Abstract

The development of the digital economy provides opportunities and challenges in the context of muamalah fiqh and environmental preservation. This research aims to explore the contribution of muamalah fiqh in facing the dynamics of the digital economy and supporting nature conservation. Using a qualitative approach based on literature study, analysis was carried out on the relationship between the principles of muamalah fiqh and digital economic and environmental issues. The results show that muamalah fiqh provides ethical guidance in digital transactions and encourages ecological responsibility through the principles of maqashid sharia.

Abstract

Credit card as one of the most urgent needs for the middle class and above, is a modern payment system with security from the risk of carrying large amounts of cash which is very efficient. Legal provisions for the use of this product are needed, so that it has sharia restrictions, namely sharia provisions regarding the use of credit cards, for Muslims. This research is a literature study related to theoretical studies and other references related to the values, culture, and norms that develop in the social situation under study. The results show that there are three criteria for the theory used as the basis for the research, namely relevance, recency, and originality. Relevance means that the theory put forward is in accordance with the problem under study. The presence of Islamic credit cards that are presented for ease of transactions should not be a catastrophe for Muslims. The use of credit cards is focused on positive things for the security aspect of avoiding carrying large amounts of cash. Islamic credit cards should not be used for transactions that are not in accordance with sharia. The fiqh scholars have determined that it is not permissible to obtain ujrah (fee) for kafalah services, because when the guarantor pays the insured party's obligation, this resembles qardh (loan) which brings profit to the lender and is prohibited by Shariah. Not encouraging excessive spending by setting a maximum spending ceiling and having the financial ability to repay debts on time.

Abstract

Teacher is a professional position or profession. As a teacher, one of the competencies needed is professional competence. This study aims to look at the profile or educational background of MI teachers in the city of Palangka Raya. This research is important for the PGMI Study Program because it is the initial data for mapping the educational background of teachers in MIN Palangka Raya so that it can be the initial basis for collaboration between the Ministry of Religion of Central Kalimantan Province and PGMI Study Program related to increasing qualifications or procurement of educators in MIN Palangka Raya. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews with the head of the state Islamic madrasah in Palangka Raya. The results obtained are that the latest education is appropriate with the work as a class teacher obtained a percentage of 36.36% of class teachers with educational backgrounds or the latest bachelor's degree in Islamic primary school or elementary school teacher education.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, dalam menghadapi era digitalisasi dan persaingan yang semakin ketat, banyak UMKM yang kesulitan dalam membangun branding yang efektif untuk meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen. Pendekatan behavior menjadi salah satu strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip behavior, khususnya melalui pengkondisian klasik (classical conditioning) dan operant conditioning, dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan branding UMKM. Melalui pengulangan elemen-elemen branding yang konsisten, seperti logo, warna, dan slogan, UMKM dapat membentuk asosiasi positif dalam benak konsumen, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan daya tarik produk mereka. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan pengalaman konsumen yang menyenangkan sangat berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Oleh karena itu, UMKM perlu menciptakan pengalaman konsumen yang memuaskan agar dapat mempertahankan pelanggan dan mendorong pembelian ulang. Dengan memanfaatkan data dan wawasan tentang perilaku konsumen, UMKM dapat merancang strategi branding yang lebih relevan dan menarik, serta memperkuat hubungan emosional dengan konsumen.

Abstract

This research was carried out from January to March 2024, with the aim of 1) to determine the income of fishing fishermen in Batu Jaya Village, Laonti District, South Konawe Regency. 2) To find out what factors influence the income of fishing fishermen in Batu Jaya Village, Laonti District, South Konawe Regency. The method used in this research was carried out purposively and the sample was determined using a census method of 20 people. The analytical tools used are income analysis and multiple linear regression. The research results show that: 1) the average income of respondents is IDR 2,170,270 per month. 2) Find out the factors that influence the income of fishing fishermen

