Abstract

The culture of employee work discipline is used as a habit of self-actualization in realizing attitudes and behaviors that can reflect obedience and compliance with the regulations that have been set by the organization to create quality employees. Research objectives to determine an overview of the effectiveness level of employee discipline culture in the Office of the Environment and Forestry Office of Sinjai Regency and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the employee work discipline culture. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data presented through the frequency table and processed through the technique of calculating scores. The data analysis technique in this study uses the percentage formula. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of the employee discipline culture was in the very effective category in terms of punctuality, using office equipment properly. This research can be used as a reference to determine the level of work discipline and awareness of employees at the Office of the Environment and Forestry Office of Sinjai Regency. Because there are still employees who still do not comply with the regulations that have been set.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui : (1) Beban Kerja pada Terminal Petikemas Makassar PT. Pelindo IV (Persero), (2) Kinerja Karyawan pada Terminal Petikemas Makassar PT. Pelindo IV (Persero), (3) Pengaruh Beban Kerja pada Terminal Petikemas Makassar PT. Pelindo IV (Persero). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 125 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 50 karyawan. Dari hasil pengolahan data untuk variabel beban kerja diperoleh nilai 79,4 persen, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja pada Terminal Petikemas Makassar PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) IV masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil pengolahan data untuk variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai 81,1 persen maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja Karyawan pada Terminal Petikemas Makassar PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Dari hasil analisis koefisien korelasi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,721, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja berkorelasi dengan tingkat korelasi kuat/tinggi antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Terminal Petikemas Makassar PT. Pelindo IV (Persero).

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran badan usaha milik desa (bum desa) dalam penguatan ekonomi masyarakat kelompok tani di Desa Ulaweng Cinnong Kecamatan Ulaweng Kabupaten Bone, serta seperti apa pengelolaan BUM Desa Ulaweng Cinnong Kecamatan Ulaweng Kabupaten Bone. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Ketua BUM Desa, Sekretaris BUM Desa, Kepala Unit perdagangan pupuk BUM, Ketua Kelompok, dan Masyarakat yang ada di Desa Ulaweng Cinnong. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan menggunakan model Miles & Huber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pengelolaan usaha BUM Desa Ulaweng Cinnong berjalan dengan baik hal ini terlihat dari turut berpartisipasinya BUM Desa dalam membantu masyarakat petani untuk mengembangkan pertaniannya melalui BUM Desa, dengan memberikan sarana dan prasarana yang membantu para petani di Desa Ulaweng Cinnong. Adapun penguatan ekonomi di Desa Ulaweng Cinnong terlaksana dengan baik hal tersebut dilihat dari terpenuhinya aspek peran BUM Desa dalam penguatan ekonomi yaitu; meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, membantu melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaa penyelenggaraan kegiatan ekonomi desa dan membantu pemerintah desa dalam mengembangkan sumber potensi yang terdapat di desa menjadi potensi sumber ekonomi.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of lecturer teaching discipline on student learning motivation in the FIS Office Administration Education Study Program at Makassar State University. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. This research highlights two variables, namely lecturer teaching discipline (variable X) and student teaching motivation (Variable Y). The study population was all active students in the FIS Office Administration Education Study Program, Makassar State University, totaling 246 people from the 2016, 2017 and 2018 batches. While the study sample was 25% of the total population (62 people) taken using proportionale random sampling technique . Data collection techniques used were questionnaire technique, observation, and documentation techniques. Data obtained through a questionnaire instrument, were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that: 1) The teaching discipline discipline of lecturers in the FIS Office Administration Education Study Program in Makassar State University was 75.17% and in the discipline category; 2) The description of student motivation in the Office of Education Administration Study Program FIS Makassar State University is 72.85% and is in the high category; 3) There is a positive and significant influence between the teaching discipline of lecturers on student learning motivation in the FIS Office Administration Education Study Program, Makassar State University

