Education is basically an effort to help the development of children and youth to achieve certain goals that take place in a certain environment. This research is to know and analyze the Strategic Management of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Performance of Aliyah Teachers in Tangerang Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques (observations), interview techniques, documentation studies, literature studies and participation. Regarding data analysis techniques using non-statistical analysis techniques. The conclusion is that the principal's management strategy in improving the performance of Aliyah teachers at MA, Tangerang Regency, through the stages of planning, implementation and evaluation is not optimal because there are still weaknesses in competence and professionalism as well as support for the fostered madrasah.

The background of this research is that the quality of junior high school graduates in Tangerang Regency is still low. This is due to SMP management that has not been optimal both in terms of organizational planning, program implementation, evaluation and problem solutions. The purpose of this study was to find out the activities carried out in planning, organizing, assessing junior high schools in Tangerang Regency, the obstacles encountered and solutions to overcome the obstacles. This study uses a qualitative approach based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation. This study uses the main theory, namely the management theory of Terry. The results of the study show: 1) Planning Has been carried out oriented to the guidelines, but not all aspects that should exist in the planning function have been carried out, an important problem that has not been carried out is the identification of performance improvement problems that have not touched the problems faced by teachers in improving their performance..2) In Quality implementation is carried out oriented to guidelines for improving the performance of junior high school teachers; 3) In Evaluation is carried out oriented to the management supervision function, however, not all aspects of supervision have been carried out, there is no supervision of supervisors from senior teachers and supervision is still not optimal in following up on the results of supervision 4) The obstacle encountered is the 3M factor, namely the Man factor (supervisor and supervisor). teachers), Materials (infrastructure) and Money (budget / financing), the Man factor is still the main constraint factor in the implementation of improving the performance of SMP; 5) The solution, to overcome the problem is to overcome the constraints of limited facilities and budget factors, the supervisors and principals of junior high schools make a more precise budget preparation and make budget efficiency for the school operational financing component.

Learning Mathematics is the mother of science, it is unfortunate that this subject is not used as a basis for developing values in building real knowledge and knowledge in the school environment. This study develops Taking a Focus related to "Teacher Creativity Management in improving the Quality of Mathematics Teaching" with the aim of finding a clear picture of this matter. The development of questions presented related to: 1) Planning; 2) Organizing; 3) Implementation; 4) Supervision; 5) Constraints; 6) Efforts; 7) The results of teacher creativity in improving the quality of mathematics learning. with the application of qualitative methods through the development of descriptive analysis and processed through observation, interviews and documentation. The general objective of this study is to identify and describe the academic supervision of the principal to improve the professional competence of Madrasah aliyah teachers in Bandung Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Collecting data using interviews, study documentation and observation. The results showed that the planning was prepared referring to the identification of problems faced by teachers based on the results of the previous year's supervision such as assessment, coaching, assisting teacher difficulties, and SWOT analysis, then poured into the Academic Supervision Plan (RKA) program according to the needs of the teacher; Organizing is regulated and allocated among stakeholders so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively, as well as the principal's work program plan through the RKA and RKM in the annual program. Academic supervision by the principal is carried out in three stages, namely: an initial survey before conducting academic supervision, class visits, reviews and solutions. Evaluation, including job descriptions and documentary evidence. Evaluation is carried out at the end of each semester. In improving the competence of teachers, principals also found several obstacles in the field, an effort to solve the inhibiting factors is to organize training based on the needs of the teachers. Guidance through teacher training to improve the competence of principal teachers also found several obstacles in the field, the solution effort was to organize training based on the needs of teachers.

This research is entitled Analysis of Rice Farmers' Income (Cultivators) in the Profit Sharing System in Moyo Hilir, Sumbawa Districts in 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the income of farmers in the profit sharing system in Moyo Hilir, Sumbawa District in 2022 and to find out the income of farmers in the profit sharing system in Moyo Hilir, Sumbawa District in 2022, is above or below the need for a decent living. The data collection uses sample survey method, which is a method of data collection carried out by withdrawing part of the population unit that is considered to represent the characteristics of the population in question (Moh. Nazir, 1999). Results of Analysis Data obtained by cultivators in Moyo Hilir, Sumbawa District, based on the average level of fulfillment of needs for each cultivator farmer, is only able to meet the needs of a decent life of 32,961 percent. with a profit sharing system in Moyo Hilir, Sumbawa District and is classified as farmers who are not yet prosperous based on the results of research conducted on 11 respondents as research samples. The conclusion from the results of the study is that there is not a single cultivator farmer who is able to meet the financing of their decent living needs up to 100 percent. The contribution of their net income from profit-sharing agricultural products in meeting the needs of a decent life ranges from 31.14 percent to 55.89 percent only. Based on the results of the study, the net income received by cultivator farmers who are used as respondents can be said to be sufficient to meet the needs of life. The highest net income is 2,757,332 rupiah per month, while the lowest net income after profit sharing is 2,103,365 rupiah per month. With an average net income per month of 2,387,295 rupiah, cultivators already feel prosperous and sufficient with their income. However, there are also some farmers who say that they are not yet prosperous or not satisfied with their income. Statistically based on the KHL standard of Sumbawa District, on average each Cultivator in Moyo Hilir, Sumbawa District is still classified as not prosperous. This is because the income of cultivators in the profit-sharing system is still far below the Standard of Kebutuhan Hidup Layak (KHL).

