Abstract

Community Service (PKM) is one of the activities carried out by universities or educational institutions to make a positive contribution to society. PKM focuses on the application of science and technology owned by universities to help solve problems faced by the community, and improve social welfare. Community Service (PKM) is also an effort to realize a more efficient education, namely education that is directly experienced by lecturers and students, so lecturers and students do not only get material, but what is more important is that the theories obtained in the lecture bench must also be applied in the field, especially in the community environment of Gampong Alue Naga, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Article 33 of Law No. 3 of 2024 concerning village governance, analyzing its leadership eligibility criteria through the lens of Imam al-Mawardi’s political thought. The research aims to evaluate whether the existing legal framework adequately reflects the moral and intellectual standards emphasized in Islamic governance. Employing a qualitative approach with a normative juridical method, the study conducts a comparative analysis between the administrative and legal requirements for village head candidates and the leadership principles outlined by al-Mawardi. The findings reveal that while the law ensures compliance with legal and technical criteria, it lacks sufficient emphasis on moral integrity (‘adalah) and intellectual competence—two key qualities stressed by al-Mawardi. This research highlights the gap between modern legal frameworks and classical Islamic governance models, suggesting the need for a more comprehensive leadership selection process that integrates ethical and intellectual dimensions. The originality of this study lies in its critical assessment of contemporary village leadership regulations using classical Islamic political thought, offering a unique perspective on governance. The implications of these findings are significant for policymakers and scholars, as they emphasize the necessity of refining leadership criteria to align with both traditional Islamic values and modern governance needs.

Abstract

Abstract: This research explores Generation Z’s perspectives on early marriage through the lens of Maqashid Syariah. The study reveals that most members of Generation Z oppose early marriage, considering it an obstacle to personal growth, education, and economic stability. However, some still view it as a viable option under certain conditions, particularly in relation to economic and cultural influences. From a Maqashid Syariah standpoint, early marriage has diverse implications. Concerning hifz ad-din , it should be approached with adequate mental and spiritual preparedness to avoid potential harm. In terms of hifz an-nafs , the physical and psychological health risks, especially for women, are significant considerations. Regarding hifz al-aql, interrupted education due to early marriage can negatively impact an individual's future prospects. From the hifz an-nasl perspective, insufficient readiness to raise children may affect the well-being of future generations. Lastly, in the aspect of hifz al-mal, financial instability among young couples often results in economic hardship. This study offers crucial insights for policymakers and scholars in developing preventive measures against early marriage in alignment with Maqāṣid Syariah principles. It emphasizes the need to consider not only religious teachings but also the broader socio-economic consequences in decision-making. Abstract

Rural development in its implementation receives funds from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget which is called the Allocation of Village Funds and the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget which is called the Village Fund. The characteristics of village development have a multidimensional nature concerning all aspects of community life in the village. The data analysis used was an analysis technique that was carried out throughout the research since the data collection began, data analysis was carried out continuously until the research report was prepared. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the government of Gampong Alue Naga, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh had carried out a planning process in the context of managing gampong development as outlined in the Gampong Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMG) and in the Gampong Government Work Plan (RKPG) which became a reference in structuring the Budget. Gampong Income and Expenditure (APBG) using the Village Fund which is planned to involve the village community as a whole. In the process of organizing the gampong government formed an Activity Management Team (TPK) in managing village funds, involving all Human Resources (HR) owned in Alue Naga village, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh. In the process of carrying out the development, the village government of Alue Naga involves workers from the community in general, and according to their respective expertise so that the work of development activities is carried out in accordance with the plans set out in the APBG.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that cause the low interest of graduates of Madrasah Aliyah Aomber Tambelengan in Somber Village to continue their education to higher education. Using a qualitative approach of the case study type, this study revealed that the low rate of study continuation is caused by internal factors, such as lack of awareness, low interest and motivation, as well as students' intellectual limitations, and external factors, such as family economic conditions, lack of parental support, and the influence of the social environment that is less supportive of higher education. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that from year to year, the number of graduates who continue their education to higher education is very minimal, so management strategies from the madrasah are needed, including early mapping of students' interests, intensive counseling assistance, provision of scholarship information, and active involvement of families and communities in supporting students' academic aspirations.

