Abstract

In the practice of e-Commerce, another word for online-based sales activity conducted by firms or organizations via the internet, the credibility of the host site is important. A credible site will be able to attract more visitors, thus increasing the probability of selling the goods or services offered in that particular site. Credibility assessment is not only based on the usability, information quality, and interaction quality of the site alone, but is also based onattributes of marketing mix, which include the originality of the product, the promotion that is currently available, the existence of additional information in the site, as well as other factors. This research aims to link the attributesof marketing mix and site quality assessment (WebQual), such as the usability, information quality, and interaction quality to the credibility of a site. The research models the relation by constructing a structural equation modeling(SEM) and uses two data analyzing techniques: descriptive analysis using cross tabulation and frequency table, and a variance based model analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that site credibility assessment on marketing mix improves due to occurring bonus or promotions, selling well known brands, and the availability of delivery services that can be monitored by buyers. In WebQual metrics, site credibility improves due to visitor’s ease of understanding, trust/reliability, and security while visiting or conducting purchases. Site credibility constructions rely on additional vendor information such as contact numbers, vendor ID (address, structure, awards, etc.), shopping guidelines, and feedback speed to customers queries.

Abstract

The  research was aimed to examine the influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction and emplooyes performance of  PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., Semarang Regional Office. The number of samples was 150 empployees and it was selected through proportional random sampling. SEM-PLS was applied to analyze  the data. The conclusions indicated that organizational commitment directly influenced job satisfaction positively. Organizational commitment directly and positively influenced employees performance. Job satisfaction directly and positively influenced employees performance. To improve employees performance, the guidance for employees to be able to work in a team, increasing the sense of responsibility to the organization, giving employees the freedom to innovate, creating a comfortable working atmosphere and establishing good communication among employees with superior supervisor should be done

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a relationship quality model and investigate the links among the constructs. This empirical study aims to explore the construct's links between the key constituents of relationship quality model: trust, satisfaction, and commitment. The Structural Equation Model is employed to confirm the model and investigate the correlations and influences between constructs. The results of the analysis confirm the direct influence of commitment toward loyalty. Satisfaction does not have a direct influence on loyalty, but through commitment as a mediate variable. The finding confirms the relationship quality model with strong influences among constituents: satisfaction, trust and commitment; Commitment is the only variable whose direct influence toward customer loyalty.

Abstract

ENGLISHResearch on adoption of sharing economy in agribusiness is still scarce, particularly the research on adoption of peer-to-peer lending by farmers.  Some studies have shown that sharing economy offers benefits to the farmers, hence it is important to drive farmers to adopt sharing economy.  This study aims to investigate the factors that drive the behavioral intention of farmers to adopt sharing economy.  The form of sharing economy investigated in this study is peer-to-peer lending in farming funding.  This study uses variables of UTAUT2 to measure the acceptance toward technology used in sharing economy and Theoretical Model of Participation in the Sharing Economy to measure the acceptance towards the service of sharing economy itself.  Besides the variables of the aforementioned theories this study also includes new variables which are trust and values. The respondents of this research are 144 farmers in West Java, Indonesia who have not adopted peer-to-peer lending farming funding.  The data is analyzed using SEM, showing the results that there are three variables showing significant and positive correlation, which are hedonic motivation, price value and habit.   BAHASA INDONESIAPenelitian mengenai sharing economy di sektor agribisnis di Indonesia relatif masih sedikit, khususnya penelitian mengenai adopsi peer-to-peer lending oleh petani.  Beberapa penelitian mengenai sharing economy menunjukkan bahwa sharing economy memberikan manfaat bagi petani, oleh karenanya penting untuk mendorong adopsi sharing economy oleh petani.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang mendorong timbulnya niat berperilaku di kalangan petani untuk mengadopsi sharing economy.  Bentuk sharing economy yang diteliti di dalam riset ini adalah peer-to-peer lending dalam pembiayaan pertanian.  Studi ini menerapkan variabel-variabel dari teori utama UTAUT 2 serta Model Teoretis Partisipasi Sharing Economy masing-masing teori tersebut untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor pendorong niat berperilaku mengadopsi sharing economy dari sisi teknologi serta dari sisi layanan sharing economy-nya sendiri.  Selain variabel-variabel dari kedua teori di atas penelitian ini juga menambahkan variabel kepercayaan (trust) dan nilai-nilai (values).  Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Jawa Barat, Indonesia,  dengan jumlah responden 144 petani yang belum mengadopsi sharing economy peer-to-peer lending. Hasil analisis data menggunakan SEM menunjukkan terdapat tiga variabel yang menunjukkan hubungan signifikan dan positif, yaitu motivasi hedonis (hedonic motivation), nilai harga  (price value), serta kebiasaan (habit).

