Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membentuk akhlakul karimah dan wawasan moderasi beragama peserta didik di SMP Negeri 8 Cilegon dan SMP Bina Cipta Karya Cilegon. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya tantangan degradasi moral, intoleransi, dan pengaruh radikalisme di kalangan remaja dalam konteks masyarakat Indonesia yang majemuk. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru PAI, kepala sekolah, serta siswa kelas VIII. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis integratif antara pembinaan akhlakul karimah dan internalisasi moderasi beragama yang dikaji secara simultan pada sekolah negeri dan swasta dengan karakter sosial yang berbeda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAI berperan strategis melalui keteladanan guru, pembiasaan religius, integrasi nilai dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dan proyek P5, serta budaya sekolah yang inklusif. Nilai kejujuran, empati, disiplin, toleransi, dan sikap anti-kekerasan terinternalisasi secara konsisten dalam perilaku siswa. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya kajian PAI berbasis karakter dan moderasi beragama, sementara secara praktis memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan kurikulum PAI, penguatan peran guru, dan kebijakan pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is the basic thing as the first education for autistic students because basically autistic students are not students who are categorized as crazy or amnesiac students, so these autistic students are still burdened with sharia law or taklif (legal burden). So in this study the researcher tries to present how the objectives, curriculum, implementation, evaluation and obstacles and challenges in Islamic Religious Education learning for students with special needs autism at SKh Al-Khairiyah, Cilegon City. This study uses a field research method or field research using a descriptive qualitative method with a prospective case study (Propestive Case Study). The data sources we use are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that the results of the implementation of learning in the autism class in the delivery of Islamic Religious Education teaching, a teacher applies the Social Story method and also the drill method (repetitions). In addition to classroom learning, the habits of religious practices are also trained consistently. While the evaluation model is not only with test and non-test evaluation, the evaluation is also carried out by observing information from people around, both from teachers, homeroom teachers and information from students' guardians regarding children's daily behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Deep Learning-based evaluation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at the junior high school level within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through classroom observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving Islamic education teachers, students, and school administrators. The findings reveal that the principles of Deep Learning have been incorporated into PAI learning through reflective, contextual, and spiritually grounded activities. Teachers act not only as instructors but also as reflective facilitators who guide students to comprehend, internalize, and apply Islamic values in their daily lives. The evaluation process has shifted from traditional assessment toward authentic assessment, such as reflective journals, religious practice projects, and behavioral observations. However, the affective and spiritual aspects of learning assessment remain underdeveloped due to limited instruments and teachers’ lack of understanding of holistic evaluation. This study recommends continuous professional development programs for Islamic education teachers to enhance their competence in designing value-based and spiritually oriented assessment tools. The implementation of Deep Learning in PAI learning is expected to strengthen students’ religious awareness, Islamic character, and spiritual intelligence in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan melafadzkan kalimat thayyibah dengan metode Problem Based Learning siswa Kelas IV B MIN 10 Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan pada siswa Kelas IV B MIN 10 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 20 siswa pada Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan melafadzkan kalimat thayyibah pada siswa Kelas IV B melalui metode Problem Based Learning mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil penilaian dan observasi aktivitas pembelajaran Siklus I dan Siklus II. Hasil penilaian keterampilan melafadzkan kalimat thayyibah Siklus I dengan rerata yang diperoleh 72,50, 70% siswa mencapai KKM 75, sedangkan pada Siklus II dengan rerata 83,75, 90% siswa mencapai KKM 75. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Problem Based Learning meningkatkan keterampilan melafadzkan kalimat thayyibah siswa Kelas IV B MIN 10 Bandar Lampung. Demikian juga dengan hasil observasi aktivitas pembelajaran Siklus I dan Siklus II yang menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran melafadzkan kalimat thayyibah sudah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran metode Problem Based Learning.

Abstract

Penerapan model inquiry terbimbing yang dilaksanakan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Agama islam materi Rukun iman pada kelas I SDN Balonggandu I. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan tersebut belum mampu untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa sesuai harapan. Hal itu disebabkan karena pengelolaan kegiatan model inquiry terbimbing belum dilakukan secara benar, seiring dengan adanya beberapa hambatan dan kelemahan yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan penilaian pada kegiatan model inquiry terbimbing. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan model inquiry terbimbing di kedua sekolah tersebut, dilakukan dengan musyawarah pada awal tahun ajaran baru, untuk menetapkan program kegiatan, sebagai bahan acuan bagi para guru dalam melaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Pengorganisasian dilakukan untuk mengatur jalannya kegiatan, dengan menempatkan orang-orang terpilih pada posisi yang tepat, sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya masing-masing. Pelaksanaan kegiatan model inquiry terbimbing berjalan dengan lancar, sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Merupakan realisasi dari perencanaan dan pengorganisasian, yang telah disusun sebelumnya. Penilaian pada kegiatan model inquiry terbimbing dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Penilaian pada pelaksanaan program dan penilaian pada pencapaian tingkat keberhasilan prestasi siswa. Siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan model inquiry terbimbing, pada umumnya memiliki prestasi yang baik, namun belum menunjukkan peningkatan prestasi yang signifikan. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan model inquiry terbimbing, berkenaan dengan kekurangan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten pada bidangnya dan keterbatasan dalam pemeliharaan serta perawatan peralatan dan perlengkapan yang mendukung pencapaian keberhasilan. Adanya kemampuan untuk mengatasi dan menyelesaikan masalah masalah tersebut, dengan upaya yang dilakukan secara terus menerus, dapat menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dari semua pihak demi meningkatkan prestasi yang diharapkan.

