Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the family visit policy for inmates at the Class IIA Bulukumba correctional institution using the Standards and Targets aspect approach, Communication between Institutions, External Conditions and Implementing Attitudes. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely answering a problem in detail. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show (a) standards and targets, that there are SOPs and visit conditions that are known to implementers and visitors. (b) Communication between institutions and external conditions, Director General of Corrections, Ministry of Law and Human Rights relating to security coordination, implementation supervision and direction, TNI and POLRI communication, skills training for correctional officers and assistance. (c) the attitude of implementers (officers) is currently not optimal due to limited numbers and equipment, and some officers are not consistent or firm in implementing policies.

Abstract

The rampant use of drugs in Indonesia is common in various groups of teenagers and adults, so that many prison inmates are people who are affected by drug cases, which makes them physically and psychologically disturbed, so the role of counselors is needed to be able to help and guide clients who are drug addicts to make them become addicts. better. This research aims to determine individual counseling services for drug addicts in the Class IIA Pekanbaru correctional institution. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach used in this research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that individual counseling services for drug addicts are carried out once a week for 15-20 minutes per person, and after they carry out this individual counseling service it can make them become better personalities than before when using drugs and become closer to their family.

Abstract

Abstrak: Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah lapangan (field research), dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan Ethnografi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prosesi serta nilai pendidikan pada tradisi mandi Safar. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah masyarakat Banjar di Kota Sampit, Kotawaringin Timur. Data dalam penelitian ini meliputi (1) Nilai pendidikan religius, (2) Nilai pendidikan moral, (3) Nilai pendidikan sosial. Abstract

This study aims to examine the behavior of disciplinary violations at SMP N 2 Pulau Punjung and the efforts to handle it by guidance and counseling teachers. Guidance and counseling teachers at SMP N 2 Pulau Punjung made various efforts to deal with this disciplinary violation behavior. These efforts include fostering student attitudes and behavior, outreach to students and parents, developing reward and sanction programs, and collaboration with related parties. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and case study method. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and document analysis. l Research shows that there are various kinds of disciplinary violations committed by students at SMP N 2 Pulau Punjung, such as arriving late to school, not bringing school equipment, dressing untidy, and being disruptive in class. Factors that influence the behavior of disciplinary violations include the family environment, school environment, and individual student factors.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of murabahah financing in the former PNPM Unit of Kabupaten Pidie and evaluate the implementation of Sharia economic principles in murabahah financing. It is a qualitative-normative field study focusing on the implementation of murabahah financing in UPK Kabupaten Pidie. The normative approach is employed to formulate proportional legal concepts in murabahah financing, while the juridical approach analyzes relevant legal regulations. The historical approach investigates the concept of murabahah by past Islamic jurists, and the empirical approach analyzes the implementation of murabahah financing in UPK as well as its underlying factors. The research findings reveal that the application of murabahah in UPK Eks-PNPM Kabupaten Pidie does not reflect a commitment to building an economy aligned with Sharia principles. In practice, murabahah is not used as a financing tool prioritizing transparency, where the presence of goods and profit margins should be clearly stated. UPK Eks-PNPM should take initiatives to realize a murabahah model that aligns with Sharia principles, as part of efforts to promote economic justice and Islamic business ethics. Overall, the implementation of Sharia economic principles in murabahah financing at UPK Eks-PNPM not only ensures Sharia-compliant financial systems but also contributes to comprehensive community empowerment. By emphasizing Islamic values in every aspect of economic activities, UPK Eks-PNPM establishes a sustainable model in line with the principles of social and economic justice in Islam.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran krusial dalam perekonomian suatu negara, baik di negara maju maupun berkembang. Di Indonesia, UMKM memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Namun, meskipun memiliki peran yang signifikan, UMKM di Indonesia masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, terutama terkait pemanfaatan teknologi yang terbatas dan produktivitas yang belum optimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja UMKM. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada tiga variabel utama: kapabilitas kecerdasan buatan, kapabilitas jaringan, dan kepemimpinan wirausaha. Ketiga faktor ini dianggap berperan penting dalam mengembangkan ketangkasan strategis UMKM, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS), yang dinilai lebih tepat untuk sampel yang relatif kecil. Sebanyak 1999 pemilik UMKM sektor jasa di Indonesia dilibatkan dalam studi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas kecerdasan buatan, kapabilitas jaringan, dan kepemimpinan wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap ketangkasan strategis UMKM. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting, baik dari segi teori maupun praktik, mengenai faktor-faktor utama yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM di Indonesia.Kata kunci: Kapabilitas kecerdasan buatan, Kapabilitas jaringan, Kepemimpinan wirausaha, Ketangkasan strategis, Kinerja Perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract. Children are the next generation of the nation who are vulnerable to becoming victims or perpetrators of sexual crimes due to lack of protection, supervision, and adequate moral education. Children as perpetrators of sexual abuse require a more humanistic legal approach through restorative justice in accorandce with the principles of the Child Protection Law and the Child Criminal Justice System. The purpose of this study is to examine the regulation of criminal acts of sexual abuse by child perpetrators against child victims and to analyze the ideal regulation of criminal acts of sexual abuse by child perpetrators against child victims. The approach method used in compiling the thesis is normative legal research.Specifications in this studydescriptive analysis.The theories used include the theory of legal certainty and the theory of restorative justice. The results of this study are (1)Regulation of criminal acts of child molestation against child victims in Indonesia has been regulated in the Criminal Code, the Child Protection Law, and the Child Protection and Child Protection Law, with the aim of providing protection for children both as victims and as perpetrators. Although child perpetrators of child molestation can be subject to criminal responsibility, the Indonesian legal system still requires an approach that upholds children's rights, including rehabilitation efforts through the child criminal justice system. However, Article 7 paragraph (2) of the Child Protection and Child Protection Law limits the application of diversion, so that child perpetrators in criminal acts of child molestation cannot be diverted, legal uncertainty in the principle of child protection. Therefore, although existing regulations have guaranteed legal protection, a review is needed to align the objectives of criminal punishment with the restorative justice approach for children. (2) The ideal regulation of criminal acts of child molestation against child victims in the future must be directed at a restorative justice-based approach that guarantees the protection of children's rights. Lessons from the English, German, and Dutch legal systems show that child punishment can be carried out in a humane manner by emphasizing rehabilitation. The juvenile criminal law system in Indonesia through the SPPA Law needs to be revised to provide space for settlement outside the courts, including for cases that carry a criminal sentence of more than seven years, such as molestation, which is currently excluded from diversion. In addition, the government also needs to reconstruct Article 140 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code so that it becomes the legal basis for terminating prosecution with a restorative justice approach, to ensure that the principle of "the best interests of the child" remains the main priority in the national criminal justice system.

