Abstract

This study investigated the impact of mobile phone–derived electromagnetic wave (EMW) exposure on the uterus and progeny of pregnant Balb/c mice. Fourteen pregnant mice were randomly assigned to two groups (n=7 each). The control group (CG) was not exposed to EMW. In contrast, the experimental group (EG) was subjected to continuous exposure to EMW at a whole-body specific absorption rate (SAR) of 1.74 W.kg-1 for 24 hours daily from gestational day (GD) 1 to 19. On GD 20, all mice were euthanized, and body weight, oxidative stress biomarkers, and uterine histological parameters were assessed. Maternal body weight at termination showed a significant reduction in EG compared with CG (p < 0.05). However, differences in overall body weight gain, malondialdehyde (MDA), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels were not statistically significant (p > 0.05). Histological evaluation revealed marked alterations: endometrial scores were significantly higher in EG (3.32) than in CG (0.56) (p < 0.05), and myometrial scores were elevated in EG (1.72) versus CG (0.64). Endometrial thickness was reduced in EG (0.748 mm) compared with CG (1.470 mm) (p < 0.05), whereas myometrial thickness showed no significant difference. Continuous EMW exposure (24 h.day-1, GD1–GD19; SAR 1.74 W.kg-1) was associated with lower maternal weight at GD20, reduced litter size, higher endometrial/myometrial injury scores, and reduced endometrial thickness, while MDA and SOD differences were not statistically significant (p > 0.05). These findings warrant further studies to clarify the mechanisms involved without overstating the changes in oxidative biomarkers.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the economic sector cover various aspects, including poverty-oriented economic development. The financial sector has undergone modernisation marked by the emergence of financial technology (fintech). In Indonesia, fintech is regulated by Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 40 of 2024, but this regulation has weaknesses. This study aims to identify the relevance between SDG principles and current fintech practices and to formulate the direction of POJK No. 40 of 2024 on fintech lending in realising SDGs in Indonesia. The research method used is normative juridical based on literature, referring to laws and regulations, books, journals, and supporting data. The analysis was conducted descriptively through a legal and conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that fintech lending has a strong connection with the SDGs pillars, so fintech policies need to be directed in line with the vision of sustainable development. The regulations in POJK No. 40 of 2024 have the potential to hinder the establishment of business entities and trigger the emergence of illegal services. Therefore, a balance of policies and increased socialisation are needed to improve the legal culture of society.

Abstract

The performance of regional governments can be influenced by various factors, including internal control systems, regional financial management and organizational commitment. The study aims to analyze the effect of internal control systems on organizational commitment, regional financial management on organizational commitment, internal control systems on local government performance, regional financial management on performance, organizational commitment to performance, the effect of internal control systems on local government performance through organizational commitment, the influence of regional financial management on the performance of local governments through organizational commitment to employees in Jepara District, Jepara Regency.This research is explanatory research. The research subjects were all employees at the village and village offices in Jepara sub-district, Jepara Regency with a total sample of 152 employees. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).The results of the study stated that the system of internal control and regional financial management affects the performance of local governments. The internal control system and regional financial management influence the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment influences the performance of local government. Internal control systems and regional financial management affect the performance of local governments through organizational commitment.Keywords: internal control system, regional financial management, organizational commitment, local government performance.Kinerja pemerintah daerah dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya yaitu sistem pengendalian intern, pengelolaan keuangan daerah dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengendalian intern terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap komitmen organisasi, sistem pengendalian intern terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah, pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap terhadap kinerja,  komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja,  pengaruh sistem pengendalian intern terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah melalui komitmen organisasi, pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah melalui komitmen organisasi pada pegawai di Kecamatan Jepara Kabupaten Jepara.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory. Subyek penelitian adalah semua pegawai pada kantor kelurahan dan desa di kecamatan Jepara Kabupaten Jepara dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 152 pegawai. Instrumen proses pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sistem pengendalian intern dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Sistem pengendalian intern dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Abstract

