Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Kantor Pemasaran Syariah medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif, sumber data yang diperoleh berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: Implementasi akad mudharabah yaitu peserta menyertakan 100% modalnya kepada pengelola untuk dikelola berdasarkan prinsip syariah sehingga keuntungan dibagi bersama sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah disepakati, sedangkan kerugian ditanggung oleh pemilik modal saja, pengelola tidak menanggung kerugian material karena pengelola menanggung kerugian lain berupa tenaga dan waktu. Perhitungan bagi hasil (mudharabah) di PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Kantor Pemasaran Syariah Medan, dalam prakteknya sudah tersistem sehingga jika ada peserta yang bergabung, maka karyawan hanya memasukan data peserta ke komputer dan perhitungan dananya akan muncul secara otomatis. Berdasarkan polis Mitra Mabrur Plus, bagi hasil (mudharabah) yaitu 70:30 dimana 70% untuk peserta dan 30% untuk perusahaan.

Abstract

From the results of the analysis of this study it was found that the Hajj funds managed by the Ministry of Finance were combined with funds from debt financing sources which then entered into the state treasury which was allocated to debt financing in the budget financing section which functioned to cover short-term cash shortages where cash differences appeared when the available state treasury is unable to suffice for expenditures that cannot be postponed. The effectiveness of the management of the Hajj funds can be seen from the improvement in the quality of organizing the Hajj (lodging, catering and transportation) and the Cost of Organizing the Hajj (BPIH). With BPIH in 2018 of Rp. 31 million pilgrims have received the best facilities with 3 star accommodation, safe and secure transportation and timely catering, clean and healthy food is also delivered according to time and portion. This is proof that the management of haj funds at SDHI is effective because the results of these yields can cover half of the service needs and costs of Indonesian haj.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the potential for disputes in the problem of joint property in marriage. Normatively, both Article 85 KHI and 86 paragraph {1} KHI and Article 171 letter e KHI have the potential for turbulence of law which has implications for social turbulence which leads to legal uncertainty itself. This research is a literature study (library research) with the data analysis method used is content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the legal norms contained in Article 85 KHI and 86 paragraph {1} KHI, as well as Article 171 letter e KHI, basically require an agreement as a form of manifestation of separation, possession of marital assets and legal actions that can be performed each party over their respective assets without neglecting their respective obligations in marriage, so that with an agreement on marital assets, the clustering of assets controlled by each party both on innate assets, gifts, inheritance and assets acquired by each party during the marriage become a stressing point in minimizing the potential for disputes while at the same time providing legal certainty when disputes occur both during the divorce phase and the death phase of one of the parties

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the risk management of the Future Package (PMD) financing with a Murabaha contract at PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Rantau Prapat Branch Office. PMD is one of the financing products offered by Islamic banks, and a Murabahah contract is one of the financing mechanisms in the Islamic banking system. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with related parties at PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Rantau Prapat Branch Office and analysis of documents related to risk management. The results of the research show that PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Rantau Prapat Branch Office has implemented good risk management in PMD financing with a Murabahah contract. The identified risks, such as credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and market risk, have been properly managed through various policies and procedures that have been established. However, there are several challenges faced by banks in managing PMD financing risks with Murabaha contracts, such as market fluctuations and regulatory changes that affect the Islamic banking business. This research is expected to contribute to the development of PMD financing risk management with a Murabaha contract at PT. Bank BTPN Syariah and provide insights for other Islamic financial institutions in managing risk more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Whereas according to the Petitioners, the Elucidation of Article 6paragraph (1) letter a and Article 8 paragraph (1) of Law 35 of 2009 concerningNarcotics has resulted in the loss of the Petitioners' rights to obtain healthservices as stipulated in Article 28H paragraph (1) of the 1945 ConstitutionArticle 7 paragraph (1) Law Number 35 of 2009, Article 7 stipulates thatnarcotics can only be used for the benefit of health services and/or scientificdevelopment knowledge and technology. But in article 8 paragraph 1 of Lawnumber 35 of 2009.Regarding this research, it can be classified into the type of normativelegal research related to the Constitutional Court decision number 106/puu-xviii/2020. From the results of the research problem there are two main thingsthat can be concluded. First, there is a discrepancy or unconstitutionality becausethere is a difference in sound, so a review is needed. Because in Article 7 it isclear that for health it may be used by any group as long as it is still usedaccording to doctor's recommendations and according to Health Law number 36of 2009 concerning health.Second, the Constitutional Court should not at all close the loophole onthe use of Narcotics Category I, which not only cannabis can be used for thebenefit of health services. The Constitutional Court realizes that for the use ofNarcotics Category I for the benefit of health services it must be supported by thereadiness of facilities and infrastructure as well as supporting scientific evidence,so that the Government needs to start by conducting comprehensive studies andresearch.Key Words : Decision, Constitutional Court, Narcotics, Medical.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in financial performance among Bank Panin Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank BTPN Syariah, and Bank Bukopin Syariah by using fundamental analysis of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price to Earning Ratio (PER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The research approach is quantitative. Data analysis techniques Normality Test, Homogeneity of Variance Test, Analysis of Variance Test (ANOVA), and Post Hoc Test. The results showed that the calculated F value of earnings per share was 2.437 while the f table value was 2.87, this means that f count f count (7.128) > f table (2.87) so it can be concluded that H0 is accepted which means there is no difference in Earnings Per Share among Bank Panin Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank BTPN Syariah, and Bank Bukopin Syariah. The calculated F value of the Price to Earning Ratio is 8,935 while the f table value is 2.87, this means that f count (34,720) > f table (2.87) so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, which means that there is a difference in Earnings Per Share among Bank Panin Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank BTPN Syariah, and Bank Bukopin Syariah. The calculated F value of Return on Equity is 3.150 while the value of f table is 2.87, this means that f count (3.150) > f table (2.87) so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected which means that there is a difference in Return on Equity among Bank Panin Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank BTPN Syariah, and Bank Bukopin Syariah. The F calculated Debt to Equity Ratio value is 3,330 while the f table value is 2.87, this means that f count (14,602) > f table (2.87) so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected which means there is a difference in Debt-to-Equity Ratio among Bank Panin Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank BTPN Syariah and Bank Bukopin Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the main priority strategy for the development of a Green Economy-based tourism village in Denai Lama Village, Deli Serdang, is by presenting the internal and external conditions that have been carried out so far. Then in addition, the researcher also explained some of the handling urgency that needs to be implemented so that the development of Green Economy-based tourist villages can be more focused. The method used is a qualitative method using SWOT analysis and QSPM. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 5 respondents from SMEs in the market and 5 respondents from experts. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the strategy quadrants obtained after being processed in the IFE and EFE matrices are in Quadrant I. This indicates that the strategy used is a progressive strategy. This strategy means that tourism villages have strengths and opportunities. Furthermore, in the QSPM analysis, the results show that the main priority strategy that must be carried out is to make the entertainment of native Indonesian art a characteristic of your market so that it attracts the attention of local and foreign tourists.

