Abstract

This study aims to explain leadership path goal theory. Literature study is used as a method in research. The data is taken, collected, and analyzed from books and scientific journals that have similar topics, then made into writings and conclusions. The results of the study show that using path goal leadership can increase employee motivation. The results applied with the application of the path goal leadership style can increase employee motivation. Path-goal theory recognizes four leadership behaviors for increasing subordinate motivation. The four path-goal leadership styles that serve to provide structure and reward to subordinates are directive, supportive, participatory, and achievement-oriented.

Abstract

Posyandu is a basic health activity organized by, by and for the community assisted by health workers in a Puskesmas work area. The aim of this research was to determine the determinants of mothers' participation in bringing toddlers to posyandu in the Sakti Community Health Center Working Area, Sakti District, Pidie Regency. The research design uses a mixed method with an explanatory approach. Quantitative designs use cross sectional, qualitative designs use a narrative approach. The population in this study was 459 mothers who had toddlers aged 12-59 months in the Sakti Community Health Center Working Area, Sakti District, Pidie Regency, with a quantitative sample of 82 mothers, for the qualitative sample 3 mothers who had toddlers, 1 midwife, 1 religious figure/ or ustad. Quantitative data analysis uses univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis, qualitative analysis uses familiarization analysis, Identifying athematic framework, indexing, charting, imapping and interpretation. The results of this study show that there is an influence on the variables of the role of health workers (p=0.025), religion (p=0.000), infrastructure (p=0.000), culture (p=0.002), AEFI (p=0.004). Multivariate research results show that there is an influence of religion (p=0.002), culture (0.011), AEFI (0.005). The results of mixed method research show that the most influential factor is religion. The conclusion of this research is that there is no determining influence on the role of health workers, infrastructure, and there is an influence of religion, culture, KIPI on the participation of mothers in bringing toddlers to posyandu in the Sakti Community Health Center Working Area, Sakti District, Pidie Regency. It is recommended to the sub-district head of Pidie sub-district to send an outstanding midwife to school in each village in order to meet the needs of midwives who live in the village..

Abstract

This community service project aimed to support the development of the "Kerupuk Santoso" MSME in Karangkembang Village, Lamongan Regency, East Java, through training in business management and digital marketing. While this MSME has significant growth potential, it faces various challenges, including limitations in marketing and management. Through a series of training sessions and mentoring, the MSME operators successfully improved their skills in management and digital technology utilization to expand their market reach. The results of this project show a significant increase in operational efficiency and product competitiveness in a broader market. The support from the local community and the active involvement of KKN students played a crucial role in the success of this program. This initiative is expected to have a long-term positive impact on the local economy and the well-being of the community.

Abstract

The Holy Qur'an Arabic Text with English Translation and Commentary is one of the English translations and exegesis born in the 20th century. This 30-juz translation and tafsir became the first translation and interpretation in English by the founding Muslim scholar of Ahmadiyya Lahore, Maulana Muhammad Ali. The translation and interpretation of The Holy Qur'an is also the main work that references the Ahmadiyya mission in translating and interpreting the Qur'an into various languages, such as Malay, Javanese, and German. As is well known, that the product of tafsir is the result of man's understanding of the Qur'an. There are several things that cannot be separated from interpretation, including the tendency of mufasir, socio-cultural conditions faced by mufasir, the context in which interpretation appears, the background of interpretation, and so on. This has implications for differences in interpretation in terms of patterns, methods and approaches. To know this, epistemological studies are needed. Departing from the explanation above, the author applies the theory of epistemology to dissect the Holy Qur'an by Maulana Muhammad Ali in three aspects, namely the source, nature, and validity of interpretation. Abstract

Several universities in Indonesia usually provide rental housing facilities for their students to accommodate their temporary housing needs during the study period, which is usually in the form of dormitories or flats. Rental housing is one of the needs that students need while studying at a college or university, especially for students who come from outside the area where the college is located. However, because the number of students is not comparable to the rental housing capacity provided by the campus, students have to look for alternative housing in the area around the campus. Therefore, many private sectors have emerged in areas around campus that provide various types of housing for students. This research aims to analyze the typology of student housing around the PGRI Yogayakarta University campus. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with direct observation to collect, analyze and conclude the necessary data and information related to the typology of student housing around the PGRI Yogyakarta University area.