Abstract

This study aims to describe whether there is an improvement in student learning outcomes after using Nearpod as a learning medium in the IPAS (Integrated Science and Social Studies) subject, specifically on electrical energy and technology in everyday life. This research employs a quantitative method with a Pre-Experimental Design. The population comprises all fifth-grade students at MIS Al-Jihad Palangka Raya, with Class VC selected as the sample using a purposive sampling technique. The instruments used include observation, pre-test, and post-test assessments. The instrument test was conducted in Class VIC, resulting in 21 valid items with a reliability coefficient of 0.873. Observations were carried out by directly assessing the learning process conducted by the fifth-grade teacher, using 17 observation indicators. The prerequisite tests included the normality test (0.407) and the homogeneity test (0.228). The study results showed that using Nearpod during classroom observation yielded a score of 95%, which falls into the very high category. The researchers measured the effectiveness of improving students' learning outcomes using the N-Gain score and obtained a value of 0.63, indicating moderate effectiveness. The t-test analysis produced a significance value of < 0.000. Based on the decision rule, since the significance value is less than 0.05, the researchers rejected the null hypothesis (H₀) and accepted the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ). Therefore, they concluded that the use of Nearpod had a significant effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Zakat apart from being a mahdhah worship service, also functions as a social service that can be used as an instrument for eradicating the poverty of today's people in Aceh. The potential for zakat in Aceh is so great that it cannot be optimized if the zakat institution has not won the heart of the muzakki who are the holders of the zakat mandate itself. Baitul Mal's income from the zakat sector is highly dependent on the muzakki's trust in zakat managers in these official institutions. The percentage and frequency are also very high so that the influence of the muzakki's trust in amil institutions greatly determines his desire to choose Baitul Mal as a place to pay his zakat.

Apart from being a religious service, Zakat also contains social and economic values. However, inappropriate management individually only realizes the value of worship. The behavior of zakat management carried out by the Prophet Muhammad SAW and Friends of Khullafaurrasyidin can be used as a reference that government involvement is needed so that zakat management can run optimally, so that one of the functions of zakat, namely empowering mustahik to become muzakki, can be realized and the zakat surplus target can be realized
