Abstract

Abstract The research aims to provide information to academics, as well as students and the public who need information regarding the use of scatter diagrams in implementing problem solving. The method used is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative research method. And use scatter diagrams to process the data obtained. The data collected comes from literature studies as well as historical company data or assumptions used so that it can be processed as an example in classroom learning. From the results analyzed, a solution will be produced which can be used for managerial decision making (problem solving) using statistical techniques to take corrective action. Keywords: scatter diagram, statistic, quality, repair, problem solving, process, output Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada akademisi , serta mahasiswa maupun masyarakat yang memerlukan informasi mengenai penggunaan diagram scatter dalam pemecahan masalah secara implementatif . Adapun Pada metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan diagram scatter dalam mengolah data yang didapatkan. Data –data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari studi literature maupun data historis perusahaan atau asumsi yang digunakan sehingga yang dapat diolah sebagai contoh dalam pembelajaran kelas. Dari hasil yang dianalisa akan dihasilkan suatu solusi yang dapat menjadi pengambilan keputusan (problem solving) secara manajerial dengan menggunakan teknik statistik guna mengambil tindakan perbaikan. Abstract

Graphic analysis tools and methods are very useful tools that can help quality managers shed light on developing problems and one that has an important role in control engineering methods is the Pareto Diagram, a simple chart that can provide actionable insight into how prioritize quality management resources that are maintained or improved. In the world of service-based work, this Pareto diagram is used to determine the level of importance that must be prioritized for improvements. The object of writing this scientific work is to examine how customer service from a company operating in the service sector achieves customer satisfaction. It is not easy for companies in the service sector to achieve customer satisfaction. There are various complaints that must be accommodated and considered in order to provide solutions so that the maximum level of customer trust is achieved. Abstract

Background : Muscle pain or it can also be called myalgia is one of many disorders and diseases in the body. In general, myalgia is caused by misuse of muscles or muscles that are too tense. Several nursing action therapies for joint pain management using non-pharmacological therapy, one of which is Cupping Therapy, Research Objectives: The results of the application of the wet cupping technique to reduce the pain scale in the shoulder with Trapezius Myalgia in the work area of the Sidorejo Health Center 2022., Research Methods: The Type of This research is descriptive by using the case method. The study was conducted in April 2022. The subjects in this case study were two clients with a diagnosis of Trapezius Myalgia who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Research Results: After cupping therapy was performed for 1 time in 2 weeks, the results showed that the pain scale in the subjects decreased in Subject I from pain scale 5 (moderate pain) to pain scale 2 (mild pain) and in subject II there was a decrease in pain scale from pain scale 6 (moderate pain) to pain scale 3 (mild pain). Conclusion: The implementation of cupping therapy can reduce the pain scale in patients with Trapezius myalgia according to the subject's condition and lifestyle factors in each subject in the working area of the Sidorejo Health Center, Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline on the quality of services for issuing cover letters for making land deeds at the Mario Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Work discipline is considered a key factor that influences the efficiency and effectiveness of public services. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistical analysis to describe work discipline conditions and service quality based on data obtained from observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The research results showed that the level of compliance with working hours, superiors' instructions and office regulations reached 66%, 65% and 62% respectively. Service quality is measured through several indicators such as direct evidence (72%), reliability (72%), responsiveness (73%), assurance (68%), and empathy (72%). Factors that influence work discipline include goals and abilities (78%), leadership example (49%), employee salaries (74%), justice (62%), supervision (62%), legal sanctions (58%), firmness (65%), and human relations (47%). In conclusion, although several aspects of work discipline and service quality are considered quite good, there are still several areas that require further improvement, such as leadership and relations between employees and the community By understanding the relationship between work discipline and service quality, appropriate corrective steps can be taken to improve service quality, improve the image of local government, and better meet the expectations and needs of the community. Training, coaching, enforcing rules, and regular evaluation of employee performance are several steps that can be taken to achieve this goal.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the quality assessment of KTP services provided by the Population and Civil Registry Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 99 individuals was taken from the study's population of 482 participants. It is a descriptive kind of research. This study employed questionnaires, literature reviews, and observation as data gathering methods. The IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 program is used in conjunction with the data analysis method. 69% of the analysis of public service quality falls into the good category, according to the study's findings. Excellent describes 63% of the KTP service procedure. At the Sidenreng District Population and Civil Registration Service, factors affecting the quality of public services have a good/influential level of 65% in the KTP service. Empathy and tangibles, the KTP service process (printing and issuing KTPs), administration, and updating procedures are some of the factors that affect the quality of KTP services provided by the public sector. Accessibility and human resources are two factors that affect the quality of KTP services. The findings of the quality of public services in the KTP service of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency and the "Impact/Significance" analysis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the quality of digital-based public services and the level of community satisfaction in Bulo Bulo village as well as the influence of digital-based service quality on the level of community satisfaction.The population in this study was 182 people and the sample was 64 people. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling. This type of research is Quantitative Associative. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are measurement scale instruments, reliability testing and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 and a Likert Scale. The results of this research from the results of the questionnaire obtained a recapitulation of the service quality variable of 67% in the "Good" category. The recapitulation of the community satisfaction variable was 64% in the "Good" category. The influence between Service Quality and community satisfaction in Bulo Village is categorized as "Influential/Significant", from the ANOVA test the F count obtained is 2127.592 with a significance level of 0.000. This shows that the influence of the independent variables as a whole has a significant effect, and the probability is far above 0.05, overall partial t count (46,126) > t table (1,671) meaning that the quality of digital-based public services has a significant/influence on the level of community satisfaction in Bulo Village of 97.2%.

