPSS application program to test 4 (two) hypotheses that have been developed, the hypothesized relationship is a causal relationship. And the results of the hypothesis show that 4 (two) proposed hypotheses are accepted. The significance value of the Knowledge variable (X1) is 0.031, the significance value of the Skill variable (X2) is 0.028 and the significance value of the Ability variable (X3) is 0.046, it is evident that if the significance value (sig) or probAbility value (probAbility) smaller than the significant level used (= 0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the variables Knowledge (X1), Skill (X2) and Ability (X3) on Performance in IKM South Coastal District.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal: To determine the influence of organizational structure (X1) on the effectiveness of land rights certification services (Y) at the Payakumbuh City Land Office, To determine the influence of leadership (X2) on the effectiveness of land rights certification services (Y) at the Land Office City of Payakumbuh, to determine the influence of HR capabilities (X3) on the effectiveness of land rights certification services (Y) at the Payakumbuh City Land Office and to determine together the influence of organizational structure, leadership and HR capabilities on the effectiveness of land rights certification services at the Office Land of Payakumbuh City. The population in this study was 35 respondents who were directed at the Payakumbuh City Land Office Employees The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS program. The findings of this study are: 1) There is an influence between organizational structure and service effectiveness, there is a significant relationship between organizational structure and service effectiveness at the Land Office of Payakumbuh City 2) There is an influence of leadership on service effectiveness, there is a significant influence between leadership and service effectiveness at the office Land of Payakumbuh City.3) there is influence between HR capability and service effectiveness and there is a significant influence between HR capability and service effectiveness at the Payakumbuh City Land Office.4).
