Abstract

Permasalahan yang dijelaskan pada penelitian ini yaitu pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang bersifat teoritis kurang melibatkan strategi yang interaktif atau berbasis pratek sehinggan menyebabkan peserta didik cenderung bosan dan mengantuk yang dapat menghambat keterampilan sosial peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat mengembangkan keterampilan sosial peserta didik pada mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif digunakan oleh peneliti dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif model Miles & Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dilaksanakan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penggunaan media, serta evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, guru melakukan asesmen diagnostik dan merancang materi serta moda pembelajaran yang bervariasi sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Tahap pelaksanaan melibatkan kegiatan dan latihan yang bervariasi, interaksi aktif, umpan balik berkelanjutan, serta pembentukan kelompok berdasarkan kesiapan, minat, dan profil belajar. Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang digunakan beragam, termasuk poster, maket, alat musik, dan properti lainnya, yang memungkinkan peserta didik mengekspresikan diri secara kreatif dan mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif dan kondusif. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian aspek sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan, serta tindak lanjut pembelajaran yang menekankan penguatan motivasi dan refleksi.  Secara keseluruhan, strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SMAN 1 Kota Tangerang dapat berkontribusi positif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial peserta didik kelas X seperti komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan kerja sama dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan dan acuan bagi wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru pendidikan Pancasila untuk memodifikasi strategi pembelajaran, sumber daya, dan evaluasi mereka agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan, minat, dan profil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure, function, and role of traditional leadership in Citorek Village, especially in Ciusul Village, Cibeber District, Lebak Regency.The main focus of this research is to uncover the decision-making process carried out in the context of customary leadership and village government.Traditional leadership in Ciusul has a crucial role in maintaining the social and cultural balance of the local community.The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation analysis.The results of the study show that customary leadership contributes significantly to maintaining the culture and traditions inherited by previous ancestors, while the role of formal government in customary leadership is to support the sustainability and recognition of indigenous peoples.The existence of this collaboration is very effective in maintaining and preserving both culture and nature.This research provides insight into the sustainability of the customary leadership system in the midst of modernization and has the potential to contribute to the development of policies that support the preservation of local culture in Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose–This research aims to analyze the impact of the Transformational Teacher Program on enhancing teacher collaboration competence in elementary schools in Bekasi City. Teacher collaboration is a critical skill in addressing the demands of 21st-century education. The program is designed to develop teachers as learning leaders who can collaborate and innovate within professional learning communities.Methodology–This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study design. Ten elementary schools in Bekasi were selected purposively as research sites. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and principals, direct observation of collaborative practices, and analysis of program-related documents. The data were then systematically analyzed to uncover field findings.Findings–The findings reveal that the Transformational Teacher Program has had a significant positive impact on promoting collaborative practices. Teachers reported increased sharing of best practices, development of innovative teaching strategies, and greater engagement in inter-school professional networks. However, some challenges remain, including high administrative workload and limited time for participation.Contribution–Despite obstacles in its implementation, the program has improved teaching quality and strengthened relationships between teachers and schools. Research findings support broader education reform and inform policy formulation, particularly improving teacher competency through community-based professional development. This study benefits policymakers, school leaders, and educators seeking to enhance professionalism and collaboration in elementary education.

Abstract

The internalization of religious character was a significant process in the realm of education, particularly at the primary school level. This study explored how lower-grade students internalized religious values through their morning practices. The research used a qualitative method, with descriptive approach. This study was carried out at MIS Laa Tahzan from November 2024 to May 2025. The number of informants included the Principal School, Homeroom Teacher of 3rd Grade, Homeroom Teacher of 1st Grade, and low-grade level students of MIS Laa Tahzan, who selected using quota sampling. Data were gathered using interviews, observations, and documentation. The Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model was utilized for analyzing data. Data were examined using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis methodology. The study's findings revealed that habituation activities at MIS Laa Tahzan included muraja'ah, reciting the Al-Qur’an, learning hadiths, dhikr, congregational Dhuha prayer, and the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing (BTQ) program, which ran every day from 07.15 WIB to 09.30 WIB. The method of adopting religious character internalization was not only goal-oriented, but it also additionally encourages profound habituation. Students were taught a religious attitude through habituation practices, which includes discipline, honesty, responsibility, devoted worship, and other desirable behaviors. Consequently, the implementation of morning habituation exercises at MIS Laa Tahzan was integrated into the school culture and served as a tangible example of religious character education that was systematic, effective, and pertinent to the development of students' spiritual morals within the framework of basic education

