Abstract

This study explores the implementation of innovative governance through the A'Kio smart city platform in the Gowa Regency, focusing on efficiency, information, and public services. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that the A'Kio Smart City platform enhances government operational efficiency by optimizing human resources and accelerating public administration processes. The platform provides accurate and relevant information sourced directly from government agencies. However, challenges were identified regarding the regular update of information, which can affect data relevance. The quality of services the platform offers is good, with easy access and clear information, though employee responsiveness, especially to public requests, requires improvement. Additionally, limited socialization has resulted in insufficient public awareness of the platform's existence and benefits. This study highlights the need for regular updates, a more user-friendly interface, and improved socialization strategies.

Abstract

This study aims at the Role of Information Management and Documentation Officers (PPID) in Assuring Access to Information Disclosure at the Office of the General Election Commission (KPU) of North Luwu Regency. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative analysis with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the study were processed using data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the Role of Information Management and Documentation Officers (PPID) in Assuring Access to Information Disclosure at the Office of the General Election Commission (KPU) of North Luwu Regency is seen from the Role of Heroepoetri (2003), namely: (1) Role as Policy, (2) Role as Strategy, (3) Role as Communication. Assessment of the Role of Information Management and Documentation Officials (PPID) seen from the observations of researchers and the results of interviews between researchers and informants, it can be concluded that Open Access to Information can be said to be good. This is evident from the policies made in information services, strategies achieved and coordination with regional apparatus to provide public information services.

Abstract

This study aims to describe traditional leadership values in the Kajang customary community in Bulukumba. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques, in the form of: observation, interviews, and literature study. The research result showed that there are six traditional leadership values in Kajang custom community, such as: honesty, firmness, unity, simplicity, patience and care for the natural environment. The honesty value is the primary value that must be practiced in everyday life, likes honest to Turiek Akrana, honest to human beings, and honest to ourself. The firmness value must be owned by leader to do justice to many people. The unity value must be upheld as a sense of solidarity and life hormony ini society. The simplicity value must be realized in daily life according to the guidance of pasang. The patience value must be practiced, primarily to Ammatoa, to accept the fate from Turiek Akrakna. The care for natural environment value is a realization act in preserving the natural environment according to the guidance of pasang.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe collaborative management in stunting prevention in Makassar City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method which will describe more deeply the focus of the problem to be studied. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that in general the collaboration between Bappeda Makassar City, Hadji Kalla Foundation, and Jenewa Institute has been running optimally. According to research results based on collaborative process theory from Ring and Van de Ven, it was found that the negotiations had gone well until an agreement was reached that benefited all parties, the commitment in the form of minutes and the MoU resulted in a collaborative program Training for Making MP-ASI Made from Local Raw Materials in order to prevent stunting, the implementation of the program was carried out well and smoothly, a thorough assessment shows that the results of the Training Program for Making MP-ASI with Local Raw Materials provide benefits to community who are participants in the program.

Abstract

This research aims to develop module with context ethnomathematics wisdom local Bojonegoro on geometry, flat and solid geometric shapes that are valid and practical and have potential effects. This study is a development research using the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study include validators (media experts, material experts), mathematics teachers, and 8th grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, filling out questionnaires, and tests. Based on research results, developed modules own validity of 0.82 so that categorized as very valid. The practicality of the module based on teacher responses of 84% is in the very practical category and student responses (small groups) of 97.2% are in the very practical category. Meanwhile , the use of module show positive impact to student learning outcomes of 75.9% are in the good category. Based on these data, the module ethnomathematics based on Pancasila student profile on flat and solid geometry material proven to be very valid, practical, and shows impact positive on student learning outcomes so that worthy used in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengalaman pengguna media sosial dari Generasi Milenial dan Generasi Z dalam memaknai perubahan sosial di era digital, khususnya di Kota Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh minimalnya kajian mendalam mengenai bagaimana generasi muda memaknai fenomena sosial melalui media sosial dalam konteks lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 10 partisipan aktif media sosial dari kedua generasi tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berperan penting sebagai media refleksi dan negosiasi identitas sosial, dengan Generasi Z lebih dipengaruhi oleh konten digital dan influencer, sementara Generasi Milenial cenderung lebih kritis dan reflektif terhadap perubahan sosial. Temuan ini juga mengungkap dampak media sosial terhadap budaya, perilaku sosial, dan pola konsumsi generasi muda, serta tantangan seperti tekanan sosial dan fenomena Fear of Missing Out (FOMO). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan strategi komunikasi sosial yang relevan dan efektif bagi generasi muda di Kota Medan.

