Objective:. Lumbar flexibility is the maximum ability of the lumbar muscles which is important to maintain because it is closely related to the functional ability of the body in carrying out daily activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of core stability exercise on lumbar flexibility in Kanjuruhan Hospital employees.Methods: The independent variable of this study was core stability exercise, and the dependent variable was the lumbar flexibility. There were 25 subjects in this study using purposive sampling technique. The design of this study used pre expemerimtal one group pretest and posttest design.Results: The results of this study are p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05) meaning that there is an effect of core stability exercise on the lumbar flexibility of employees at Kanjuruhan Hospital, Malang Regency.Conclusion: Lumbar flexibility before core stability exercise mean ± SD = 29.56 ± 3.163, after core stability exercise mean ± SD = 32.44 ± 4.302. There is an effect of core stability exercise on lumbar flexibility of employees at Kanjuruhan Hospital, Malang district (p value = 0.000).

Objective: Myogenic low back pain (LBP) is often caused by musculoskeletal disorders such as muscle stiffnes, muscle spasme due to impoper body movements. LBP can be given Physiotherapy modalities in the form of Transcutaneus Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS)with current parameters and the use of predetermined electrode such as the use of TENS with a pen electrode and TENS with an electrode pad. This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of administering TENS with pen electrode an TENS with electrode pads on the reduction of Myogenic LBP pain using the Visual Analoque Scale (VAS) measuring instrument Methods: The type of research usedis a quasi experimental with two groub pretest-posttest design. The sampling process in this study use purposive sampling. The number of samples was 34 people with 17 people being given TENS with a pen electrode and 17 people being given TENS with a pad electrode for 3 weeks with intervention therapy 2 times a week.Results: The results of the analysis test with the chi square test showed of p > 0,05 with a different mean value in the VAS measurement of the TENS action with the pen electrode of 0.882 procedure. While the mean different value in the VAS measurement of the TENS action with the electrode pad shows a value of 0.764 action.Conclusion: The conclusion of this study shows that presenting TENS with pen electrodes is effective in reducing pain in myogenic LBP compered to TENS with electrode pads.

Sitokin sel T helper (Th)2 lebih berperan dalam patogenesis dermatitis atopik (DA) fase akut, sedangkan sitokin sel Th1 pada fase kronik. Patogenesis DA dipengaruhi pula oleh interleukin (IL)-17 yang dihasilkan sel Th17, sel Th1, sel Th2, dan sel B. Ekspresi IL-17 meningkat pada lesi kulit DA fase akut dibanding dengan fase kronik. Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) merupakan sitokin proinflamasi yang dapat dihasilkan sel Th1 dan Th17. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kadar IL-17 dan TNF-α serum pasien DA fase akut dibanding dengan fase kronik. Penelitian dilaksanakan periode Januari–Februari 2013 di Poliklinik Alergi dan Imunologi Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian klinis secara potong lintang berdasar atas studi analitik observasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 31 pasien, terdiri atas 15 pasien DA fase akut dan 16 fase kronik yang didapatkan melalui consecutive sampling. Terhadap subjek penelitian dilakukan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisis, dan diagnosis ditegakkan sesuai dengan kriteria Hanifin dan Rajka, kemudian dilakukan pengambilan serum untuk pemeriksaan IL-17 dan TNF-α. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan kadar IL-17 dan TNF-α serum pasien DA fase akut secara berurutan adalah 16,50 pg/mL dan 7,70 pg/mL, sedangkan pada fase kronik secara berurutan adalah 14,84 pg/mL dan 7,69 pg/mL. Berdasar atas uji beda kadar IL-17 dan TNF-α pada fase akut dan fase kronik (p >0,05). Simpulan, kadar IL-17 dan TNF-α serum pasien DA fase akut tidak berbeda dibanding dengan fase kronik. COMPARISON OF INTERLEUKIN (IL) AND NECROSE TUMOR FACTOR LEVEL SERUM ON CHRONIC AND ACUTE PHASE OF DA PATIENTST helper (Th)2 cytokines have an essential role in the pathogenesis of acute-phase atopic dermatitis (AD). Meanwhile, Th1 cytokines in chronic phase. Pathogenesis of AD is also affected by interleukin (IL)-17 produced by Th17, Th1, Th2, and B cells. The expression of IL-17 increased in the acute phase compared to chronic phase of skin lesion of AD. Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) is a proinflammatory cytokines that can be produced by Th1 and Th17 cells. This study aims to evaluate the IL-17 and TNF-α in serum level from acute compared to chronic phase of AD patients. This study was conducted from January-February 2013 in the Allergy and Immunology Clinic, Department of Dermatovenereology, Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung. This was a clinical study with observational analytical and cross-sectional design. Subjects were 31 AD patients, consisted of 15 acute and 16 chronic phases of AD patients, and obtained through consecutive sampling. The subjects underwent history taking, physical examination, and were diagnosed based on Hanifin and Rajka criteria. The serum was taken to measure IL-17 and TNF-α levels. This study showed that the IL-17 and TNF-α serum level in the acute phase of AD were 16.50 pg/mL and 7.70 pg/mL, respectively, meanwhile in chronic phase of AD were 14.84 pg/mL and 7.69 pg/mL, respectively. The analysis of IL-17 and TNF-α serum level in acute and chronic phase of AD do not differ statistically (p >0.05). In conclusion, there is no difference of IL-17 and TNF-α serum level in the acute compared to chronic phase AD patients.

