Abstract

Teachers' teaching creativity relates to designing and preparing teaching materials/subject materials, managing classes, using varied methods, utilizing media, to developing evaluation instruments. This study aims to determine the creativity of teaching teachers in the Office Administration Automation Department  at SMK Nurul Qalam Makassar. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive type of research. The informants in this study were 7 people using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusions, and withdrawal/verification. The results showed that the creativity of teaching teachers in the Office Administration Automation Department at SMK Nurul Qalam Makassar was in the Effective category. Judging from the aspect of formulating learning objectives well, Having companion books for students, Choosing learning methods, Creating/using teaching aids media.

Abstract

This research discusses the crucial role of the government in advancing the quality of education services as the background for the need for quality education for the progress of a nation. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of the government in the context of education, including financing, regulation, curriculum, teacher training, and supervision in Indonesia. In this research method, we analyze education policies implemented by the government and gather data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and related literature. The results of this research highlight the importance of adequate budget allocation, effective regulation, relevant curriculum, sustainable teacher training, and strict supervision as key factors in improving the quality of education services. This research provides valuable insights into how the government can play a role in optimizing the education system for a brighter future.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure have a very important role in the learning process, in order to create a comfortable and conducive learning process. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the Management of Facilities and Infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency. The number of informants in this study were 5 people, namely, the principal of SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai, 3 managers of facilities and infrastructure, 1 teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai. The results of the study indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai, Sinjai Regency arises because there are still some facilities and infrastructure management that have not been managed properly, namely the use of facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

To complement existing facilities, Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) can be said to run well if the availability of learning facilities is adequate and appropriate to use because basically, the success of learning in schools is supported by the effective utilization or utilization of existing learning facilities in the school itself. efficient. This study aims to determine the use of learning facilities in the Office Administration Automation Department at UPT SMKN 1 Wajo. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out in the form of observation, questionnaires, and documentation techniques. With a population of 177 people and a sample of 53 people who are students of the OTKP Department at UPT SMKN 1 Wajo. The data analysis in this study uses the percentage formula so that the data obtained from the research results are processed by the percentage of each question choice in the questionnaire. In the implementation of this research, there are 3 indicators of the use of learning facilities, namely: learning tools, teaching aids, and learning media. The results showed that the use of learning facilities based on indicators of learning tools got a percentage of 73.87% which was included in the effective category, and teaching aids indicators of 63.96% or included in the effective category and indicators of learning media reached a percentage level of 64.90%. which is included in the effective category.

Abstract

Online learning is learning that is done without face-to-face, but through an available platform. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine students' perceptions of online learning at SMA Negeri 5 Enrekang with a sample of 91 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the percentage formula. The results showed that students' perceptions of online learning at SMA Negeri 5 Enrekang were in the good category with a percentage level of 72.61 percent in terms of aspects of learning and evaluation materials, community, online teachers, collaboration opportunities and multimedia.

Abstract

Archives role an important role in the smooth running of organizational activities, namely as a source of information and as a memory center for members of the organization. This study aims to determine how the management of electronic archives at the PT. Makassar Grace Service. To find out these objectives, the researchers set 3 (three) informants with the type of research and the approach used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection through the interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses data analysis techniques that include three simultaneous activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the management of electronic archives at the office of PT. Jasa Raharja Makassar, Overall, it is concluded that the management of employee records is not fully electronic. This is viewed from each indicator starting from the archive arrangement indicator whose results are arranged based on the date classification code on the system, the archive storage indicator whose results show employees store data in two places, namely the application and database, the archive retrieval indicator whose results are inputted into the system. and the required files will appear, archive maintenance indicators whose results do not exist specifically to maintain this electronic archive, archive security indicators whose results are contained in the system and include part of IT tasks, archive shrinkage indicators whose results have not been carried out because the system is still new and The data is still active.

Abstract

. Effectiveness is the relationship between output and objectives or it can also be said to be a measure of the level of output. Effectiveness is also often used to measure the success achieved by an organization or company in relation to planned programs. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of administrative employees at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. This research used qualitative methods with 5 (five) informants, namely the school principal, the head of administration, and employees in the administration sector. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis that will be used in this research is data collection reduction, data presentation, data condensation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the performance of administrative staff at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar is quite effective, in other words, the performance of administrative staff is seen through quality, quantity, discipline, politeness, responsibility, knowledge, skills, and work evaluation. Problems related to the work results of administrative employees in carrying out their duties, these factors can be used as a benchmark in conducting an assessment of an employee's performance level even though it is realized that employee performance is not the only factor that can determine success in achieving this. However, there are still aspects that have not been implemented optimally. Based on these findings, it is recommended that administrative staff increase their responsibility towards fellow administrative staff and employees.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is very important in an agency, the resources in question are employees, to maintain this quality you need a leader who has quality behavior. Direction for the work carried out by employees in an agency must be given by a competent leader to create good work discipline for the employees. This research aims to determine the description of leadership attitudes, the description of employee work discipline, and the influence of leadership attitudes on employee work discipline. This research is quantitative research with a symmetric associative design that uses descriptive and inferential statistical science tools. The population of this study was all 55 employees and 48 people based on the Krejcie table using a random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The test results show that the leadership's attitude is in the very good category and employee work discipline is in the very good category. In the product-moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is strong and there is an influence between the two variables. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on leadership attitudes on employee work discipline in the Bureau of Economics and Development Administration of the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province

Abstract

The role of information technology in the bureaucracy can facilitate the implementation of tasks in information management, make work effective and efficient, and shorten service time so that performance becomes optimal. Information technology is currently based on the Internet of Thing (IoT) to support the acceleration of information, and in the government sector it is based on E-Government which supports data integration and can be accessed in real time within the Central Government and collaborating agencies. This study aims to describe information technology, employee performance and the influence of information technology on employee performance at the Makassar City Communication and Information Service. This research is an associative quantitative research which shows a causal relationship. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The test results show that the variables of information technology and employee performance are in a very good category, based on the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is very strong. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis it was concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of information technology on employee performance at the Makassar City Communication and Information Service.

Abstract

Education is one of the efforts made by individuals to save the survival of culture, civilization and build personality according to existing norms, as well as education as an effort to realize an effective learning process to foster students. Motivation is a conscious action in the form of energy within a person or individual that encourages him to carry out activities in order to achieve the goals to be achieved. In simple terms, motivation can be interpreted as the basic impulse that moves someone to do something. Students who have high motivation in learning have a great urge to carry out learning activities or give a positive response to the learning activities that are followed. On the other hand, students who have low motivation will not take learning activities seriously. This study was carried out with the aim of knowing the factors causing the lack of learning motivation of students in the online learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic class X at SMK Negeri 4 Sinjai. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive type of research. The population in this study were students of class X SMK Negeri 4 Sinjai, with a population of 47 people. Data was collected using various techniques including observation, questionnaires, interviews and also documentation. The data analysis technique used is factor data analysis. The results showed that the factors causing the lack of learning motivation of students during the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic were two factors, namely internal and external factors, which were included in internal factors including interest and concentration, intelligence, extracurricular, talent, attitude. which are included in external factors including the family environment, school environment
