Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and training with the creativity of educators at Setukpa Lemdiklat Polri Sukabumi. The study population was 149 educators and a sample of 109 educators. Data collection for each variable studied using a questionnaire with a rating scale. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed: (a) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and creativity of teaching staff with a correlation coefficient ry. 1 = 0.358 and regression equation Ŷ = 64.494 + 0.627X1. The contribution of self-efficacy to the creativity of teaching staff is 12%, (b) There is a significant positive relationship between personality and creativity of teaching staff with a correlation coefficient ry. 2 = 0.435 and regression equation Ŷ = 59.594 + 0.632X2, The contribution of personality to the creativity of teaching staff is 18.2%, and (c) There is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and personality together with the creativity of teaching staff with correlation coefficient R = 0.456 and regression equation Ŷ = 79.552 + 0.682.X1 + 1.161.X2. The contribution of self-efficacy and personality together to the creativity of teaching staff is 19.3%.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis pandangan Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyyah terkait konsep "wali mujbir" dalam konteks pernikahan. Menurut Ibnu Qayyim, tidaklah pantas bagi orang tua atau wali untuk memaksa anak atau individu yang berada di bawah perwalian mereka untuk menikah tanpa mendapatkan izin dan persetujuan mereka terlebih dahulu. Pandangan ini menekankan pentingnya keridaan dan persetujuan anak, terutama anak perempuan, dalam proses perkenalan awal pernikahan. Ibnu Qayyim meyakini bahwa keputusan pernikahan harus didasarkan pada kehendak dan kebahagiaan individu yang akan menjalani kehidupan berumah tangga, bukan keputusan semena-mena dari orang tua atau wali. Metode Kajian ini termasuk studi Kepustakaan. Hasil kajian ditemukan bahwa Menurut pandangan Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyyah, dalam konteks wali mujbir dalam pernikahan, tidaklah pantas bagi orang tua atau wali untuk memaksa anak atau individu yang berada di bawah perwalian mereka untuk menikah tanpa mendapatkan izin dan persetujuan mereka terlebih dahulu. Ibnu Qayyim meyakini bahwa penting bagi keridaan dan persetujuan anak, terutama anak perempuan, untuk menjadi faktor yang mendasar dalam tahap awal proses perkenalan dalam pernikahan (peminangan). Pandangan ini bertujuan karena pada hakikatnya, yang akan menjalani kehidupan berumah tangga setelah pernikahan di masa mendatang adalah si anak, bukan orang tua atau wali mereka.

Abstract

Abstract The Maṣlaḥa Mulgha theory developed by Najmuddin al-Ṭūfī is one theory that to this day is considered controversial. At first glance, this theory seems to negate stipulations explained by the text (naṣṣ) in order to uphold truth sourced from the intellect of scholars. Nevertheless, in Indonesia, there are several legal provisions that indirectly reflect the application of al-Ṭūfī’s theory, one of which is the prohibition of interfaith marriage as regulated and reinforced through the interpretation of Q.S. al-Māidah [5]: 5 and Q.S. al-Baqarah [2]: 221. This research aims to examine the existence of al-Ṭūfī's theory and link it to the provisions prohibiting interfaith marriage in Indonesia, with the hope of providing an understanding of its relevance in the process of Islamic legal discovery. This research uses the library research method with the collection of primary, secondary, and tertiary data. The results show that the Mashlahah Mulghah theory can be one option in answering contemporary legal issues that emerge and develop complexly. Thus, the prohibition of interfaith marriage in Indonesia has significant relevance to the application of the Maṣlaḥa Mulgha theory in an applicative and solutive manner. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan fondasi utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas individu dan masyarakat, namun mutu pendidikan di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti ketidaksesuaian kurikulum, rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan sarana prasarana, dan lemahnya kerja sama antar stakeholder. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan pentingnya stakeholder dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, strategi kerja sama dan kemitraan, serta tantangan dan peluang implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan menelaah jurnal, buku, dan dokumen ilmiah relevan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan stakeholder meliputi pemerintah, sekolah, guru, siswa, orang tua, masyarakat, dunia usaha, dan lembaga pendidikan Islam bersifat krusial dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan yang berkualitas. Kolaborasi antarpihak memungkinkan penguatan kurikulum, peningkatan profesionalisme guru, optimalisasi fasilitas, serta relevansi kompetensi lulusan melalui kemitraan dunia industri. Konsep simbiosis mutualisme menjadi dasar terciptanya sinergi yang saling menguntungkan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Temuan juga mengidentifikasi tantangan implementatif berupa perbedaan visi, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan lemahnya koordinasi, namun era digital menawarkan peluang kolaborasi yang lebih luas dan fleksibel. Secara keseluruhan, artikel ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan mutu pendidikan membutuhkan komitmen kolektif dan strategi kerja sama yang terstruktur di antara seluruh stakeholder pendidikan.

