Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen bertujuan ingin mengetahui penerapan Estafet Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa.. Subyek penelitian ini ialah semua siswa kelas VIII MTs Al Fajrin Tangnga Tangga. Sampel penelitian dilakukan di kelas VIII A sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah tes hasil belajar matematika siswa, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan angket respon siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensi. Setelah mengolah hasil analisis deskriptif, diperoleh post-test. Artinya, rata-rata skor belajar matematika untuk kelas eksperimen adalah 83,94 dan untuk kelas kontrol adalah 77,13. Data perhitungan uji-t data post-test menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 3,26, dan nilai ????tabel sebesar 2,65. Artinya thitung > ????tabel adalah 3,26 > 2,65. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Estafet Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran matematika kelas VIII MTs Al Fajrin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Inflation and Interest Rates (SBI) on Profitability in construction companies (Persero) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data in the form of construction company (Persero) financial reports for 2015-2021 accessed on the company's official website and www.bi.go.id. The population in this study were 22 companies and the sample used was 15 companies selected using the Purposive Sampling method. The results showed that DER had a positive but not significant effect on ROA, TATO had a positive and significant effect on ROA, INF had a positive but not significant effect on ROA, and SBI had a positive and insignificant effect on ROA.

Abstract

Banking companies are an economic sector that operates in the financial sector and has an important role, namely providing and channeling funds for community economic development. Banks are business entities that collect funds from the public in the form of savings and distribute them to the public in the form of credit or other forms in order to improve the standard of living of many people. This research is to examine the influence of Profitability (ROA), Liquidity (CR), Capital Structure (DER) and Firm Size (SIZE) on Company Value (PER) in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. Research data can be accessed on the official websites www.idx.co.id, www.britama.com and www.finance.yahoo.com. The sample in this research consisted of 31 companies. The data analysis tool in this research uses the Panel Data Regression method with the Eviews 10 application tool. The research results found that ROA had a positive and insignificant effect on (PER), CR had a negative and insignificant effect on (PER), DER had a negative and significant effect. on (PER) and SIZE have a positive and insignificant effect on (PER).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between arm muscle strength and height with smash accuracy in badminton among PB. Karsa Mandiri Makassar athletes. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive analysis design, normality, and homogeneity. The research subjects consisted of 16 badminton athletes actively training at PB. Karsa Mandiri Makassar. Data collection was conducted through measurements of arm muscle strength using a dynamometer and height using standard measuring instruments. Smash accuracy was measured through a smash skill test in badminton. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to describe the characteristics of each variable. Normality tests were conducted to ensure normal data distribution using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, while hypothesis testing was conducted using linear regression statistical techniques to see the effect of arm muscle strength and height on smash accuracy. The analysis results showed that the data were normally distributed. Additionally, a positive and significant relationship was found between arm muscle strength and smash accuracy (sig. T = 0.003 < 0.05), as well as between height and smash accuracy (sig. T = 0.019 < 0.05). This indicates that the better the arm muscle strength and the taller the athlete's posture, the better the resulting smash accuracy. The F-test result with a probability value of 0.001 indicates significance below the 0.05 significance level. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the independent variables of arm muscle strength and height simultaneously (together) have an influence on smash accuracy.

Abstract

Abstract (Bahasa Inggris) The study aimed to investigate the impact resulting from the prioritization of information and information exposure on cases of Acute Kidney Injury in Children, specifically examining the level of anxiety among young mothers who follow the Instagram account @mpasibayisehat. This research uses three theories, that is Agenda Setting Theory for variable X1 of prioritization of information; Cultivation Theory for variable X2 of information exposure; and Anxiety and Uncertainty Management Theory for variable Y of level of anxiety. The coefficient analysis results reveal that factor X1 yielded a t-value of 5.350, while variable X2 showed a t-value of 2.729. Additionally, the ANOVA table indicates that the calculated F-value is 219.652. This suggests a significant impact between each independent factor and the dependent factor. Furthermore, collectively, the independent factors also have a significant impact on the dependent variable. In this context, considering the coefficient of determination, the influence of variable X on Y can be measured at a substantial 81.5%. These findings illustrate that the observed influence falls into the category of very high impact. Abstract

