Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio ( CAR ) , Net Interest Margin ( NIM ) , Loan to Deposit Ratio ( LDR ) , Non Performing Loan ( NPL ) , Operating Expenses and Operating Income ( ROA ) and Asset Quality ( KAP ) Changes to income , the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study took 61 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2011 as the sample. The independent variables in this study are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM) , Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) , Non Performing Loan (NPL) , Operating Expenses and Operating Income (OEOI/BOPO) and Asset Quality (AQ/KAP), and the dependent variable is Income Changes (IC/ROA). The Technique Applied in taking sample is purposive sampling .The data analysis applied is multiple linear regression based on OLS (Ordinary Least Squerst). Theresults of the study indicates that CAR variable has effect on the profit change with significance value at 0.011. NIMvariable has no effect on profit changes with significance value aat 0.306 , LDRvariablehas no significant effect on profit changes at 0.895, NPLvariable has positif effectbut, it is not significant on profit changes at 0.188, OEOI/BOPOBOPO variable has negatif effect but it is significant on profit changes at 0,044 and AQ/KAPvariable hassignificanteffect at 0,009.Key words: CAR, NIM, LDR, NPL, OEOI/BOPO, AQ/KAP and Profit change.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide understanding and assist in the management of halal assurance certification to SMEs. The method of this activity is observation, interviews, and documenting selected SME data. Mentoring activities are carried out face-to-face. The results of observations and interviews with 3 food and beverage SMEs resulted in several conclusions, namely: the halal certification program is known by all SMEs, but most are not interested in taking care of certification for reasons such as: 1) still prioritizing time to sell rather than participating in socialization about halal assurance; 2) the management of halal certification isstill considered complicated and confusing; 3) does not have the funds to administer the certification; 4) because they don't want to take care of the halal guarantee of their products. Judging from the understanding/cognitive aspect, SMEs feel that halal certification is very important, it means that understanding and knowledge of good halal certification is not enough to increase the interest of SMEs in obtaining halal assurance certification. Therefore, the service team will assist in the management of halal assurance certification by first the requirements for its management, including kitchens that must meet hygiene requirements according to halal certification or kitchen floors that are in accordance with the requirements, SMEs assisted are Getuk Goreng “Tela Asli”, Cireng “Trijaya” and Kecombrang syrup “Honje Laka Syrup” Beverage. Assistance is carried out in 2 stages, namely: (1) training of halal driving cadres, and (2) handling halal certification documents. It is hoped that this halal certification service activity can provide added value so that it can increase sales of MSME products.

Abstract

Contamination of certain microorganisms in pharmaceutical products can potentially reduce or even inactivate therapeutic activity and harm patient health. Pharmacopoeia monograph determine the microbiological quality in medicinal products. One of them is P. aeruginosa parameters which should not be present in pharmaceutical preparations. Pharmacopoeia states that microbial detection methods must be able to detect microorganisms, including P.aeruginosa not more than 100 colonies, but the actual detection limit has never been set quantitatively and many variables can affect the microorganism recovery. This study aims to determine the range of Limit of Detection (LOD) values and the sensitivity of the P. aeruginosa method on pharmaceutical products. Detection method of P. aeruginosa refers to the specific microbial test of the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia VI (2020) is culture media methods. Experiments used eight pharmaceutical products representing five dosage forms contaminated with P. aeruginosa ATCC 9027 with three levels of concentration. The results determined LOD range and sensitivity of P. aeruginosa detection method in pharmaceutical products, and analyzed descriptively. This study shows that pharmacopeia method of P. aeruginosa testing can detect P. aeruginosa in various drug preparation matrices with a detection limit of 1-10 colonies and a sensitivity of 100%. Results of this study can be used as reference for LOD value in the verification of the P. aeruginosa detection in medicinal product.