The present study reports the first comprehensive study on the freshwater macroinvertebrates and its habitat preferences in Bilah River, the largest riverin the Northern Sumatra. The riverside is characterized by the presence of anthropogenic and industrial activities which may alter the macroinvertebrate assemblage and biodiversity. Five months of investigation on 10 sampling stations from December 2016 to October 2017 was conducted based on the river flow in Bilah River. Principal component analysis indicated a decrease in trophic status from upstream to downstream of the river. A total of 27 taxa were recorded, with the most abundant group were members of Odonata, Gastropoda, and Decapoda. The highest density of macroinvertebrate was observed from station 1 (160 ind m-2), while the lowest density was observed from station 9 (38.64 ind m-2). Based on species distribution and similarity, two groups of habitats may be distinctively recognized based on the Bray-curtis similarity coefficient. Group 1 consisted of station 1, 2, 3 and 4 while group 2 consisted of station 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Based on the diversity indices as ecological parameters, the habitat condition in Bilah River is categorized from low to moderately polluted. Spatial patterns in both environmental conditions affecting the macroinvertebrate assemblage was observed using canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) revealed the preferences from each macroinvertebrate species towards environmental conditions.

This research is motivated by the thought of developing character education, especially in the world of education as a strategic step for the sustainability and excellence of the nation in the future. The world of education is a world that is expected to shape the character of the young generation of the Indonesian nation, considering that character education is the main priority in the educational goals of the current government. In accordance with the reference to President Joko Widodo's vision, namely carrying out a "Mental Revolution" through the policies contained in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 87 of 2017 concerning Strengthening Character Education. However, some student phenomena are found, for example not doing homework, cheating, skipping school without permission, or being indifferent to cleanliness in the school environment, fights between students, bullying, brawl and lazy to study. It is hoped that with character education programs in madrasas based on Islamic boarding schools, students can participate in character education planting activities, one of which is activities in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementation, (4) Evaluation, (5) Character education results, (6) Barriers and carrying capacity, (7) Solutions to overcome obstacles. There are three foundations in this research, covering theological, philosophical and six value systems. The theory that underlies this research is management theory and quality theory. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected by using triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. With the research subject, the head of the boarding school, the head of the madrasa, teachers and students. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. As for the conclusions of the research results, in general, the management of character education in the development of noble character, students of the Boarding School program at Madrasas at Al-Jawahir Islamic Boarding School and Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School, are oriented to the vision, mission and goals that must be realized at a certain time through analysis. resources owned by the school, both human resources and other resources, so that the achievement of school goals can be realized.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that the quality of education is still low because there are still many principals who have not implemented strategic management. Therefore, the focus of this research is that it is known that there are still many principals who have not optimally carried out strategic management so that it affects the quality of education. Another thing is also known that there are principals who do not have adequate competence, coupled with the lack of infrastructure, lack of support from the community and government, or stakeholders. This research is generally to obtain an overview of analyzing the strategic management of school principals in improving the quality of education at three Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Sukabumi Regency, namely SMK Yasidik Parakansalak, SMK Terpadu Al-Ittihad Purabaya and SMK Hassina Sukaraja. Specifically to describe and analyze the principal's strategic management in improving the quality of education, which includes: strategic environmental analysis, formulation of strategic management, implementation of strategic management, supporting and inhibiting factors of strategic management, evaluation of strategic management. The theories and concepts used in this study are strategic management theory according to the theory of quality education, the concept of principals and learning. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative data types. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by collecting all information, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the principal's planning was developed on the basis of the results of the assessment or evaluation in the previous year and contained development priorities with targets for achievement in the short, medium and long term. The implementation of strategic management is carried out through a series of managerial decisions and actions to determine school performance within a certain time span which in general have been in synergy with the internal environment. The supporting factors for the principal's strategic management, namely: the competence of the principal and the involvement of internal school parties in every policy formulation, while the inhibiting factors for the principal's strategic management, namely: ineffective communication between the principal and teachers and education staff, with parents students, as well as a lack of discipline and responsibility for efforts to improve school quality. The evaluation of the strategic management of improving the quality of education is carried out by the principal for teachers through meetings and other meetings to review external and internal factors encountered, to measure the performance of teachers and education personnel, and to further develop corrective actions on deviations that occur in schools.

Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dianggap sebagai jawaban atas persolan pendidikan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dalam meningkatkan mutu perguruan tinggi. Implementasi kurikulum tersebut akan di potret melalui teori manajemen POSDCoRB dari Luther Gullick. Secara khusus penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang (1) Planing, (2) Organizing, (3) Staffing, (4) Directing, (5) Coordinating, (6) Reporting, (7) Budgeting tentang implementasi Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dengan menggunakan teori mutu dari Sallis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi yang sangat erat antara implementasi kebijakan dengan menggunakan manajemen yang baik dengan peningkatan mutu perguruan tinggi.
