Problem: The problem in this study is that there is no new smash instrument in table tennis. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop smash instrument in table tennis. Methods: This research method is Research and Development (R&D). The population and sample in this study were 20 PTM Pasir Pengaraian table tennis athletes. The data collection methods in this study included questionnaires and measurement tests. Questionnaires were distributed to material and media experts to assess the feasibility of the table tennis smash test instrument. The tests were conducted to determine the validity and reliability of the smash test instrument. Reliability was assessed by correlating the results of the first smash test with those of the second, while validity was established by correlating the results of the first smash test with the criterion test. The criterion test involved field judges' evaluations using a smash assessment matrix. Data analysis was performed using the product-moment correlation formula. Results: The results of the study were obtained from material experts 82% and 85% (appropriate), media experts 88% and 86% (decent). Validity 0.89 and reliability 0.84, indicating valid and reliable based on the Kirkendall category. Conclusion: This study successfully developed a new smash test instrument for table tennis, which was deemed appropriate and feasible by experts. The instrument demonstrated high validity (0.89) and reliability (0.84), making it suitable for assessing smash performance.

This research targets to increase college students' interest in studying physics with the help of OLABS media or virtual, the technique used is school room action research (PTK). Which entails cycles with meeting periods in every cycle. The difficulty of this study is elegance X college students with a complete of 15 college students. Pembelajaran berbasis teknologi semakin pesat berkembang pada sistem pendidikan di Indonesia pada saat ini yaitu pengintegrasian kecerdasan buatan atau Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran. Sehingga para guru harus dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan teknologi digital ini. Oleh sebab itu, tim PKM dari UPGRISBA memberikan pelatihan dengan metode komprehensif dan interaktif di SMK 1 SUMBAR dalam pemanfaatan AI. Sebagai hasilnya, guru- guru di SMK 1 SUMBAR mampu menggunakan teknologi AI dalam merancang materi ajar dan media pembelajaran serta pemberiaan umpan balik yang tepat dalam pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan. On this research, the researcher has aim to find out the main character Dewi Ayu’s human needs and identify the most dominant needs. In this study, the researcher applied the psychological approach and theory of human needs. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The writer uses a library research method to collect the data. It means that the writer visit the library and reads the novel then read several related books. The main data is novel beauty is a wound by Eka Kurniawan, while supporting data is obtained from books, articles, and the internet. The result of this study can be explained that the main character can not totally fulfill well, such as: (1) the physiological needs of the main character can be fulfilled well because she is from a wealthy family (2) the safety can not be fulfilled due to factors in that era (3) the love and belonging need can be fulfilled well because the main character has a beautiful appearance (4) the esteem needs can be fulfilled because she is a famous figure at that time (5) self-actualization needs also can be fulfilled well because the main character is a brave and is able to position herself very well. From the five hierarchy needs the most dominant need is safety needs.Â

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketahuinya analisis SWOT objek wisata puncak pato di Nagari Batu Bulek, Kecamatan Lintau Buo Utara, Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis SWOT dalam Pengelolaan Tempat Wisata objek wisata puncak pato oleh pengelola dan pemerintahan setempat. Metode menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif, populasi 16 orang dan sampel 16 orang dengan teknik penarikan sampel untuk Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Tanah Datar, Walinagari Batu Bulek, pengelola, ketua pemuda Setempat dengan cara Sensus. Sementara untuk pengunjung tempat wisata dengan cara teknik aksidental sampling. Indikator yaitu Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang Dan Ancaman.Teknik analisa data adalah distribusi frekuensi. Hasil Analisis SWOT dalam Pengelolaan objek wisata puncak pato di Nagari Batu Bulek, Kecamatan Lintau Buo Utara, Kabupaten Tanah Datar, Provinsi Sumatera Barat adalah “Baik”

This study aims to determine whether there is 1) The effect of plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs to the side, 2) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs in a zig-zag manner, 3) Comparison of the plyometric exercise jumping over a kun with two legs sideways and in a zig-zag manner on leg muscle power for male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population was all male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency, totaling 12 people. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the entire population of male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency. The instrument used in collecting data was the Standing Broad Jump test. The data analysis technique used was the t-test, where 1) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs to the side is 4.27, 2) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs in a zigzag manner is 5.97, 3) Comparison plyometric exercise jumping kun with two legs to the side and zigzag the leg muscle power of male students class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency is 2.36 with t table is 1.81. So from the two exercises given there are significant differences.