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to analyze the effect of the promotion cost and distributioncost on companys sales partially and simultaneously (2) to formulate managerial implications related to the results of this study. Data was collected from 29 companies which separated into 18 foreign direct investments companies and 11 domestic investments companies.Secondary data was gathered through consolidated financial statements companies whichlisted on IDX for the 2007-2012 years ended. Data panel analysis fixed effect model was usedto estimate the effects of promotion cost and distribution cost. Based on the FEM analysis, allindependent variables of foreign direct investment and domestic investment companies hassignificant effect on their sales. The results of this study suggestedfor managerial implications to increase the efficiency of promotion cost and distribution cost.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Government Internal Control System and organizational commitment on the fraud trend in Regional Apparatus Work Units (SKPD) of Central Sulawesi Province both simultaneously and partially. The study used 43 people as the respondents from each Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD). The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed using with multiple linear regression analysis tools and the statistical program SPSS version 20.0. The results show that the implementation of the government internal control system and organizational commitment has a significant effect on fraud trend. Based on the results of the f-test (simultaneously), government internal control system and organizational commitment have a significant effect on fraud trend. For the results of  the t-test (partially),  government internal control system and organizational commitment have a significant effect  on fraud trend. Based on the results of this research, this study suggests and recommends that  the Central Sulawesi government increase their understanding of the importance of the implementation of the government internal control system that has been regulated in Law Number 60 of 2008, given the need for a solid foundation such as a control system to minimize the occurrence of various acts of fraud.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is something that serves as a foundation for humans. As educational activists, we can raise a better generation by conducting teaching activities for the nation's children to hone their academic and non-academic abilities outside formal schools. The large number of students dropping out of school causes non-formal education to have an important role in fostering environmental awareness. This activity aims to foster a sense of concern for environmental knowledge, especially among children in Rawa Simprug IX, South Jakarta, Special Capital Region of (DKI) Jakarta. In addition, it also aims to enhance children's interest in reading from an early age and their understanding of various lessons that have been or have not been obtained in formal schools. This activity was conducted from August 2019 to November 2019. The peak of the event was held on Sunday, November 24, 2019. In this activity, several books could be loaned to children for on-the-spot reading (in the Madani Rubric). The book was carried by a mobile library car from the South Jakarta Administration City Library and Archives Service. There were approximately 30 children of Rawa Simprug IX who took part as the participants in this event. This activity teaches children in the Rawa Simprug IX area who need additional education with the help of HMTL (Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Lingkungan) and some lecturers from Pertamina University as the teaching staff. The children were also taught about the environment, particularly reducing plastic waste by using drinking bottles. The achievement of this activity is a recycling product made by the target community themselves.

Abstract

The Regional Head Election campaign frequently uses electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) communication because of social media's growth and the Covid-19 pandemic that took place during the election year. In commercial brands, eWOM impact has influence brand equity and purchase decisions. However, in political brands, this has not been proven. Therefore, by using the regional head candidate of Purbalingga Regency as a political brand, this study examines the effect of eWOM on developing candidate brand equity and relates it to voting intention. Brand equity using a brand pyramid model with brand equity forming variables consisting of a candidate brand awareness, a candidate brand performance-imagery, a candidate brand judgment-feelings, and a candidate brand resonance. The study involved 260 respondents who are people of Purbalingga Regency who may vote and use social media. The sampling method used was purposive sampling by conducting direct interviews with respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis. The results showed that electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand equity development variables. Developing brand equity affects the voting intention on candidate brand awareness and candidate brand resonance. The Result of this study found electronic Word of Mouth to have no direct influence on voting intention.

Abstract

Gedung Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD)1 Pusat Pemerintahan Tangerang Selatan dengan luas 784 m2 yang berada di Jl. Raya Maruga Pamulang II adalah salah satu bangunan yang menggunakan pondasi konstruksi sarang laba-laba (KSLL).Pondasi Konstruksi Sarang Laba-laba (KSLL) merupakan kombinasikonstruksi bangunan bawah konvensional yang merupakan perpaduan pondasi plat beton pipih menerus yang di bawahnya disatukan oleh rib-rib tegak. Kombinasi ini menghasilkan kerja sama timbal balik yang saling menguntungkan sehingga membentuk sebuah pondasi yang memiliki kekakuan (rigidity) jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan sistem pondasi dangkal lainnya. Pondasi ini bisa digunakan untuk gedung 2 - 8 lantai dan mampu bekerja seperti perahu yang diterjang ombak ketika mendapatkan goncangan gempa.Penelitian ini membahas mengenai daya dukung dan penurunan pondasidimana perhitungannya menggunakan software ETABS untuk mengetahui beban pada setiap kolom, metode Mayerhof pada perhitungan daya dukung pondasi, metode Newmark untuk menghitung tekanan pada lapisan tanah serta software PLAXIS untuk daya dukung dan penurunan pondasi.Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh beban total kolom maximum hasil dari ETABSsebesar 20505,14 KN, daya dukung ultimit (qult) dengan menggunakan metode Mayerhof diperoleh sebesar 737.426912 KN/m2, nilai Safety Factor (SF) secara manual adalah sebesar 8.05. sedangkan nilai SF yang dihasilkan dari software plaxis yaitu 13,6.Menurut analisa penurunan total pondasi konstruksi sarang laba-laba (KSLL) adalah sebesar sebesar 14,539 cm sedangkan hasil pemodelan pada PLAXIS didapat nilai penurunan sebesar 13,5 cm. Dimana yang penurunan terjadi lebih kecil dari penurunan yang disyaratkan sehingga dapat disimpulkan pondasi KSLL cukup aman
