Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leverage, Financial Performance, and Capital Structure on Financial Distress with Good Corporate Governance as an Intervening variable in Pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study are pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The method of analysis in this study is path analysis using Smart PLS 2.0 software. The end result of this research is a picture of causation, so this method uses samples and hypotheses. The test results show that Leverage has a significant effect on Financial Distress, Leverage has a significant effect on Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance has a significant effect on Financial Distress, Financial Performance has a significant effect on Good Corporate Governance, Capital Structure has a significant effect on Financial Distress, Capital Structure has a significant effect on Good Corporate Governance, Good Corporate Governance has a significant effect on Financial Distress, Leverage has a significant effect on Financial Performance, and Capital Structure has a significant effect on Financial Performance.

Abstract

Sistem adalah sekelompok unsur yang erat hubungannya satu dengan lainnya yang bersama-sama untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Sistem pemberian kredit merupakan keseluruhan prosedur dan teknik yang diperlukan untuk mengumpulkan data dan mengelola sehingga menjadi informasi yang diperlukan sebagai alat bantu manajemen perusahaan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Dengan adanya suatu sistem informasi akuntansi pemberian kredit yang baik diharapkan PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Jakarta memperoleh kepercayaan penuh dari para nasabahnya, sehingga PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Jakarta lebih leluasa dalam mendukung pencapaian usaha-usaha para nasabahnya. Prosedur pemberian kredit yang dibuat oleh PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Jakarta relatif mudah. Tujuannya untuk mempermudah para nasabahnya dalam meminjam dana. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut di atas, saya ingin memberikan gambaran mengenai tata cara peminjaman atau pemberian kredit. Oleh karena itu, saya tertarik untuk mengambil judul “Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pemberian Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Jakarta”.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan pasti memiliki sistem kerjanya masing-masing, sistem kerja dalam perusahaan akan mempengaruhi proses dan hasil yang akan didapat dalam perusahaan. Dalam mekanisme sistem perusahaan memiliki aktifitas dasar untuk menunjang dalam kinerja perusahaan. Proses dalam masing-masing perusahaan jelas memiliki kinerjanya sesuai dengan bidang dalam perusahaan. Proes bisnis yang dilakukan dalam perusahaan akan mempengaruhi besaran biaya dalam produksi. Proses-proses dalam perusahaan meliputi proses produksi, proses pemesanan, proses persediaan, proses penjualan, dan masih banyak lagi. Pada toko roti Azizah seluruh rangkaian proses bisnis dijelaskan dalam sebuah struktur dan alur kerja agar kinerja perusahaan lebih maksimal dan dari seluruh proses dan sistem yang telah dikerjakan dapat memberikan hasil yang maksiml sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

From various empirical evidences conducted in various parts of the world on the factors that influence dividend policy, the results show that there are similarities or mutual support between one study and another. However, there are also among the variables that have a relationship with dividend policy showing contradictory results between one study and another. This can happen due to differences in business characteristics, business environment, culture and legal regulations that differ from one country to another. From several studies in various parts of the world, the factors that have the most influence on dividend policy are profitability, firm size, firm age, liquidity, previous dividends, dividend payments, firm value and cash flow. and leverage have a negative relationship with dividend policy, and Firm size, firm risk and ownership structure do not have a direct influence on dividend payments in private banks in Bangladesh.

