Abstract

Background: Stunting is one of the most critical malnutrition problems globally caused by multiple factors. Sanitation of the family environment, especially unhealthy ones, both from the criteria for housing, sanitation facilities owned and the behavior of household residents can increase the risk of stunting in toddlers. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the correlation between environmental sanitation and the incidence of stunting. Method: The study used a quantitative study with a correlational analytic research design, the population is all stunting in Mander Village, Tambakboyo District Tuban Regency in March 2024, as many as 42 toddlers were obtained by total sampling technique. Collecting data using a healthy home observation sheet and measuring height according to age, then the data was analyzed by using the Spearman Rank correlation test with a significance level of 0.05 Result: Most of respondent with unhealthy home environment sanitation as many as 28 respondents (66.6%), most of the toddlers experienced stunting in the short category as many as 23 toddlers (54.7%) and there was a significant relationship between sanitation and the incidence of stunting. stunting in children under five at the Mander Village, Tambakboyo District, Tuban Regency in 2023 (ρ value 0.001; r 0,725). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between environmental sanitation and the incidence of stunting. Unhealthy home environment sanitation will increase the risk of children suffering from stunting greater than children from families with healthy home environment sanitation

Abstract

Case study is one approach in qualitative research that was developed from the traditions of anthropology, sociology, and psychology. The case study approach focuses on the study of specific programs, events, activities, processes or units in a particular or contemporary context. This article is a literature review conducted on five dissertation articles that discuss the topic of community empowerment published by the Development Extension / Community Empowerment Doctoral Study Program, Graduate School, Sebelas Maret University in the period 2013-2020. As a result, the five dissertation articles reviewed used a case study approach as an analytical tool in dissecting community empowerment activities. A case studies must be supported by a deep understanding of the characteristics of the findings so that these approaches could have a large scientific impact.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Child-Friendly Village (DEKELANA) policy. The DEKELANA policy is one of the efforts to support the Ministry of Women and Child Protection's Program to realize a child-friendly city in the city of Yogyakarta. This is reinforced by Mayoral Regulation Number 71 of 2018 concerning Child-Friendly Villages. DEKELANA aims to increase awareness and concrete efforts from the village, community and business world in the area in an effort to realize village development that guarantees the fulfillment of children's rights, ensures that development takes into account the needs, aspirations, best interests of children and non-discrimination, and unites the potential and relations of human resources, natural resources, sources of funds, facilities and infrastructure, methods and technology in the village government, community participation and the business world in the village in an effort to fulfill children's rights. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and uses Edward III implementation indicators which include communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Child-Friendly Village Policy in the city of Yogyakarta still needs to be optimized. This can be seen from the ongoing inequality in information and understanding related to the DEKELANA program.

Abstract

History learning plays an important role for the generation of the Indonesian nation. In this regard, it is necessary to equalise perceptions and innovate regarding the models and strategies used in learning history in schools. This research uses the literature review method that is relevant to the title and topic raised through the internet, articles, books and magazines and thesis. From the results of the study we found that there are at least four models that we found effective in improving the quality of history learning in schools, namely 1) differentiation learning model, 2) inquiry learning model, 3) contextual learning model and 4) PAIKEM learning model. The purpose of this article is to provide new insights for teachers and prospective teachers to improve the quality of history learning in schools so that it is not monotonous and important to instil historical thinking in students.

Abstract

Internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai pedoman hidup berbangsa dan bernegara mendapatkan tantangan yang tidak mudah seiring perkembangan zaman. Perkembangan teknologi yang menawarkan berbagai kemudahan hidup amat berpengaruh pada pola pikir dan cara hidup masyarakat. Di kalangan generasi masa kini,sikap mau yang serba cepat, instan, egois bahkan cenderung abai dengan dunia sekitar menjadi jamak dijumpai. Pemerintah melalui jalur pendidikan berupaya menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila kepada generasi muda melalui pemberian materi ajar pendidikan Pancasila. Jurnal ini berusaha menggali sejauh mana efektivitas metode internalisasi nilai-nilai pancasila melalui mata kuliah dasar Filsafat Pancasila di kalangan mahasiswa Prodi dan Bahasa Mandarin dan Kebudayaan Tiongkok. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus.

Abstract

Pancasila sebagai dasar negara Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter nasional generasi muda, khususnya mahasiswa. Namun, tantangan globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi mempengaruhi relevansi dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi pendidikan Pancasila di perguruan tinggi dalam konteks globalisasi dan teknologi. Menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam memahami dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Hasil survei dari 100 responden menunjukkan bahwa meskipun mayoritas mahasiswa mengikuti mata kuliah Pancasila, banyak yang merasa materi tidak sepenuhnya relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Tantangan lainnya meliputi metode pengajaran yang kurang interaktif dan cenderung teoritis. Teknologi telah digunakan dalam pembelajaran, tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan pemanfaatannya. Kurangnya minat mahasiswa dan pengaruh budaya asing menjadi hambatan utama. Rekomendasi meliputi metode pengajaran yang lebih interaktif, penggunaan teknologi digital, dan integrasi nilai Pancasila dalam berbagai kegiatan kampus untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pelayanan medis yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit meliputi pelayanan suportif, preventif, kuratif, dan rehabilitasi memberikan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Peran utama perawat adalah memenuhi kebutuhan pasien, meminta pertanggungjawaban pasien, dan memberikan pelayanan perawatan kepada orang sakit , termasuk perawat. Beban kerja juga dapat diartikan sebagai total waktu keperawatan yang dibutuhkan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung untuk memberikan pelayanan keperawatan yang dibutuhkan pasien. Beban kerja yang berat bagi perawat dapat menyebabkan kelelahan dan kelelahan. Tujuan untuk mengetahui dampak beban kerja terhadap motivasi kerja perawat bangsal rawat inap di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan regresi linier sederhana. Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. Hal ini didapatkan dari nilai F hitung > F tabel (18,152 < 3,49) dengan signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000). Penelitian ini dapat mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap motivasi kerja perawat rawat inap di Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

Writing this article aims to know and understand what philosophy is about, its role in the science of Physiotherapy. Philosophy of science has an important role in physiotherapy services. In order to apply what is contained in the philosophy of science, it must be understood and focused on the understanding of human health and illness. For the development of physiotherapy science, research is needed with the right method as an effort to empirically prove the usefulness of a physiotherapy technology. The research results can be applied in physiotherapy services so that physiotherapy technology is based on evidence that has been proven empirically. Innovation as an effort to develop knowledge must continue to be carried out with research and the use of appropriate methods for the sake of benefit.