Abstract

Food security constitutes a fundamental pillar of national sovereignty, as it determines a nation’s capacity to ensure the welfare, stability, and independence of its people. In contemporary contexts, challenges such as climate change, rapid urbanization, economic inequality, and dependence on global markets increasingly threaten the sustainability of food systems, particularly in developing countries. Within Islamic teachings, food security is not merely an economic or technical concern but an ethical and spiritual responsibility rooted in prophetic guidance. This study examines the concept of food security from the perspective of the Prophetic Hadith of Muhammad PBUH, emphasizing its relevance to national sovereignty and social justice. Employing a qualitative library-based research method, this study analyzes selected hadiths related to agricultural productivity, equitable resource distribution, the prohibition of hoarding, environmental stewardship, and the obligation to uphold human dignity. Through thematic and normative analysis, the findings reveal that the Prophet Muhammad promoted food security as a collective responsibility involving individuals, communities, and governing authorities. The prophetic traditions underscore principles of sustainability, fairness, and social solidarity as essential foundations for resilient food systems. The study demonstrates that the Hadith provides a comprehensive ethical framework that supports national sovereignty by strengthening domestic food production, ensuring equitable access to nutritious food, and preventing structural injustice in food distribution. Therefore, integrating prophetic ethical values into contemporary food policies can enhance national resilience and sovereignty while advancing sustainable development, reaffirming the continuing relevance of the Prophetic Hadith in addressing modern food security challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran resor sukaraja atas tnbbs dalam pengamanan dan perlindungan kawasan hutan konservasi melalui perspektif Fiqh Siyasah , dengan studi kasus di Resor Sukaraja Atas Taman Nasional Bukit Barisan Selatan. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada tantangan konservasi sumber daya alam di Indonesia, termasuk aktivitas ilegal seperti perambahan hutan dan perburuan liar, serta perlunya integrasi prinsip-prinsip syariah seperti keadilan, maslahah, amanah, dan syura dalam penegakan hukum. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji tingkat implementasi peraturan tersebut dalam perlindungan dan pengamanan kawasan serta pemeliharaan batas kawasan, serta menganalisisnya melalui lensa Fiqh Siyasah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan informan seperti aparatur resor dan masyarakat mitra polhut. Hasil awal menunjukkan hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penegakan hukum. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap pengembangan Fiqh Siyasah dalam konteks pengelolaan lingkungan serta rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan konservasi ekosistem berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pariwisata berperan penting dalam ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya Indonesia. Lampung Tengah memiliki potensi wisata alam, buatan, dan budaya. Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, dan Pariwisata bertugas sesuai Pasal 8 Peraturan Bupati Lampung Tengah Nomor 11 Tahun 2023 Tentang Rincian Tugas Dan Fungsi Jabatan Struktural Dan Kelompok Substansi Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga Dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Lampung Tengah untuk mengembangkan destinasi, kelembagaan, dan usaha pariwisata. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai perspektif  siyāsah tanfiẓiyah mengenai implementasi Pasal 8 Peraturan Bupati Lampung Tengah Nomor 11 Tahun 2023 Tentang Rincian Tugas Dan Fungsi Jabatan Struktural Dan Kelompok Substansi Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga Dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Lampung Tengah oleh Dinas Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa implementasi Pasal 8 Peraturan Bupati Lampung Tengah Nomor 11 Tahun 2023 tentang Rincian Tugas dan Fungsi Jabatan Struktural dan Kelompok Substansi Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Lampung Tengah belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip siyāsah tanfiẓiyah. Meskipun secara struktural pembagian tugas telah jelas, pelaksanaan di lapangan masih menghadapi hambatan signifikan berupa keterbatasan anggaran, kurangnya SDM berkompetensi khusus, minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga keberlanjutan objek wisata.

