Abstract

The aim of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to provide technical assistance and diagnose damage to drilled well pumps in Gampong Luthu Lamweu, Sukamakmur, Aceh Besar. This method of implementing community service begins with conducting a location survey, outreach to the community, students involved and prospective Thematic KKN students. Next, form a service team and explain the work program, work targets and implementation targets. From the results of field diagnosis and verification, it was found that the installation of the submersible pump was not in accordance with the technical specification data on the pump. This is what makes the pump that was installed in 2021 unable to work as it should after testing the pump (run test). The PKM team recommends: the size of the output pipe be increased from ", to 1.5". Increased pump power from 1 hp to 1.5 hp. The pump capacity has been increased, from 10-40-70 to 20-50-80. Out put diameter from 1.25' to 1.5".

Abstract

Management is a series of processes that include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities to achieve organizational goals in an effective and efficient manner, using the resources owned by the organization. In modern development management, information technology is added as a tool to facilitate the operation of the development system to improve the welfare of society, especially in Indonesia. The implementation of development management that needs special attention, both at the national and regional government levels, includes the preparation of regional development plan documents, implementation of performance evaluations, monitoring regional development, and management of regional development management information systems. The purpose of this study is to see how development in the social, economic, and cultural contexts meets the needs of society and to examine what are the main concepts of development that are relevant to answering global and local challenges. This research method uses reference studies. From the results of this study it was found that development in the social, economic, and cultural contexts has a very significant role in meeting the needs of society, and the main concept of development that is relevant to answering global and local challenges is the concept of sustainable development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor budaya dan faktor social terhadap keputusan wisatawan dalam berkunjung ke obyek wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 60 sampel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu accidental sampling, metode analisa yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 3.289 + 0,194 X1 + 0,063 X2. dan diperoleh nilai Koefisien Korelasi (r) 0,157, dengan nilai Koefisien Determinasi R2 yaitu 0,024. Dan pada Uji Hipotesis yang meliputi Uji Pengaruh Parsial (Uji T) dan Uji pengaruh Simultan (Uji F). diperoleh nilai faktor budaya (X1) pada Uji T adalah nilai thitung sebesar 1.121 dan ttabel 1.672 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,267. dan signifikansi thitung lebih besar dari 0,05. Dan diperoleh nilai faktor sosial (X2) pada Uji T dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,596 dan ttabel 1.672 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,554 dan nilai signifikansi thitung lebih besar dari 0,05. Untuk nilai Uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 0,716 dan Ftabel sebesar 2,37 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,493.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimanakah kepuasan masyarakat pada peranan penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penentuan sampel dengan teknik non probability yaitu teknik accidental sampling, dimana sampel yang kebetulan peneliti temui adalah sebanyak 20 kelompok tani, dengan anggota rata-rata 5 orang, jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 20 x 5 = 100 orang dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukan perolehan nilai bahwa tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat pada Peranan Penyuluh Pertanian di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah berada pada kategori Puas, terlihat dari nilai yang diperoleh pada indikator Jaminan (Assurance) adalah sebesar 436, dengan nilai skor rata-rata sebesar 436, kemudian nilai yang di peroleh pada indikator Perhatian (Emphaty) adalah sebesar 833, dengan nilai skor rata-rata sebesar 416,5. Nilai kepuasan masyarakat pada peran penyuluh pertanian yang berada pada kategori sangat puas adalah indikator Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) sebesar 842, dengan nilai skor rata-rata sebesar 421, selanjutnya indikator Wujud fisik (Tangibles) adalah sebesar 851, dengan nilai skor rata-rata sebesar 425,5, kemudian nilai indikator Kehandalan (Reliability) adalah sebesar 875, dengan nilai skor rata-rata sebesar 437,5. Intinya penilaian kepuasan masyarakat pada Peranan Penyuluh Pertanian di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah, berada pada kategori Puas terdapat pada indikator jaminan dan perhatian; dan kategori Sangat Puas terdapat pada indikator daya tanggap, wujud fisik dan kehandalan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kesehatan keselamatan kerja dan sistem rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Glaxo Smithkline Medan baik secara parsial dan simultan dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan beberapa uji yakni reliability analysis, uji penyimpangan asumsi klasik dan regression linier. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data primer yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 25, diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut : Y = 0,942 + 0,809 X1 + 0,177 X2 + e. Secara parsial, variabel kesehatan keselamatan kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, terbukti dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (7,637 > 2,015). Variabel sistem rekrutmen (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, terbukti dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,258 > 2,015). Secara simultan, variabel kesehatan keselamatan kerja (X1) dan sistem rekrutmen (X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, terbukti dari nilai F hitung > F tabel (43,104 > 3,20). Variabel kesehatan keselamatan kerja (X1) dan sistem rekrutmen (X2) mampu memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 66,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari kesimpulan di atas, penulis memberikan saran bahwa hendaknya pimpinan mempertahankan kesehatan keselamatan kerja yang sudah baik, agar karyawan dapat bekerja dengan nyaman dan aman. Hendaknya sistem rekrutmen ditingkatkan lagi agar lebih terstruktur, sehingga perusahaan akan memperoleh karyawan yang professional dibidangnya. Hendaknya karyawan mempertahankan prestasi kerja yang sudah baik, agar menjadi contoh bagi karyawan yang lain.