Abstract

The focus of this study is to determine the effect of variable X1 financing problems and variable X2 operational efficiency on variable Y profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia within a predetermined time span, namely the 2013-2022 period. Quantitative research methods with associative approaches and documentation data collection techniques are used in this study. Secondary data sources come from all financial ratio reports of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia which are also the population and 40 financial reports in quarterly form from the 2013-2022 period as a sample. Eviews 12.0 was used to process data with the R2 test, T test, F test and the classical assumption test considered across multiple linear regression. According to the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis of the NPF and BOPO variables, it was found that Fcount was 808.5030 and Ftable was 3.252, which means Fcount > Ftable, so the results of this test indicated that both NPF and BOPO simultaneously had a significant effect on ROA. Through the t test the NPF variable has a tcount value of 2.379788 and a probability of 0.0226 when compared to ttable = 2.026, meaning that the value of tcount > ttable corresponds to the results of the t test. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The significance value of BOPO is 0.0000, which is less than 0.05, thus indicating the result that BOPO has a significant effect on ROA. thus giving an illustration that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to identify strategies for developing the dragon fruit farming business in Sei Sijenggi Village using SWOT analysis based on the mashlahah (Welfare) theory. This research was conducted qualitatively and data was collected through observation and interviews. SWOT analysis is used to analyze the collected data. The research found that internal factors consist of four strength factors and four weakness factors, while external factors consist of four opportunity factors and four threat factors. In the SWOT diagram, the combination of the IFAS value of 2.94 and the EFAS value of 2.86 shows that the strategy for developing the dragon fruit farming business in Sei Sijenggi Village is in quadrant 1 from the mashlahah side. This condition shows that it is still in a strategic position to continue to be developed because the strength score is more dominant than the weakness score (easy cultivation and low risk in accordance with the mashlahah principle) and the opportunity score is more dominant than the threat score (potential supporting natural resources). The S-O (Strength-Opportunity) strategy is the main strategy that can be used in this research. However, aggressive strategies were used to support this research.

Abstract

Zakat sebagai salah satu rukun Islam yang wajib ditunaikan oleh umat muslim. Al-Qur‟an dan sunnah selalu menggandengkan shalat dengan zakat. Ini menunjukkan betapa eratnya hubungan antara keduanya. Keislaman seseorang tidak akan sempurna kecuali dengan kedua hal tersebut. Zakat merupakan jembatan menuju Islam. Apabila seseorang memahami ajaran agama dalam hal ini mengenai zakat maka ia memahami kewajiban membayar zakat jika sudah sampai nisab dan haulnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 42 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan SofwareSPSS 21.0 Windows. Hasil dari penilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan pelaporan keuangan secara parsial memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi masyarakat untuk membayar zakat di BAZNAS Kota Dumai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Interest, Environment and Income on Demand for Brand Wakwok Products (Case Study of Students at Medan City State Campus). This study uses quantitative methods and associative approaches, data collection techniques using questionnaires and population and samples in this study were 67 students from 4 state campuses in Medan City, namely: USU, UNIMED, UINSU, and POLMED. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that Interest (X1) affects the Demand for Brand "WakWok" Products, Environment (X2) affects the Demand for Brand "WakWok" Products, Income (X3) affects the Demand for Brand "WakWok" Products, and Interest, Environment¸ and Income simultaneously affect the Demand for Brand "WakWok" Products. This can be seen that the variation in the variables of Interest, Environment, and Income is able to explain the variation in the Demand for Brand "WakWok" Products variable by 53.5%.

