Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Baca-Tulis (GLBT) di SMA Al-Qomariyah Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi kasus (case study) melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, kuesioner, riset terfokus, dan telaah data sekunder dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMA Al-Qomariyah Kabupaten Garut telah melaksanakan GLBT secara terbatas meliputi tahap pendahuluan, pembiasaan, pengembangan, pembelajaran, dan evaluasi. Dari seluruh tahapan, ditemukan beberapa kendala yaitu keterbatasan fasilitas perpustakaan, keterbatasan sumber bacaan, dan keterbatasan anggaran. Adapun solusi untuk mengatasinya meliputi sosialisasi secara masif kepada siswa, menyusun dan mengirimkan proposal bantuan, optimalisasi peran perpustakaan, dan memperkuat sinergitas komite sekolah dengan masyarakat. Meski hasilnya belum optimal, tetapi program GLBT telah menjadi langkah awal demi membangun Ekosistem Sekolah Literat (ESL). Kata Kunci: literasi; perpustakaan; sumber bacaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena kualitas dan kinerja guru rendah dalam menghadapi perkerjaan guru mengalami kejenuhan, ketegangan, dan bahkan mengalami stress yang muncul dari beban kerja yang terlalu sulit, berat dan berlebihan, waktu dan peralatan kerja yang kurang memadai, mengakibatkan stress pada guru-guru. Tujuan umum penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang manajemen penilaian kinerja guru (PKG) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMP di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif analisis dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peraturan MENPANRB No. 16 Th. 2009, menyatakan bahwa: “Penilaian tiap butir kegiatan tugas utama guru dalam rangka pembinaan karier, kepangkatan dan jabatannya.” G.R. Terry. “Manajemen merupakan proses yang khas bertujuan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan dengan efektif dan efisien.” Kompetensi adalah pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan yang dikuasai oleh seseorang yang telah menjadi bagian dari dirinya sehingga ia dapat melakukan perilaku-perilaku kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik dengan sebaik-baiknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan menunjukan aspek-aspek perencanaannya telah dijalankan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kemampuan sekolah (SMP) yang bersangkutan, 2) Pengorganisasian menunjukan sesuai dengan azas-azas pengorganisasian, 3) Pelaksanaan sudah masuk kriteria program-program dalam pelaksanaan kinerja guru, 4) Evaluasi sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan dengan cara pada akhir pembelajaran fasilitator melakukan penilaian (supervisi), 5) Kendalanya adalah kurangnya kemampuan kepala sekolah mengadakan supervisi secara efektif dan kurangnya motivasi dari guru itu sendiri, 6) Solusinya adalah kepala sekolah memberikan motivasi dan dorongan kepada para guru agar semangat dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah manajemen penilaian kinerja guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMP di Kota Bandung telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

To support the success of teachers, pedagogic competencies are required to be developed and carried out in a sustainable manner. The problem of teachers in the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) effort is faced with various problems that do not only come from the teachers themselves but also from other factors such as policies. This study aimed to obtain information focused on 1) CPD planning to improve pedagogic competence of MAN teachers; 2) Organizing CPD to improve the pedagogic competence of MAN teachers; 3) Implementation of CPD to improve pedagogic competence of MAN teachers; 4) Evaluation of CPD to improve pedagogic competence of MAN teachers. This study used Terry & Rue's Management theory, and Spencer's Theory of Pedagogic Competence and Longman's theory of professionalism. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The technique and instrument of data collection used triangulation method. The data sources used were triangulation of sources namely Head of Education Office, Principal of MAN, Teachers, and members of MGMP. Based on the results, 1) CPD planning has not been fully prepared by the madrasah and teachers. CPD planning is only planned when the teachers will arrange the administrative equipment for promotion, so that it cannot be used as an effort to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers. 2) Organizing CPD has been carried out through the CPD team organized by the madrasah, but in reality, the CPD Team has not been able to fully improve the pedagogic competence of teachers. Thus, the organization has not run effectively in accordance with the applicable guidelines regarding CPD. 3) The implementation of CPD is more directed at efforts to fulfill administrative tasks where teachers are still constrained in the preparation of innovation works, self-development activities and scientific publications; 4) CPD evaluation based on self-evaluation cannot be used as a basis for continuous improvement of CPD. CPD evaluation has not been considered as important for teachers in improving pedagogic competence. Thus, it can be concluded that the CPD to improve the pedagogic competence of MAN teachers has been implemented based on existing regulations and is running in accordance with the CPD program guidelines, but has not shown maximum efforts to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers.