Introduction: Macula-off rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) is a complicated condition which can caused poor visual prognosis if not treated properly. Recent studies have been proposed an early surgical treatment on this condition to get better anatomical and functional outcomes. Case Report: A 55-year-old male patient presented with history of blurred vision in left eye of 18 hours duration. Patient had history of seeing flashing light and black dots prior to the symptoms. On evaluation there was a macula-off RRD with immature senile cataract. Immediate phacoemulsification followed by pars plana vitrectomy was done. Good visual recovery with best corrected visual acuity 0.00 logMAR was obtained 3 months after the initial surgery. Discussion: In patient with macula-off RRD, delaying the surgical treatment could possibly worsen the visual prognosis. Accurate diagnosis with timely surgical intervention give a good visual outcome by allowing faster rearrangement of macula anatomy. Conclusion: Early surgical intervention is required to provide better visual outcome on macula-off RRD. In the presents of cataract, combined phacoemulsification with PPV as the main intervention may be considered an appropriate approach. The development of ERM is one of the difficulties that RRD patients face, and it needs to be carefully evaluated to avoid the need for additional surgery.

Persuasive language is communication language that aims to influence the reader's feelings to do and believe according to the statement conveyed. Persuasive language can be found in everyday conversations including in videos. This research aims to see how effective persuasion language used by Nick Vujicic in YouTube videos using the theory of Conger & June (1998). The data source in this study is a video taken from Nick Vujicic's YouTube with the title Champions for the bullied with Nick Vujicic. The researcher used a qualitative method with the technique of free listening and note-taking as a follow-up technique. The data used in the form of transcripts were classified in the form of persuasive sentences based on the criteria. The results showed that the researcher found four specific effective persuasive steps in Nick's video, namely; establish credibility, common ground, provide evidence, and connect emotionally. From this study it can be concluded that persuasive sentences involve four important steps found in Nick's video so that they are effective persuasive sentences.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa terhadap karakteristik guru bahasa Inggris yang efektif di sekolah menengah atas. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap karakteristik guru bahasa Inggris yang efektif di SMA Negeri 5 Solok Selatan telah terolah dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dari tujuh ciri guru bahasa Inggris yang efektif, banyak siswa yang memilih jawaban sabar karena guru dalam mengajar selalu memberikan motivasi dalam belajar sehingga ketika siswa mendapat arahan atau motivasi dari guru dapat memotivasi. siswa untuk belajar dengan giat agar menghasilkan nilai yang baik dan sempurna.

Anak usia TK yang berusia 4-6 tahun memang termasuk dalam usia dini (early childhood) yang berusia 0-8 tahun. Anak usia dini berada dalam masa keemasan yang merupakan periode sensitif, selama masa inilah anak secara khusus mudah menerima stimulus-stimulus dari lingkungannya. Pada masa ini anak siap melakukan berbagai kegiatan dalam rangka memahami dan menguasai lingkungannya. UTelah diketahui pula bahwa usia dini merupakan masa keemasan yang patut diperhatikan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak di Desa Dirung Koram Kecamatan Kapuas Hulu Kabupaten Kapuas. Metode yang dilaksanakan dengan permainan dan pemutaran video untuk menstimulasi perkembangan anak. Dengan permainan dan pemuatan video diharapkan dapat meningkatkan stimulasi kepada anak sesuai tahap perkembangan pada aspek motorik kasar, motorik halus, bicara-bahasa dan sosislisasi-kemandirian. Tindak lanjut dari pelatihan tentang stimulasi perkembangan anak usia 4-5 tahun dengan pendampingan ibu balita, anggota keluarga atau pengasuh untuk menyebarluaskan hasil pelatihan. Pendampingan kepada ibu balita atau keluarga untuk mengevaluasi penerapan cara stimulasi yang diberikan kepada anak usia 4-5 tahun.
