Abstract

Pengelolaan hutan di Indonesia telah mengalami berbagai dinamika sejak zaman kolonial hingga saat ini. Salah satu respons pemerintah terhadap tantangan tersebut adalah melalui program Percepatan Perhutanan Sosial yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar hutan. Fokus utama Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia saat ini adalah menjadikan hutan sebagai sumber kehidupan yang mendukung ekonomi rakyat dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan kehutanan. Perubahan paradigma pembangunan kehutanan dari “hutan untuk negara” menjadi “hutan untuk rakyat” telah menjadi prioritas. Hutan Kemasyarakatan (HKm) merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi dari perhutanan sosial yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di dalam dan sekitar hutan. Program ini memberikan akses dan hak pengelolaan kepada masyarakat terkait klaim mereka dalam penguasaan kawasan hutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 9 Tahun 2021 terkait Hutan Kemasyarakatan di Desa Aiq Beriq, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Faktor-faktor penghambat dalam implementasi juga akan dianalisis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan undang-undang, konseptual, dan sosiologis. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan studi kepustakaan, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, deduktif, dan induktif. Harapannya, penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang pelaksanaan program perhutanan sosial terkait Hutan Kemasyarakatan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasinya.

Abstract

Klinik RF Aesthetic adalah Klinik kecantikan, yang ingin memperluas target pasarnya dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, dengan memberikan pelayanan sebaik mungkin. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya dukungan sistem untuk menunjang kegiatan tersebut, misalnya sistem pendaftaran yang dilakukan belum terintegrasi dengan data pelanggan, belum terfasilitasinya sarana menyampaikan saran dan masukan serta testimoni dari para pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan. Penerapan konsep dasar CRM, merupakan salah satu pendekatan untuk memperkuat hubungan dengan pelangan. Dalam melakukan pengembangan sistem, penelitian yang dilakukan ini memanfaatkan metode Waterfaall. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah studi literatur, observasi dan tanya jawab pada tempat terkait. Perancangan sistem menggunakan tool UML, bahasa pemprograman menggunakan PHP dengan framework codeIgniter serta database dengan MySQL. Pada pengujian sistem menggunakan Blackbox. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan berupa web yang berisikan fitur booking online, fitur pendaftaran, fitur pemasaran, dan fitur testimoni. Kata kunci: CRM, Klinik, UML, Waterfall, PHP.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to MSMEs who already have businesses but have not been able to develop their businesses optimally. To overcome this problem in this community service program through digital marketing training. The targets of this community service activity are MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City. This service method is socialization, training, and application of digital marketing which includes: (1) training on the importance of product branding, and how to create product branding. (2) Explanation of how to create branding for products (3) practice of procedures for implementing digital marketing in business development. This community service partnership activity is carried out face to face and because of implementing this activity it is hoped that MSMEs in the city of Lhokseumawe can understand the importance of product branding for business development and the application and benefits of digital marketing for businesses that are being or will be run in any field, be it culinary, fashion or services.

Abstract

The study's background is based on the fact that no previous study has examined the football passing skills of Smanko students in South Sulawesi. This research aims to examine the influence of moving passing and concentration training on improving the football passing skills of Smanko students in Sulsel. This study utilized an experimental approach, employing a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consisted of Smanko Sulsel students, who were still actively participating in routine training. We used a sample of 24 athletes. The results of the study are: there is an influence of moving passing training in increasing football passing skills of Smanko students in Sulsel with an average score of 83.00 with a sig value of 0.000 (P<0.05), and there is an influence of concentration in increasing football passing skills of Smanko students in Sulsel, obtaining an average score of - mean 79.17 with a sig value of 0.000 (P<0.05). Therefore, we can conclude that moving passing and concentration training significantly enhance the football passing skills of Smanko students in Sulsel.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine (1) the conflict map with political and religious nuances after the 2019 election in Kalimantan society, (2) the process of national integration after the 2019 election in Kalimantan society, and (3.) the interaction of conflict with integration in Kalimantan society. The research uses a combined approach (quantitative-qualitative) with data mining techniques using questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and documentaries. Quantitative data analysis uses descriptive analysis of frequencies and percentages with the SPSS program, while qualitative data analysis uses data reduction, data display, and verification techniques. The results of the research are: (1) in the 2019 election there was a conflict with religious-political nuances among the people in South and Central Kalimantan; (2) the conflict is caused more by competition for legislative candidates, bringing in religious factors; (3) the involvement of religious figures contributes to the conflict and has a big influence; (4) the religious knowledge of the conflict followers is quite extensive; they have good religious behavior and practice and are devout in worship; (5) religious lecture media and religious print media also influence conflict conditions. The influence of social media (medsos) played a very big role in the occurrence of conflict in the 2019 Election; (6) the tendency of people's political choices towards parties that are not parties based on religion (religious parties), namely nationalist parties, is quite large; (7) religious factors are seen as not playing a strong enough role in realizing post-conflict integration; (8) respondents are not optimistic that religious harmony will be stronger after the 2019 election; (9) there is a significant relationship between conflict and integration in the 2019 elections in the people of South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan; (10) there is a significant relationship between conflict sub-variables and conflict variables; (11) there is a relationship between the integration sub-variables and the integration variables. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normative yang menitikberatkan pada kajian perundang-undangan dan bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana karakteristik dan ruang lingkup tugas Tenaga Kesehatan (Bidan); Bagaimana reformulasi Pendayagunaan tenaga kesehatan (Bidan) untuk mewujudkan peningkatan profesionalisme bidan dan layanan kesehatan yang optimal. Hasil penelitian, Ruang lingkup tugas Bidan terbagi menjadi tugas Umum dan khusus. Tugas Umum memberikan konseling dan pendidikan kesehatan, bukan hanya kepada wanita yang sedang hamil, tetapi juga kepada keluarga dan Masyarakat. Sedangkan tugas khusus selain praktik mandiri, juga pada pelayanan asuhan kebidanan yang mencakup persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pengelolaan pelayanan kebidanan (pelayanan kesehatan ibu; pelayanan kesehatan anak; pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan dan keluarga berencana; pelayanan kebidanan komunitas; mengelola pelayanan kebidanan; melaksanakan program pemerintah; dan melakukan inovasi pelayanan kebidanan); dan Bentuk reformulasi pendayagunaan tenaga kesehatan (Bidan) untuk mewujudkan peningkatan profesionalisme Bidan dan layanan kesehatan yang optimal yaitu dengan melakukan rekonstruksi Pasal 68 Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2019 tentang Kebidanan untuk memberikan jaminan akses yang sama dalam pengembangan keterampilan dan karier dalam jabatan fungsional Bidan yang tidak hanya berlaku bagi Bidan yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), tetapi juga bagi Bidan Non ASN yang bekerja di Faskes Pemerintah maupun Swasta selama memenuhi syarat-syarat kompetensi. Selain itu juga diperlukan penegasan kewajiban bagi pemerintah untuk menyediakan sarana dan prasarana layanan kesehatan, mempertimbangkan pemenuhan kebutuhan sandang, pangan, papan, dan lokasi, serta keamanan dan keselamatan kerja Bidan.