Abstract

Abstract Drug planning is an activity process in selecting the type, quantity and price of pharmaceutical supplies according to the needs and budget. An effective planning process is to ensure the availability of drugs so as to avoid drug shortages and excesses. This study aims to determine and evaluate infusion planning at Hospital 'x'. There are 23 items of infusion type at Hospital 'x' in 2020. This research is a non-experimental study using a retrospective method. This research was conducted at the Hospital 'x' Mojokerto. Methods of data collection This study used primary data derived from interviews with the head of the pharmacy installation, as well as secondary data derived from drug planning data and infusion stock-taking reports at Hospital 'x'. Furthermore, the research results are compared with standard indicators. The results showed that the planning indicator was the percentage of the number of drug items that were held as planned (57%), the planning indicator was the percentage of the budget (97%). The planning for the realization budget has been efficient but is still not fullyeffective and needs to be improved, especially the drug planning process

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, pemasaran digital  dan perkembang teknologi informasi terutama media internet yang saat ini menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi pengguna menjadikan pelaku usaha yang melek internet dapat semakin mengembangkan bisnis. Namun, masih banyak pelaku usaha yang belum mengenal internet sebagai pemanfaatan pemasaran dalam pembuatan digital sehingga mereka kalah bersaing dengan yang lain. Saat ini banyak pelaku usaha yang beralih dari offline ke online. Ada banyak cara untuk beralih ke online salah satunya adalah membuat e-commerce untuk menaikkan tingkat penjualannya. Hal inilah yang kemudian menjadi latar belakang pelatihan pembuatan e-commerce kepada mitra catering gaby. Catering Gaby menjalankan bisnis yang bergerak dibidang makanan atau kuliner tersebut menawarkan jasa pada setiap acara-acara dalam jumlah besar, Keterbatasan pelanggan yang mewajibkan konfirmasi tentang jadwal acara pestanya menjadi salah satu hambatan dalam meningkatkan hasil omset e-commerce. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk membuat e-commerce dalam pembuatan pemnafaatan media sosial dalam mmeperkenalkan catering di pedesaan, yang dapat digunakan untuk memasarkan dan meningkatkan penjualan secara online. E-commerce dibangun menggunakan platform media pemaaran digital yang sering digunakan untuk membuat e-commerce secara gratis. Hasil dari pengabdian ini  berupa pemanfaatan media digital untuk meniakkan penjualan yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pemesanan  berdasarkan tema acara

Abstract

Learning with the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) model is a holistic learning process. The aim is to help students understand teaching material and relate it to everyday life, both in personal and social and cultural contexts. So they are knowledgeable, have dynamic and flexible skills. To actively construct your own understanding of the subject matter. Students can learn well if teaching materials related to knowledge and learning activities are known and are around the students. Based on the results of these observations, it is very necessary to implement CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Jurisprudence in order to know the extent of success in student learning outcomes in the subject of Jurisprudence. It is hoped that the results of this development will be useful for testing the effectiveness of implementing CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) in improving student learning outcomes. Based on these initial observations, the author is encouraged to research and study further about the implementation of CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) in improving student learning outcomes. in Fiqh subjects at MIN 2 Surabaya City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of the human resources information system in implementing employee recruitment which is implemented at the Bebek Songkem Pak Salim food stall so that it can reduce the occurrence of irregularities and improve employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive-qualitative research. The focus of this research is the human resources information system in employee recruitment. In this research, procedures for collecting, interviewing, storing, maintaining, processing and grouping data required by an organization. The results of this research show that to keep up with the development of information systems that are useful for the progress of food stalls, quality human resources are needed taking into account knowledge, skills and abilities. Advances in information technology cannot run well without being supported by reliable quality human resources. Bebek Songkem Pak Salim's food stall operates in the culinary sector. If another food stall asks for new workers from Bebek Songkem Pak Salim's food stall, a procedure will be created to determine the workforce that meets the standards of the requested food stall. Applicants or prospective employees take part in the selection carried out by Pak Salim's Bebek Songkem food stall in accordance with the flowchart applied by the food stall, especially external food stalls. Human resource capabilities with information technology can create food stalls that can compete with other food stalls, so that in practice food stalls will look for quality workers.