Social media has been utilized as a medium to disseminate political information about the 2024 elections to the public. The dissemination of political information using social media seeks to target and attract voters from the Millennials and Z generations. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of exposure to the hoax news of the 2024 Election on Instagram on student attitudes. This theory uses Muzafer Sherif's (1982) social appraisal theory to look at message judgments made by audiences. Our study is based on the paradigm (positivism) with an explanatory type quantitative approach. Data were collected using the survey method through questionnaires to 100 students as the study sample. The sampling used a purposive type, which sets the criteria as Instagram users who have seen hoax information about the 2024 Election. The results showed that exposure to hoax news about the 2024 Election had a significant effect on student attitudes. Penyebaran informasi politik menggunakan media sosial berusaha untuk menyasar dan menggaet pemilih yang berasal dari generasi Millenials dan Z. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek terpaan pemberitaan hoaks Pemilu 2024 di Instagram terhadap sikap mahasiswa. Teori ini menggunakan teori peneliaian sosial dari Muzafer Sherif (1982) untuk melihat penilaian pesan yang dilakukan oleh khalayak. Studi kami berlandaskan paradigma (positivisme) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada sebanyak 100 mahasiswa sebagai sampel studi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan jenis purposive, yaitu menetapkan kriteria sebagai pengguna Instagram yang pernah melihat informasi hoaks tentang Pemilu 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terpaan pemberitaan hoaks Pemilu 2024 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the plot and analyse the Islamic values in the Korean drama Memories Of The AlHambra and how they are displayed in the drama. The study method applies descriptive qualitative, with a semiotic analysis approach from Roland Barthes. The study results show that the drama Memories Of The AlHambra in denotation meaning, which tells a game created to find the lost game master with various conflicts. The connotation meaning is that these two characters have their own habits, a very high ambitious spirit related to the development of their company, J-One Holdings. The myth in this scene is very pro and con because many say religion should not be "dramatised". There is no theory that Fatima's hand is the key to heaven but in the drama Muslims believe Fatima's hand is the key to heaven, therefore there is a legend about the gate of justice on the day the key to heaven meets Fatima's hand, the gate will be opened and the AlHambra palace will collapse. As for Islamic values, they are found in the drama, namely, the value of worship, moral values, sharia values, moral values, and local wisdom values. There are plot principles in this drama, namely plot of actions, plot of characters and plot of though.

Abstract

Kampanye digital #FreePalestine telah menjadi gerakan solidaritas global yang paling menonjol di media sosial, namun pemahaman tentang bagaimana kampanye ini berkembang di berbagai platform media sosial masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dinamika aktivisme digital dalam kampanye #FreePalestine melalui pendekatan netnografi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan netnografi, yang merupakan adaptasi dari etnografi untuk konteks digital, dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai platform media sosial seperti Twitter, TikTok, dan YouTube selama periode 28 Juni-28 Juli 2024. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui Brand24 mencakup mentions, interaksi pengguna, tren hashtag, dan sentimen publik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan lonjakan signifikan dalam aktivitas mentions dan jangkauan sosial media terkait #FreePalestine, dengan TikTok dan YouTube sebagai platform utama yang memperluas jangkauan kampanye.Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami peran lintas-platform dalam advokasi digital #freepalestine serta menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi para aktivis dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang kampanye yang lebih efektif dan komperhensif di media sosial. Signifikansi dari temuan ini terletak pada pemahaman baru mengenai peran kolaboratif berbagai platform media sosial dalam mendukung kampanye digital. Dengan memetakan interaksi sosial dan tren tagar, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana pesan advokasi dapat diperkuat melalui sinergi lintas platform.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the significant influence of exchange rates, inflation, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on share prices in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research is correlational research that uses multiple linear regression methods to test hypotheses. The research results in this study show that the exchange rate, inflation, NPM and DER simultaneously influence stock prices. Exchange rates, inflation, share prices and NPM partially do not have a significant effect on share prices, while DER has a significant effect on share prices. DER has the most dominant influence on share prices because the company's funding strategy uses debt to reduce the tax burden. Apart from that, telecommunications companies provide products that are really needed by the public to meet their daily needs, so it is believed that their sales targets can be achieved. It is hoped that the results of this research can be input for investors in making investment decisions regarding macroeconomic factors and share fundamentals in telecommunications companies listed on the IDX. A company with good financial results is easy to develop because sufficient funds are available for the company's business operations. By analyzing financial figures, investors can get signals to decide whether to invest in the company they want. Abstract

Kelelahan kerja merupakan bagian dari kelelahan umum yang terjadi dan biasanya sering ditandai dengan menurunnya semangat dan niat pekerja untuk melakukan pekerjaannya seperti biasa. World Health Organization (WHO) menyatakan bahwa kelelahan yang parah akibat pekerjaan adalah penyebab utama kematian kedua setelah penyakit jantung. Petugas kebersihan adalah orang yang bertugas menjaga kebersihan suatu tempat dan menyediakan layanan kebersihan. Petugas kebersihan secara rutin terlibat dalam kegiatan yang memerlukan kekuatan fisik dan mental yang tinggi. Proses pengambilan sampah melibatkan aktivitas fisik, seperti mengangkut sampah. Kondisi ini, bersama dengan lingkungan kerja yang mungkin tidak selalu mendukung, dapat memunculkan risiko terjadinya kelelahan kerja yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja maupun penyakit akibat kerja.Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh petugas kebersihan Kota Baubau sebanyak 190 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Accidental sampling. penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei - Juli tahun 2024.Hasil penelitian menujukan ada hubungan antara umur (p-value = 0,043 < 0,05), status gizi (p-value = 0,014 < 0,05), lama kerja (p-value = 0,002 < 0,05), masa kerja (p-value = 0,033 < 0,05) dengan kelelahan kerja pada petugas kebersihan di Kota Baubau.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan umur, status gizi, lama kerja, masa kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada petugas kebersihan di Kota Baubau.
