Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence Learning Videos have on Learning Motivation at SMAN 5 Cilegon. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The place of this research is at SMAN 5 Cilegon, with a population of 225 students, and the number of samples in this research is 75 students. The results of the analysis of the coefficients show that the correlation coefficient value shows that the rxy coefficient value is 0.549, so it is stated in the medium category, and rtable is 0.227. rcount > rtable = 0.549 > 0.227. The results of the t test obtained a tcount value of 5.608 while ttable was 1.66600 with an error level of 5%, thus tcount > ttable = 5.608 > 1.66600, so it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient between Learning Videos on Learning Motivation has a positive and significant effect and from the hypothesis testing that has been carried out Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination (cd) is obtained at 30%, based on the causal or causal nature of this variable relationship, a simple linear regression equation can be created, namely Y = a + bX, a= 13,452, while the value of b is b = 0.527 Keywords: Learning Video Media, Student Learning Motivation

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah usaha yang dilakukan oleh manusia secara sadar untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya, sehingga individu dapat beradaptasi dengan keadaan masa depan. Ini terjadi karena pendidikan bersifat dinamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh filsafat pendidikan agama Islam pada siswa di SDN 2 Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak pendekatan ini terhadap faktor psikologis dan motivasi siswa dalam kegiatan belajar. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembelajaran memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pengalaman belajar siswa SD Negeri 2 Banyuwangi. Melalui observasi diketahui bahwa pendekatan ini berhasil menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif, relevan dan memberdayakan dengan memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap kebutuhan, minat dan potensi individu siswa sekolah dasar. Hal ini tercermin dari meningkatnya motivasi belajar, kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas siswa.

Abstract

Quantitative descriptive research is a type of non-experimental quantitative research that is relatively easy. This study describes the quantitative data obtained concerning the condition of the subject or phenomenon of a population. The research instrument that is often used in this study is a questionnaire containing several question items about perceptions of research problems. The results of testing the alternative hypothesis proposed are significantly acceptable, namely, with a positive influence between the Effect of Facebook Social Media on Concentration and Learning Outcomes at SMAN 10.The results of the analysis on the coefficients show that the value of the correlation coefficient indicates that the rxy coefficient value is 0.751, so it is stated in the strong category, and the rtable is 0.306. rcount > rtable = 0.751 > 0.306, and the results of the t test obtained the price of tcount of 6.026 while ttable of 1.69726 with an error rate of 5%, thus tcount > ttable = 6.026 > 1.69726, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient between Social Media Facebook and Concentration and Learning Outcomes have a positive and significant effect and from the hypothesis testing that has been done Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the coefficient of determination (cd) is 56%, based on the relationship between these variables is causal or causal, a simple linear regression equation can be made, namely Y = a + bX, a = 28,941, while the value of b is b = 0.650 X. Then a simple linear regression equation can be obtained, namely Y = 28,941 + 0,650 X so that there is the influence of Facebook social media on concentration and learning outcomes at SMAN 10 Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The development of digital technology provides new opportunities for learning innovation, including in literature learning at Sma Negeri 1 Serang City. This study aims to describe the use of Blogger as a literature learning medium in improving short story writing skills of high school students in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects of the study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Serang City with a population of approximately 1,756 students who participated in short story writing learning based on Blogger as a publication and learning medium. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and document analysis of the results of students' short stories published on Blogger. The purpose of this study is to determine the benefits of using Blogger in literature learning to increase student learning motivation, provide space for creativity in writing, and make it easier for students to publish and share their literary works digitally. In addition, Blogger media also encourages students to be more active in the learning process because of interactions through comments and feedback from teachers and peers. Thus, the use of Blogger as a literature learning medium can be an innovative alternative in improving short story writing skills of high school students in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the use of politeness principles in netizens’ comments on the Instagram account of Prabowo Subianto. The focus of the research is on utterances that reflect the six maxims of politeness proposed by Leech, namely the tact maxim, generosity maxim, approbation maxim, modesty maxim, agreement maxim, and sympathy maxim. This research employed a qualitative method with a content analysis approach. The data were collected through digital documentation, listening, and note-taking techniques from netizens’ comments on Prabowo Subianto’s Instagram post dated April 13, 2026. The findings show that five politeness maxims were identified in the data, namely the tact maxim with 78 utterances, the approbation maxim with 145 utterances, the modesty maxim with 4 utterances, the agreement maxim with 190 utterances, and the sympathy maxim with 33 utterances. Meanwhile, the generosity maxim was not found in the data. These findings indicate that the comments on the post generally express polite, appreciative, and supportive attitudes toward Prabowo Subianto.

Abstract

This research is motivated to reduce the boredom experienced by students when participating in the teaching and learning process of Pancasila and citizenship education in class. Students no longer only sit, stay silent and listen to stories from the teacher, but students can interact directly with learning media based on Autoplay Media Studio 8 because in this learning media in addition to learning materials, there are also animations, images, videos, sounds and flash so that they can build new interests, arouse motivation and stimulate student learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in learning to write scientific papers and its impact on the level of originality of students in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (PBSI) Semester VI at Bina Bangsa University. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which was conducted through reference searches and interviews with 30 of the total 35 students. The results of the study indicate that AI is utilized functionally as an aid in the writing process, such as compiling outlines, paraphrasing, developing ideas, and reviewing writing. Based on the interview results, the use of AI platforms is dominated by Chat GPT at 50%, followed by Perplexity at 27%, and Gemini.ai at 23%. These findings indicate that students do not rely on a single platform, but rather utilize various technologies adaptively according to their needs. In terms of discussion, the use of AI has a positive impact in the form of improved writing quality, time efficiency, development of creative ideas, increased digital literacy, and the provision of instant feedback. However, there are also challenges that arise, such as the potential for decreased originality, dependence on AI, the risk of violating academic ethics, information bias, and data privacy issues. Therefore, AI should be used as a tool, not a substitute for students' critical thinking skills. This research emphasizes the importance of using AI wisely, critically, and responsibly so that students can produce original, high-quality, and integrated scientific work in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the connotative meanings found in the poetry anthology Rubaiyat Den Sastro by Sapardi Djoko Damono based on Geoffrey Leech's theory of connotative meaning. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with a semantic approach. The primary data source was the poetry anthology Rubaiyat Den Sastro, while the research data consisted of words and phrases containing connotative meanings. Data were collected through reading and note-taking techniques. The analysis of connotative meaning was based on Geoffrey Leech's theory, while the data analysis employed the model proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which consists of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings show that 44 data containing connotative meanings were identified. Of these data, seven were selected for further analysis in this article. The connotative meanings identified emerged through the use of words and phrases that convey meanings beyond their conceptual meanings and are shaped by their context of use in the poems. The analysis shows that connotative meaning can be understood by examining the differences between conceptual meaning and the meaning that emerges from the context in which words or phrases are used within individual lines and the poems as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the denotative, connotative, and mythical meanings in Sidharta Tata's film Waktu Maghrib 2 using Roland Barthes's semiotic theory. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques consisting of observing and taking notes on scenes, dialogue, and visual and audio elements in the film. The results show that Waktu Maghrib 2 contains various signs that represent the religious, social, and cultural values ​​of the community. The denotative meaning is seen in the depiction of events in the film, the connotative meaning conveys moral and religious messages, while the mythical meaning represents the community's beliefs about the time of Maghrib. This study concludes that Waktu Maghrib 2 functions not only as a medium of entertainment but also as a medium for conveying moral, cultural, and religious messages.
