Abstract

Based on Presidential Instruction Number 7 of 2014 concerning the implementation of the Family Welfare Savings Program, the Smart Indonesia Program, and the Healthy Indonesia Program as part of efforts to build productive families, this research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program policy at all levels of elementary and junior high schools in Bandar Lampung City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program policy, particularly in the aspect of communication in the form of socialization between the Education Office and the schools, has been quite effective. However, there are still communication obstacles, namely that some parents have not understood the benefits and procedures for applying for the aid. From the perspective of resources, both the workforce and supporting facilities at the Education Office are considered adequate. In terms of disposition, the implementation of the duties and roles of the office and schools in this program has been carried out well. to the recipients of aid in Bandar Lampung City. Nevertheless, the school's supervision of students' use of aid funds is still less than optimal, as the school does not know exactly how those funds are used. Meanwhile, from a bureaucratic structure perspective, the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program policy has been carried out, but schools still face challenges in identifying students who truly need this program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan lingkungan oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Bandar Lampung, dengan fokus pada peran sampah sebagai faktor pemicu banjir. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun DLH telah menjalankan berbagai program strategis seperti pengelolaan sampah terpilah, pengembangan bank sampah, dan program Adiwiyata, efektivitas pelaksanaannya masih terkendala oleh minimnya partisipasi masyarakat, keterbatasan anggaran, dan lemahnya koordinasi antarunit kerja. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan antara capaian administratif dan dampak substantif di lapangan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan kebijakan yang partisipatif dan kolaboratif untuk memperkuat keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan lingkungan secara berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

Most of the schools in indonesia focus on teaching translation and grammar without providing a lot of chances for students to practice their pronunciation skill in the classroom activities. The teachers just translate what they read on the book. The purpose of this research is to see Whether ELSA Speak Application can improve students' pronunciation ability or not. This research applies the experiment design. And The design that is used in this study is one group pre-test and post-test design to masured students’ pronunciation ability. Population of this research in XI Akuntansi 1 is 324 Students and took sample as much 36 students. This research also uses quantitative method to analyse the data. The data of pre- test and post-test of this research showed any improvement and calculated by using t-test, it was founded that tobservation = 15,41 and ttable of level α 5% with df n – 1 (36 – 1 = 35) = 2,030. That means the hyphotesis of this research is received because tobservation higher than ttable 15,41 > 2,030. Based on the findings, researcher found that ELSA Speak Application can improve students’ pronunciation ability at SMK Negeri 1 Kutacane especially XI Akuntansi 1 Class. This ELSA Speaking Application showed improvement for the students’ pronunciation ability was measured by the score of the pre-test and post-test. And it was proven by because tobservation is higher than t -table..

Abstract

The village government policy in managing BUMDes has not been running properly and there has not been much role of the village government in managing BUMDes Mentari Pagi. Therefore, the village government policy in managing BUMDes must be implemented properly and the village government must be directly involved or increase its role in fostering the management of BUMDes Mentari Pagi in Pocong Village, Lamba Leda Selatan District, East Manggarai Regency. This study aims to determine the village government policy in managing BUMDes in Pocong Village, Lamba Leda Selatan District, East Manggarai Regency and to determine the role of the village government in managing BUMDes in Pocong Village, Lamba Leda Selatan District, East Manggarai Regency. This study uses a field research method with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that there is still a lack of community involvement in the management of BUMDes in Pocong Village. This is because the community is busy with their work individually and the village government is less open to BUMDes administrators in managing BUMDes and the role of the Pocong Village Government in managing BUMDes in this case the Pocong village government has not carried out its duties and authorities to the maximum extent possible. It can be seen from the answers from 7 people who were used as respondents, 100% answered poorly, thus the management of Pocong Village's business entity lacks transparency.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the teaching skills of volunteers through an internship program at the Dakwah Spring Al-Quran House in Bandar Klippah. The research was motivated by the need for competent and dedicated teachers to support the Quranic learning process in the community. A qualitative approach was used, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation of volunteers participating in the internship program. The results showed that the internship program provided volunteers with hands-on experience in classroom management, developing teaching materials, and implementing effective learning methods. Furthermore, volunteers received regular guidance and evaluations from experienced mentors, improving their pedagogical skills and teaching confidence. Another positive impact was the formation of a solidarity network among volunteers, strengthening their motivation and commitment to preaching. The study concluded that the internship program at the Dakwah Spring Al-Quran House in Bandar Klippah was effective in improving volunteers' teaching skills and could serve as a model for human resource development in other Quranic educational institutions. It is recommended that this internship program be continuously developed and periodically evaluated for optimal results.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan kitab suci umat Islam yang di dalamnya terdapat berbagai petunjuk dan pelajaran, termasuk tentang fenomena alam seperti hujan. Hujan tidak hanya dijelaskan sebagai bagian dari siklus alam, tetapi juga memiliki makna spiritual dan fungsi vital dalam kehidupan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manfaat dan hikmah hujan terhadap makhluk hidup dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an, khususnya melalui analisis tafsir Surah Al-Anfal ayat 11. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research serta metode tafsir tematik (maudhu’i), dengan sumber data utama berupa Al-Qur’an dan beberapa kitab tafsir seperti Tafsir Kementerian Agama RI, Tafsir Al-Misbah, dan Fi Zhilalil Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hujan dalam Al-Qur’an bukan hanya sebagai rezeki dan rahmat, tetapi juga sebagai sarana penyucian diri, penguat fisik dan mental dalam konteks peperangan, serta penegas kekuasaan Allah Swt. atas segala sesuatu. Dengan demikian, hujan memiliki makna multidimensional baik secara ilmiah maupun teologis, dan menjadi pengingat bagi manusia untuk selalu bersyukur dan menjaga alam.

