Abstract

A health test is an examination carried out to determine a person's health standards. Priority checks are carried out on the elderly, where the elderly may experience health problemsHealth Checkup includes checking blood pressure, blood glucose, urine and cholesterol. The objective of this activity is to carry out early detection of the elderly to prevent chronic diseases. The activity was carried out on August 12, 2021 in the area of the Medan Sunggal sub-district. The examination gave positive results for the community. People who check him can know the condition of his body. This examination also provides input and recommendations for therapy that must be carried out by the elderly while health is still available. This condition is marked by a change in the value of the Health examination results which increases from the normal amount.

Abstract

The rise of Covid 19 cases during this pandemic has compelled the government to implement various strategies and rules that the entire community must adhere to. Griffith University Australia (2020), Indonesia should no longer apply the 3M health protocol as a step to anticipate the spread of Covid 19. The increased number cases in Indonesia forces the implementation of 5M health protocol to prevent the spread of Covid 19, which includes washing hands with soap and running water, wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, avoiding crowds, and limiting mobility, in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Health. The start of 2021 offline learning in July becomes one of the major challenges that compels teachers to be familiar with this regulation. Therefore, various direct strategies to people are required in order to increase their knowledge and understanding. The objective of this community service is to increase the understanding and capacity of the teachers and all education personnel of MTs (Islamic Junior High School) Amaliyah to prevent the spread of Covid 19 by implementing the 5M health protocol, as well as assisting the provision of offline learning preparation tools such as masks, gloves, hand soap, disinfectants, social distancing stickers, and portable hand-washing stations.

Abstract

Children are individuals under the age of 18 years with significant physical and mental growth and development. But, in fact, this growth and development cannot be achieved perfectly. Based on the survey results, several factors are the causes of the child's optimal growth and development, such as economic factors, the level of knowledge and education of the mother. If examined, this factor is closely related to family poverty factors. Not only that, the data related to children's mental health is also almost non-existent, so that children not only face problems related to physical problems, but also problems related to psychological disorders. Therefore, it takes an intervention that can be done on children in optimizing physical and mental health. In this case an approach is needed in the form of school-based intervention in organizing a program for examining the physical and mental health of children. Program implementation has been carried out at the Tahfidz Plus Khoiru Ummah School, at the kindergarten level (17 children) and elementary school (30 children, grade 1-5 elementary school) by coordinating with school teachers who are responsible for each class. The first action taken was a physical examination for all kindergarten and elementary school children. Based on the results of the physical examination, there is no abnormality on the child's health scale. Child health problems found only with flu and cough problems. To overcome this, children have been taught related to health promotion in an effort to prevent disease by demonstrating proper hand washing, proper toothbrushing, wound care and diarrhea. For a physical examination of mental health, screening is done by inviting children to talk about their daily lives during a physical examination while identifying other symptoms outside the instrument checklist. There are 2 instruments used in children's mental health screening, namely Early Childhood Screening Assessment which will be used for kindergarten children and instruments for Social, Academic & Emotional Behavior Risk Screener for elementary school children. Based on the results of temporary screening, there was only one elementary school child who needed further treatment and needed more accurate discussion with the class teacher at the next meeting.

Abstract

The high morbidity and mortality rate of the community is due to lack of knowledge in detecting health status and inability to make decisions to overcome health problems, causing delays in treatment. Providing education in the form of simulations and applying patents of a method of increasing independence for detecting health status and following up on appropriate treatment and patents of WEB site-based self-care methods is the application of information and communication technology in nursing services which is one solution to overcome this because it can optimize individual independence so that distance, time, place, and cost are not an obstacle to getting nursing services and achieving SDGs 3; ensuring a healthy life and improving the welfare of the population. Community service uses interview methods, health promotion about upper respiratory tract infections, hypertension, infections, rheumatism, dental caries, skin infections, refractive errors, pulmonary tuberculosis, pulp and pariapical tissue diseases and cataracts. Followed by simulations, assistance to all participants in using the WEB https://ariganursingselfcare.com/, observation and monitoring of the application of WEB to increase independence in detecting health status and following up on treatment. Community service was carried out from August to October 2023 in the community in the Medan Sunggal Health Center working area with a total of 173 people. The results showed 113 (65%) respondents were independent in detecting health status and following up on treatment, but there were still 60 (35%) respondents who needed continuous assistance in applying the WEB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui “pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap minat menabung masyarakat di bank syariah (studi kasus masyarakat pondok pesantren Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah)”. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah minat menabung sedangkan variabel independen terdiri dari pengetahuan, Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 77 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner sebagai data primer kemudian hasil datanya dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan melakukan uji simultan (F), uji determinasi, dan uji parsial (t) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 5 persen (α=0,05) yang diolah dengan bantuan alat SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan Pengetahuan terhadap minat menabung masyarakat di bank syariah yang dilihat melalui uji statistik F dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hasil uji statistik t menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is influence of relational marketing and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the company AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Medan regional office. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The variables in this study are relational marketing and customer satisfaction as independent variables and customer loyalty as the dependent variable. Samples were taken from AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 customers in the Medan regional office, totaling 95 people. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis method used is Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Hypothesis Test. Based on the results of the adjusted R value obtained from the SPSS processing is 0.825 which means that relational marketing and customer satisfaction can explain the customer loyalty variable of 82.5% and the remaining 17.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of the F test analysis, it is known that the value of fcount (222.202) > ftable (3.10) and sig (0.000) < α (0.05). This means proving that relational marketing and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

The development of banking services not only aims for security and reliability, but also to provide services that are adapted to technological developments and needs, as mobile banking involves combining information technology and business applications together Mobile Banking is a banking service provided by the bank to support the smoothness, convenience and security for the use of banking activities in terms of customer effectiveness and efficiency in transactions. This study aims to determine the ease of use of the Mobile Banking technology system for non-cash transactions among students. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach by going to the field, namely interviews with respondents of 5C class Islamic Banking students. The research method is based on the philosophy of the key instrument and also produces written or oral data. The usefulness and convenience obtained from mobile banking on security in non-cash transactions provides significant results and benefits in non-cash transaction problems among students because it is very efficient and helpful. In addition, the security side of the transaction must also be considered so that nothing unwanted happens.