Abstract

Abstract. One of the hearts of the functioning of democracy is political parties, to ensure the sustainability of the life of political parties, access to the funds of political parties is essential. However, on the other side, money has a significant destructive potential to democracy if it is not governed proportionally. This research tries to investigate and comprehend the financial arrangements of political parties. This form of study is normative research, focused on secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal documents, then qualitatively examined. The financial regulation of political parties in Indonesia comprises the restriction of funding sources, quantity or amount and oversight through the accountability reporting system. However, access to public money does not include non-financial support in the form of natural, as well as the provision of advice on public funds on a timely basis following the model of granting subsidies after the general election.Keywords: Politic of Law, Finance, Political Party, Regulatory Model

Abstract

The Effectiveness of the Implementation of the One-Stop Integrated Service System at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Luwu Regency. The aim is to find out how effective the Implementation of the One Stop Integrated Service System is at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Luwu Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data condensation technique, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study show that the implementation of the One Stop Service System at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Luwu Regency has been effective but not maximal in terms of three indicators. Achievement of goals is categorized as effective in terms of timeliness and ease of access to services. Adaptability is less effective in terms of the ability to manage good service situations and conditions and readiness to prepare a service environment that is less than optimal. Integration is categorized as effective in terms of good coordination and communication between all parties. related to service. This research can be used as a reference material in developing and improving the quality of services, especially one-stop integrated services to the community in order to support government programs in terms of bureaucratic reform in this case public services, especially in several offices that implement a one-stop integrated service system, this research uses the method qualitative research that focuses on the process and the meaning of the results.

Abstract

The role of the teacher in achieving the goals of Indonesian independence can be proven by the presence of a teacher figure in learning that cannot be replaced by any media and learning resources. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to find out how the pedagogical competence of teachers majoring in Office Management Automation (OTKP) at SMKN 1 Bone. The total population in this study was 305 respondents with a sample of 152 respondents using a sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is distribution analysis. The results of the study show that the pedagogical competence of teachers majoring in office management automation (OTKP) at SMKN 1 Bone is classified as very good in terms of characteristic indicators, learning theories and principles, curriculum, educational learning, potential, communication, learning process. , assessment and evaluation, and reflective action.

Abstract

Employee performance is a result of work achieved by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given, therefore the purpose of this study is to be achieved to determine the performance of administrative education personnel in the implementation of office administration at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used by this study are data analysis models Miles, Huberman and Saldana, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The number of informants in this study was 5 people, namely 1 principal and 4 administrative education staff. The results of this study show that the performance of administrative education personnel in the implementation of office administration at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto is quite good for the performance of office administration implementation, this is indicated by the results of research on each indicator, namely: quality of work, quantity of work, punctuality and effectiveness. This research is used as a source of information and knowledge about the performance of administrative employees on the implementation of office administration in more depth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Gambaran persepsi pengawai mengenai pemberian tunjangan kinerja pada BAUK Universitas Negeri Makassar; 2) Gambaran kinerja pegawai pada BAUK Universitas Negeri Makassar 3) Pengaruh tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai BAUK Universitas Negeri Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemberian tunjangan kinerja sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 107 dengan sampel sebanyak 50% (54 orang) yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportinale random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu teknik angket observasi dan teknik dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh melalui instrument angket, dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial setelah diuji persyaratan analisis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Persepsi pegawai mengenai pemberian tunjangan kinerja termasuk sangat tinggi; 2) Kinerja pegawai termasuk kategori sangat tinggi; 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pemberian tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu disarankan kepada pimpinan pada BAUK Universitas Negeri Makassar, kiranya berupaya mempertahankan kinerjanya dan bahkan lebih ditingkatkan. Kata kunci: Tunjangan Kinerja, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai bagi usaha budidaya rumput laut di Desa Bontosunggu Kecamatan Tamalatea Kabupaten Jeneponto. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan observasi, serta menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk usaha budidaya rumput laut di Desa Bontosunggu Kecamatan Tamalate Kabupaten Jeneponto berdasarkan analisis internal dan eksternal adalah strategi Growth (perkembangan). Pada posisi tersebut, pembudidaya rumput laut dapat mengembangkan usahanya secara efektif melalui penggunaan strategi SO (Strength/Opportunities), yaitu strategi menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang dimilikinya, dalam hal ini branding yang kuat dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan jaringan pemasaran di skala yang lebih luas, serta keterampilan pembudidaya yang baik dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya untuk melakukan promosi di media sosial.