Abstract

Pengembangan Metode Komunikasi Dakwah dalam Pembinaan Keagamaan Masyarakat Pulau Bontosua Kecamatan Liukang Tupabbiring Kabupaten Pangkep, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan metode komunikasi dakwah yang digunakan dalam pembinaan keagamaan terhadap masyarakat di Pulau Bontosua Kecamatan Liukang Tupabbiring Kabupaten Pangkep dan faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam pengembangan metode komunikasi dakwah dalam pembinaan keagamaan masyarkat di Pulau Bontosua Kecamatan Liukang Tupabbiring Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, adapun pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, namun bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara tepat tentang pengembangan metode komunikasi dakwah yang digunakan dalam pembinaan keagamaan masyarakat Pulau Bontosua Kecamatan Liukang Tupabbiring Kabupaten Pangkep. Adapun sumber data yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dari tokoh masyarakat dan data sekunder dari buku, artikel serta penelusuraan referensi yang ada relevansinya dengan penelitian ini. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengelolaan data serta analisis data yang digunakan dengan tiga tahap yaitu redaksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan metode komunikasi dakwah yang digunakan dalam pembinaan keagamaan masyarakat Pulau Bontosua Kecamatan Liukang Tupabbiring Kabupaten Pangkep adalah dengan melakukan dakwah bil-lisan dan bil-hal atau dengan cara ajakan yaitu penyeruan dan pengajakan dengan cara bijak, memberi nasihat mengenai kebijakan yang disyariatkan dalam ajaran agama Islam, metode ini sangat penting dalam pembinaan keagamaan masyarakat Pulau Bontosua Kecamatan Liukang Tupabbiring Kabupaten Pangkep.

Abstract

The negative influence of gadgets, promiscuity, and drugs on students can be prevented as well as maintaining the reproductive health of women through the dissemination of reproductive health advice. It is hoped that after being given this research, students can understand the impact of gadget gadgets, the dangers of drugs, and promiscuity as well as tips on maintaining reproductive health in women. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of providing counselling on knowledge about the impact of gadget gadgets, the dangers of drugs, and promiscuity on students at MAN 1 Aceh Besar. The research design used is a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The population is 20 students of MAN 1 Aceh Besar of XI grade. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using a paired simple t-test statistical test with a degree of meaningfulness of 95% (0.05). The results of the research data collection were mostly 4 (20.0%) moderate category respondents' knowledge, most of the respondents' knowledge was 18 (90.0%) on the high category. The results of the bivariate analysis show that p-value = 0.00 means p value < 0.05. In other words, there is an influence between the provision of research on knowledge in MAN 1 Aceh Besar students about the impact of gadgets, the dangers of drugs and promiscuity and reproductive health on women.

Abstract

Abstract: Geotourism is a specific form of outdoor tourism focused on geology and natural landscapes. Geotourism is a comprehensive approach in ensuring sustainability, not only focusing on environmental conservation but also community empowerment and regional economic development. Benar Setokel Waterfall is one of Lombok's geotourism areas that needs to be properly socialized for local and foreign tourists, so that it can improve the welfare of the local community. This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide interpretation training and assistance to tour guides as the front guard of the tourism sector. Guide training (in class and in the field), collaborative networks between local guides and local pokdarwis. Geotourism interpretation is very important because it improves the quality of geotourism guides and provides information in an educational way so that it can increase the interest and attraction of tourists towards stokel thread tourism. Target interpretation; 1) visitors have knowledge about the process of cutting off the groundwater layer, 2) visitors have a sense of admiration for the process of geological phenomena at the twin stokel waterfall, 3) visitors can prevent vandalism on objects of high geological value. Through this assistance, the guides now have an understanding of conservation, as part of the geopark's objectives, which must be implemented to ensure the sustainability of meeting the needs of the environment, local communities (social, economic and cultural) and tourists. Keywords: Interpretation, Geotourism, Benang Stokel Abstrak:Geowisata adalah sebuah bentuk pariwisata alam terbuka spesifik terfokus pada bidang geologi dan benatang alam, Geowisata menjadi pendekatan yang komprehensif dalam menjamin keberlanjutan, bukan hanya fokus pada konservasi lingkungan tapi juga pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pembangunan ekonomi wilayah. Air terjun benang setokel meruapak salah satu geowisata Lombok yang perlu disosialisasikan dengan benar bagi wisatawan lokal maupun manca negara, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan interpretasi dan pendampingan kepada para pemandu wisata sebagai garda terdepan sektor pariwisata. Pelatihan pemanduan (di dalam kelas dan lapangan), jejaring Kerjasama antar-pemandu lokal dan pokdarwis setempat. Interpretasi geowisata itu sangatlah penting karena untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemanduan geowisata dan memberikan informasi dengan cara mengedukasikan sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan daya tarik para wisatawan terhadap wisata benang stokel. Sasaran interpretasi; 1) pengunjung memiliki pengetahuan tentang terjadinya proses terpotongnya lapisan air tanah, 2) pengunjung memiliki rasa kagum terhadap proses terjadinya fenomena geologi pada air terjun benang stokel, 3) pengunjung dapat mencegah Tindakan vandalish pada objek bernilai geologi tinggi. Melalui pendampingan ini, para pemandu kini memiliki pemahaman tentang konservasi, sebagai bagian dari tujuan geopark, yang harus dilaksanakan untuk menjamin keberlanjutan terpenuhinya kebutuhan lingkungan, masyarakat lokal (sosial, ekonomi dan budaya) dan para wisatawan.
