Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran ekonomi kelas X MIA MAN 2 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif  dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan (interrelationship) dengan jumlah populasi 116 orang, maka ditentukan sampel berdasarkan rumus slovin berjumlah 54 siswa. Berdasarkan perhitungan SPSS 21 diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,094 > 2.007) dan signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran make a mat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pembelajaran ekonomi kelas X MIA MAN 2 Pontianak. Dari persamaan regresi linear Y= 24,079+0,240X, yang artinya jika model pembelajaran make a match bernilai 0, maka prestasi belajar 24,079. Jadi, model pembelajaran make a-macth berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran ekonomi kelas X MIA MAN 2 Pontianak.   Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Make a Match Abstract : The purpose of this research is to know this student?s larning motivationat ekonomi lesson grade X MIA MAN 2 Pontianak. The method that we use in this research is descriptive quantitative method the form of the research is interrelationship study with the total population 116 person, so the sample according to Slovin formulation is bout 54 students. According to SPSS 21 calculation, we get that value t count > t table(4,094>2,007) and significance <0,05(0,000<0,05) this Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So we can conclude that the learning model make a matchinfluence to the students learning motivation at economy lesson grade X MIA MAN 2 Pontianak. From the similiary of linear regression Y= 24,079+0,240X, it means that if learning model make a match  is 0, then the learning achievement 24,079. Abstract

Abstract This thesis is titled "Analysis the Implementation of Financial Accounting Standards of Entities without Public Responbility (IFRSs) (Study of the PDAM Tirta Dharma Khatulistiwa Employee Cooperative of Pontianak)". The method used is descriptive method. Data collection techniques used is direct communication techniques and documentary study techniques. The data collection tool used interview guidelines and data contained in the archive owned by the PDAM Tirta Dharma Khatulistiwa Employee Cooperative Pontianak. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study showed that 1) The cooperative management in applying their financial statements does not refer to the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 27 Cooperative Accounting because it only presents a Balance Sheet and Calculation of Operating Results (PHU), which should consist of a balance sheet, calculation of operating results (PHU), cash flow statements, member economic promotion reports, and notes to the financial statements. 2) In the application of the calculation of results of operations there is also an error in entering the name of the goods account, there are several accounts of goods that should help reduce income in the calculation of results of operations but not recorded cooperatives in the burden of cooperatives and in the calculation of results of operations also there is no separation of member income and non-members and operating expenses and cooperative expenses. 3) In the application of cooperative financial statements there are still errors in writing the name of the goods account and include it in the preparation of the report on writing also does not match the order in the financial accounting standards.Key words: Analysis the Implementation of Financial Accounting Standards of Entities without Public Responbility (IFRSs), Cooperative

