Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran dan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja Pegawai Kantor Satker OP SDA Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pompengan Jeneberang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan  melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi.Teknik pengambilan  sampel yang digunakan yakni teknik total sampling, sebanyak 61 orang sebagai responden pada pegawai Kantor Satker OP SDA Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pompengan Jeneberang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan uji reabilitas untuk menguji kuesioner dan selanjutnya dilakukan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear sederhana, dan koefisien determinan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Disiplin kerja berada pada kategori sangat baik pegawai Kantor Satker OP SDA Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pompengan Jeneberang, ditinjau dari aspek kehadiran, ketaatan terhadap peraturan kerja, ketaatan pada standar kerja, tingkat kewaspadaan tinggi, dan bekerja etis (2) Produktivitas kerja berada dalam kategori sangat baik pegawai Kantor Satker OP SDA Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pompengan Jeneberang, ditinjau dari kemampuan, berusaha meningkatkan hasil, semangat kerja, pengembangan diri, mutu, dan efisiensi. (3) hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana diperoleh koefisien regresi sebesar 0,863 dan dapat dikatakan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Baik secara Simultan maupun secara Parsial dimana PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Pegadaian Bantaeng menjadi objek penelitiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis peneltian Kuantitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui data primer (Kuesioner, Observasi, danDokumentasi). Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel yang dirumuskan menggunakan tablekrejcie dan morgan sebanyak 28 Responden. Data diperoleh dari hasil penelitian yang diolah dengan menggunakan analisis data dan menggunakan bantuan program perangkat lunak SPSS Statistic 22 yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas terhadap instrument penelitian serta Teknik analisis inferensial terhadap data yang diperoleh.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang digunakan untuk setiap variabel menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh secara siginifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Pegadaian Bantaeng. Hal itu dibuktikan berdasarkan Uji Korelasi serta Uji t dan Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi terhadap data yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Responsivitas Lembaga Pewakilan Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dalam menangani laporan dugaan maladministrasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari kondensasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dalam menangani laporan dugaan maladministrasi pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sudah memberikan respon yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan merespon Masyarakat atau pelapor,kecepatan melayani, ketepatan melayani, kecermatan melayani, tepat waktu melayani dan merespon keluhan masyarakat atau pelapor terkait penerimaan peserta didik baru.Adapun mekanisme penyelesaian laporan maladministrasi penerimaan peserta didik baru menggunakan mekanisme respon cepat ombudsman.ABSTRACT: This study aims to look at the Responsiveness of the Ombudsman Representative Office of the Republic of Indonesia in South Sulawesi Province in handling reports of alleged maladministration. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used consisted of condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the South Sulawesi Province Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in handling reports of alleged maladministration at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office had given a good response. This can be seen from the ability to respond to the public or reporters, speed of serving, accuracy of serving, accuracy of serving, serving on time and responding to complaints from the public or reporters regarding the acceptance of new students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (i) mengidentifikasi peran guru IPS dalam membimbing perilaku sosial peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Polewali (ii) mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab disorientasi perilaku sosial peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Polewali (iii) menganalisis strategi guru IPS dalam mengatasi disorientasi perilaku sosial peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Polewali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Jumlah informan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 5 informan yang ditentukan melalui tehnic purposive sampling dengan kriteria guru IPS yang telah mengajar lebih dari empat tahun semester dan peserta didik yang memiliki catatan lebih dari 2 kali guru BK. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dengan kepala sekolah dan guru BK. Tehnik analisis data dilakukan dengan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (i) peran guru IPS dalam membimbing perilaku sosial peserta didik dapat dilihat dari (1) guru sebagai administrator, (2) guru sebagai korektor, (3) guru sebagai fasilitator, (4) guru sebagai pembimbing, (5) guru sebagai motivator (6) guru sebagai demonstrator, (7) guru sebagai pengelola kelas dan (8) guru sebagai evaluator (ii) faktor penyebab disorientasi perilaku sosial peserta didik (1) faktor pribadi (2) faktor keluarga (3) pergaulan dengan teman (iii) Strategi yang diterapkan  guru IPS dalam mengatasi disorientasi perilaku sosial peserta didik dilihat dari (1) pendekatan persuasif, (2) edukatif, (3) rehabilitatif dan (4) penguatan sistem regulasi aturan.This research aims to (i) identify the role of social studies teachers in guiding the social behavior of students at SMP Negeri 1 Polewali (ii) identify the factors that cause disorientation of social behavior of students at SMP Negeri 1 Polewali (iii) analyze the strategies of social studies teachers in overcoming disoriented social behavior students at SMP Negeri 1 Polewali. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The number of informants in this study was 5 informants who were determined through a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of social studies teachers who had taught for more than four semesters and students who had more than 2 guidance and counseling teachers' records. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The data validation technique uses source triangulation with school principals and guidance and counseling teachers. Data analysis techniques are carried out by condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The research results found that (i) the role of social studies teachers in guiding students' social behavior can be seen from (1) teachers as administrators, (2) teachers as correctors, (3) teachers as facilitators, (4) teachers as mentors, (5) teacher as motivator (6) teacher as demonstrator, (7) teacher as class manager and (8) teacher as evaluator (ii) factors causing disorientation of students' social behavior (1) personal factors (2) family factors (3) interactions with friends (iii) The strategies implemented by social studies teachers in overcoming disoriented student behavior are seen from (1) persuasive, (2) educative, (3) rehabilitative approaches and (4) strengthening the regulatory system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan gambaran kompetensi pedagogik guru, gambaran motivasi belajar peserta didik dan pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Dalam memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan, digunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 150 peserta didik dengan sampel sebanyak 100 peserta didik. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah deskriptif data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis distribusi frekuensi, mean dan standar deviasi. Sedangkan untuk menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru termasuk kategori cukup baik dan motivasi belajar peserta didik termasuk kategori cukup baik. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.This research aims to find a description of teacher pedagogical competence, a description of student learning motivation and the influence of teacher pedagogical competence on student learning motivation. In obtaining the required data, data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires and documentation are used. The population in this study was 150 students with a sample of 100 students. To answer the descriptive problem formulation, the data were analyzed using frequency distribution analysis, mean and standard deviation. Meanwhile, to answer the proposed hypothesis, the data was analyzed using product moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results found indicate that teacher pedagogical competence is in the quite good category and student learning motivation is in the quite good category. The results of hypothesis testing show that teacher pedagogical competence makes a significant contribution in increasing student learning motivation.