Abstract

Keadilan merupakan nilai fundamental dalam sistem hukum Islam yang menjadi dasar penyelenggaraan sistem peradilan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi nilai-nilai keadilan Fiqh Siyasah Dusturiyah dalam praktik sistem peradilan di Indonesia serta mengidentifikasi relevansi prinsip-prinsip Islam terhadap hukum nasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research) bersifat yuridis normatif, dengan sumber data primer berupa peraturan perundang-undangan dan data sekunder berupa literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip Fiqh Siyasah yakni Asy-Syura (musyawarah), Al-‘Adl (keadilan), Hurriyah (kebebasan), Al-Musawah (kesetaraan), dan Amanah (tanggung jawab) terimplementasi dalam sistem peradilan Indonesia melalui mekanisme hukum yang menjunjung musyawarah, keadilan substantif, dan independensi hakim. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa nilai keadilan dalam Fiqh Siyasah Dusturiyah memiliki kesesuaian konseptual dengan prinsip konstitusional UUD 1945. Implikasi pembahasan menunjukkan perlunya penguatan nilai-nilai Islam dalam sistem hukum nasional untuk mewujudkan peradilan yang berkeadilan, transparan, dan berintegritas.

Abstract

This article discusses the historical development of madrasas in Madura, where Islamic education has a long history that began during the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) with teaching methods in homes and mosques. Over time, Islamic education has undergone transformation, especially with the emergence of madrasas as formal institutions that integrate religious knowledge and general knowledge. In Madura, Islamic boarding schools are the oldest Islamic educational institutions and play a vital role in maintaining Islamic values, as well as being the beginning of the emergence of madrasas in Madura. With the influence of modernization, madrasas emerged as a form of renewal of Islamic education. This study discusses the rise of madrasas in Madura, their important role in shaping the character and religious identity of the community, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced. Madrasas in Madura have successfully combined traditional values with the demands of modernity, while also becoming agents of social change that maintain harmony between the two. Despite facing challenges such as limited facilities and teacher quality, madrasas in Madura continue to play a vital role in maintaining the balance between religious education and general knowledge, as well as in strengthening the cultural and religious identity of the Madurese community. This study uses a literature review method by examining articles related to this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how knowledge is constructed within the dynamics of power relations at Subulus Salam Islamic Boarding School. Using a qualitative method with a case study design, this research explores the interaction between formal and cultural authority structures and their influence on teaching practices and epistemological processes. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation analysis, and were analyzed using an interactive model. The findings reveal that power relations in the pesantren are predominantly shaped by the central role of the kiai, whose authority determines educational policies, the selection of legitimate knowledge, and the direction of students’ intellectual development. This authoritative structure creates a learning environment in which students tend to adopt a passive stance and have limited opportunities for critical engagement. However, the study also identifies emerging initiatives within the institution to encourage intellectual participation, promote dialogical learning, and strengthen students’ critical thinking skills. These efforts indicate a shift toward more transformative and participatory educational practices. Overall, this research demonstrates that balancing traditional authority with inclusive learning strategies is essential for enhancing the quality of Islamic education in pesantren while maintaining their cultural identity.
