Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the educational landscape opens new avenues for educators to apply differentiated instruction in a more structured and efficient manner. Through AI, teachers can now run diagnostic evaluations quickly, map out students' individual learning profiles, and subsequently devise teaching strategies that truly align with each learner's readiness level, interests, and learning styles. This qualitative case study focuses on the implementation of AI-based differentiated instruction at the elementary school level. Its objective is to deeply analyze the strategies employed, their influence on the learning process and outcomes, and the practical challenges encountered in the field. The findings reveal that AI plays a critical role as a supportive tool for teachers in conducting initial assessments, automatically grouping students based on their profiles, offering a diversity of learning activities, and creating assessment rubrics based on the Criteria for Learning Goal Attainment (KKTP). Significantly, this implementation has triggered an increase in motivation, active student engagement, a more equitable grasp of the material, and it also fosters teacher creativity in lesson planning. However, several obstacles emerged in the field, including limitations in technological infrastructure, unstable electricity supply issues, varying levels of digital literacy among teachers, and the increased duration required for lesson preparation. Therefore, this study concludes that AI's potential to strengthen differentiated instruction will only be optimally realized provided that adequate infrastructure support, continuous professional training, and a strong culture of collaboration among educators are ensured.

Abstract

Perbedaan gaya mengajar antar guru di sekolah dasar sering menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran dan keterlibatan siswa, terutama dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan partisipasi aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan gaya mengajar demokratis dan otoriter yang diterapkan oleh guru kelas rendah di sekolah dasar serta dampakterhadap keterlibatan kognitif, dan perilaku siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus kualitatif di Sekolah Dasar Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui trigulasi Teknik, meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan guru kelas, observasi non-partisipan pada proses pembelajaran, dan analisis dokumentasi seperti RPP dan hasil evaluasi siswa. Unit analisis (kasus) adalah perbeddaan gaya mengajar yang diterapkan oleh dua guru adalah kunci dalam kondisi anak didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya mengajar demokratis mendorong partisipasi aktif, kepercayaan diri, dan motivasi siswa. Sementara gaya otoriter menekankan kedisiplinan namun membatasi kreativitas dan inisiatif. Tiga tema utama teridentifikasi: (1) Karakteristik Gaya Mengajar (2) Alasan Penerapan, serta (3) Dampak Terhadap Siswa. Temuan ini menjawab tujuan penelitian dengan menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan gaya mengajar mempengaruhi dinamika kelas dan motivasi siswa secara signifikan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi memberikan model praktik baik (best practice) yang dapat direplikasi oleh pendidk di Sekolah Dasar dengan kondisi serupa untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogic guru sesuai Kurukulum Merdeka. Kata kunci: Gaya Mengajar Demokratis, Gaya Mengajar Otoriter, Keterlibatan Siswa, Sekolah Dasar, Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