Abstract

Microsoft Word merupakan sebuah program dari paket instalasi Microsoft Office, yang berfungsi sebagai perangkat lunak pengolah kata meliputi membuat, mengedit, dan memformat dokumen berupa teks misalnya seperti kertas kerja, brosur, kartu nama, buku, jurnal, dan lain-lain. Tujuan diadakannya Pengenalan Metode Pembelajaran Menggunakan Microsoft Word ini yaitu untuk memberikan pendidikan dan tambahan keterampilan kepada para peserta pengabdian masyarakat yang masih minim pengetahuannya dalam mengenal Microsoft Word. Peserta yang dimaksud adalah merupakan siswa-siswi dari SMPN 5 Wanasalam, yang dimana peserta tersebut berusia antara 13 tahun sampai dengan 15 tahun. Dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini. Jika ada kesempatan dan waktu, maka Mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang ingin melanjutkan pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan melakukan pelatihan dengan waktu yang lebih panjang, di karena materi dasar yang harus dikuasai dari pembelajaran Microsoft Word ini sangat banyak, sehingga pembekalan materi tidak cukup diberikan hanya dalam satu kali pertemuan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether Padang Mahondang Village has implemented Government Accounting Standards in its Village Financial Accountability in accordance with PSAP No.01, to find out what procedures are made by Padang Mahondang Village in Presenting Village Financial Accountability Reports and What are the obstacles experienced by the village in the Implementation of Government Accounting Standards in Village Financial Accountability in accordance with PSAP No.01. The research methodology used is qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data obtained by direct interviews and secondary data obtained from related documents. The location of this research is in Padang Mahondang Village, Pulau Rakyat District, Asahan Regency. The results of this study can be concluded that the Application of Government Accounting Standards in Village Financial Accountability in this village has not been fully said to be good because there are still several financial reports that have not been made by the village government and the procedure for preparing village financial accountability reports is appropriate whereby making an Accountability Report Realization of APBDes Implementation, Village Regulations, Village-Owned Wealth Reports and Government and Regional Government Program Reports that enter the village.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine or find out the strength of the local economy and the strategies that encourage the development of Aek Sijorni's ecotourism potential. This research uses a qualitative approach method. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation. The informant in this research was Arif Firmansyah as Chair of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) of Aek Sijorni Tourism Village. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation and drawing qualitative descriptive conclusions. The research results stated that the Aek Sijorni Tourism Village had gone through planning management. The strength of the local economy in the Aek Sijorni Tourism Village, the community carries out economic activities by opening stalls, tourist rides, travel agencies and so on. A strategy that can encourage Aek Sijorni's ecotourism potential is to use a planning approach. The first is planning to develop facilities and infrastructure such as building access to tourist attractions, building new outbound rides, and other supporting facilities. The two human resource institutional plans for this program improve the quality of human resources. The program is held regularly in the form of Pokdarwis training. Third, with tourism marketing planning so that it is known to the wider community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence consumer decisions through online marketplace applications among students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, North Sumatra State Islamic University with a total of 5838 active students. The sampling technique used in this research was a simple random sampling technique with 98 respondents from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business who made purchases online. The method used in this research is an associative quantitative approach using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of the first research on free shipping show that it has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions. Both payment methods show that they do not significantly influence online purchasing decisions. All three consumer reviews show that they have a significant influence on online purchasing decisions. The four ease of use shows that it has a significant influence on online purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the results of this research influence online purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Islamic economic thought continues to play an important role in formulating solutions to global economic challenges. This article specifically explores the thinking of M. Umer Chapra, a prominent Islamic economic scholar, and analyzes its relevance in dealing with contemporary economic complexities. The discussion begins by providing a background on the importance of Islamic economic thought, followed by a research objective that details the actuality of M. Umer Chapra's thought in addressing current global economic problems. The article highlights the basic concepts of Islamic economics, especially the principles of wealth distribution and economic justice, focusing on Chapra's holistic approach. M. Umer Chapra's biography and his contributions to the development of Islamic economics are analyzed in depth to provide contextual understanding. Through comparison with other economic thought, both Western and traditional, the article explores the similarities and differences in economic views, providing a comprehensive picture of M. Umer Chapra's distinctive contributions. The implementation of Chapra's thoughts in economic practice is demonstrated through case studies, while challenges and opportunities in applying Islamic economic concepts are presented in detail.