Abstract

This research examines the assertive behavior of some of the foster children at the Aisyiyah Putri Pasar Bawah Orphanage who tend to show a less assertive attitude as seen in the way they communicate with other people, difficulty in choosing the right language to refuse invitations, difficulty in controlling emotions, difficulty in express your feelings and thoughts. The aim of this research was to improve the assertive behavior of orphanage children and their ability to communicate well. This research uses a quantitative experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest experimental research design. The population in this study was all children from orphanages. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely admitted children who had a less assertive attitude. The research subjects were children from orphanages who had less assertive behavior which was obtained from the results of observations and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon rank test. The research instrument uses an assertive behavior questionnaire. The results of this research were seen from the pretest and posttest with an increase in each child after carrying out group guidance. The results of the research show a value of 0.012 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that group guidance has proven effective in increasing the assertive behavior of children at the lower market Aisyiyah girls' orphanage.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mendeskripsikan kekerasan yang dialami oleh tokoh Sri Werdani untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap kekerasan perempuan dalam cerpen Aku dan Gadis Bernama Sri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik membaca dan menyimak. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kutipan kalimat yang menggambarkan kekerasan emosional, kekerasan seksual, kekerasan fisik. Berdasarkan  penelitian ini ditemukan bentuk  tindakan kekerasan psikis terhadap tokoh perempuan yaitu yang bernama Sri Werdani. Kekerasan yang dialami tokoh perempuan adalah kekerasan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. kekerasan tersebut dilakukan oleh tokoh laki laki yang bernama kapten Nakamura. Kekerasan yang dialami oleh tokoh perempuan terjadi karena unsur patriarki, baik dari laki-laki pribumi maupun laki – laki asing.

Abstract

Kehamilan dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum menurut word Healt Organization (WHO) mencapai 12,5% dari seluruh jumlah kematian didunia sedangkan angka kejadian Hyperemesis di Indonesia adalah 1-3% dari seleruh kehamilan. Sekitar 50% sampai 90% ibu hamil mengalami mual dan muntah diantaranya 10% mengalami mual pada pagi hari, 80% mengalami keluhan persisten sepanjang hari. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum tingkat I menggunakan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan dengan 7 langkah varney. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan setelah melakukan penelitian dari pemeriksaan kunjungan pertama mengalami mual muntah, pusing dan tidak nafsu makan sampai dilakukan asuhan kebidanan selama 8 hari kondisi Ny. V dalam keadaan baik. Setelah melakukan asuhan kebidanan dengan memberikan diet yang dianjurkan telah dilaksanakan dan mengurangi rasa mual muntah yang berlebihan. Diharapkan kepada penyedia layanan asuhan kebidanan yang sedang menjalankan praktik untuk selalu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelayanan kebidanan yang sudah ada, khususnya terhadap pelayanan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum Grade I.

Abstract

Robutsta coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world is consumed by many people. The main compound in coffee beans is caffeine. This compound affects the central nervous system, muscles, and kidneys. Caffeine cluster has kromoform, so it can be read using its absorbance of UV-Vis spectrophotometry. This research aims to know the level of caffeine in coffee beans with variation of roasting time duration. The determination of the levels of caffeine by using quantitative analysis, by way of determination of wavelength maximum, operating time, raw curve, and the determination of the levels of caffeine on the sample with variations of roasting time. Determination of the wavelength, the parent solution taken 10 ml, 50 ml measuring flask put in added HCI 0,1 N up to the mark with a boundary. The next assigment that is the determination of the levels of caffeine in samples. Each sample taken as many 3 ml filtrate into a 50 ml measuring flask, then added HCI 0,1 N up to the mark with a boundary. The result obtained in this research is the maximum wavelength obtained 274,0 nm. The sample content of raw robusta coffee beans is an average of 1,77% and robusta coffee bean content with variations of roasted time of 10 minutes is an average of 1,62 %, roasted time of 15 minutes is an average of 1,31 %, and roaster time of 21 minutes is an average of 1,10 %. The duration of the roasting test indicates that is a significant difference in caffeine content.

Abstract

Management of office facilities and infrastructure is very important because it can affect employee performance at work, both in working time and comfort in doing work. With adequate office facilities and infrastructure, employee performance will increase so that they can work better and achieve optimal work results. Penraujan Private Middle School in Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, which is one of the junior high schools in Sunggal Kanan, has adequate office facilities. Research on "Optimizing the Management of Office Facilities and Infrastructure in Middle Schools, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency" is the aim of this research. This type of research is a field study using qualitative methods. The research results show that the management of facilities and infrastructure is a complex process that includes planning, organizing and monitoring by an organization. Implementing the management of office facilities and infrastructure (sarpras) is a process that involves various steps, from planning to supervision. Some obstacles in managing office facilities and infrastructure are excessive pressure on facilities and a lack of understanding of what needs to be done.