Abstract

This study aims to determine the history, implementation process and meaning and transformation of the nadran tradition culture in Karangantu Port. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The location of the study was carried out in Karangantu Port, Banten Village, Kasemen District, Serang City, Banten Province. The sources determined in the study were religious figures, fishermen, and the community. In addition, the author used data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of implementing the nadran tradition in Karangantu Port is a series of activities that reflect gratitude, respect for the sea, and strengthen the social solidarity of the fishing community. From a cultural perspective, the main value reflected in this tradition is gratitude to God for the sea products given. Meanwhile, from a religious perspective, nadran reflects a form of gratitude to God for the abundance of sustenance from the sea. However, the nadran tradition in Karangantu Port has undergone quite significant changes due to the influence of internal and external factors of society. This has encouraged simplification in nadran. Despite the shift in form, the main value of nadran as a form of gratitude to God and an expression of social solidarity is maintained. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explores parents' and teachers' perceptions of curriculum modifications, the factors influencing their acceptance, and the challenges in implementation. This study employed a systematic literature review method adapted from PRISMA framework guidelines relying on literature sources from Scopus and the Watase Uake tool. Thematic analysis was utilized as the interpretive lens within an integrative review framework involving (1) systematic data extraction, (2) thematic coding, and (3) synthesis. The findings of this study indicate that parents focus more on the impact of modifications on their children's social and emotional development, while teachers emphasize academic effectiveness and technical challenges in implementation. Factors influencing their acceptance include school policy support, involvement in decision-making, and professional training for teachers. The main challenges in implementing an inclusive curriculum include ineffective communication between schools and parents, limited resources, and a lack of teacher training. This study recommends increasing parental involvement in curriculum development, strengthening teacher training, and formulating clearer policies. Closer collaboration between schools, teachers, and parents is key to ensuring the successful modification of the curriculum in inclusive schools. Further studies using an empirical approach are suggested to gain a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of curriculum modifications and their impact on students with special needs.

Abstract

The growing demand for culturally responsive digital learning highlights the importance of developing local wisdom-based e-book teaching materials to enrich online education and strengthen students' cultural identity. Following PRISMA guidelines, this study presents a systematic literature review of local wisdom-based e-book teaching materials in digital learning. Articles included were published between 2017 and 2024, written in English, relevant to the topic, and indexed by at least SINTA. Literature searches were conducted through ScienceDirect, ERIC, Google Scholar, Springer, Scopus, and Web of Science databases. The findings show that strategies for developing these materials include integrating e-learning, gamification, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR); using project-based challenges involving cultural practitioners; and incorporating portfolios and local wisdom content. The impact of local wisdom-based e-books includes strengthening students’ character (love of the homeland, peace-loving attitudes, and social care), enhancing critical thinking, scientific reasoning, and conceptual understanding, and improving digital literacy, science literacy, creative writing, and communication skills. This study concludes that local wisdom-based e-book teaching materials have strong potential to enhance student engagement and foster cultural identity in digital learning environments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility, student responses, and to determine the increase in students' understanding of Banten local culture after using the Snakes and Ladders Media Based on the LOK-R Model Containing Banten Local Culture. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection techniques in the study were interviews, observations, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The subjects of this study were grade IV students of SDN Sukamanah. The results of the study showed that the validation of material experts obtained a percentage of 93%, expert validation 89%, and language expert validation 93%, all three were included in the "Very Feasible" category with an overall percentage of product feasibility reaching 92% in the "Very Feasible" category. The results of the product trial on students obtained an average score of 93% in the "Very Good" category. Furthermore, the results of the pre-test post-test increased from 57 (Need Guidance) to 90 (Very Good). Thus, the Snakes and Ladders Media Based on the LOK-R Model Containing Banten Culture is very suitable for use and is able to improve the learning outcomes of grade IV elementary school students.

Abstract

Cultural Intelligence Meets EdTech: A Systematic Review on Integrating Local Wisdom into Digital Teaching to Foster Learning Engagement. Objectives: The advancement of educational technology has driven the emergence of innovative approaches that combine cultural intelligence with the use of digital technology in learning processes. This study aims to explore and map trends, types, and the impact of digital teaching materials based on local wisdom on student learning engagement. Methods: The research was conducted using a systematic literature review method with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) approach. The inclusion criteria include: (1) articles published between 2019–2024; (2) peer-reviewed journals and indexed proceedings; (3) relevant topics; (4) scientific research articles; and (5) written in international languages such as English. Findings: The findings show an increasing trend of publications in the last decade, particularly on culturally based learning using interactive digital media. Three main types of digital teaching materials identified include audio (such as narrations of local legends), visual (such as cultural infographics), and audio-visual (such as traditional animation videos). Synthesizing the findings across studies, these culturally grounded materials significantly enhance cognitive engagement by deepening conceptual understanding, strengthening affective engagement through the reinforcement of cultural identity and emotional connection, and supporting psychomotor engagement by fostering practice-based learning tied to local traditions. Implications for practice and policy include the need to support the dissemination of culture-based digital materials, prioritize the development of immersive audio-visual media, and promote learning designs that enhance cognitive, emotional, and practical student engagement. Conclusion: The review highlights that local wisdom, when effectively embedded into digital media, serves not only as an instructional aid but also as a cultural bridge that deepens student involvement and relevance in learning. Integrating culturally responsive content in digital formats enables educators to design more authentic and impactful learning experiences. Keywords: local wisdom, digital teaching materials, learning engagement, a systematic literature review.

Abstract

Rendahnya pendidikan dan tingkat ekonomi menjadi faktor utama dari maraknya fenomena anak jalanan di Kota Serang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program, strategi, dan tindak lanjut dari Dinas Sosial dalam menangani anak jalanan di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Dinas Sosial dalam menangani anak jalan adalah berupa program seperti Bulan Bakti yang diadakan setahun sekali, namun program ini berjalan dengan kurang optimal karena masih terdapat kekurangan dalam pelaksanaannya seperti tidak adanya rumah singgah yang dapat digunakan dalam rehabilitasi jangka panjang. Evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial juga masih belum maksimal karena tidak ada tindak lanjut secara komperhensif dalam mengatasi permasalahan anak jalanan di Kota Serang
