Abstract

The learning outcomes of class VIII private MTs Al-Hidayah Gebang on the subject of fiqh on zakat material before applying self-regulated learning techniques have not been completed. This can be seen from the average score of the students' pretest results. The process of implementing fiqh learning in class VIII of Al-Hidayah Gebang Private MTs with the application of self-regulated learning learning methods in accordance with the plans that have been made, learning activities are carried out by no longer giving pretests to students, before starting learning the teacher motivates students to be more active than the previous meeting . The next step is still in the teacher's guidance in the form of class percentage actions and group work. The learning outcomes of class VIII MTs Al-Hidayah Gebang in the subject of fiqh material zakat, after the application of the self-regulated learning learning method in the first cycle the average value increased to 82 with the percentage of completeness of 82% and the percentage of completeness of learning had not reached 85%. And the second cycle the average value of students reached 87 (33 students) with a percentage of 100% completeness with an increase in the difference from cycle I to cycle II of 18%. with a 100% completeness percentage. Thus the second cycle experienced a significant increase, so the researchers concluded that there was no need to continue again in the next cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that it is proven that the self-regulated learning method is able to make students active and students are able to connect the material provided with real conditions in everyday life. This method also supports students in the learning process in class so that the learning outcomes achieved by students are better than before.

Abstract

Teachers are human figures whose presence and role are expected in education, as resources that occupy positions and play important roles in life. Spiritual Intelligence or Spiritual Quostient is an awareness that not only recognizes existing values ​​but also creatively discovers new values. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are the data analysis techniques used in this study. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) Activities that increase students' Spiritual Quostient include congregational Dhuhur prayer, congregational Dhuha prayer, Quranic recitation, and reciting the Asmaul Husana (the Beautiful Names of Allah). (2) Efforts made by teachers to increase students' Spiritual Quostient through good planning in congregational Dhuhur prayer, starting from preparation, implementation, and the results of student changes. Teachers feel an increase in students' spiritual intelligence, seen from the students' increased enthusiasm in participating in this congregational Dhuhur prayer activity. The existence of Dhuhur prayer activities can increase students' spiritual intelligence with the following indicators: (a) Students are orderly and disciplined in congregational prayer (b) Self-awareness to worship increases (c) Improves good relations between teachers and students (d) A sense of responsibility arises in students.

Abstract

In the context of preventing radicalism, it is important to research educational institutions that have implemented multicultural Islamic education. This article explains how deradicalization is pursued through Multicultural Islamic Education at Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to understand the role of Islamic religious education in shaping students' multicultural attitudes. Data were collected through observations, interviews with 15 alumni from three cohorts, and documentation, focusing on the integration of multiculturalism concepts in the course materials. The findings indicate that the Multicultural PAI doctoral program at UNISMA significantly contributes to preventing radicalism by promoting tolerance and inclusive religious education. The program encompasses both theological and socio-cultural aspects, which help transform students' mindsets to become more open and reinforce the values of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and Pancasila within the framework of Islamic education. The curriculum serves as a deradicalization tool by deepening the understanding of diversity and encouraging positive interactions within and between religious communities. However, its effectiveness is influenced by students' subjective factors, such as their attitudes, and external factors like the sociopolitical context. Further research is needed to assess the program's long-term impact and refine the curriculum based on student feedback.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is an attitude and ability to create something new, or innovate old products or services into new products or services that are more useful and have high economic value. This study aims to describe and explore entrepreneurship education in the formation of students' emotional intelligence. The aims of this study are 1) to describe the concept of entrepreneurship education at Darul Ihsan Menganti Islamic Boarding School in Gresik. 2) To describe the implementation of entrepreneurship education at Ponpes Darul Ihsan Menganti Gresik. 3) To describe the impact of entrepreneurship education on the formation of emotional intelligence of students at Ponpes Darul Ihsan Menganti Gresik. To achieve these objectives, researchers used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation and interviews. Interview subjects in this study consisted of caregivers of Islamic boarding schools, coordinators of implementing entrepreneurship education, and several students. While the subject of observation are several male students and female students. The results of this study are: First, all entrepreneurial activities carried out by students are the concept of Berkhidmah or the dedication of students to the kyai. Where the concept of khidmah, for the field of entrepreneurship at this time is called Entrepreneurship education. Second, the implementation of entrepreneurship education activities at Darul Ihsan Menganti Islamic Boarding School in Gresik is divided into several fields of activity carried out by students, namely cooperatives, culinary, Anugerah Water refill depots, Laundry Services and also in the transportation sector of Anugerah Abadi Trans. Third, this entrepreneurship education also has an impact on the students' self-development process, namely training them to be mentally strong, confident, not giving up easily, being patient, being able to maintain relationships with their partners, and of course being able to control their emotions.