Abstract

The internalization of the value of religious moderation is the process of instilling the values of tolerance, balance, justice, and respect for diversity in individuals or groups, which aims to form moderate awareness and behavior. This research focuses on the process and implications of internalizing the value of religious moderation in shaping student tolerance at SD Catholic Santo Redemptus and SDN Lawangan Daya II Pamekasan, with a qualitative approach of multi-site case study type. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations, and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawn, and tested for validity through credibility, transferability, dependability, and objectivity tests. The results of the study show that the internalization of the value of moderation is carried out through classroom learning, extracurricular activities, local cultural preservation, and out-of-class learning (in Catholic Elementary Schools), with stages of transformation, transaction, and transinternalization. Teachers integrate values such as tawassuth, i'tidal, tasamuh, and muwathanah into civil society and religious lessons, as well as encourage deliberation and appreciation of differences. Joint ceremonial activities, joint scouts, masses, bureauthals, the use of Madurese traditional clothing, and visits to places of worship, strengthen the inclusive character and tolerant attitude of students in daily life.

Abstract

Every Islamic educational institution has the same target to achieve national education standards (SNP). The quality of education is important and is taken into account because of institutional demands so that these achievements can be recognized at the national level. One effort that can be made by education providers is to manage and utilize the finances obtained by Islamic education institutions so that they can be allocated to the needs of improving the quality of the institution. The aim of this research is to examine the financing management part in order to improve the quality of Islamic education institutions. This research can be useful as a reference for Islamic educational institutions in reviewing income, expenditure and allocation to fulfill education quality standards through management methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam persepsi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dan madrasah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman subjektif para guru PAI, serta memaknai bagaimana mereka memahami, merasakan, dan merespons perubahan kurikulum yang signifikan ini. Melalui pengumpulan data kualitatif, penelitian ini tidak hanya mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh guru, tetapi juga menggali makna yang lebih dalam dari pengalaman mereka dalam konteks pendidikan yang sedang bertransformasi. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap pengalaman para guru PAI, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mereka terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks sekolah dan madrasah masing-masing. Faktor-faktor seperti dukungan manajemen, pelatihan yang tersedia, serta budaya sekolah berperan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pemangku kepentingan di bidang pendidikan untuk memperhatikan aspek-aspek ini dalam merancang kebijakan dan program yang mendukung guru dalam proses pengajaran. Jadi, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga mengenai persepsi guru PAI terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Meskipun terdapat tantangan yang signifikan, banyak guru yang melihat perubahan ini sebagai peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran mereka. Dengan dukungan yang tepat dan kolaborasi yang efektif, diharapkan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembelajaran siswa di sekolah dan madrasah. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pendekatan yang holistik dan inklusif dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan kurikulum, serta pentingnya mendengarkan suara para guru sebagai ujung tombak pendidikan.

Abstract

Wilayah perbatasan provinsi merupakan wilayah yang memiliki tingkat heterogenitas yang tinggi karena perbedaan latar belakang etnis, agama, dan bahasa. Oleh karena itu, kawasan perbatasan seringkali menjadi kawasan yang berpotensi konflik karena tidak adanya integrasi antar masyarakat yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji realitas kolaborasi masyarakat di wilayah perbatasan Provinsi Aceh dan Sumatera Utara dalam memperkuat kohesi sosial. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realitas kolaborasi masyarakat di perbatasan belum terdapat kolaborasi terstruktur dari pemerintah desa. Namun terdapat kerjasama dan interaksi sosial antar masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tidak perlu adanya kolaborasi terstruktur dari pemerintah untuk menghubungkan kedua desa tersebut. Masyarakat di desa perbatasan telah menjalin hubungan sosial dan kerjasama dalam aktivitas sehari-hari baik antar individu maupun kelompok. Upaya masyarakat dalam memperkuat kohesi sosial adalah dengan saling menghormati, menghargai, menjaga keharmonisan dan komunikasi agar tidak terjadi perbedaan paham. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pemerintah membuat program kerjasama terstruktur antar desa perbatasan untuk mempererat hubungan sosial. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan agar dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan melibatkan sampel yang lebih luas dan beragam serta menggunakan metode yang lebih efektif untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran Blooket pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. Subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas XI.11. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus tindakan, yang masing-masing mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi, berdasarkan model PTK Kurt Lewin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar dari kondisi awal yang rendah menjadi 93% pada akhir siklus II. Sejalan dengan itu, persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar meningkat dari 47% pada pra-siklus menjadi 95% pada siklus II. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif komparatif dan disajikan dalam bentuk persentase. Penelitian ini juga menekankan keterlibatan aktif peneliti dalam proses pembelajaran serta kerja sama dengan guru sebagai observer. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Blooket sebagai media pembelajaran efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik.