TINJAUAN NERACA MASSA PADA PROSES PENGOMPOSAN TANDAN KOSONG KELAPA SAWIT DENGAN PENAMBAHAN AIR LIMBAH PABRIK KELAPA SAWIT [A Review of Mass Balances in Composting Process of Empty Fruit Bunches by Addition of Palm Oil Mill Effluent] Ribut Sugiharto; Erdi Suroso; Budi Dermawan

The waste generated from oil palm mills in the form of empty fruit bunches (EFB) and palm oil mill effluent (POME) can be used utilized to be processed into compost, which is beneficial for treating waste from palm oil mills as well as generate organic fertilizer that can be applied to land. The research was conducted to determine the mass balance in the form of input and output during the compost production process and carried out in a pilot scale in order to give an idea if composting is done on a large scale. This research aimed to analyze the mass balance of composting process of EFB and POME and calculate C/N ratio of EFB and compost, respectively. The research was conducted in a descriptive experimental method and data were presented in tables and graphs. The composting is carried out in two replications and without treatment. The composting was carried out for 54 days, during the research, temperature, pH and water content were monitored. The results showed that the maximum temperature during the composting process were 49.9 to 50.90 °C, the pH value were 6.85 to 7.94, the water content during were 76.81 to 77.88%. Overall, the input as EFB and POME were 34.91 to 37.33% and POME 62.67 to 65.09%, respectively. The Output in form of leachate and compost were about 27.02 to 27.58%, and 24.04 to 26.09%, respectively, and evaporated materials were about 46.33 to 48.94%. For composing, 1.0 ton EFB required POME about 1.57 to 1.74 m3, produced compost about 688.62 to 698.85 kg, leachate about 0.724 to 0.758 m3 (density = 1.02 kg/dm3), and evaporated material about 1241.26 to 1401.95 Kg. The C/N ratio on EFB was 28.86 and C/N ratio of the compost was 8.91.Keywords: empty fruit bunches, mass balance, palm oil mill effluent

The agricultural sector requires the regeneration of human resources who are productive and have skills in farming. This study aims to describe the condition of farmers' resources and describe the regeneration model of shallot farmers in Solok Regency. This study used a survey research method with a qualitative approach to 30 shallot farmers spread across Solok Regency. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that most of the shallot farmers in Solok Regency were productive farmers with an age range of 19-40 years, namely 80 percent with high school education to university education. The regeneration model of shallot farmers in Solok Regency is included in the planned model with a family approach. These results indicate the need for further deepening of understanding about youth involvement in agriculture and the regeneration of shallot farmers in Solok Regency.