Abstract

Purpose – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Putusan Nomor 42/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Yk yang berkaitan dengan sengketa mudharabah akibat konversi akad murabahah menjadi mudharabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori keadilan John Rawls sebagai kerangka analisis, dengan menitikberatkan pada prinsip perbedaan setara, prinsip perbedaan, serta aspek keadilan prosedural dan substantif dalam putusan tersebut.Methods/Approach – Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif-empiris dengan analisis kasus hukum. Data yang digunakan meliputi putusan pengadilan, fatwa DSN-MUI, dan Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (KHES) sebagai kerangka hukum.Findings – Bahwa putusan telah memenuhi keadilan prosedural, di mana kedua pihak diberi hak yang sama untuk menyampaikan argumen, dan keputusan diambil berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku. Dalam aspek keadilan substantif, putusan lebih berpihak kepada pemodal (shahibul maal) yang dirugikan akibat wanprestasi pengelola (mudharib), sesuai dengan prinsip perbedaan Rawls. Namun, penerapan keadilan distributif masih kurang optimal karena minimnya solusi pemberdayaan terhadap pengelola, yang berpotensi mengurangi keberlanjutan hubungan kedua belah pihak. Research Implications/Limitations – Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan hukum ekonomi syariah dengan menyoroti pentingnya keseimbangan antara perlindungan pemodal dan pemberdayaan pengelola dalam sengketa mudharabah. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada cakupan kasus yang terbatas pada Putusan Nomor 42/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Yk, sehingga generalisasi hasilnya perlu dikaji lebih lanjut dengan studi kasus lain.Originality/Value – Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang penyelesaian sengketa mudharabah, khususnya dalam aspek keadilan dan solusi restoratif, yang bermanfaat bagi perkembangan hukum ekonomi syariah.Keywords: Teori Keadilan, Sengketa Mudharabah, John Rawls

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with the user interface and user experience of the Shopee Application by classifying it using the C.4.5 algorithm. The research subjects used in this study are students of the Digital Business Study Program at Universitas Negeri Medan. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection through questionnaires designed using a Likert scale. The data obtained will then be analyzed using the C4.5 algorithm to produce a decision tree consisting of eight attributes used, namely strive for consistency, usability, offer information feedback, design dialogs to yield closure, prevent errors, permit easy reversal of action, keep user in control, and reduce short-term memory load. The result of the decision tree will form a rule or pattern that is easier to understand. From the data that has been collected, this research shows that the majority of user satisfaction levels fall under the class label category "SATISFIED," with the data divided into three classes: very satisfied, satisfied, and dissatisfied. In this study, the C4.5 algorithm was very capable of building a good classification model with an accuracy rate of 95%. This shows that the model is capable of classifying user satisfaction data very well.

Abstract

Long bean (Vigna sinensis) is a plant from the Leguminosae family, which has an important role in the Indonesian economy because it is widely consumed as food. The purpose of this research is to utilize mutation technology in supporting plant breeding to produce superior long bean varieties. The research method carried out was a non-factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK), namely soaking the seeds of long bean plants with colchicine to see the effect of colchicine treatment on chromosomal mutations in long bean plants. The results showed significant differences between colchicine concentrations of 0.02% and 0.03%. At a concentration of 0.02%, the cell nucleus appeared solid red and in the center of the cell, but the number and shape of chromosomes were not clearly visible. This concentration is not optimal for inducing polyploidy. Meanwhile, at a concentration of 0.03%, the chromosomes were more clearly visible than the previous concentration.

Abstract

Kebingungan peserta didik dalam memecahkan soal-soal geometri disebabkan oleh tingginya tingkat abstraksi dari objek geometris dan kurangnya visualisasi benda yang dibayangkan. Media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang mampu membantu peserta didik untuk belajar visualisasi secara langsung yaitu Augmented Reality (AR). Teknologi AR dikolaborasikan dengan bahan ajar berupa Magicbook yang berisi marker AR, materi pembelajaran dan latihan soal. Hadirnya etnomatematika memberikan warna baru pada aktivitas pembelajaran peserta didik karena mengaitkan matematika dengan budaya. Budaya yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah rumah adat Joglo karena struktur bangunan rumah Joglo merupakan representasi ilmu matematika materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan media MARI (Magicbook Augmented Reality) berbasis etnomatematika rumah adat Joglo untuk pembelajaran bangun ruang sisi datar di kelas VIII SMPN 2 Balen. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Magicbook Augmented Reality mendapatkan skor 3,82 (sangat valid) oleh ahli media dan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 3,50 (sangat valid) oleh dua ahli materi. Magicbook Augmented Reality juga dinyatakan sangat layak dengan hasil angket siswa yang menunjukan skor rata-rata 3,40. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah media MARI valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika.Students’ difficulties in solving geometry problems are caused by the high level of abstraction of geometric objects and the lack of visualization of imagined objects. Technology-based learning media that can help students learn visualization directly is Augmented Reality (AR). In this study, AR technology is integrated with instructional materials in the form of a Magicbook containing AR markers, flat-sided solid geometry content, practice questions, and ethnomathematics components. The cultural element highlighted in this research is the Joglo traditional house, as its architectural structure represents concepts in flat-sided solid geometry. The aim of this research is to develop MARI (Magicbook Augmented Reality with Ethnomathematics) media based on the Joglo traditional house, which meets the criteria of being valid and feasible for teaching flat-sided solid geometry in Grade VIII at SMPN 2 Balen. This study employs a research and development (R&D) design using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results show that the Magicbook Augmented Reality received a score of 3.82 (very valid) from media experts, 3.75 (very valid) from the first subject matter expert, and 3.25 (very valid) from the second subject matter expert. In addition, the Magicbook was considered highly feasible by students, with an average questionnaire score of 3.40. It can be concluded that the MARI media is valid and feasible to be used as a mathematics learning media.