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the problems of the application of Islamic economics in economic activities with the Maqashid Syariah approach. The research method in this research is field research by means of library research. The research findings from the views of scholars about Maqasid Al-Shari'ah are Maslahat, because the determination of law in Islam must lead to Maslahat as well as in carrying out economic activities carried out by humans, must be oriented to Maslahat. Meanwhile, the research findings from the view of Maqashid Syari'ah in economic development, occupy a very important position in formulating sharia economics, both broadly economic activities and financial activities including Islamic banking, which is the main requirement in ijtihad to answer various problems of economic and finance. Where is the ultimate goal of Islamic economics according to Islamic law itself (Maqashid Asy Syari'ah) to achieve happiness in this world and in the hereafter.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of fingerprint attendance and work motivation on employee work discipline at Man 3 Bener Meriah. The number of respondents in the study was 45 people using saturated sampling techniques. The data collected through the questionnaire were expressed in the form of a Likert scale, then tabulated and processed using multiple linear regression techniques using the SPSS version 27 application. The results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.507 + 0.583 + 0.422, indicate that there is a partial effect of fingerprint attendance on employee work discipline with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 with a t-count value of 4.316, there is also a partial effect of work motivation on employee work discipline with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05 with a t-count value of 3.252. The results of the study also showed an influence between fingerprint attendance and work motivation simultaneously on the work discipline of Man 3 Bener Meriah employees with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 with a calculated f value of 14,634. The R square Determinant Coefficient shows a figure of 0.411, this means that the work discipline variable is influenced by the fingerprint attendance variable and work motivation by 41.1% and 58.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attention, interest, desire, and action on purchasing decisions for Honda brand motorcycles. The population in this study was 320 people and the sample in this study was 76 people calculated using the Slovin formula as consumers of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Takengon. The data analysis method was in the form of validation tests and reliability tests and using classical assumption tests, then re-analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient tests. The results showed that the variables attention, interest, desire and action, the four variables partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. All independent variables had a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda brand motorcycles at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Takengon, Central Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Strengthening the Pancasila student profile is an important effort to instill Pancasila values in the younger generation, especially among junior high school students. This community service aims to introduce and strengthen junior high school students' understanding of the Pancasila student profile. Community service activities are carried out through the socialization of the values of the Pancasila student profile with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) model. The methods used are lectures, discussions, and practices of implementing Pancasila values in everyday life. The subjects of this activity involved 56 grade VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. The community service activities carried out showed that there was an increase in student responses to the Pancasila profile after the socialization activities were carried out. Furthermore, it can be observed that in the socialization activities carried out, students were enthusiastic in participating in the socialization and understanding the concept of the Pancasila student profile. Students can identify and explain the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile, namely having faith, being devoted to God Almighty and having noble character, being globally diverse, having critical thinking, being independent, and working together. In addition, students are also able to provide examples of the application of Pancasila values in everyday life.

Abstract

Employee development greatly affects the development of the organization. Professionally developed employees can bring various benefits to the organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development and leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment as a moderation variable in Batamindo Industrial Park companies. Human resource development aims to increase employee knowledge in terms of knowledge and practice skills through education, training, non-training and learning tasks. Furthermore, employee performance is the quality of work results, quantity of work, attendance and teamwork ability. This study uses a qualitative approach with a correlational associative research method by distributing questionnaires to employees June-July 2023 using a google form. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and data was processed using Smart PLS 3. The results of this study show that leadership variables and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is due to HR development that is not implemented properly or without a mature plan so that it does not have a significant impact. Poor execution and lack of support from management. Organizational commitment is proven to be able to strengthen the influence of leadership and human resource development on employee performance.