The scaffolding strategy represents a learning approach in which teachers act as guides and supporters to help students achieve their learning goals. The primary focus of this strategy is to provide appropriate and effective support so that students can learn more independently and achieve predetermined learning goals. The aim of this research is to illustrate how the scaffolding strategy is implemented in Pancasila education at SDN Sungai Miai 2 Banjarmasin, while also identifying the influences, supports, obstacles, and implications of its development. The research method used is a qualitative case study with data collection techniques consisting of semi-structured interviews and direct observation of the implementation of learning activities. The collected data were then analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of meaning that emerge from field findings. Research findings demonstrate that the use of scaffolding strategies in Pancasila education at the primary school level effectively helps students better understand Pancasila values. Through this strategy, students demonstrate higher levels of activity and engagement in learning, as well as improved skills in analyzing and evaluating information.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji strategi pengembangan berkelanjutan yang bertujuan meningkatkan profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar sebagai salah satu elemen penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan nasional. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada lima variabel utama, yaitu peningkatan kualifikasi akademik, pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan (PKB), sertifikasi guru, evaluasi dan penilaian, serta keterlibatan guru dalam pengembangan kurikulum. Penelitian ini juga menelaah bagaimana implementasi program berkelanjutan tersebut berdampak pada empat aspek profesionalisme guru, yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional (Agustina et al., 2021; Suriansyah, 2021). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan strategi pengembangan berkelanjutan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru, namun masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan waktu, fasilitas, dan dukungan kebijakan sekolah (Agusta et al., 2022). Artikel ini merekomendasikan pentingnya kebijakan reflektif dan sistem pengembangan berbasis kolaborasi antarguru untuk menjamin keberlanjutan profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a learning community, encompassing the stages of forming, storming, norming, and performing, and its impact on teacher professionalism, encompassing pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competencies. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design and triangulated data from interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that the implementation of a learning community improved teacher professionalism. Teachers were able to collaborate effectively, adapt to the ecological environment of wetlands, and demonstrate innovation in developing learning. Overall, the learning community was effective as a platform for enhancing teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Quality education is one of the keys to developing superior human resources. One of the key elements in the education system is the quality of teachers and the role of the principal. Effective supervision management proves to be one of the roles that influence the quality of learning and teacher professionalism. This study aims to explore the collaborative supervision management of the principal towards teacher professionalism at SDN SN Sungai Miai 5 Banjarmasin. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a case study design. Data were collected through technical triangulation, including interviews, observation, and documentation. The unit of analysis of the study is the supervision management process using a collaborative model towards teacher professionalism. The results show that the principal applies a collaborative supervision management model by involving teachers in every activity, building two-way communication, and encouraging deliberation in joint decision-making. Four themes were identified: (1) Supervisory Management (POAC), (2) Collaborative Model, (3) Impact, (4) Evaluation. This study concludes that collaborative supervision management is effective towards teacher professionalism and building a good school culture.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of inclusive education to provide equal opportunities for students with special needs (ABK) to learn alongside regular students. The purpose of this study is to examine in more depth the implementation of the inclusive education program through the adjustment of the Individual Learning Program (PPI) in inclusive elementary schools, and to examine how the collaboration between class teachers and GPK influences this process. This research method uses a qualitative case study design approach with data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain information about the case discussed in this study. This research was conducted at an elementary school that provides inclusive education in Banjarmasin City, namely SDN Kebun Bunga 1. Data analysis was carried out in three stages starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that PPI is implemented through adjustments to learning objectives, learning strategies, and development evaluations for students with special needs that have been adjusted to their needs. Collaboration between class teachers and GPK in developing the PPI is a factor in the successful implementation of inclusive education. Overall, the adjustment of PPI in the inclusive education program plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of inclusive education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan telah menghadirkan peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya pada proses penyusunan bahan ajar di sekolah dasar yang selama ini menyita banyak waktu guru. Studi ini menelaah pemanfaatan AI generatif untuk mengotomatiskan pembuatan materi pembelajaran, mulai dari penyusunan ide, penulisan konten, hingga desain visual yang siap digunakan. Melalui pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penggunaan AI mampu menghemat waktu kerja guru, memperkaya variasi materi, serta mendorong kreativitas dalam merancang pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas akhir bahan ajar tetap bergantung pada kemampuan guru dalam mengevaluasi, menyunting, dan menyesuaikan keluaran AI dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi bahwa AI bukan pengganti guru, melainkan mitra kerja yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pembelajaran bila digunakan dengan literasi digital yang memadai

Abstract

Kolaborasi guru dan orang tua mempunyai ikatan penting satu sama lain hal ini merupakan kunci sukses pendidikan inklusif. Orang tua secara aktif menerapkan jadwal rutin dan memodifikasi materi belajar, serta melaporkan secara teratur perkembangan anak ke guru, yang membantu guru dalam menyesuaikan strategi pembelajaran. Orang tua dan guru sangat berperan dalam pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus, terutama dalam kemampuan membaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak bimbingan orang tua terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di SDN Sungai Jingah 6. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, dalam penelitian ini, pengumpuln data dilakukan melalui wawancara observasi, dan analisis sokumen. Hasil penelitian menggunakan bahwa orang tua memiliki berbagai peran, seperti pendukung, pembela, dan penyedia informasi, pengajar dan diagnostisi sangat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa ABK. Kolaborasi orang tua dan guru yang erat serta penggunaan media pembelajaran adaptif menjadi kunci keberhasilan pendidikan inklusif ini. Bimbingan konsisten dari orang tua membantu anak dalam mengucapkan intonasi kalimat dengan jelas, menyuarakan huruf secara tepat, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri saat membaca. Kesimpulannya, keterlibatan aktif orang tua secara signifikan memengaruhi prestasi membaca siswa ABK dan memberikan dampak positif yang komprehensif terhadap literasi mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis untuk memperkuat peran kolaboratif dalam pendidikan inklusif serta merekomendasikan peningkatan kerja sama dan pelatihan bagi guru dan orang tua demi keberhasilan pembelajaran ABK.

Abstract

The quality of education in non-urban areas faces many challenges, such as limited resources and a shortage of competent instructors in their fields. However, student achievement in the Indonesian Madrasah Olympics (OMI) is an important focus in improving student competitiveness. This study aims to examine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the OMI intensive guidance program and its impact on student achievement at MI Miftahul Ulum Sumber Jaya, a consistently high-achieving non-urban madrasah. This exploratory case study uses qualitative methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and document studies in the form of test questions, participant cards, certificates, and championship trophies. The unit of analysis was the implementation of guidance at the madrasah. The results showed that strict selection, structured material reinforcement, increased student motivation, and active collaboration between teachers and parents were the main supporting factors. Obstacles such as limited guidance time and a lack of competent mentors could be overcome through flexible scheduling. This program had a positive impact on increasing student motivation, discipline, and academic achievement in the OMI competition. These findings emphasize the importance of differentiated learning and school-family cooperation in improving the quality of education in non-urban madrasahs. This study provides practical contributions to the development of effective Olympic guidance.
