Abstract

Abstract: Urea is a chemical compound which is composed from the elements of carbon, hydrogen, oxygenand nitrogen. Approximately 90% of the urea used as chemical fertilizers in the form of prills as a supplier of nitrogen element (macro nutrient) needed by the plants. Fertilizer includes in the manufacturing industry that provides a major contribution to Gross Domestic Product (PDB) after the agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, and mining sector (BPS, 2012). In the group of non oil and gas, fertilizer industry group is rank1 of 9 industry groups which have the opportunity to generate foreign exchange. The problems faced by the fertilizer industry in Indonesia are: (1) the availability of raw materials for producing urea namely natural gas, (2) the factory has been an old age and the old technology so that inefficient, (3) very low domestic sales policycauses the loss of opportunities for manufacturers to get the maximum margin. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the income and profit in increasing the competitiveness of urea industry. The research to determine the relationship of competitiveness and the factors thataffectcompetitiveness is analyzed with multiple linear regression with the method of Ordinary Least Squared (OLS). As the independent  variable it is the price policy (domestic price and export price) and the distribution policy (production volume and export volume) and the dependent variable are the competitiveness and the results of sales as the intervening variable. The data use in this research is secondary datacoming from the annual report of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) and Urea Outlook from Fertecon Analysis. The results showed that the price policy (domestic price and export  price) and the distribution policy (production volume and export volume) are significantly influences toward the income and the profit that will increase and stregthen the company's competitiveness. For the domestic price variables did not significantly affect the results of sales(income) so that the policy of domestic price regulation is the same as the export price that will increase the income and the competitiveness of company. While the production volume and the export volume inflluence the results of sales so that it strengthens the competitiveness of company.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of family support, school environment, and coping strategies on the self-identity development of cadets in government-affiliate school. A quantitative approach with an explanatory design and survey method was used, involving 331 cadet respondents from levels I and II, aged 18 to 21, at a vocational school under the Ministry of Transportation. The instrument used was a standardized questionnaire to measure the variables of family support, school environment, coping strategies, and the self-identity development. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study indicate that family support, school environment, and coping strategies have a significant positive effect on the self-identity development. Family support plays a crucial role in personal development and future planning, while a supportive school environment, characterized by positive relationships between teachers and peers, accelerates the self-identity development. Furthermore, effective coping strategies assist in managing stress and life challenges more effectively. These findings emphasize the importance of family support, school environment, and coping strategies in supporting the personal development of cadets in government-affiliate school. The implications of this study suggest that the government should support inclusive educational policies, train teachers to address the emotional and social needs of cadets, and encourage further research on coping strategies and mental health in the context of vocational education.

Abstract

This study addresses the critical gap in understanding High-Speed Rail (HSR) marketing strategies in emerging Southeast Asian markets, such as Indonesia, where unique cultural, economic, and infrastructural factors require tailored approaches. Employing bibliometric analysis, the present study delves deeper into the evolution of HSR marketing from 2014 to 2023, analyzing 138 Scopus-indexed articles through R Studio (bibliometrix) and VOSviewer. The study identifies key trends, including the emphasis on pricing strategies, consumer behavior, and sustainability. An increase in publications, especially from emerging markets, indicates a growing interest in the marketing dynamics of HSR. Co-authorship networks and citation analysis highlight prominent authors and institutions, while keyword clustering reveals a shift toward customer satisfaction and environmental concerns. A significant gap in research emerges pertinent to HSR marketing strategies in Southeast Asia, pointing toward the need for region-specific approaches. The findings reveal a research gap in emerging markets like Indonesia, where themes such as “willingness to pay” and “tourism development” remain underexplored. As indicated by the low keyword density and thematic map results, future studies should focus more on consumer behavior and localized marketing strategies to support HSR adoption in diverse socio-economic contexts.

Abstract

Research Originality: This study develops a behavior-anchored segmentation framework for Indonesian neobank users by extending the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT-3) with trust and marketplace application usage, providing deeper insights into user behavior. Research Objectives: The research aims to identify distinct neobank user segments and key behavioral drivers to support targeted strategies in digital financial services. Research Method: An extended UTAUT-3 model incorporating trust and marketplace usage was validated through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Balanced Iterative Reducing and Clustering using Hierarchies (BIRCH) clustering was applied to data from 386 active users, with segment validity confirmed using Elbow, Gap, and Silhouette methods. Empirical Results: The results revealed that trust, habit, and marketplace usage emerged as primary drivers of engagement and user recommendations. This study identifies four user segments: transitioning explorers, urban occasionalists, rural digital enthusiasts, and cost-conscious digital natives. Implications: Urban Occasionalists and Rural Digital Enthusiasts show strong potential for long-term growth. Targeted engagement and personalized retention strategies for these segments can enhance customer lifetime value and strengthen user advocacy. JEL Classification: G21, M31, C38

Abstract

This study aims to identify the characteristics, parental involvement, school service quality, and parent satisfaction of public elementary school students and analyze the influence of parental involvement and school service quality on parent satisfaction of public elementary school students. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method, using cluster random sampling, and a questionnaire was distributed to 119 parents whose children are at the elementary school level in Bekasi City. The data was collected and then processed with descriptive tests and impact tests using SPSS and SmartPLS. The results showed that parental involvement did not have a direct impact on parent satisfaction, but it was moderated by school service quality. School service quality perception had a direct and significant impact on parent satisfaction. Parents need to be more aware of the role they play in their children's education and make an effort to be involved in children's learning process. For schools, it is necessary to periodically evaluate the quality of school services because it greatly influences parental satisfaction.

Abstract

Technology and the new normal make the working model more flexible. Co-working space is also present in line with these changes. Customer awareness is in good results but the fact is not in line with existing business practices. Several co-working spaces experienced decreased visits, unstable sales, and received losses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the decision to rent from the variables mediating perceived benefits and costs with the influencing variables being customer motivation, reliability, reputation, and convenience. The sample collected was 259 respondents who were consumers who had rented a co-working space located in Jabodetabek which was the scope of the study as well. In a multivariate analysis with SEM-PLS, the research results of the decision to rent were significantly more influenced by perceived benefits than costs. The biggest benefit is influenced by customer motivation and the cost is influenced by reliability. The new results of this study show that the reputation variable is consistently not significant in rent decisions. Keywords: coworking space, decision to rent, perceived benefit, perceived cost, SEM-PLS
