Abstract

The quality of life of ODHA will be affected by various problems including stigma and discrimination from society which becomes a double burden for people with HIV/AIDS. Stigma is a negative view that is attached to a person that comes from the environment. Negative stigma and discrimination from society will make the condition of HIV/AIDS sufferers worse, the body continues to decline because it has to work hard as a breadwinner. As an alternative that can be used as leverage to increase productivity, KDS provides skills as a provision for their lives, namely making batik which is developed through Cap and canting, has a contribution of domestic products and from local wisdom as a characteristic of Indonesia, which can increase regional contributions and is in demand by all levels of society. The KDS and ODHA empowerment program through batik-making work therapy has proven successful in increasing the knowledge and skills of participants, where most participants showed increased knowledge and practical skills in making batik. Through these skills, KDS members can produce quality products that can be marketed and contribute to the local economy. This program also shows a positive impact in reducing stigma and discrimination against ODHA in the Blitar Raya community, by creating a new and positive social identity. With the right sustainability strategy, this empowerment can make a long-term contribution to improving the welfare of ODHA and encouraging better social acceptance in society

Abstract

Algebra is basically a problem-solving tool and the beginning of a journey that provides skills to solve more complex problems. In solving algebra problems it isnot enough to be proficient in counting, students must adapt the use ofsymbols/variables in their operations. This adjustment involves algebraic thinking.Algebraic thinking is an activity of generalizing mathematical problem patterns thatsupports three components, namely factual, contextual, and symbolicgeneralization. Teachers must be skilled in using learning media to support students'algebraic thinking process to run optimally in the learning process. One practicalmedium to use is an e-module. However, conventional e-modules tend to only displayvisuals in the form of static images. To be able to create interactive e-modules thatare able to combine audio, visual, and ICT components, a supporting platform isneeded. One platform that can be used is Book Creator. Book Creator is equippedwith features for designing and inserting various forms of learning material, suchas documents, power points, videos, images, and audio. The aim of this service is totrain teachers in designing interactive e-Mabar (algebra e-modules) using BookCreator to improve algebraic Thinking. The method used is descriptive qualitative.Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The results obtained by the Muaro Jambi Regency Middle SchoolMathematics MGMP teachers gained new insights regarding learning mediamakers in designing modules and they were very interested in implementing them inlearning

Abstract

Breast milk has an ideal nutritional content for babies according to the needs to grow and develop optimally. Indonesia has a very rich diversity of foodstuffs, one of the habits of the Indonesian people is to regularly consume certain vegetables during breastfeeding. However, some vegetables are not yet popular for breastfeeding mothers to consume even though they contain many benefits such as banana heart, young papaya and spinach. The purpose of this literature review is to provide an evidence-based study on the potential of local vegetables that are commonly consumed during breastfeeding in Indonesia but the content of galaktogogum is not widely known, namely: papaya, spinach, and banana heart. This article is a literature review that discusses the potential of local plants as a source of galactogues. Article search involves 2 databases, namely PUBMED and Google Scholar. The keywords used are: ("Milk, Human"[Mesh]) AND "Galactogogues"[Mesh] AND PAPAYA". ("Milk, Human"[Mesh]) AND "Galactogogues"[Mesh] AND banana flower". ("Milk, Human"[Mesh]) AND "Galactogogues"[Mesh] AND Spinach". ("Milk, Human"[Mesh]) AND "Galactogogues"[Mesh] AND Spinach. Banana hearts, young papayas, and spinach are vegetables that are able to increase breast milk production through galactogue compounds and their derivatives. The saponins contained in the heart of bananas and young papaya can increase the activity of the hormone oxytocin in the myoepithelial cells surrounding the alveolus and ductus. Meanwhile, the phytoestrogen content in spinach can cause biological effects similar to estrogen that are able to increase breast milk production.

Abstract

The Apriori algorithm is a data mining technique used to find relationship patterns between items in a transaction dataset. In this context, the Apriori algorithm will be used to identify products that are often purchased simultaneously by customers. By understanding these purchasing patterns, companies can design more effective marketing strategies, such as strategic product placement, bundling package offers, and special promotions. This research involves several stages, starting from collecting sales transaction data, data preprocessing, applying the Apriori algorithm, to interpreting the results. The transaction data used is taken from the sales database of a retail store during a certain period. After the data is processed, the Apriori algorithm is applied to identify frequent itemsets and form association rules. The results of this research show that there are several significant purchasing patterns, such as a combination of product A and product B which are often purchased together. By applying data mining using the a priori algorithm method, you can find out which products sell the most. From the results of manual calculations it was found that consumers who bought RB 1060 would buy RB 1099 with 81% confidence, whereas using WEKA it was found that consumers who bought RB 1060 would buy RB 1099 with a confidence value of 82%.
