Abstract

Berdasarkan laporan United Nations Development Programme tahun 2020, tingkat pengembangan manusia Indonesia berada pada peringkat 107 dari 189 negara. Pendidikan menjadi salah satu komponen perhitungan dengan dua faktor penilaian. Pengetahuan seputar faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keterlekatan karyawan di lembaga pendidikan menjadi perlu untuk diketahui. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, spiritualitas kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap keterlekatan karyawan. Penelitan dilaksanakan di Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) Insantama Bogor. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada karyawan SIT Insantama Bogor. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 57 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modelling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlekatan karyawan di SIT Insantama Bogor. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara spiritualitas kerja terhadap keterlekatan karyawan. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keterlekatan karyawan.

Abstract

The revitalization of livelihood sources basically is empowering the local community as part of functional peatland ecosystem restoration.  Pampangan district was situated in peatland ecosystem and for generations the communities have been survived and habituated with particular life skill on agriculture, livestock and fish production.  As part of the peatland restoration program; a group of local inhabitants of Pampangan district (Bangsal village) participated in an economic revitalization program.  The research aimed to investigate the participation level of the resident group in the economic revitalization program.   Survey method with saturated sampling technique were applied to 15 member of Ulak Kuto Mandiri group.  informan included all buffalo farmers who had participated in the economic revitalization initiative. This research uses primary data and secondary data.  Primary data is data obtained directly from informants through interviews, observations and filling out questionnaires.    and the data were processed with likert scale then descriptively explained following tabulation.  The result showed that the participatory level of the economic revitalization program in Bangsal village was categorized as high which attributed to the synchronization of participants particular life skill with the economic revitalization program itself. This finding reflected the necessity to synchronize the peatland revitalization program with the peatland livelihood.

Abstract

The high potential of culinary diversity lies in four districts on Madura Island, namely Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan and Sumenep with various flavors and tastes that are unique to each district. Lack of competent communication between the four districts has an impact on the lack of increasing potential for gastronomic tourism on Madura Island. This research aims to analyze strategies for strengthening the competencies of culinary entrepreneurs in Madura Island to create business sustainability. Considering the significant potential of the culinary sector in this region, the study identifies challenges faced by culinary entrepreneurs, such as access to raw materials, marketing, and skill development.Through qualitative research methods, data was collected through interviews with culinary entrepreneurs and Madurese cultural figures, while also supported by quantitative data obtained from culinary entrepreneurs.. The findings indicate that competency strengthening can be achieved through cooking skills training, digital marketing, and financial management. Additionally, collaboration with educational institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) can enhance the capacity of entrepreneurs. The study recommends the development of ongoing support programs and effective marketing strategies to improve the competitiveness of Madura's culinary entrepreneurs. With the implementation of these strategies, it is hoped that culinary businesses in Madura Island can adapt and thrive in a competitive business environment.

Abstract

This study explores app-development supporting Indonesia's fisheries digital ecosystem, aligned with the National Medium-Term Development Plan (2020-2024) that emphasizes digitalization to strengthen agriculture and fisheries. Focusing on interdisciplinary collaboration and group communication, the research examines how these elements influence the design and effectiveness of ICT for development (ICT4D). A qualitative case study approach was used, data collected from observations and interviews with app-developers in startups and the aquaculture community. The interview analysis follows two coding cycles: the first examines interdisciplinary collaboration and group communication dynamics and knowledge integration, while the second focuses on technology's impact on aquaculture practices. Findings reveal key categories—communication frequency and quality, role clarification, and knowledge management—vital to effective collaboration. Communication barriers can be mitigated through conflict resolution and training, while knowledge integration boost aquaculture efficiency and productivity. Applying structuration theory, this study shows how innovation-supportive organizational structures enhance individual agency, while rigid policies can stifle creativity. This research contributes to ICT4D literature by providing insights into collaboration strategies and organizational dynamics that influence technology development in traditional sectors, offering a framework for similar digital initiatives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and innovation on visitor satisfaction and loyalty in Bogor City Public Service Mall. Another thing that also needs to be answered from this study is whether there is an effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty in using the services of the Bogor City Public Service Mall. This study used primary data that were collected via interviews and questionnaires distribution to 81 MPP Kota Bogor visitors who were selected by purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this research is modeling analysis using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction and loyalty. Another result is that innovation has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, but has no significant effect on visitor loyalty. This study also shows that visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on visitor loyalty. Further research is needed with a broader model to explain the diversity of satisfaction and loyalty variables. It is also necessary to conduct a study comparing the services in the Bogor City MPP with the services in the original institution in terms of the level of satisfaction and loyalty of the community.

Abstract

The conformity of employee competencies with their positions and innovation in work implementation is required by the presence of the Civil Servants (PNS) professional demands. Knowledge management is necessary to fulfill the knowledge needs of employees so that competence, innovation, and employee performance can be improved. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge management, competence, and innovation on employee performance. All employees in the Finance and Equipment Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture were involved as the research object. The data were obtained using the census method of 103 Finance and Equipment Bureau employees, interviews with appraisal officials and personnel managers, and employee performance appraisals in 2019. The data processing uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis. This study indicates that knowledge management has a significant effect on innovation and competence, whereas innovation significantly affects performance. However, knowledge management and competence do not seem to have a significant effect on employee performance. Knowledge management indirectly has a significant effect on performance through innovation. Nevertheless, knowledge management does not seem to have a significant effect on performance through competence. The suggestion for further research is it shall be conducted in a work unit that requires special skills so that the employee competence is taken into consideration.

