Abstract

Penilain prestasi kerja di PT. Darma Inti Solusi adalah dengan metode scoring, yang dilakukan oleh atasan terhadap bawahan. Setiap karyawan akan dinilai berdasarkan Key Performance Indikator (KPI). Penilaian KPI ini berdasarkan penyelesaian target terhadap timeline, presensi, dan attitude/ sikap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penilaian prestasi kerja di perusahaan ini telah membantu dalam mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangan karyawan, serta memberikan umpan balik untuk pengembangan kompetensi. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya pemahaman karyawan terhadap indikator penilaian dan ketidakseragaman dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi. Studi ini merekomendasikan perbaikan dalam komunikasi terkait indikator penilaian, pelatihan untuk manajer penilai, serta penerapan teknologi untuk mendukung proses penilaian yang lebih objektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya perbaikan tersebut, diharapkan penilaian prestasi kerja dapat lebih optimal dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan di PT Darma Inti Solusi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntansi forensik serta audit investigasi yang dimiliki auditor terhadap pengungkapan fraud. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel auditor investigasi di Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 75 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Akuntansi Forensik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Fraud Auditor. begitupun Audit Investigatif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Fraud Auditor. Semakin baik penerapan Audit Investigatif maka tingkat pengungkapan fraud yang dimiliki oleh seorang auditor akan semakin baik.

Abstract

In today's digital age, visual components, including education, influence all aspects of life. Comics in the form of interaction of written and visual information may serve two purposes: teaching scientific concepts effectively and increasing students' interest. This study aims to analyze the development of comics in physics learning based on the needs of the learning process and outcomes. This study reviews comics in physics learning and provides recommendations for future research and practice. This research uses a systematic literature review research method. This research presents a literature review based on 23 studies. The procedure used in this study from the development of research questions, preparation of selection criteria, development of search strategies, selection of studies using selection criteria, assessment of study quality, and synthesizing the results of research questions. Research data collection was conducted using online searches from data-driven journal indexers such as Google Scholar, IOP Science, DOAJ, and Scopus. The review identified the status and trends in the use of comics, their impact on the learning process, and opportunities for developers and practitioners. Research development trends show that the use of comics in physics learning in Indonesia fluctuates. The results of data analysis show that learning physics with comics can stimulate students' learning ability well. Thus, the researcher invites future research to focus on what students learn through comics through the implementation of instructional interventions.

Abstract

Penerapan nilai budaya lokal PO5 Buton memiliki dampak positif terhadap kemampuan berbahasa anak, meskipun di tengah maraknya penggunaan gadget di era digital. Nilai budaya lokal yang terkandung dalam PO5 Buton dapat memperkaya pemahaman bahasa anak, memperkuat ikatan sosial, dan meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi lisan maupun tulisan. Melalui pengintegrasian budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran, anak-anak mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam mengenai bahasa, tidak hanya sebagai alat komunikasi tetapi juga sebagai ekspresi budaya yang bermakna. Meskipun penggunaan gadget seringkali mendominasi perhatian anak-anak, penerapan nilai budaya lokal dapat menjadi alternatif untuk mengurangi pengaruh negatif penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan dengan menawarkan konteks komunikasi yang lebih mendalam dan berbasis budaya. Oleh karena itu, pengintegrasian nilai budaya lokal dalam pendidikan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak-anak di era digital.

Abstract

The Aceh government requires all financial institutions to operate based on sharia principles, in its implementation there are still obstacles in the conversion process, such as the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative in Bireuen Regency. The problem is that sharia principles have not been fully implemented in service products and the separation of capital made by cooperatives from conventional ones which still contain usury. The question in this study is how the implementation of Sharia principles in the Mitra Dhuafa cooperative and what are the obstacles faced in the conversion process. This research uses descriptive analysis method to describe systematically, factually, and accurately about the implementation of sharia conversion in Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative. The approach used is a case study with a qualitative research type. Research data were obtained from primary and secondary sources through literature study and interviews with related parties. Data analysis is carried out by systematically compiling information obtained from interviews, field notes, and other documents so that it can be understood and interpreted properly. The results showed that although Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative has converted to a sharia system, there are still some things that are not fully in accordance with sharia principles, especially in the management of capital and sources of funds and product services that are not fully sharia principles. In the perspective of fiqh muamalah, the management of initial funds after converting to sharia must be clean from the elements of usury and gharar, it is also important for cooperatives to provide education to members to understand how the Islamic banking system. It needs support from various cross-sectors to evaluate the constraints and challenges faced by financial institutions after being converted to sharia.