Abstract

Abstrak :Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan mengenai pengaruh perilaku konsumsi di lingkungan keluarga terhadap rasionalitas ekonomi siswa SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh perilaku konsusmi di lingkungan keluarga terhadap rasionalitas ekonomi.Metode penelitian adalah metode asosiatif,pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian survey dan menggunakan analisis Regresi. Subjek penelitian adalahsiswa kelas XI akuntansi SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak.Data-data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan lembar/kertas kerja dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perilaku Konsumsi di Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap Rasionalitas Ekonomi ditunjukkan dengan formulasi Y = 11,220 +0,747 X. Koefisien korelasi diuji signifikasi dengan uji t pada taraf kepercayaan dan derajat kebebasan sama diperoleh t hitung 8,917, sedangkan t tabel 1,979. Dari uji tersebut menyatakan menolak hipotesis nol (8,917>1,979). Kesimpulannya maka menerima Hipotesis alternatif dengan koefisien penentu sebesar 39,9% sedangkan sisanya sumbangan dari variabel lain.   Kata Kunci: Perilaku Konsumsi, Lingkungan Keluarga,Rasionalitas Ekonomi Abstract: This study raised concerns about Consumption Behaviors in Environmental Families Against Economic Rationality SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. This study aims to determine how much influence the behavior konsusmi in the family environment on economic rationality. The research method is a method of associative, quantitative approach with survey forms and using regression analysis. The research subject is class XI student of SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak accounting. The data obtained through questionnaires and sheet / documentation paper work. The results showed Consumption Behavior in Family Environment positive effect on Economic Rationality is shown with formulations of Y = 11.220 + 0.747 X. The correlation coefficient significance was tested by t test on the confidence level and the same degree of freedom is obtained t 8.917, whereas t table 1,979. The test of states rejecting the null hypothesis (8.917> 1.979). In conclusion then accept the alternative hypothesis the determinant coefficient of 39.9% while the remaining contribution of other variables. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the study is ?Analysis of the implementation of full day school at SMKN 3 Pontianak. Sub Problem is what are the school programs during the Implementation of Full Day School at SMKN 3 Pontianak. What are these programs support during the Implementation of the Full Day School at SMK N 3 Pontianak.What are the obstacles faced by the teacher during the implementation of full day school at SMKN 3 Pontianak and How the teacher handles these difficulties, What the efforts are made by the teacher making students feel comfortable during implementation of Full Day School at SMKN 3 Pontianak. What  is the target of the school in the implementation of the Full Day School at SMKN 3 Pontianak. How  the academic value of students during the implementation of the Full Day School at SMKN 3 Pontianak. The data collection tool used in this thesis is interview guidelines, notebook. The analysis in this thesis is presented descriptive qualitative by using informants from 1 teacher as the vice chairman curriculum  and  2 teachers and 2 students SMKN 3 Pontianak. The results of the study show that during the Implementation of Full Day School at SMKN 3 Pontianak still lacking to be said as innovation in the field of education.. Suggestions to teachers are expected to be able to innovate to deliver learning with a creative learning model so students feel comfortable. Suggestions to students are expected to continue to be motivated to become superior human resources and continue to get the best education. Keywords: Implementation of Full Day School

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap kepuasan anggota koperasi kredit bonaventura di kecamatan samalantan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kuantitatif. Sedangkan bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi hubungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Koperasi Kredit (CU) Bonaventura di Kecamatan Samalantan  Kabupaten Bengkayang dari 2011-2013, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 95 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan teknik studi dokumenter. Hasil analisis data menunjukan terhadap pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap kepuasan anggota koperasi kredit bonaventura di kecamatan samalantan. Berdasarkant pada signifikansi 0,05/10 atau 95-10=85. diperoleh hasil, 0,085< 0,190). Dengan Demikian Hipotesis Nol (Ho) diterima kebenarannya. pada pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukan besarnya pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap kepuasan anggota sebesar 27,3% sisanya 73,7%. artinya kinerja pengurus berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota.   Kata Kunci : Kinerja Penngurus, Kepuasan Anggota. Abstract: this study aims to determine the effect of the perfomine the effect of the board of the credit union member satisfaction districts samalantan.The method used in this research is descriptive-quantitative ina.while the shape of the research is to study relations. population in this study all members of a credit union CU bonaventura in districts samalantan gorged district from 2011-2013,while the sample in this study amounted to 95 people.data  collection technique used is the technique of indirect communication, and engineering studies documentary. data analysis shows the influence of the performance of the board of the credit union member satisfaction in districts samalantan bonaventura. Based on the 0,05 t/10 or95-10=85 the results obtained t   (0,085<0,190). Thus the zero hypothesis (Ho) accepted as true. The coefficient of determination test shows the effect of performance management to satisfaction of the remaining members 27.3%. 73,7%.performance management means effect on member satisfaction. . Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap partisipasi anggota pada Koperasi Primkop Polda Kalbar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengurus memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi anggota pada Primer Koperasi Kepolisian Daerah Kalimatan Barat yang ditunjukkan dengan formulasi Y=20,519+0,297X. berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 22, t hitung sebesar  4,830. Sedangkan t tabel dengan responden 94 anggota sehingga derajat kebebasan df = 94 – 2 – 1=  91, maka t tabel sebesar 1,9864 dari hasil tersebut, dibandingkan antara t hitung dengan t tabel. Dihasilkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel (4,830 > 1,9864) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Koefesien determinasi (R2) dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh variabel (x) yaitu kinerja pengurus  terhadap motivasi menabung anggota sebesar 20,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.   Kata Kunci : Kinerja Pengurus, Partisipasi Anggota Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the board's performance against the participation of members of the Cooperative Primkop West Kalimantan Police. The method used is descriptive quantitative method to form a relationship study research results showed that performance management has a significant influence in increasing the participation of members of the Cooperative League West Kalimantan Regional Police indicated by formulations Y = 20.519 + 0,297X. based on calculations using SPSS 22 t count equal to 4.830. While t table with respondents 94 members so that the degrees of freedom df = 94 - 2 - n 1 = 91, then t table amounted to 1.9864 from these results, compared to between t arithmetic with t table. Produced that t> t table (4.830> 1.9864) then Ha Ho accepted and rejected. Coefficient of determination (R2) of the results of this study show the contribution of the effect of the variable (x) is the performance of the board on the motivation of saving members by 20.2% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian dalam skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi berwirausaha pada siswa Kelas XI Tata Niaga SMK Swasta LKIA Pontianak, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan (interrelationship studies). Sampel dalam penelitian ini 43 siswa. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sedang, yaitu r = 0,479. Hasil analisis regresi juga menunjukkan praktek penjualan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berwirausaha pada siswa ditunjukkan dengan formulasi Y=2.331+0,241X. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variabel bebas (x) praktek penjualan terhadap variabel terikat (y) motivasi berwirausaha sebesar 22.9%.Jadi kesimpulannya Praktek Penjualan Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Motivasi berwirausaha Pada Siswa Kelas XI Tata Niaga SMK Swasta LKIA Pontianak. The sample in this study 43 students. The regression analysis shows the influence of the medium, that is r = 0.479. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the use of the scholarship awardees bidik misi by the mission of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University Tanjungpura. The method used is the method deskiptif, the form used is survey research. The samples in this study were students bidik misi Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University Tanjungpura class of 2010. The sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is the technique of direct communication and indirect communication techniques. The data collection tool used as interview guides and questionnaires. The results of the data analysis showed that the use of the viewfinder scholarship mission of 43% in accordance with the terms used and not use the scholarship received for purposes outside the terms of use. By 57% while using the scholarship also for purposes outside the terms of use. Key word key: Use, Scholarship, Bidik Misi Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan beasiswa bidik misi oleh penerima beasiswa bidik misi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Tanjungpura. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskiptif, bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa bidik misi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Tanjungpura angkatan 2010. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi langsung dan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung. Adapun alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara dan angket. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan beasiswa bidik misi sebesar 43% sesuai dengan syarat penggunaannya dan tidak menggunakan beasiswa yang diterima untuk keperluan diluar syarat penggunaannya. Sedangkan sebesar 57% menggunakan beasiswa juga untuk keperluan diluar syarat penggunaannya. Kata Kunci : Penggunaan, Beasiswa, Bidik misi