This research examines the land conflict that has arisen between a company and the residents of Pari Island in the Thousand Islands. The research addresses the following research questions:  1) What has been the prevailing model for resolving land conflicts between the company and the community of Pari Island in the Thousand Islands up to this point? 2) What is the ideal concept of land ownership and usage envisioned by both the company and the residents of the Thousand Islands? The research employs a sociolegal research methodology.  Research Outcomes: 1) The author's analysis suggests that the prevailing approach to resolving land conflicts between the company and the Pari Island community in the Thousand Islands has largely relied on government administration and political conflict resolution, namely "Government Administration and Political Conflict Resolution. This category of conflict resolution can guide one's thought process towards government administration and political solutions through legislative decisions." The resolution was achieved through conflict resolution efforts involving the local government in a non-litigious manner, specifically through mediation where the government acts as the mediator. Mediation has occurred on three occasions, two of which were held at the village level and one at the district level. 2) In the ideal concept that the author intends to propose for addressing the issue of conflict, one of the essential approaches that should be incorporated is the conflict resolution approach. The concept of conflict resolution prioritizes non-violent methods as the final recourse. The objective is to address conflicts in a constructive manner, with the ultimate goal of meeting the requirements and needs of all parties involved. Mediation, carried out by the parties involved in the land dispute on Pari Island, represents one form of conflict resolution. However, if mediation has not yielded success thus far, it becomes imperative to explore alternative conflict resolution models. Among these alternatives are negotiation and facilitation

Abstract

Pengembangan sektor wisata desa menjadi strategi dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan pelestarian budaya. Lokamerta merupakan suatu destinasi desa wisata edukatif yang berbasis Mini zoo dan kereta mini yang terletak di Desa Tirtomarto, Kecamatan Cawas, Kabupaten Klaten. Melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tim 56 Universitas Diponegoro oleh Kelompok 3 dilakukan pemetaan aspirasi dan kebutuhan pengunjung dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan wisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis terhadap media sosial Lokamerta dan wawancara secara langsung. Dalam metode tersebut telah melibatkan sebanyak 33 responden. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa aspek kebersihan lingkungan dan keragaman pengelola mendapat nilai yang tertinggi, sementara fasilitas umum dan kejelasan informasi masih perlu ditingkatkan kembali. Aspirasi pengunjung juga mencakup pengembangan wahana baru dan pelibatan UMKM Lokal. Kesimpulan dari analisis ini mengacu pada pentingnya pendekatan partisipatif dalam pengelolaan Lokamerta agar menjadi destinasi wisata yang berkelanjutan, edukatif, dan ramah pengunjung.Kata kunci: aspirasi, wisata, Lokamerta, Klaten

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan satwa di mini zoo melalui pendekatan animal welfare yang terintegrasi dengan pemanfaatan teknologi dan media edukasi. Program dirancang dalam tiga aspek utama, yaitu penataan kandang berbasis pengayaan lingkungan, penerapan sistem humidifier otomatis untuk menjaga kelembaban kandang ular, serta penyusunan infografis edukatif sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi kepada pengunjung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi kondisi kandang, instalasi perangkat elektronik berbasis sensor kelembaban, dan perancangan media visual interaktif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penataan kandang dengan konsep animal welfare mampu meningkatkan kenyamanan dan aktivitas alami satwa, humidifier otomatis efektif menjaga kelembaban stabil pada kisaran optimal, dan infografis edukatif terbukti memudahkan penyampaian informasi konservasi kepada masyarakat. Dengan demikian, integrasi antara desain kandang, teknologi otomasi, dan media edukasi dapat mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan satwa sekaligus memperkuat nilai edukasi pada fasilitas wisata edukatif. Kata kunci: animal welfare, kandang, humidifier otomatis, edukasi, infografis

Abstract

The issue addressed in this research is the low academic performance of fourth-grade students at SDN Handil Bakti in mathematics, particularly in the topic of fractions. This challenge is linked to the application of unsuitable instructional models and methods that do not sufficiently promote active student engagement. Moreover, there is a lack of contextualized practice questions that could support students in grasping and applying the concept of rectangular prism volume. To overcome this problem, the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model was introduced into the instructional process. This study aims to examine teacher performance and analyze both student engagement and learning achievement through the use of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology, which was implemented across two cycles. The participants included 24 fourth-grade students at SDN Handil Bakti during the 2024/2025 academic year, consisting of 9 boys and 15 girls. The study gathered both qualitative and quantitative data. Observations of teacher and student activities provided qualitative insights, while quantitative data were collected through individual written assessments. The analysis was carried out using percentage-based calculations and predetermined standards for classical learning mastery. Findings revealed that teacher activity was rated "Very Good" in Cycle I with a score of 26 and increased to a score of 28 in Cycle II, maintaining the same rating. Student activity initially fell into the "Less Active" category at 58% in Cycle I, but improved to 83.33% in Cycle II, classified as "Very Active." Student learning outcomes also showed progress, with classical mastery rising from 58% in Cycle I to 83.33% in Cycle II. In conclusion, the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model has proven effective in enhancing teacher involvement, student participation, and learning outcomes in mathematics, particularly in the area of fractions. It is recommended that educators refer to this study when selecting learning models aimed at improving student achievement in fraction-related topics.