Abstract

Capital structure is a balance between long-term debt and own capital, where capital structure is part of the financial structure. The existence of factors that influence capital structure is important as a basis for determining the composition of a company's optimal capital structure. The aim of this research is to determine or analyze the influence of company size and company growth on the capital structure of multinational consumer goods companies recorded on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The population in this study was 19 companies with 95 observations. Data analysis used in this research uses a method consisting of classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and partial tests. The research results show that partially the company size variable has a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, the company growth variable has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Wujud is the first of the twenty attributes god ought to be. We believe in god almighty. It exists. Surely god is with his dz(god himself) not through any mediator. And what a obligatory form god is, it cannot be accompanied by nothing. God's form almighty. It wasn't through any medium. It wasn't created by anyone. Because if it is manifest through the medium, then god almighty. It will be just like it needs an intermediary to realize. God almighty. Not like his creatures. The existence of god is the dsubstance of god itself. God is something we must believe in. The meaning of the word duty itself is that when there is not a single image in the sense of the word it is there must be a god. Not impossible and not possible. God is not presented. it does not exist. Unlike its creatures or creations that existed after the beginning. Like a man born of his mother's belly. That man now exists after being born that never existed. Whereas god almighty. He didn't look like that. Proof of god's godship. Is this whole natural thing. How could this universe exist if no one created it? How can this world and all of it function so well when nothing isin control? Then the existence of this whole realm, this world, is proof of god. It exists. There is. No one knows the form of god. Also, there is no Koratn or prophetic explanation of this. The explanation is that god cannot be imagined by human imagination. Therefore, thinking of god's form can only stress us because our logic will not lead to anything. Furthermore, it can potentially depreciate in faith because human nature is prone to depression when in a confused, rational condition, unable to suppress the urge for curiosity. Therefore, god recommends that to know the existence of god, we should simply pay attention to his creatures in order to increase our confidence in god's existence and increase our confidence in him to do his commandments and to walk away from them and that all that god has stated in the Koran is true.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior among students is influenced not only by internal factors but also actively shaped by external factors, driving an ongoing increase in purchasing and spending to fulfill their needs. From the standpoint of Islamic economics, individuals are encouraged to adopt a frugal and simple lifestyle, particularly students. This research aims to analyze the consumptive behavior of 30 students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar, considering the perspective of Islamic economics during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study employs a qualitative approach in the form of field research, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation of the selected students. The findings reveal that the consumptive behavior of these 30 students during the COVID-19 pandemic remains relatively active. However, there are instances of impulsive purchasing, wastefulness, and a pursuit of pleasure. From the perspective of Islamic economics, consumptive behavior is deemed undesirable as it prioritizes desires over needs and leads to wasteful practices, contrary to Islamic economic principles that advocate for frugality and simplicity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas metode pembelajaran diskusi kelompok untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pembelajaran PAI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan skema spiral dari hopkins menggunakaan empat fase yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 4 Sumberwaru Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Jenis Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Test dan Dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa metode diskusi kelompok dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam. Pada pra siklus siswa yang tuntas berjumlah 8 orang dengan persentase ketuntasan 53.4%. Pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 63,4% dengan 19 siswa. Kemudian hasil siklus I masih belum mencapai KKM 70. Sehingga meningkat pada siklus II dengan persentase ketuntasannya sebesar 82,71%. Hasil tes siklus II tuntas 22 siswa dari total 24 siswa. Namun, terdapat 2 siswa yang belum tuntas sehingga diadakan remidial mencapai 100% dari 24 siswa
