Abstract

Employee performance effectiveness is the ability of employees to do things correctly based on a goal plan that has been set. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance, supporting factors and inhibiting the effectiveness of employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Bawaslu Office. Therefore, this study has a significant impact on employee performance that affects employee performance effectiveness. This research is qualitative, therefore to achieve the objectives of this research, the method of collecting data is by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study show that all indicators used in this study can be categorized as effective. The indicator in question is that the quality of the work results of employees is effective because they receive coaching and are able to cooperate in completing the work. The quantity of work results is effective because employees are able to achieve targets and leaders are able to distribute tasks according to employee duties. Punctuality in completing tasks is effective because employees can complete tasks before the deadline. The presence of employees is still said to be less effective because there are employees who are still less disciplined and do not fulfill their obligations when working. The ability to cooperate with employees is effective because employees have the ability to communicate and complete work together. This study presents new information by associating detailed theories and research loci different from previous research on the effectiveness of employee performance so that it can be used as evaluation material for research loci to improve quality in the work environment.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how psychological capital contributes to entrepreneurship education programs for Pancasila students. This research uses library research, reference materials using books, journals, articles by examining research publications taken from Google Scholar. The results of this research state that the context of psychological capital plays an important role in entrepreneurship education. The relationship between psychological capital and entrepreneurship education is becoming increasingly relevant considering the very complex changes in the business world today. A dynamic and uncertain business environment requires entrepreneurs who are not only skilled but also have strong mental and emotional strength. By integrating PsyCap in entrepreneurship education, this educational program can be more effective in preparing someone to become a successful and sustainable entrepreneur

Abstract

This study aims to explore the contribution of educational psychology in the development of an inclusive and adaptive learning system at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman Tarowang, in order to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Using a qualitative approach with the case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, and observation of the learning process. The results show that teachers' understanding of educational psychology significantly plays a role in the application of learning strategies that are responsive to the diversity of students, where the principles of educational psychology, such as developmental theory and learning styles, are applied to adapt teaching methods and create a participatory learning environment. These findings indicate that teachers who integrate the principles of educational psychology are able to increase adaptability in learning through the adjustment of materials and evaluation methods that suit the needs of students. Further training on educational psychology is needed to strengthen teachers' capacity to deliver truly inclusive and adaptive learning, in order to support the overall academic and social development of students

Abstract

A teacher is an educator who is a figure, and role model and has authority and responsibility for the education of students, therefore a teacher must master competencies by continuing to develop the competencies that exist within him. This research aims to determine teachers' mastery of pedagogical competence in the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Polewali. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive research type. The sample in this study was 59 teachers using simple random sampling techniques. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of this research, show that teachers' mastery of pedagogical competence in the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Polewali with a percentage level of 91.26%, this shows that teachers' understanding of students, learning materials, developing curriculum, organizing educational learning, utilizing ICT, facilitating the development of students' potential, communicating effectively, empathetically and politely with students, carrying out assessments and evaluations of learning outcomes processes, utilizing assessment and evaluation results for learning purposes, and carrying out reflective actions to improve the quality of learning are in the very good category. The results of this research show that it is important for teachers to master pedagogical competencies to be able to manage learning and encourage students to play an active role in the learning process by creating interesting and enjoyable learning