Abstract

Konstipasi adalah kondisi adanya perubahan konsistensi tinja, perubahan ukuran, penurunan frekuensi atau kesulitan buang air besar. Resiko utama konstipasi bisa dikurangi dengan menjaga pola makan yang cukup serat. Mencegah konstipasi dengan cukup serat lebih mudah dan efektif karena serat membantu melancarkan buang air besar. Serat adalah karbohidrat yang terdapat pada dinding sel tumbuhan dan tidak dicerna oleh tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang serat terhadap sikap mencegah konstipasi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedoktean Universitas Abulyatama. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, melibatkan 60 Mahasiswa Kedokteran Abulyatama yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online melalui google form. Hasil penelitian analisis univariat menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang serat sebagian besar adalah tinggi sebanyak 51 responden (85%) dan tingkat pengetahuan sedang 9 responden (15%). Sikap mencegah konstipasi sebagian besar adalah sikap baik sebanyak 42 responden (70%) dan sikap kurang 18 responden (30%). Analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang serat terhadap sikap mencegah konstipasi, dengan nilai p-value 0,009 (<0,05). Dari 60 responden, didapatkan sebanyak 45 responden (75%) pernah mengalami konstipasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang serat dengan sikap pencegahan konstipasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of real problems in the learning process in the Pancasila Education subject, namely student learning outcomes that have not yet reached the KKM. This is due to the minimal use of digital-based learning media. Therefore, the solution that can be done to deal with this problem is to use digital snakes and ladders game media. Given the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, it is possible to use this media in schools. The purpose of this study was to determine the applicability of digital snakes and ladders game media, learning outcomes, and the effect of digital snakes and ladders game media on student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject for grade V at SD IT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya. The method used in this study was to use a quantitative one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, testing, and documentation. Then, the population was grade V students of SD IT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya with a total of 31 students. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, so the sample in this study was grade V Abu Hanifah students of SD IT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya totaling 17 students. The results of the study showed that: (1) in the observation of the application of the learning process using digital snakes and ladders game media, it obtained a value of 95,2% with the category "Very Good"; (2) the learning outcomes of class V Abu Hanifah students in the Pancasila Education subject before being given treatment obtained an average value of 68.97 with the category "Enough". Then, the learning outcomes after being given treatment obtained an average value of 89.78 with the category "Very High"; (3) Based on the results of the Wilcoxon t-test, a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 was obtained so that Ha was accepted. This means that the digital snakes and ladders game media has an effect on the learning outcomes of students in the Pancasila Education subject of class V Abu Hanifah at SD IT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya.

Abstract

This study was conducted because of problems that emerged in class IV MIS Fathul Iman Palangka Raya. Problems that often occur are that many students still feel bored in class, students do not pay attention, and lack of interaction between students and teachers during the learning process. The study was conducted to minimize class fatigue by modifying learning methods that attract students' attention, namely the application of the Card Sort method in Fiqh learning for class IV MIS Fathul Iman Palangka Raya. This study used a qualitative approach with the subjects of Fiqh subject teachers and students of class IV MIS Fathul Iman Palangka Raya and the homeroom teacher for class IV as informants. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the application of the Card Sort method in Fiqh learning can increase student participation, facilitate understanding of the material, and create a more interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. Thus, it can be concluded that the Card Sort method is one of the effective methods that can be applied in Fiqh learning to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process at MIS Fathul Iman Palangka Raya.      ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya masalah yang muncul di kelas IV MIS Fathul Iman Palangka Raya. Masalah sering terjadi ialah  masih banyak ditemukan siswa yang merasa jenuh di dalam kelas, siswa menyimak tidak fokus, kurangnya interaksi siswa dan guru selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk meminimalisir kelas yang kelelahan dengan cara memodifikasi metode pembelajaran yang  menarik perhatian siswa  yaitu penerapan metode Card Sort pada pembelajaran Fikih kelas IV MIS Fathul Iman Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek guru mata pelajaran Fikih dan siswa kelas IV MIS Fathul Iman Palangka Raya dan wali kelas IV sebagai informan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Card Sort dalam pembelajaran Fikih dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, mempermudah pemahaman materi, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Card Sort merupakan salah satu metode efektif yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Fikih untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar di MIS Fathul Iman Palangka Raya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the family visit policy for inmates at the Class IIA Bulukumba correctional institution using the Standards and Targets aspect approach, Communication between Institutions, External Conditions and Implementing Attitudes. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely answering a problem in detail. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show (a) standards and targets, that there are SOPs and visit conditions that are known to implementers and visitors. (b) Communication between institutions and external conditions, Director General of Corrections, Ministry of Law and Human Rights relating to security coordination, implementation supervision and direction, TNI and POLRI communication, skills training for correctional officers and assistance. (c) the attitude of implementers (officers) is currently not optimal due to limited numbers and equipment, and some officers are not consistent or firm in implementing policies.

Abstract

Company value is the value of the company's management performance in reaping profits which includes supporting factors which will later be seen from the company's stock price. The purpose of this study was to determine whether profitability, liquidity and firm size affect firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used in this study are return on assets (ROA), current ratio (CR) and firm size to price book value (PBV). The population in this study amounted to 193 companies engaged in manufacturing which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples selected by outlier test and also purposive sampling were 10 companies that were eligible to be tested using SPSS v. 25. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method. The results of the T test show that Profitability (ROA) has a significant effect on Firm Value, Liquidity (CR) and Firm Size (Firm Size) have no effect on Firm Value. The results of the F test analysis show that the variables of Profitability, Liquidity and Company Size together have a significant effect on company performance.