Abstract

Customers are important for the running of an institution. Customers determine the existence of an institution. For this reason, service to customers and maintaining relationships with customers is a must, as Peters and Waterman argued: an excellent organization is an organization that can maintain relationships with its customers and has an obsession with quality. Customers are all people who demand the company to meet a certain quality standard that will have an influence on the company's performance and company management. Principals must provide excellent service to all customers so that educational goals can be achieved efficiently and effectively. To measure customer satisfaction with the principal's service, you can use the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) so that deficiencies in service can be minimized. It is so important to use the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) that the author tries to do a research with the title of Customer Perspective Development through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). With the aim of providing enlightenment on how to develop a customer perspective through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) so that the services provided to customers can be moreeffective and efficient to achieve educational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy to improve the quality of graduates Prodi early childhood as an effort in improving the quality of education at the Islamic University of Nusantara Bandung. This is very important considering the problems of early childhood is so complex from starting input PAUD students, teachers who have not yet qualified, PAUD institutional management has not met the standards. This study uses a qualitative research approach with case study methods. The research was conducted in Prodi PAUD Universitas Islam Nusantara, with the subject of Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) Prodi PAUD Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Data collection techniques: direct observation, document tracking and archives, and in-depth interviews.

Abstract

In essence, development is a systematic and planned effort by each or all components of the nation to change a situation into a better condition by utilizing various available resources optimally, efficiently, effectively and accountably, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of human life and society in a sustainable manner. Planning is a process that describes the goals of the organization and determines the strategies that will be used to achieve organizational goals. Planning is an important process of all management functions because without planning, the function of organizing, controlling and directing will not work. The research that the author uses is a type of literature review research or often called library research, Library Research which is research that is focused on collecting a series of quotations from various books or articles and laws / regulations related to the object of study. There are several challenges to realizing sustainable development in a concrete manner in various fields and regions, namely: There is still a need for commonalities and widespread understanding by various stakeholders about the importance of sustainable development in all aspects of life; Development of data and measures of sustainable development and their reflection into concrete activities, both in the environmental, economic and social dimensions reflected in sustainable behavior; The importance of developing and encouraging the implementation of environmentally friendly activities reflected in the efficient use of resources and reducing waste, strengthening pollution monitoring including facilitation and support for its expansion; Development of governance that encourages the use of clean resources and technology, including measures to control pollution and law enforcement efforts accompanied by capacity building of institutions and human resources as a whole. There are five national development priorities in the 2020 RKP: National development and poverty alleviation; Infrastructure and equitable distribution of areas; Added value in the real sector and industrialization as well as expanding job opportunities; Food, water, energy and environmental security; and Defense stability and security.