Abstract

Upaya optimalisasi dan peningkatan efisiensi proses pembelajaran, beberapa faktor yang membutuhkan perhatian guna memastikan proses pembelajaran terlaksana secara efektif, diantaranya: keberadaan kepemimpinan yang terampil, identifikasi kebutuhan individual yang beragam dari para peserta didik, ketersediaan tenaga pendidik yang memadai, serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan konteks pembelajaran. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh ketersediaan tenaga pendidik terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan tenaga pendidik berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik” meliputi tiga indikator yaitu kualifikasi guru, kompetensi guru, rasio antara guru dan murid. Sedangkan efektivitas pembelajaran berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan lima indikator yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran di kelas, penggunaan media pembelajaran di kelas, pengelolaan kelas, evaluasi pengajaran, dan interaksi antara guru dengan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara ketersediaan tenaga pendidik terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Pembelajaran, Tenaga Pendidik.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan bagi guru di SMK 1 Bone untuk dapat membuat artikel ilmiah. Dengan mengetahui penulisan artikel ilmiah, guru-guru juga dapat melakukan penelitian yang mampu menunjuang mutu pendidikan atau melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan dengan pelaksanaan penelitian kemudian menyebarluaskan hasil penelitian sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi guru-guru yang lain. Kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahap pertama yakni tahap persiapan yang terdiri dari observasi lapangan, pemantapan dan penentuan lokasi pelatihan dan penyusunan bahan/materi pelatihan; tahap kedua yakni memberikan materi mengenai penulisan artikel ilmiah; dan tahap ketiga yakni evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh pemateri. Kegiatan pelatihan penulisan ilmiah ini berhasil memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, terutama dalam aspek dasar penulisan ilmiah seperti struktur karya, teknik penulisan, dan pemilihan referensi yang sesuai. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, peserta kini memiliki kepercayaan diri yang lebih tinggi untuk menyusun karya ilmiah. Selain itu, dukungan fasilitas seperti ruang pelatihan dan proyektor juga turut membantu memperlancar proses pelatihan. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti perbedaan tingkat pemahaman awal peserta dan keterbatasan waktu yang dapat diperbaiki dalam pelatihan lanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business development strategy for the Malino pine forest tourism, Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation, and analyzed using SWOT analysis techniques. This research was conducted at the Department of Tourism and Culture, Gowa Regency. The instrument used in this study was the researcher himself (Human Instrument). Checking the validity of the data used to determine the level of confidence in the research results, namelyTriangulation andMemberCheck. From the results of the SWOT analysis, the main strategy used by the Gowa Regency Tourism and Culture Office is the strategy as a plan. As for the implementation of the identified development strategy, namely the aspect of Attraction, it is still being developed. in terms of transportation, tourist information centers, money processors, theaters, as well as several roads that still need to be repaired so that tourists visiting the Malino pine forest tour feel comfortable. This means that the strategy used by the Gowa Regency Tourism Office in business development for the Malino pine forest tourist destination is to first carry out planning starting from the management system, developing human resources, facilities and infrastructure planned from the start. For further development, cooperate with the marketing sector to carry out promotions.   Keywords:Strategy, Business Development.

Abstract

Penguatan kelembagaan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) menjadi kunci dalam mengembangkan Desa Wisata Erelembang, Kecamatan Tombolo Pao, Kabupaten Gowa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan membentuk identitas dan meningkatkan kapabilitas Pokdarwis guna mendukung pengelolaan wisata berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan dalam pembentukan struktur organisasi serta identifikasi potensi wisata berbasis agro-ekowisata. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terbentuknya Pokdarwis yang terorganisir, peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat sebesar 20% berdasarkan pre-test dan post-test, serta kesadaran kolektif dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan budaya. Kendala utama meliputi infrastruktur dan promosi digital yang masih terbatas. Hasil ini penting sebagai langkah strategis dalam memperkuat peran masyarakat dan mewujudkan desa wisata yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran penting keluarga, khususnya orang tua, dalam pembentukan karakter anak sejak usia dini. Keluarga merupakan unit sosial terkecil yang memiliki peran strategis sebagai lingkungan pendidikan informal pertama dalam kehidupan anak. Karakter anak tidak hanya terbentuk dari pengaruh eksternal, tetapi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh, nilai-nilai yang diterapkan, dan dinamika yang terjadi dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan pengalaman, pandangan, dan strategi orang tua dalam membentuk keluarga yang berkarakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter anak memerlukan konsistensi dalam penerapan nilai-nilai moral, keteladanan dari orang tua, serta lingkungan keluarga yang harmonis dan suportif. Selain itu, faktor-faktor seperti kondisi ekonomi keluarga, pemenuhan gizi, serta budaya yang ada dalam keluarga turut memengaruhi proses pembentukan karakter. Oleh karena itu, upaya menciptakan keluarga berkarakter harus melibatkan peran aktif orang tua dalam mendidik dan membimbing anak secara berkelanjutan, serta kerja sama dengan lingkungan sekitar untuk membentuk generasi yang tangguh, berakhlak mulia, dan siap menghadapi tantangan zaman.

Abstract

Effectiveness is a state that shows the success of the specified work. Work effectiveness is the completion of work on time that has been determined, meaning that the implementation of a task that is well marked or not, depends largely on the completion of the task how to carry it out. This study aims to determine the Work Effectiveness of Employees in the Gowa Regional Revenue Technical Implementation Unit. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were 5 (five) employees, namely the Administration Department, Tax Analysis, Revenue and Collection Staff, Determination and Revenue Staff, Administration Staff, and 1 (one) service user. The results showed that the effectiveness of employee work in the Gowa Regional Revenue Technical Implementation Unit has been carried out well and can be said to be effective. This can be seen from 5 indicators, namely goal achievement, work quality, quantity of work, on time, and job satisfaction. This research can be used as a source of information and knowledge about the Work Effectiveness of Employees more in-depth Because in contrast to previous studies that used a lot of quantitative methods that focused on numbers and statistics, this study uses qualitative methods that produce hypotheses and more detailed descriptions of Work Effectiveness in employees, and also see how the development of objects over time. This research also focuses on discussing Effectiveness starting from planning, implementation to evaluation on Employee Work Effectiveness.