This study aims to test whether working capital turnover has a negative effect on profitability and inventory turnover has a positive effect on the profitability of property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. This study has one dependent variable, namely profitability and five independent variables, namely working capital turnover, inventory turnover, asset turnover, short-term bank loans, liquidity and mark up. The sampling method used the cross-sectional technique, with a sample of 210 companies in the 5 years of the study. The results of the study found that working capital turnover has a negative effect and inventory turnover has a positive effect, asset turnover has a positive effect, short-term bank loans have a negative effect, while liquidity and mark-up have a negative effect on company profitability. This shows that the lower the working capital turnover of a company, the lower the company's profitability, the smaller the inventory turnover rate, the higher the company's profitability, the higher the asset turnover, the better the company's ability to generate profits, the higher the company's short-term debt. the lower the company's profitability, the higher the liquidity and mark-up, the more difficult the company's ability to generate high profits.

One of the activities in the TIU (Technical Implementing Unit) of Office of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health is to carry out the examination of pet health, record and issue an Animal Health Certificate (AHC). The object in this research was cat, where the examination was still performed by laboratory test, using paper as a form of diagnosis carried out by a vet and not using the technology. Therefore, an application to provide decision in determining healthy cat that also implements the algorithm C4.5 based on android system was designed. This system was able to perform diagnosis of cat diseases quickly based on previous medical record, with a training history (training data) as many as 44 cases. Then the classification process would strengthen the results of cat disease diagnosis such as how to deal with disease that had similar symptoms so as to facilitate the Office of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health, as a comparison to issue an Animal Health Certificate. Based on the Black Box testing, the functionality of the module was in accordance with the needs of the system, while the accuracy testing generated the percentage value of 93.18%. This shows that the algorithm C4.5 has a good accuracy to determine healthy cat.

Crude oil is a commodity and major world needs today. Since the historic collapse of Lehman Brothers helped precipitate the global economic crisis in the spring of 2008, a strong positive correlation between the price of crude oil continues to appear and the global stock markets, including the stock exchanges in Indonesia. This happens due to capital market investors assume that rising energy prices are a sign of the increasing global demand objective of this study was to determine the effect of crude oil prices and the price of coal on JCI in the Stock Exchange in the period 2012 -2017. This study will use a time series data analysis tool Vector Autoregression approach. VAR model approach is considered more suitable for detecting a mutual relationship or a dynamic two-way causality between variables in world crude oil prices, the price of gold and the price of coal on the stock price index of the mining sector in the system of equations

Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia merevitalisasi Museum Etnobotani Indonesia menjadi Museum Nasional Sejarah Alam Indonesia (Munasain) dengan tujuan meningkatkan profesionalisme dalam diseminasi. Munasain merupakan salah satu obyek wisata di Kota Bogor, namun relatif belum banyak dikunjungi wisatawan dibandingkan Museum Zoologi dan Museum Tanah dan Pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui profil dan persepsi peminat Munasain untuk mencari penyebab rendahnya kunjungan dan memberikan solusinya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 400 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peminat Munasain terbesar adalah kelompok umur 21-30 tahun (38,0%). Sebagian besar responden memperoleh informasi tentang Munasain dari media sosial (67,5%). Tema Munasain yang diminati adalah 38,6% tentang etnobotani, 32,3% koleksi sejarah dan budaya, 27,3% sejarah alam. Bagi responden Munasain dianggap istimewa dibanding museum lain karena merupakan sumber pengetahuan yang lengkap (31,2%), displaynya menarik (29,0%), dan memiliki unggulan koleksi etnobotani (18,3%). Tema yang diminati responden adalah sejarah alam dan budaya Indonesia (59,3%), etnobotani 38,7% dan tema lain 2,0%. Untuk pengembangan ke depan, 43,8% responden menyatakan perlunya sosialisasi dan promosi, 31,5% mengharapkan peningkatan manfaat bagi masyarakat, 16,0% menginginkan display lebih menarik dan 8,6% menyatakan perlunya penambahan koleksi.