Abstract

Cigarettes are tobacco products consumed by burning and inhaling the smoke, while white cigarettes are made from pure tobacco without additional additives, resulting in a distinctive aroma and a relatively lower nicotine content. Continuous exposure to cigarette smoke can increase the risk of respiratory disorders. This study aimed to analyze the effects of white cigarette smoke exposure on changes in lung histopathology of white rats. The study employed a completely randomized design using 24 male white rats weighing 250–300 g, divided into four treatment groups: control, exposure to smoke from one cigarette per day, two cigarettes per day, and three cigarettes per day. The observed parameters included bronchiolar diameter, bronchial diameter, and organ weight as parametric data, as well as lung damage scores as non-parametric data. Parametric data were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by Duncan’s test, while non-parametric data were analyzed using the Kruskal–Wallis test followed by Dunn’s test at a 5% significance level. The results showed that white cigarette smoke exposure had a significant effect on lung damage scores but did not significantly affect bronchiolar diameter, bronchial diameter, or organ weight. It can be concluded that exposure to white cigarette smoke causes lung tissue damage and narrowing of the respiratory tract diameter, which are included in changes in lung organ biometry.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah pertanian sebagai pakan ternak merupakan inovasi strategis dalam mendukung keberlanjutan sektor peternakan. Desa Tirtomarto memiliki potensi besar dalam pengolahan limbah kulit singkong yang selama ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Program sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peternak mengenai manfaat dan teknik pembuatan pakan fermentasi dari kulit singkong. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif door to door, penyuluhan langsung, pemberian contoh produk fermentasi, serta distribusi leaflet edukatif kepada 15 peternak sapi, kambing, dan domba. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peternak terhadap proses fermentasi, nilai nutrisi pakan alternatif, dan pentingnya pemberdayaan limbah lokal. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan rendahnya tingkat literasi peserta, program ini berhasil membangun kesadaran dan keterampilan praktis yang dapat diterapkan secara mandiri. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lokal dapat mendukung ketahanan pakan ternak yang berkelanjutan. Kata kunci : pakan fermentasi, limbah kulit singkong, peternakan, penyuluhan

Abstract

Suasana belajar di beberapa ruang perkuliahan FMIPA UNNES yang dekat dengan jalan raya terasa tidak nyaman dan bising karena kegiatan lalu lintas yang padat. Sementara itu, data tentang tingkat kebisingan yang terjadi di lingkungan ruang perkuliahan FMIPA tidak tersedia, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran terhadap intensitas suara yang terjadi dan yang berpotensi menimbulkan kebisingan atau ketidaknyamanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran dan analisis kebisingan di beberapa ruang kuliah di FMIPA UNNES sebagai antisipasi terhadap polusi suara yang terjadi. Penelitian dilakukan di 2 lokasi, yaitu jalan raya Sekaran, sekitar Kampus FMIPA dan Gedung D1 - D4 FMIPA UNNES. Pengukuran dilakukan selama 3 hari dengan rentang waktu 21 jam, sedangkan untuk gedung perkuliahan, yaitu di D1, D2, D3 dan D4, pengukuran dilakukan selama 3 hari dalam rantang waktu 10 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk jalan raya Sekaran tingkat kebisingannya rata – rata 71,38 dBA sedangkan untuk tingkat kebisingan Gedung D1 ruang D1-107 sebesar 51,08 dBA, dan ruang D1-207 sebesar 63,11 dBA, untuk Gedung D2, ruang D2-115 sebesar 73,75 dBA dan ruang D2-215 sebesar 60,21 dBA, untuk Gedung D3, ruang 119 sebesar 59,97 dBA dan ruang D3-219 sebesar 47,02 dBA, untuk Gedung D4, ruang D4-125 sebesar 37,17 dBA dan ruang D4-225 sebesar 47,80 dBA. Dari data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebisingan di gedung D1, D2 dan D3, melebihi ketentuan yang berlaku (baku mutu kebisingan) yang ditetapkan pemerintah sebesar 55 dBA.