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Implementation of Cooperative Model of Tournament Team Teams (TGT) on Student Learning Outcomes in the Materials of Class Paper Writing XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. The method used is Quasi-exsperimental (experimental pretend) with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design experiment form. In this study the experimental class is class XI IPS 1, while the control class is class XI IPS 2. Sampling is done by using a random sample technique. Data processing techniques consist of: 1. Test or test, and 2. Documentation. While the data collection tool that is: Problem test. The results showed the average symptom of the students' learning result of the experimental class and the control class. The data of the calculation result of the average of the learning result of the experimental class students is 79,09 and the mean of result of student learning control class equal to 76,50. Technique and data analysis used by t-test with error rate 5% (ɑ = 0,05) or 95% confidence level. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the Cooperative Supervision System that has been carried out by the Office of Cooperatives of Small and Medium Enterprises in West Kalimantan Province. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative form of research. Data collection tools used in the form of question sheets, interview guidelines, and documentation. From the results of the study, it is known that (1) the supervision of cooperative compliance of Sinar Mandiri Fortuna has complied with the compliance of the cooperatives both legally, businessly and financially, and transactions have been carried out according to the laws and regulations of the cooperative. Supervision of compliance of cooperative work independently has complied with compliance of cooperatives both legally, businessly and financially, and transactions have been carried out in accordance with cooperative legislation. compliance K2N cooperatives lack compliance with compliance, cooperatives only comply with legal compliance (2) institutional oversight of the fortuna independent cooperative has completed the legality and completeness of the organization. Institutional oversight of cooperative work independently, has completed the legality of cooperatives and the completeness of cooperative organizations. Oversight of K2N cooperative institutions, does not complete the legality and completeness of the organization.
