Abstract

Colorectal cancer patients generally undergo laparotomy as part of the management. The earliest complications of laparotomy are bleeding, surgical wound infection, and anastomotic dehiscence. Albumin-lymphocytes are indicators of nutritional status and inflammation combined in the Prognostic Nutritional Index (PNI). Evaluation of PNI related to the degree of post-laparotomy wounds in colorectal cancer has not been widely explained. Objective: to find out the correlation of PNI for laparotomy wound complications in colorectal cancer patients at Dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Banda Aceh. Method: A cross-sectional study will assess the correlation of PNI to the degree of post-operative wounds with the South Hampton Wound Scale. PNI values were determined by albumin and lymphocytes. The subjects were colorectal cancer patients, aged 18 years and underwent laparotomy. The assessment was carried out on the 7th day after laparotomy. The Spearman test was performed to determine the correlation. Results: 30 colorectal cancer patients as samples, with an average age of 49.43 years old (±11.06), male (56.7%), moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma (46.7%), average albumin 3.08 (±0.47) and lymphocytes 13.93 (±8.22). After evaluation, we found that patients with normal PNI values ​​had South Hampton grade 1 (23.3%), while mild malnutrition was in grade 1 (6.7%) and 2 (6.7%), moderate malnutrition was in grade 3 (23.3%) and grade 4 (16.7%) and severe malnutrition were in grade 4 (16.7%) and grade 5 (13.3%). Conclusion: There was a very strong correlation between PNI and postoperative wound complications in colorectal cancer.

Abstract

Abdominal trauma is injury that occurs to organs in the abdomen, such as the stomach, intestines, liver, spleen, pancreas, bile and kidneys, damage to the structures located between the diaphragm and pelvis. Abdominal trauma is divided into two types, namely blunt abdominal trauma and stab abdominal trauma. Injuries to the intestines and liver are the most common in penetrating trauma to the abdomen. Case report: a 35 year-old man came to the Emergency Room at the Dr. Zainoel Abidin Regional General Hospital in Banda Aceh with the main complaint of a wooden stab wound (foreign body) on the right side of the abdomen which had penetrated to the back. The patient underwent diagnostic laparoscopy, it was found that a piece of wood (foreign body) was stuck in the liver segment V-VI which had penetrated to the right flank and a hematoma was found around the body and about 100 cc of hemorrhagic fluid originating from the liver due to contact with wood friction but the bleeding was not active. Based on the primary and secondary survey evaluations, the hemodynamic condition was stable. In the evaluation, there were no intra-abdominal organ injury. Extraction of the foreign body wood could be performed well after identification of being free from intra-abdominal organ injury. Conclusion: Abdominal trauma is an injury that occurs to organs in the stomach, such as the stomach, intestines, liver, spleen, pancreas, gallbladder, and kidneys. In this case, it was a penetrating stab wound with stable hemodynamics and no small intestine and omental protruding from the stomach, so this patient underwent diagnostic laparoscopic surgery. The operation with diagnostic laparoscopic in this case was successful and minimally invasive.