Abstract

Nobita Hill, a tourist site in Padang City, is undergoing development as a tourist destination that offers a bird's-eye view of Padang City. Unfortunately, the hilly topography with steep slopes increases the risk of landslides in this area. In order to address the problem, the community service team from the Physics Department of Andalas University has carried out a six-month community service program from July to December 2022. It focused on disaster awareness education and used a qualitative approach. This activity aims to socialize disaster mitigation efforts, especially those related to landslides and earthquakes, considering that Padang City is also prone to earthquakes. The results of this activity showed an increase in the knowledge of the local community after the socialization, but repeated activities are needed to achieve optimal results. This ongoing activity is essential to ensure continuous improvement in the community's understanding of disaster mitigation and to support efforts to make Bukit Nobita a disaster-resilient area. Thus, this activity makes a positive contribution to shaping a safe, sustainable, and disaster-resilient tourism environment.

Abstract

The background of this research is that tax collection is less than optimal by government agencies and the low revenue from parking fees is still low, even though parking fees are a potential tax sector if the government continues to maximize its collection. This is what causes a decrease in revenue because revenue targets are not realized properly. The aim of this research is to find out the condition of local tax financial performance as measured using the value for money method through economic ratios, efficiency ratios, and effectiveness ratios. The research was conducted at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. And using a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation, and the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results in this study indicate that the measurement of the Economic Ratio is in the Less Economical criteria by obtaining an average value of 72.62%, this shows that the Medan City BPPRD cannot carry out cost management in an economical way. The measurement of the Efficiency Ratio is in the Very Efficient criteria with an average of 9.16% obtained, these results show that the financial performance of the Medan City BPPRD is very efficient. The measurement of the Effectiveness Ratio is in the Very Effective criteria by obtaining an average value of 110.33%. This shows that the Medan City BPPRD has succeeded in managing its performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the internal control system for merchandise inventory in the company and the internal control system for merchandise inventory using COSO as well as the obstacles faced in the internal control system for merchandise inventory. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data sources for this research are primary data and secondary data. The research results obtained from this research are: firstly, the internal control system for merchandise inventory at the Oriens Jaya Medan Motor Vehicle Spare Parts Distributor is implemented based on established procedures, secondly, the internal control system for merchandise inventory uses COSO from 5 (five) components which have 17 ( seventeen) the principles contained in all of these principles have been answered but there are some that do not yet exist in the company including code of ethics and ethical standards, officially written organizational structure, does not have an audit committee, does not have CCTV, does not set strict sanctions , and there was no bar code scanning device, and the third problem faced was human error which resulted in inventory differences and delays in sending goods by expeditions, damage to goods due to expeditions and customers (shops) taking a long time to send returned goods.