Abstract

Perubahan teknologi tidak serta merta mengubah dengan cepat seluruh proses yang ada dalam dunia pendidikan. Banyak hambatan yang harus dilalui salah satunya ketidaksiapan sumber daya manusia yang ada di lembaga pendidikan khususnya sekolah dalam menerima perubahan teknologi yang ada. Padahal pemanfaatan dan penguasaan teknologi sangat penting untuk dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi tentang manajemen pembelajaran daring melalui platform e-learning dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik di sekolah menengah atas. Landasan teori yang digunakan yaitu konsep dasar manajemen artinya proses dimana seseorang menggunakan sumber daya yang ada dalam suatu lembaga atau organisasi yang dipimpinnya dengan efektif dan bertanggung jawab. Selain itu, teori manajemen pembelajaran daring dikaji untuk menggali informasi mengenai penelitian yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, yang menekankan kepada gambaran mengenai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hambatan dan solusi pembelajaran daring dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipasi dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan menggunakan triangulasi data sumber. Sumber data primer di penelitian ini yaitu guru, wakasek dan kepala sekolah. Data sekunder berupa dokumen-dokumen pembelajaran. Pengolahan dan analisis data dengan reduksi, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) perencanaan pembelajaran daring dilakukan dengan persiapan sekolah dengan mengadakan rapat dan mengadakan webinar. Sementara, guru menyiapkan administrasi pembelajaran seperti silabus, ipk, rpp dan media pembelajaran. 2) pengorganisasian pembelajaran dilakukan dengan arahan kepala sekolah kepada wakasek kurikulum untuk diteruskan ke guru dan tim it sekolah. Guru membuat dan menyusun administrasi pembelajaran bersama mgmp. 3) pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dilakukan dengan memberikan informasi jadwal dan tata cara oleh wakasek kurikulum. Guru memberikan informasi melalui pesan whatsapp dimulai dengan kegiatan pendahuluan, isi dan penutup, 4) evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan dengan penilaian tes maupun non tes. 5) hambatan pembelajaran daring yang dialami yaitu hambatan teknis dan non teknis. Dan 6) solusi pembelajaran daring yaitu pemberian kuota, menghilangkan batas waktu pengumpulan tugas, mengundang orang tua dan memanfaatkan platform e-learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan strategi Peningkatan MutuPendidikan di SPs Uninus sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu input,proses, output-outcome. Hal ini sangat penting mengingat permasalahan kinerjamutu program studi begitu kompleks dari mulai input mahasiswa, proses belajarmengajar, pemenuhan standar kelulusan, sarana prasarana dan sumber dayamanusia. Permasalahan lain dalam tatakelola program studi belum optimalnyapelaksanaan standar mutu pendidikan tinggi baik akademik maupun nonakademik. Studi ini menggunakan pendekakatan penelitian kualitatif denganmetode studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan pada Gugus Penjaminan Mutu(GPM), Unit Penjamiman Mutu (UPM) dan Program Studi di SPs Uninus.Teknik pengumpulan data: observasi langsung, penelusuran dokumen danarsip, serta wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) adanyakebijakan dan konsep SPMI berupa dokumen standar mutu akademik dandokumen standar mutu non akademik yang disusun oleh DPM sebagai acuandalam merumuskan standar mutu pada level Program Studi, berkoordinasidengan GPM dan UPM dalam penetapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, pengendalian dan peningkatan standar mutu di Program studi; (2) Implementasi SPMI dilaksanakan dengan penyusunan rancangan berupa siklus SPMI; (3) kendala yang dihadapi komitmen pimpinan belum optimal, jumlah tenaga auditor sangat  terbatas, kegiatan SPMI hanya dilakukan sebatas rutinitas (4) langkah yang ditempuh dalam mengantisipasi kendala berupa penyediaan tenaga ahli dalam pelaksanaan SPMI, pelatihan untuk auditor muda, menumbuhkan semangat penjaminan mutu, melaksanakan evaluasi dalam setiap semester. Pemanfaatan hasil evaluasi SPMI dalam rangka membangun budaya mutu, peningkatan peringkat akreditasi BAN-PT dan pemuasan kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

Tarekat/thoriqoh has the meaning of the way, (either charity, muroqobah, wirid, dhikr, and so on). The practice that is emphasized in this tarekat is dhikr which is done using jahr dhikr (obvious) and khafi dhikr (silent, hidden). The teachings of this tarekat are followed by tahfidz students. This teaching is practiced in religious and social life, aiming to shape behavioral changes in thoriqoh congregations, in order to increase religious obedience in establishing relationships with Allah SWT and humans, as well as changing one's personality to be better and have noble character. The study in this study was to determine the implementation of Dhikr Tariqah in Strengthening the Character of Tahfidz Santri in Al-Qur'an Al-Falah Islamic Boarding Schools and Suryalaya Islamic Boarding Schools who adhered to the Naqsyabandiyah Order at Islamic Boarding Schools. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. In collecting data, researchers used sources from subjects and objects. As for the data collection techniques, namely using Observation, Interview and Documentation. Based on research foundIt has been going well with the moral indicators of the students getting used to carrying out dhikr activities on time. This is inseparable from the implementation of Dhikr Tariqah in strengthening the character of students in Islamic boarding schools, the process of forming in behavioral changes that are carried out on santri congregations so that they can become better individuals in terms of character/behavior and in their lives. However, if it is associated with the various theories used in the Dhikr theory and character strengthening theory, it has been implemented effectively and optimally. Changes in behavior formed by the congregation are also very diverse, such as being on the path of goodness, having a wiser attitude, being patient, sincere and always prioritizing the afterlife.