Abstract

Abstrak – Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan bagi para siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Polman untuk dapat membuat daftar pustaka secara otomatis menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Melalui penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley yang baik dan tepat, maka siswa dapat mencari referensi dari artikel- artikel ilmiah sekaligus membuat perpustakaan online. Untuk kedepannya, dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang aplikasi Mendeley diharapkan siswa mampu mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang cara penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley. Kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahap pertama yakni tahap persiapan yang terdiri dari observasi lapangan, pemantapan dan penentuan lokasi pelatihan dan penyusunan bahan/materi pelatihan; tahap kedua yakni instalasi dan penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley; dan tahap ketiga yakni evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh pemateri. Indikator kegiatan ini dikatakan berhasil adalah apabila peserta mampu menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa, siswa sudah mengetahui fungsi dari aplikasi Mendeley dan juga sudah mampu menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley.Kata kunci: Mendeley, aplikasi, otomatis, pelatihan

Abstract

Teachers' teaching creativity relates to designing and preparing teaching materials/subject materials, managing classes, using varied methods, utilizing media, to developing evaluation instruments. This study aims to determine the creativity of teaching teachers in the Office Administration Automation Department  at SMK Nurul Qalam Makassar. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive type of research. The informants in this study were 7 people using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusions, and withdrawal/verification. The results showed that the creativity of teaching teachers in the Office Administration Automation Department at SMK Nurul Qalam Makassar was in the Effective category. Judging from the aspect of formulating learning objectives well, Having companion books for students, Choosing learning methods, Creating/using teaching aids media.

Abstract

This research discusses the crucial role of the government in advancing the quality of education services as the background for the need for quality education for the progress of a nation. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of the government in the context of education, including financing, regulation, curriculum, teacher training, and supervision in Indonesia. In this research method, we analyze education policies implemented by the government and gather data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and related literature. The results of this research highlight the importance of adequate budget allocation, effective regulation, relevant curriculum, sustainable teacher training, and strict supervision as key factors in improving the quality of education services. This research provides valuable insights into how the government can play a role in optimizing the education system for a brighter future.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure have a very important role in the learning process, in order to create a comfortable and conducive learning process. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the Management of Facilities and Infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency. The number of informants in this study were 5 people, namely, the principal of SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai, 3 managers of facilities and infrastructure, 1 teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai. The results of the study indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency arises because there are still some facilities and infrastructure management that have not been managed properly, namely the use of facilities and infrastructure. The use of infrastructure, for example, a room that can still be used is not maintained so that it becomes damaged

Abstract

To complement existing facilities, Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) can be said to run well if the availability of learning facilities is adequate and appropriate to use because basically, the success of learning in schools is supported by the effective utilization or utilization of existing learning facilities in the school itself. efficient. This study aims to determine the use of learning facilities in the Office Administration Automation Department at UPT SMKN 1 Wajo. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out in the form of observation, questionnaires, and documentation techniques. With a population of 177 people and a sample of 53 people who are students of the OTKP Department at UPT SMKN 1 Wajo. The data analysis in this study uses the percentage formula so that the data obtained from the research results are processed by the percentage of each question choice in the questionnaire. In the implementation of this research, there are 3 indicators of the use of learning facilities, namely: learning tools, teaching aids, and learning media. The results showed that the use of learning facilities based on indicators of learning tools got a percentage of 73.87% which was included in the effective category, and teaching aids indicators of 63.96% or included in the effective category and indicators of learning media reached a percentage level of 64.90%. which is included in the effective category.