Abstract

Tesis ini adalah hasil penelitian pustaka tentang Metode Pembelajaran Prespektif Al-Qur’an Dan Relevansinya Dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekarang yang sasarannya adalah 4 ayat Al Qur’an tentang metode pembelajaran menurut Ibnu Katsir dan M. Quraish Shihab. Tujuan dari penelitian di sini disebabkan karena akhir-akhir ini banyak sekali metode dan pendekatan yang terus bermunculan dan diterapkan dalam pendidikan diberbagai bidang mata pelajaran, tetapi dari beberapa metode tersebut tidak ditemukan atau kurang sesuai dengan metode pembelajaran atau suatu istilah yang berasal dari Al-Qur’an. Karena bagaimanapun konsep PAI yang digunakan untuk membentuk, membangun, dan mengkader generasi penerus umat islam merupakan hasil muatan ayat al-Qur’an dan teks hadis. Metode pembahasan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dan komparatif. Adapun teknik pengolahannya yakni: data collection (mengumpulkan data), procces choice (proses pemilihan), data foccusion (pemusatan perhatian) dalam data reduction (yakni metode menyederhanakan data-data yang masih bersifat umum), data display (proses untuk menjawab rumusan) dan terakhir conclusion (menarik kesimpulan). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahawa metode pembelajaran menurut Al-Qur’an dalam QS. Al-Nahl: 125, QS. Lukman: 12-19, Al-Kahfi: 177 dan QS. AL-Baqoroh:189 yaitu mencakup metode ceramah, diskusi, kisah atau cerita, suri taladan, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Adapun relevansinya dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekarang, yaitu: Hikmah, yaitu dialog dengan menggunakan kata-kata yang benar, bijak, lembut, sopan, memudahkan, disertai dengan dalil-dalil yang kuat (ilmiah dan logis). Mau’izhah, yaitu nasehat-nasehat yang lemah lembut lagi benar, ajakan pada suatu hal yang positif atau memberi pelajaran dan peringatan dengan dalil-dalil (argumentasi) yang dapat diterima oleh akal. Jidal, yaitu berdebat atau membantah dengan peserta didik yang tidak menerima pendapat atau ajakan dengan cara-cara yang terbaik, yang tidak emosional, tidak ada unsur celaan, ejekan, sindiran dan kesombongan. Demonstrasi, dapat menjadikan perhatian siswa lebih mudah dipusatkan pada proses belajar dan tidak tertuju pada hal-hal lain, dan dapat mengurangi kesalahan dalam mengambil kesimpulan. Tanya jawab, memang dapat menjadi sebuah metode yang menarik dalam pembelajaran, karena peserta didik akan menjadi aktif dengan memberikan pertanyaan atau memberikan jawaban tentang apa yang mereka ketahui.

Abstract

Hampir separuh dari jumlah rakyat Indonesia bekerja di sektor pertanian. Namun, perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat menyebabkan perubahan drastis bagi kehidupan saat ini, tak terkecuali pada sektor pertanian. Hal ini menyebabkan tertinggalnya industri pertanian Indonesia dalam bidang teknologi. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan sebuah platform yang dapat menjadi jalur pemahaman akan teknologi dalam bidang pertanian yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat luas. MinaTani merupakan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi di bidang pertanian secara online. Fitur yang terdapat pada aplikasi meliputi kelas online, toko online, program mentorship, dan masih banyak lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan Design Thinking. Metode Design Thinking merupakan sebuah metode desain produk perangkat lunak berbasis inovasi yang bertumpu pada pencarian solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tertentu. Setelah menemukan dan memahami permasalahan yang didapat melaui proses Identify the problem, Describe Solution, Empathize to User, Appeal to Business, Lock in Agreement (IDEAL) dan Prototype serta Test. Sehingga Aplikasi MinaTani mampu menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat saat ini.