Abstract

There are two problems that are the main study in this research, first, is there an influence of the leadership of the Ma'hadiyah Council on improving the performance of dormitory supervisors. Second, how much influence does the leadership of the Ma'hadiyah Council have on improving the performance of dormitory supervisors? The population of this research is students at the Mambaul Ulum Bata Bata Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School. The results of the research after data analysis show that the r value of work is 0.751 which is greater than the r value of the product moment table. Where at db=28, both at the 5% significance level, the value is 0.374 and at the 1% significance level, the value is 0.478. Thus the value of r work is greater than the r table of product moment at both the 5% significance level and the 1% significance level so that the hypothesis proposed, namely the work hypothesis (Ha) is accepted while the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. The leadership of the Ma'hadiyah Council has a big influence on improving the performance of the Girls' Dormitory Supervisors at the Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Bata-Bata Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan. This is based on the results of data analysis after consulting with the r value interpretation table which states that the work r value is 0.751 in the range of 0.600 to 0.600. 0.800 with high interpretation.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Di era digital saat ini, siswa sekolah menengah semakin aktif dalam penggunaan internet namun kurang memahami ancaman keamanan digital seperti phishing, malware, dan pencurian identitas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi dan sosialisasi keamanan siber kepada siswa-siswi Yayasan Maleo melalui seminar interaktif, praktik keamanan digital, dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa dalam mengelola data pribadi dan penggunaan teknologi digital secara aman. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun budaya literasi digital di kalangan pelajar.

Abstract

Students should be motivated to actively participate in the learning process and be given many opportunities for initiative, creativity, and independence based on their interests and talents. The learning process should be dynamic, motivating, enjoyable, and challenging. An educational strategy known as interactive learning media blends technology with engaged student participation. It involves the use of various tools and platforms such as educational software, apps, learning videos, educational games, and online learning platforms. With this media, students at madrasas can actively participate in their learning, explore information, and collaborate with peers. The research was carried out using the literature study method. A literature review was used to collect data and information related to optimizing the use of interactive learning media in madrasas. This research discusses the definition, model, advantages and disadvantages, influence or impact of using interactive learning media in madrasas.

Abstract

Perayaan Isra’ Mi’raj merupakan momen penting bagi umat Islam untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang peristiwa agung yang dialami Nabi Muhammad ﷺ. Peristiwa ini tidak hanya memiliki makna teologis, tetapi juga dapat menjadi sarana edukasi bagi umat Islam, khususnya santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ikhlas. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan program, serta pelaksanaan kajian dan tausiyah oleh narasumber yang kompeten. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman santri mengenai hikmah Isra’ Mi’raj, peningkatan kualitas ibadah, serta meningkatnya minat santri dalam berdakwah. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil mempererat hubungan antar santri dan masyarakat sekitar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peringatan Isra’ Mi’raj tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai acara seremonial, tetapi juga memiliki dampak edukatif dan sosial yang signifikan. Dengan pengembangan lebih lanjut, program ini dapat menjadi agenda tahunan yang lebih inovatif dan bermanfaat bagi komunitas pesantren.

English VersionThis study aims to determine the effect of the servicescape dimension, namely physical space, social interaction, safety elements on servicescape satisfaction, the effect of electronic word of mouth on servicescape satisfaction and the covid-19 situation moderating the relationship between electronic word of mouth and servicescape satisfaction and the effect of servicescape satisfaction on servicescape. e-shopping consumers. Collecting data in this study using accidental sampling technique samples, then distributed to 150 respondents. This research uses quantitative research methods, the data that has been collected is processed using the help of the SPSS 23 application and carries out a path analysis approach to determine the relationship between variables. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the dimensions of the servicescape are physical space, social interaction and safey element significantly affect servicescape satisfaction. Electronic word of mouth affects servicescape satisfaction. The covid-19 situation significantly moderates the relationship between electronic word of mouth and servicescape satisfaction. as well as servicescape satisfaction and e-shopping consumer behavior can have a positive and significant effect. Versi Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi servicescape yaitu physical space, social interaction, safety element terhadap kepuasan servicescape, pengaruh electronic word of mouth terhadap kepuasan servicescape serta situasi covid-19 memoderasi hubungan antara electronic word of mouth dan kepuasan servicescape serta pengaruh kepuasan servicescape terhadap konsumen e-shopping. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel teknik accidental sampling, kemudian disebarkan kepada 150 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, data yang telah terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 23 dan melakukan pendekatan path analysis untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diambil kesimpulan bahwa dimensi servicescape yaitu physical space, social interaction dan safey element secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan servicescape. Electronic word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan servicescape. situasi covid-19 signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara electronic word of mouth dan kepuasan servicescape. serta kepuasan servicescape dan perilaku konsumen e-shopping dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikanStudi ini dilaksanakan untuk mengidentidikasi elemen penting yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Elemen-elemen tersebut berfokus pada pelatihan dan pengembangan, rekrutmen dan seleksi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi. Perolehan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 260 karyawan hotel berbintang empat di Kota Batam dan diuji melalui aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan positif dari elemen penting tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivation sebagai variabel mediasi, juga memiliki dampak yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini akan berguna bagi Manajemen Hotel untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan dan pengembangan, Rekrutmen dan Seleksi, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