Abstract

The development of innovative learning media is essential to enhance students’ critical thinking skills in elementary education. This study aims to develop Domino Card learning media for fifth-grade students to improve their critical thinking skills. The research was motivated by preliminary observations at MI Mathla’ul Huda, which revealed that students’ critical thinking abilities were relatively low due to the limited use of instructional media supporting higher-order thinking. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, comprising analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Validation results showed that the media expert awarded a score of 86%, while the material expert gave 94%, indicating high validity. The effectiveness of the media was measured through pre-test and post-test assessments. The average pre-test score was 60.37, increasing to 86.29 in the post-test. The N-gain value was 0.64 (64%), categorized as “Quite Effective.” These findings indicate that the developed domino card media effectively enhances students’ critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of Roulette Bingo as an innovative learning medium to enhance critical thinking skills in fourth-grade Indonesian language learning. The research employed a mixed-methods approach within a Research and Development (R&D) framework using the ADDIE model, involving stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and N-Gain analysis. The validation results indicated that the developed media achieved a very high feasibility level, supported by expert judgments in media, material, and language aspects. Implementation findings demonstrated a significant improvement in students’ critical thinking skills, as reflected in the increase from pre-test to post-test scores and a high N-Gain category. Qualitative findings also revealed increased student engagement, collaboration, and active participation during learning activities. These results confirm that Roulette Bingo serves as an effective, interactive, and practical instructional medium aligned with contemporary pedagogical demands. The study highlights the importance of integrating game-based learning to foster higher-order thinking skills in elementary education.

Abstract

The transformation of learning in the digital era demands a change in approach to the educational process, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). A common problem in PAI learning is the use of conventional methods, which are too uniform, teacher-centered, and pay little attention to the abilities, interests, and learning styles of each student. The purpose of this study is to explore ideas and changes in adaptive learning modules for PAI subjects in the digital era in an effort to improve the effectiveness of more contextual and individualized learning. This study used a qualitative research method with a literature review approach. Various scientific literature, books, and research results related to adaptive learning and its implementation in Islamic education were analyzed. The results show that adaptive learning modules enable PAI materials to be tailored to students' learning needs. This can be done using digital technologies such as learning data analysis, Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, and artificial intelligence. These modules provide students with the opportunity to learn according to their capacity, pace, and learning characteristics. In addition, adaptive modules help learning become more interactive, reflective, and relevant to the challenges of the digital era, while maintaining the moral and spiritual values ​​of Islamic education. The implementation of adaptive modules in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the digital era can improve the quality of learning, increase student engagement, and encourage a more inclusive, effective, and student-oriented learning process.

Abstract

The background of this study is the lack of school readiness in implementing the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) and the weak computer operation skills of students at SDS IT Subulussalam, Kresek, Tangerang, Banten. This study employed a qualitative research method, in which the researcher described the findings based on field conditions. The key research instrument was the researcher themself, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) The planning of ANBK activities at SDS IT Subulussalam Kresek was the responsibility of the school principal, who ensured that all necessary facilities and infrastructure were adequately prepared, especially the laptops used during the ANBK. (2) The implementation of ANBK at SDS IT Subulussalam was conducted in the teachers’ office due to the availability of an internet connection, and the ANBK was carried out in two sessions. (3) The evaluation of ANBK activities at SDS IT Subulussalam Kresek involved the school conducting socialization programs for parents, teachers, and students, as well as coordinating with various institutions to prepare the requirements. (4) The follow-up to ANBK activities at SDS IT Subulussalam Kresek focused on improving learning services for students at both lower and upper grade levels, with an orientation toward literacy and numeracy development.

Abstract

The Pancasila student profile is one of the demands in the Independent Curriculum. The professionalism of PAI teachers plays a role in encouraging students to have Pancasila values within themselves. The aim of the study aims to analyze the role of PAI teacher professionalism in increasing the profile of Pancasila students. This study is qualitative research using a case study method at SD Tunas Harapan Pasar Kemis, Tangerang Regency. Data was collected through interview techniques, documentation studies and observations. After that, the data was collected, reduced, presented and concluded. The competency of PAI teachers at Tunas Harapan Elementary School shows that it is in accordance with the standards mandated by the 2003 National Education System Law. The roles of professional teachers that PAI teachers can play include, among others, uswatun hasanah, motivator, facilitator and evaluator. There are several efforts to improve the professionalism of PAI teachers to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, including taking part in Diktats, Workshops, Webinars and playing a role in PAI subject clusters. Even as a professional teacher, there are obstacles and obstacles that we face, such as unsynchronized time, difficulties in determining dimensions and elements related to PAI teaching materials.