Abstract

This study investigates teachers’ and students’ perceptions of deep learning within English Language Teaching (ELT) classrooms at SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda, focusing on the integration of meaningful, mindful, and joyful learning strategies. Employing a mixed-methods design, the research collected quantitative data through Likert-scale questionnaires from 66 students and 5 teachers, and qualitative data through semi-structured interviews with the same group of teachers. Quantitative results showed generally positive perceptions, with students reporting an average score of 3.17 on deep learning indicators. Notably, 86.3% strongly agreed that games and storytelling increased motivation, highlighting the value of joyful learning. Qualitative findings revealed key challenges, including limited infrastructure, inconsistent digital literacy, and curriculum constraints. However, teachers demonstrated adaptability through real-world projects, collaborative strategies, and reflective discipline. Despite minimal formal training, many educators intuitively applied deep learning principles. The study underscores the need for systemic support such as professional development and equitable resource allocation to ensure the effective and sustainable integration of deep learning in ELT practices.

Abstract

A harmonious and effective relationship between teachers and parents is a crucial factor in supporting the success of the educational process in schools. However, in practice, gaps in communication, a lack of active participation from parents, and limited understanding of each party’s role in supporting student development are still common. This outreach program aims to improve the quality of teacher-parent communication and to encourage more active and effective parental involvement in the educational environment. The methods used in this program include lectures, interactive discussions, and case study simulations. The results show that the program successfully increased the understanding of both parties regarding the importance of collaboration, openness, and two-way communication in supporting the teaching and learning process. With improved service quality from teachers and active engagement from parents, it is expected that a stronger synergy in children's education at school can be achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep pembelaan terpaksa yang melampaui batas (noodweer exces) dalam konteks tindakan perlawanan terhadap begal, dengan meninjau perspektif hukum positif Indonesia sebagaimana tertuang dalam Pasal 49 ayat (2) KUHP dan hukum pidana Islam. Fenomena meningkatnya kasus warga sipil yang melakukan pembelaan terhadap pelaku kriminal dengan konsekuensi hukum, menjadi perhatian khusus karena sering kali masyarakat dihadapkan pada situasi yang memaksa untuk melakukan tindakan yang melebihi batas kewajaran. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan mendesak untuk memperjelas batas-batas legal dan moral dari tindakan pembelaan dalam kondisi terpaksa, khususnya di wilayah hukum Polda Jambi yang memiliki kompleksitas sosial tersendiri. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan sumber data primer dari peraturan perundang-undangan dan data sekunder berupa literatur hukum, jurnal akademik, serta dokumen kasus relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hukum positif Indonesia, noodweer exces dipandang sebagai alasan penghapus pidana apabila pelampauan batas pembelaan terjadi akibat guncangan jiwa yang hebat akibat serangan atau ancaman yang mendadak. Sementara dalam hukum Islam, pembelaan terhadap jiwa, harta, dan kehormatan merupakan bagian dari maq??id al-syar?‘ah, dan diperbolehkan sepanjang tidak melampaui prinsip keadilan dan proporsionalitas. Terdapat titik temu antara kedua sistem hukum dalam hal pengakuan terhadap kondisi psikis pelaku saat membela diri. Namun, kekaburan batasan yuridis mengenai pelampauan yang dapat ditoleransi masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam praktik peradilan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memperjelas urgensi reformulasi hukum pembelaan darurat yang lebih kontekstual serta berkeadilan, sekaligus menjadi rujukan praktis bagi aparat penegak hukum dan masyarakat luas dalam memahami hak dan batas pembelaan diri menurut hukum yang berlaku.

Abstract

Handling election violations is the primary responsibility of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in maintaining the integrity of democracy. This study discusses the case registration process of alleged violations at Polling Station (TPS) 19 Waykandis by Bawaslu of Bandarlampung City to the Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu), although the report does not explicitly specify the violation points. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal and administrative procedures carried out by Bawaslu in handling this case, as well as to assess its implications for the election law enforcement process at the regional level. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through document studies, semi-structured interviews with related parties, and field observations. The results indicate procedural inconsistencies in the registration of reports that do not include detailed alleged violation points, which potentially cause confusion in the follow-up process by Gakkumdu. This study recommends the need for standardized reporting formats and strengthened coordination among election law enforcement agencies to improve the effectiveness of violation handling.