Abstract

Integrating technology into the learning process requires teachers to possess strong Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). This study examines the impact of a training approach based on collaboration, practice, and reflection in enhancing elementary school teachers' TPACK and teaching abilities. The research employs a mixed-methods approach with an embedded experimental design. The training participants, totaling 84 individuals, were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, with the subjects participating in a training program designed to promote teacher collaboration, provide hands-on practice experiences, and integrate reflective learning. The instruments include a TPACK questionnaire, lesson plan (RPP) observation sheets, and classroom teaching practice observation sheets. Data analysis was conducted using difference tests and correlation tests. The findings reveal that this training approach significantly improved teachers' understanding and application of TPACK in classroom learning contexts. There was a significant difference in TPACK knowledge between participants in the experimental group and those in the control group. Additionally, this study emphasizes the importance of reflective practice in strengthening the integration of technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge. These findings provide valuable insights for designing professional development programs for educators to effectively enhance their technological and pedagogical competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of premium prices, service quality, and brand image on customer decisions at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bca (BCA life). This research method uses quantitative with a sample obtained from 75 respondents; the sampling technique in this study is probability sampling from the population, namely the process of determining samples based on coincidence in customers at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bca (BCA life) with the data analysis method using SPLS. The results of the study indicate that premium prices have a positive effect on customer decisions. Then, the quality of service has a positive impact on customer decisions. The brand image also has a positive effect on customer decisions. It is recommended that companies implement a value-based pricing model strategy that considers the perception of value from customers, not just the cost of the product. Then, it is recommended that digital customer service such as chatbots, mobile apps with real-time claim and tracking features, and digital- based education be integrated. It is necessary to implement an integrated communication strategy (integrated marketing communication) that is consistent across all communication channels, both online and offline.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga premi, kualitas pelayanan dan brand image terhadap keputusan nasabah di PT Asuransi Jiwa Bca (BCA life). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan sample yang diperoleh 75 responden, Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dari populasi yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan di nasabah di PT Asuransi Jiwa Bca (BCA life) dengan metode analisis data menggunakan SPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga premi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan nasabah. Kemudian kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan nasabah, dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan nasabah. Disarankan perusahaan perlu melakukan menerapkan strategi model value-based pricing yang mempertimbangkan persepsi nilai dari nasabah, bukan semata-mata biaya produk. Kemudian disarankan mengintegrasikan digital customer service seperti chatbot, mobile apps dengan fitur klaim dan tracking real-time, serta edukasi berbasis digital. Perlu menerapkan strategi komunikasi terpadu (integrated marketing communication) yang konsisten di seluruh kanal komunikasi, baik online maupun offline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the educational game application Brainzy in improving mathematics learning outcomes of first-grade students at SDN 013 Rambah. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest model. The research instrument consisted of pretest and posttest assessments administered to 27 students before and after the treatment. Descriptive statistical analysis revealed an increase in the average score from 61.67 (pretest) to 78.44 (posttest). The normality test indicated that the data were normally distributed, allowing further analysis using a paired sample t-test, which showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p < 0.05). Moreover, the N-Gain analysis yielded an average of 0.438, categorized as moderate. These findings suggest that the use of Brainzy is moderately effective in enhancing elementary students’ mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The development of prosocial attitudes in early childhood is an important aspect in the formation of individual characters who care about others and their environment. The lack of activities that can foster prosocial values is often a challenge in early childhood education institutions. This study aims to examine the implementation of traditional games of the Dragon Snake in developing prosocial attitudes in children aged 5-6 years. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the main data sources of students, teachers and related documents at Kuncup Muda Kindergarten. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out through the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the traditional game Snake Dragon in Kuncup Muda Kindergarten involved several stages, namely the introduction and understanding of the game, the formation of cooperation in groups, teaching the value of sharing and taking turns, developing children's communication skills, managing conflicts in groups, cultivating empathy and caring, as well as evaluation and reflection on the implementation of the game. This activity is effective in encouraging children to interact positively, understand other people's perspectives, and strengthen social relationships. The recommendation from this study is that teachers in early childhood education more often utilize traditional games such as the Dragon Snake as an interactive and fun learning medium to support the development of children's prosocial attitudes.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran E-LKPD berbasis PBL untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir komputasional peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yaitu: (1) define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, dan (4) Disseminate. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Uji validasi ahli materi bahwa media yang dikembangkan sangat layak skor rata-rata 84%. (2) Uji validasi Ahli Desain Instruksional kriteria sangat layak skor rata-rata 87%. (3) Uji validasi Ahli Media kategori sangat layak skor rata-rata 83%. (4) Uji coba perorangan kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 90%. (5) Uji coba kelompok kecil kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 87%. Dan, (6) Uji coba lapangan kriteria sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 89%. Uji kepraktisan oleh guru sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 88%, sedangkan hasil uji kepraktisan pada siswa skor rata-rata 90% kategori sangat baik. Hasil percobaan penggunaan E-LKPD berbasis PBL pada kelas eksperimen rata-rata hasil belajar 86, sedangkan siswa yang diajarkan tanpa menggunakan E-LKPD berbasis PBL nilai rata-rata 70. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Independent t-test mendapatkan hasil sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang mana hasil tersebut < 0,05 terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas yang dibelajarkan menggunakan E-LKPD berbasis PBL dengan kelas tanpa menggunakan E-LKPD berbasis PBL. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan E-LKPD berbasis PBL dalam pembelajaran efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir komputasional peserta didik. Kata Kunci: E-LKPD, Problem Based Learning, berpikir komputasional Abstract: This research and development aims to produce E-LKPD learning media based on PBL to improve students' computational thinking skills. This type of research is development research using the 4D development model, namely: (1) define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, and (4) Disseminate. The results of the study showed: (1) The validation test of the material expert that the media developed was very feasible with an average score of 84%. (2) The validation test of the Instructional Design Expert criteria was very feasible with an average score of 87%. (3) The validation test of the Media Expert category was very feasible with an average score of 83%. (4) Individual trials criteria were very good with an average score of 90%. (5) Small group trials criteria were very good with an average score of 87%. And, (6) Field trials criteria were very good with an average score of 89%. The practicality test by the teacher was very good with an average score of 88%, while the results of the practicality test on students had an average score of 90% in the very good category. The results of the experiment using PBL-based E-LKPD in the experimental class average learning outcomes of 86, while students who were taught without using PBL-based E-LKPD had an average score of 70. Hypothesis testing using the Independent t-test obtained sig. (2-tailed) results of 0.000 which results <0.05 there is a significant difference between classes taught using PBL-based E-LKPD and classes without using PBL-based E-LKPD.