Abstract

Achi's Cake is one of the cake shop businesses in the city of Jombang. In cake sales, orders and cake sales are entered manually into the general ledger, just as in the sales process, transactions are calculated and written manually into sales invoices. In addition, the price of the product depends on the price of raw materials. From these problems, the authors use Microsoft Exel accounting software to help the bakery business in the form of an accounting information system. This data collection technique uses interview techniques, and data analysis uses SPSS accounting software: Interviews, namely a meeting of two people to exchange information and ideas through question and answer which is used to obtain data information about the Achi's Cake business. Then the second uses SPSS data analysis to determine consumer interest before and after Achi's Cake uses Microsoft Exel in recording its financial reports. In this study the authors processed data using SPSS accounting software to analyze consumer interest before using Microsoft Exel (X1), consumer interest after using Microsoft Exel (X2) and consumers (Y). A random sample of 10 consumers was taken, who had already bought Achi's Cake products so they already knew the performance of Achi's Cake's business. From the results of user testing it can be concluded that Achi's Cake's accounting information system uses Microsoft Exel accounting software with SPSS testing which is useful for Achi's Cake's performance to determine the effect before and after using Microsoft Exel's accounting information system software on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, asset structure, and capital structure on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable for non-cyclical consumers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection technique used is the documentation of the annual report of the Personal Care Products company, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), with five samples selected through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The results showed that liquidity had no significant effect on profitability (0.799 > 0.05). However, liquidity significantly affects firm value (0.023 <0.05). Asset structure has a significant effect on profitability (0.049 <0.05, but asset structure has no significant effect on firm value (0.433 > 0.05). Capital structure has a significant effect on profitability (0.000 <0.05), but capital structure has no significant effect on firm value (0.086 > 0.05). Profitability has a significant effect on firm value (0.001 < 0.05). Profitability has an effect as an intervening variable on the effect of liquidity on firm value (0.226 > 1.96) and the effect of capital structure on firm value (1.971 > 1.96), but profitability has no effect as a variable intervening on the effect of asset structure on firm value (1.747 < 1.96).

Abstract

Organizational productivity is certainly inseparable from the influence of employee recruitment, how management efforts include various policies and practices implemented by managers in an effort to improve employee performance and productivity, selection criteria refer to attributes or characteristics used to select new employees in the recruitment process, then the quality of service with the support of employee improvement. The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of recruitment, management efforts, selection criteria and also the quality of servants on organizational productivity. The second objective is to determine the effect of employee improvement on organizational productivity. This research design uses a quantitative research approach with primary data sources. The population of this study was teachers and employees of SMP – SMA Yayasan Mutiara Ilmu Kisaran as many as 60 respondents. This research analysis technique uses path analysis with the help of SmartPLS software Decision making in this study uses a P-Value value with a significance value of 0.05 with assumptions if the P-Value < 0.05 is declared to have a significant effect on each research variable with a P-Value value of 0.5198558. The results of this study prove that the effect of recruitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational productivity, and does not have a positive and significant effect on employee improvement. Management's efforts have no effect on organizational productivity and on the contrary have a positive effect on employee improvement. Selection criteria have a positive and significant effect on organizational productivity and selection criteria do not affect employee improvement. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on organizational productivity and service quality also has a positive and significant effect on employee improvement.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Value can be used as a tool to increase customer satisfaction while still paying attention to product quality and paying attention to dynamic customer desires. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis literature study approach. This study reviews the 47 articles obtained and as many as 30 selected scientific articles with a focus on the period 2018 to 2022. The results of this study are having good relationships with customers in the long term, and applying the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Value which provides value benefits and perceived by consumers and paying attention to product quality will have an impact on company profits by having satisfied consumers.

Abstract

Social Media Marketing Activity (SMMA) have become one of the popular marketing methods recently. This study aims to evaluate and analyze SMMA in a Surabaya-based building materials supermarket in relation to consumers' willingness to pay a premium price. The population of this research includes all individuals residing in Surabaya who have previously accessed or opened official social media accounts of the building materials supermarket. The sample analyzed consists of 108 respondents aged 17 years and above, who have had social media accounts for at least 6 months. This study collected data using an electronic survey platform. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) aided by SmartPLS for hypothesis testing calculations. The research findings indicate that SMMA significantly influences brand image and premium pricing. However, brand image does not mediate the relationship between SMMA and premium pricing.

The role of financial institutions is urgently needed to develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, conditions in the field still face many problems and difficulties for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and make Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) not develop so fast. According to the findings of the 2022 SNIK conducted by OJK, the financial literacy index of Indonesians is 49.68 percent in 2022, up from only 38.03 percent in 2019; meanwhile, the financial inclusion index this year reached 85.10 percent, up from 76.19 percent during the previous SNLIK period in 2019. These conditions made the researchers to attend, to see from the point of view of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and is expected to be able to overcome the problems and difficulties faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The study's findings reveal the impact of each factor, including financial literacy, financial inclusion, financial resilience, and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) performance.