Abstract

Pakpak Bharat Regency in North Sumatra Province has significant potential in the agriculture sector, particularly in corn cultivation. However, the management of corn waste in this region has been suboptimal, with corn cobs often left to accumulate or burned, leading to environmental pollution. Limited technology and the high cost of equipment have hindered the community from processing this waste into organic fertilizer, resulting in dependence on externally purchased organic fertilizers. This study was aimed to enhance corn farmers' knowledge about processing corn cob waste into organic fertilizer. The methods used were included education, provision of appropriate technology (TTG) in the form of shredders, and training and mentoring in organic fertilizer production. Data were analyzed using scoring methods and Spearman Rank. The results were indicated a significant increase in corn farmers' knowledge in Pakpak Bharat regarding the processing of corn cob waste into organic fertilizer, with scores were rised from 1.57 (low) to 2.80 (high). Factors contributing to this improvement were included of age (rs=0.410*), education (rs=0.500*), and technology suitability (rs=0.620*). Through this activity, farmers learned to convert corn cob waste into organic fertilizer, which reduced environmental impact and improved their income and quality of life.   Abstrak Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor pertanian, khususnya dalam budidaya jagung. Namun, pengelolaan limbah jagung di wilayah ini masih belum optimal, dengan limbah pangkal jagung sering dibiarkan menumpuk atau dibakar, mengakibatkan pencemaran lingkungan. Keterbatasan teknologi dan biaya pengadaan alat yang mahal menghambat masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah ini menjadi pupuk organik, serta ketergantungan pada pupuk organik yang dibeli dari luar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan petani jagung tentang pengolahan limbah pangkal jagung menjadi pupuk organik. Metode yang digunakan mencakup edukasi, penyediaan teknologi tepat guna (TTG) berupa alat pencacah, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam produksi pupuk organik. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode scoring dan Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan petani jagung di Pakpak Bharat mengenai pengolahan pupuk organik dari limbah pangkal jagung, dari skor 1,57 (rendah) menjadi 2,80 (tinggi). Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan ini meliputi umur (rs=0,410*), pendidikan (rs=0,500*), dan kesesuaian teknologi (rs=0,620*). Melalui kegiatan ini, para petani jagung memperoleh pengetahuan dalam mengolah limbah tongkol jagung menjadi pupuk organik, yang tidak hanya mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari pembakaran limbah tetapi juga pendapatan dan kualitas hidup mereka mestinya dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

The population data collection of social assistance (Bansos) recipients faces various challenges, including data inaccuracy, information duplication, and slow data update processes. These problems can hinder the effective and targeted distribution of Bansos. This study aims to develop a website-based information system that can improve efficiency and accuracy in recording Bansos recipient data. The research methods used include user needs analysis, system design using an iterative software development model, and system testing through field trials. Data were collected through interviews with Bansos management officers and surveys of beneficiaries to ensure the system meets user needs. The results of the study show that this website-based information system is able to facilitate the recording and management of Bansos recipient data more accurately and quickly. This system provides automatic data validation features, real-time data update tracking, and integration with relevant government databases. The implementation of this system is expected to reduce data errors by up to 30% and increase the speed of the data collection process by up to 40%, thus supporting a more effective and efficient distribution of Bansos.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of web technologies has significantly transformed the educational landscape, necessitating the development of effective online learning systems. However, many existing platforms struggle to meet diverse learning needs, adapt to various teaching methodologies, and ensure user engagement. The problem addressed in this research is the lack of comprehensive online learning systems that effectively integrate modern web technologies to enhance educational outcomes. The primary goal of this research is to design and develop an online learning system that leverages cutting-edge web technologies to provide a flexible, interactive, and user-friendly educational environment. This system aims to support diverse learning styles, facilitate collaboration, and improve accessibility for both educators and learners. A mixed-method approach was employed in this study. The design and development of the online learning system were guided by user-centered design principles, involving iterative prototyping and testing. Quantitative data were collected through surveys to assess user satisfaction and system usability, while qualitative data were gathered from interviews to gain deeper insights into user experiences. The system's architecture was based on modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, and cloud-based services. The research resulted in the successful development of an online learning system that received positive feedback from users for its intuitive interface and interactive features. Quantitative analysis indicated high levels of user satisfaction, while qualitative feedback highlighted the system's adaptability to different learning styles and its potential to enhance engagement. The integration of web technologies enabled real-time collaboration, seamless access to resources, and a personalized learning experience.

Abstract

Queuing systems are an important element in efficient service management, especially in sectors that involve high interaction between customers and service providers. This research aims to design and develop a web-based queuing system to improve queue management efficiency, reduce waiting time, and provide a better user experience. The proposed system utilizes the latest technologies such as modern web frameworks, structured databases, and real-time integration to support flexible and responsive operations. The system design involves queue management modules, real-time monitoring, as well as automatic notifications for users. The implementation results show that this system is able to minimize waiting time, improve queue management accuracy, and provide easy access for users through web-based devices. Thus, this system has the potential to be widely applied in various service sectors, such as banking, hospitals, and other public service centers.