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to create a sustainable positive impact on the economic development and empowerment of women in Gampong Mideun Jok, particularly through the production of detergent. The method employed involves providing understanding or socialization, practical application of acquired knowledge, and motivating partners regarding productive economic ventures. This activity yields positive outcomes in enhancing the skills and knowledge of young women and empowering the local community economically. The training on detergent production has successfully increased their capacity in micro-enterprises, providing a sustainable economic alternative. The involvement of the Al-Aziziyah Samalanga Institute of Islamic Studies (IAI) has significantly contributed to the implementation of the project, fostering a positive synergy between higher education institutions and the community. This program encourages economic inclusion and promotes women's participation in local economic development.

Abstract

LATAR BELAKANG: Tumor prostat merupakan kelainan yang banyak dijumpai pada pria lanjut usia. Secaraepidemiologi Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) berpengaruh pada kualitas hidup sekitar sepertiga pria usia diatas 50 tahun. Sedangkan adenokarsinoma prostat merupakan keganasan tersering kedua pada pria di seluruhdunia pada tahun 2018. TUJUAN: Mengetahui gambaran karakteristik pasien dan diagnosis histopatologi padapenderita BPH dan adenokarsinoma prostat di Kabupaten Cirebon di tahun 2022. METODE: Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian deskriptif pasien yang terdiagnosis tumor prostat dalam rekam medis dan data histopatologi dariLaboratorium Patologi Anatomik yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi di RSUD Waled Cirebon dan RSUDArjawinangun dengan 100 sampel. HASIL: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penderita tumor prostat di KabupatenCirebon tahun 2022 terbanyak terjadi pada usia 51-79 tahun yaitu BPH (80,0%) dan adenokarsinoma prostat(11,0%), tidak memiliki riwayat keluarga pada penderita BPH yaitu 55 orang (55%), tidak memiliki riwayatmerokok (47,0%), tidak terdapat informasi riwayat keluarga dan riwayat merokok pada adenokarsinoma prostat(6%). Pada adenokarsinoma prostat grade group 4 berjumlah 6 orang (54,5%). SIMPULAN: Disimpulkan bahwapaling sering terjadi pada usia 51-79 tahun yaitu BPH (80,0%) dan adenokarsinoma prostat (11,0%), tidakmemiliki riwayat merokok (47,0%) dan riwayat keluarga pada BPH (55,0%) tidak terdapat informasi riwayatkeluarga dan riwayat merokok pada adenokarsinoma prostat (6,0%) dan grade group 4 pada adenokarsinomaprostat yaitu 6 orang (54,5%).Kata Kunci: Kelainan prostat, histopatologi, BPH, adenokarsinoma prostat, grade group.ABSTRACTBACKGROUND: Prostate tumor is a common disorder in elderly men. Epidemiologically, Benign ProstaticHyperplasia (BPH) affects the quality of life of one third of men aged over 50 years. Meanwhile, prostateadenocarcinoma is the second most common malignancy in men worldwide in 2018. AIM: Identifying thedescription of patient characteristics and histopathology diagnosis in patients with prostate tumor in CirebonDistrict in 2022. METHODS: This study was a descriptive study diagnosed with prostate tumors in medicalrecords and histopathology data from the Anatomic Pathology Laboratory that met the inclusion criteria at RSUDWaled Cirebon and RSUD Arjawinangun with 100 samples. RESULTS: The results showed that most prostatetumor patients in Cirebon District in 2022 occurred at the age of 51-79 years BPH (80.0%) and prostatecarcinoma (11.0%), had no family history in BPH sufferers, (55%), had no smoking history (47.0%), there wasno information about family history and smoking history in prostate carcinoma (6%). In prostate carcinoma gradegroup 4, there were 6 people (54.5%). CONCLUSION: It can be concluded that BPH (80.0%) and prostatecarcinoma (11.0%) most often occur at the age of 51-79 years, have no smoking history (47.0%) and familyhistory in BPH (55.0%) there is no information on family history and smoking history in prostate carcinoma(6.0%) and grade group 4 in prostate carcinoma, namely 6 people (54.5%).Key words: prostate disorder, histopathology, BPH, carcinoma prostate, grade group.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of village fund management in improving village development, inhibiting factors in village development, and village development in an Islamic economic perspective. The research methodology used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques with the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management in Sijabut Teratai village of 80.87%, including in the category of quite effective. Factors that hinder the effectiveness of village fund management in improving village development include land acquisition for residents, electricity poles, large trees and weather constraints. The effectiveness of village fund management in improving village development according to an Islamic economic perspective has five foundations for Islamic development. Islamic development describes five foundations, namely monotheism, caliphate, justice, tazkiyyah and al-falah. Village development is closely related to Islamic economics which can be linked to monotheism, namely the development carried out aimed at meeting the needs of the village community to assist the community in carrying out activities. The caliphate is closely related to the development carried out by the village with the aim of community welfare including the human function as caliph. Justice is closely related to development, namely the development carried out in the village of Sijabut Teratai does not only focus on one hamlet, but in every hamlet. Tazkiyyah relates to the development carried out by the village as the responsibility of the village government which has been given a mandate by the central government.