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan hasil kerja yang dapat ditampilkan atau prestasi kerja seorang guru, yang dapat diukur dari hasil kerja, hasil penugasan, atau hasil kegiatan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, beban kerja, dan kelelahan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Waqaf Ar Risalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dimana sensus digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kepuasan kerja maka kinerja guru akan semakin baik. Kepuasan kerja dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara meningkatkan gaji dan karir guru, serta meningkatkan kinerja guru. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Besarnya beban kerja di Yayasan Waqaf Ar Risalah tidak mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Kelelahan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kelelahan kerja maka semakin rendah kinerja guru. Kepuasan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Kelelahan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah dapat dilakukan penelitian tentang efektivitas program dukungan kesejahteraan, seperti konseling psikologis dan pelatihan manajemen stres, dalam mengurangi tingkat kelelahan emosional. Sekolah harus memastikan bahwa fasilitas fisik, seperti ruang kelas, ruang kerja guru, dan alat bantu belajar, dalam kondisi baik dan memadai

Abstract

The role of stakeholder synergy in developing geotourism-based tourist attractions is an urgent matter that can be realized. The low level of cooperation between stakeholders in the Widosari tourist village can be seen in several notes, such as the suboptimal construction of roads that are used as a means to get to tourist locations, the suboptimal construction of facilities at the tourist attraction, the suboptimal number of workers at the tourist location are important notes so that stakeholder collaboration can be realized immediately. Research that is studied qualitatively by presenting stakeholder theory can be a bridge to build comprehensive cooperation. Collaboration between stakeholders is the pillars of realizing sustainable tourism development, especially in the nature-based tourism sector. Sustainable planning in the Widosari Tourist Village is a form of optimal environmental communication development, because it involves all existing components, both the community, government, private parties and Pokdarwis itself. The results of research conducted using the utilization of a number of synergistic institutions can be a significant solution that the Widosari Tourist Village has great potential that can be developed comprehensively.

Abstract

Kompetensi komunikasi yang dirasakan atau Self-Perceived Communication Competence (SPCC) merupakan satu cara yang umum untuk mengukur kompetensi komunikasi dalam dunia bisnis, namun hingga saat ini belum dilakukan dalam bidang pelayanan sosial. Padahal dengan mengetahui kompetensi komunikasi maka efektivitas pelayanan sosial dapat dicapai. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui SPCC Sarjana Pendamping Desa Sejahtera (SPDS) dan faktor-faktor determinan yang mempengaruhinya dalam pelayanan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, kuesioner penilaian diri diberikan kepada 148 SPDS sebagai pekerja sosial di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia. Pengolahan data menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menentukan tingkat kompetensi komunikasi dan aplikasi SEMPLS3 dengan embedded two stage approach - model second order factor untuk menentukan faktor determinan yang mmpengaruhinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SPCC SPDS dalam pelayanan sosial berkategori Sangat Kompeten. SPCC SPDS dalam pelayanan sosial ditentukan ciri personal (jenis kelamin), faktor lingkungan (sosial budaya, dukungan organisasi, afiliasi keagamaan), motivasi, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan, yang diaplikasikan dalam perilaku komunikasi secara tepat sehingga mencapai efektivitas komunikasi dalam pelayanan sosial. Temuan penting penelitian ini secara umum memperkaya pandangan bahwa jenis kelamin, aspek sosial budaya, dukungan organisasi dan afiliasi keagamaan berkontribusi terhadap kompetensi komunikasi, khususnya pada bidang pelayanan sosial, yang belum ada peneliti yang melakukannya.

Abstract

Identify the frequency, direction, content, communication channels, characteristics and stages of adoption of innovations for cultivators and development of sustainable aquaculture in Bogor Regency and analyze the effect of frequency, direction, content, communication channels on the stages of adoption of innovations for catfish enlargement cultivators in Bogor Regency. This study uses a pragmatic paradigm with a mixed approach or method because the innovation communication strategy for the development of sustainable aquaculture is not enough to answer only by measuring the influence between variables in a post-positivist manner, but needs to be traced through the process of communication of innovation between cultivators as actors. Data collected based on data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents at the time the research was conducted, while secondary data is supporting data that is already available at the research location obtained from the Livestock and Fisheries Service of Bogor Regency, data available to extension workers and data available to extension workers. catfish rearing group. Research Results Based on the test results related to whether or not the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable can be seen based on t count and significant value. From the table above, the ttable value is 13.843 > 2.042 (ttable obtained by finding df and looking at ttable, df = number of correspondents - 2 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. Based on these measurements, the R value is obtained at 0.930, and after interpretation it is known that there is a very high relationship between the variables x and y.The R Square test (R2) is used to determine how much influence the value of the regression coefficient (R) states there is a correlation between the independent and dependent variables.