Abstract

Terletak di Toko Serdang Rule, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan adalah sub kawasan. SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan adalah sekolah menengah negeri yang terletak di Jalan Irian Barat Kota Sampali No. 37 Kawasan Percut Sei Tuan. Didirikan pada tahun 1983, sekolah ini memiliki luas tanah 12.642 m2. Satu-satunya sekolah menengah atas di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan adalah SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Di sekolah ini, banyak guru honorer. Kerangka kompensasi untuk staf istimewa di SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan menggunakan kerangka keuangan yang disimpan dalam catatan, jadi data tentang tingkat gaji staf istimewa tidak luar biasa. Setiap staf istimewa tentu mendapat kompensasi secara konsisten atau bergantung pada aset yang dikucurkan oleh pemerintah. Karena pentingnya penjelasan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan tidak efektif dan efisien. Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bakat olahraga siswa di sekolah dasar Kota Makassar, dengan fokus menggali potensi atlet muda sejak dini. Identifikasi bakat olahraga pada usia dini sangat penting untuk pengembangan atlet yang berkelanjutan, terutama dalam mendukung pembinaan atlet usia muda secara sistematis dan terarah. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi siswa berbakat dalam berbagai cabang olahraga dan memberikan dasar untuk pembinaan lanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah kombinasi tes fisik dan psikologis. Prosedur kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi kepada guru, orang tua, dan siswa; pelaksanaan tes bakat olahraga di sekolah dasar; dan analisis hasil untuk menyusun profil individu siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, pengukuran fisik, serta wawancara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki potensi yang baik dalam beberapa cabang olahraga seperti sepak bola, bola basket, bola voli, renang dan atletik. Program ini berhasil mengidentifikasi siswa dengan kemampuan fisik dan minat yang signifikan terhadap olahraga tertentu, yang selanjutnya dapat diarahkan untuk pembinaan lebih lanjut. Selain itu, program ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran sekolah dan orang tua akan pentingnya pembinaan olahraga sejak usia dini. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelaksanaan program identifikasi keberbakatan olahraga di sekolah dasar Kota Makassar efektif dalam menggali potensi atlet muda. Untuk memastikan pengembangan yang optimal, diperlukan dukungan berkelanjutan dari pihak sekolah, orang tua, serta pelatihan dan program lanjutan bagi siswa yang teridentifikasi berbakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan bervariasi wallbounce terhadap kemampuan passing atas bola voli pada siswa SMP Negeri 2 Barombong; 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelompok kontrol terhadap passing atas bola voli siswa SMP Negeri 2 Barombong; 3) untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh kelompok control dan kelompok eksperimen terhadap passing atas bola voli pada siswa SMP Negeri 2 Barombong. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 40 siswa dengan sampel penelitian 20 siswa pada masing-masing kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil data dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan wallbounce terhadap passing atas bola voli pada siswa SMP Negeri 2 Barombonng; 2) terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan kelompok kontrol terhadap passing atas bola voli pada siswa SMP Negeri 2 Barombong; 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok latihan wallbounce terhadap passing atas bola voli pada siswa SMP Negeri 2 Barombong.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors of the occurrence of problem financing and the application of risk management in an effort to prevent the occurrence of problem financing at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Syiah Utama 2. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the factors of problematic financing consist of internal factors and external factors. The application of risk management used is risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring and risk control. The four risk management processes above include 5C analysis, document completion, and routine monitoring by conducting daily visits. In solving problem financing PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Syiah Utama 2 uses a persuasive approach by holding deliberations which are then applied to rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring, and execution of guarantees. The application of risk management used has been running effectively in minimizing the risk of non-performing financing. This is evidenced by an increase in Non Performing Financing (NPF).
