Abstract

 Preschool children are children aged between 3-6 year. Number child Sick with various problem disease the more increase so that the need for child care in hospital. Problems that occur in children when hospitalized and experiencing the stress of hospitalization. The role of parents can prevent impact hospitalization on child. Study This aiming For to know the relationship between the role of parents and the stress of hospitalization of children after preschool in room Fatima House Sick Darul Consistency Kendal.  Design study use Descriptive Correlational, taking sample use Total Sampling. The sample in this study was 36 children, the research instrument was questionnaire and using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) questionnaire, data using the Spearman Correlation Test.  The results of the statistical analysis test using The Spearman test shows a p value of 0.047, this value is smaller than 0.05, which means Ha accepted means there is the relationship between inpatient stress levels and the role person old age in preschool children at Darul Istiqomah Hospital, Kendal.  From these results, it can be suggested that it can be useful as a source of information. for the community and input from nurses in providing outreach to parents and support full on child Which perform maintenance hospitalization

Abstract

Low Birth Weight (LBW) infants are at high risk for various health complications, including growth delays. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Mozart music therapy and the kangaroo method in increasing the weight of LBW infants over 30 days. The findings reveal that Mozart music therapy resulted in a weight gain of 550 grams, while the kangaroo method achieved a gain of 510 grams. These results align with previous studies showing that Mozart music therapy enhances appetite and sleep patterns in infants by regulating neurophysiological responses and reducing cortisol levels. Meanwhile, the kangaroo method improves thermal stability and promotes weight gain through direct skin-to-skin contact between mother and baby, which also increases oxytocin production. International studies confirm the effectiveness of both methods in supporting LBW infants' growth. The combination of music therapy and the kangaroo method has been found to yield even better outcomes, with up to 20% higher weight gain compared to using either method alone. However, the implementation of these methods depends on resource availability and cultural context. This study concludes that both Mozart music therapy and the kangaroo method effectively enhance the weight of LBW infants. Combining these approaches is recommended as an optimal strategy for supporting infant growth, particularly in healthcare settings equipped with adequate technology and trained personnel.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Keberlanjutan bisnis jangka panjang sangat bergantung pada strategi pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dan berbasis akuntansi manajemen. Akuntansi manajemen berperan dalam menyediakan informasi keuangan yang akurat dan relevan bagi manajemen untuk mengambil keputusan strategi. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan akuntansi manajemen dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan guna mendukung keinginan bisnis. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi akuntansi manajemen, seperti perencanaan anggaran, pengendalian biaya, dan analisis kinerja keuangan, memiliki dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan stabilitas dan pertumbuhan bisnis. Kesimpulan : Dengan menerapkan sistem akuntansi manajemen yang tepat, perusahaan dapat mengidentifikasi risiko keuangan, mengoptimalkan alokasi sumber daya, dan meningkatkan profitabilitas jangka panjang. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan keuangan berbasis akuntansi manajemen menjadi faktor kunci dalam menciptakan daya saing serta mendorong keinginan bisnis di era ekonomi dinamis dan kompetitif.

Abstract

In the context of understanding the religion and culture of the Sasak community, there are no provisions that clearly regulate the age of marriage. So cases of child marriage become difficult to stop. Despite the presence of the Child Marriage Law as a very important legal instrument in protecting children's rights and preventing child marriage. This research is field research using qualitative methods through a phenomenological approach. This approach is used in an effort to describe field facts based on the phenomenologist's experience without intervention from the researcher. So this method does not focus on statistical measurements or calculations, but rather emphasizes a deep understanding of the characteristics and context of the phenomena studied using qualitative data. The results of the research show that: In the view of religious communities there are no clear provisions regarding the age requirements for marriage. However, the measurements used to determine whether it is permissible or not still give rise to various interpretations. Meanwhile, in the cultural context of the Sasak community, the existence of Merariq culture is the main support that there are also no provisions regarding the age that is considered valid for carrying out this tradition. It only refers to the readiness and agreement of both parties, even in some cases Merariq is also carried out even without the woman's consent. So laws regarding marriage age are often violated because society is still guided by religious understanding and cultural practices.

Abstract

Introduction:Tonsillectomy is the most common procedure performed to treat tonsillitis. One of the clinical manifestations of this procedure is pain which occurs mediator released during surgery stimulates pain nerve endings, so pain management is necessary. Objectives: The aims of this study to analyzed cold compresses to reduce pain intensity in post-tonsillectomy patients Methods: This research design was used a pre experiment with a one group pre test post test design approach, that conducted for months. July -August 2024, involving 17 post-operative patients in Room H2 RSPAL dr. Ramelan Surabaya, using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Friedman Test. Results: The results showed that in the first 3 hours after tonsillectomy, the intensity of pain which was in range of 5-7 (median 6) decreased to 3-5 (median 3) after being given cold compress therapy for 10-15 minutes, with a p-value of 0.001 which indicated that this decrease is statistically significant. 3 hours after first intervention, pain intensity decreased again to 1-4 (median 3) after being given cold compress therapy, with a p-value (0.001). Conclusions: This indicates that cold compresses are effective in reducing pain consistently at different times after surgery. The use of cold compresses as a non-pharmacological pain management method may be considered as part of the post-operative care protocol

Abstract

Soft skills training is a program designed to improve and develop soft skills such as interpersonal, leadership, communication, collaboration, adaptability, creativity, and other non-technical skills. This study aims to make a positive contribution in improving communication skills within the scope of SMEs, communities and students. This community service research aims to identify the optimization of one of the BCTI unit programs, namely Raising the Level of Speech which is given to MSMEs, Communities and Students. By using a qualitative descriptive method, because the research focus is to describe and provide an overview of the information on the object being studied. The research that has been done has shown that the Speech Level Raise training program is running effectively. Because participants who took part in the training experienced increased speaking skills and felt helped and useful for their needs. This program is also aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4, namely Quality Education which ensures inclusive and equitable quality education and promotes lifelong learning opportunities for all.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana program Privat Baca dan Iqra' dilaksanakan, serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan literasi dan kemampuan iqra' siswa yang dibimbing oleh siswa/I UMRI di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa siswa yang mengikuti program dengan disiplin dan konsisten cenderung menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca dan mengaji, sementara beberapa siswa lainnya masih menghadapi kesulitan meskipun telah mendapatkan pendampingan secara berulang-ulang, akan tetapi hasil yang dicapai dari program ini cukup beragam, tergantung pada tingkat kelas dan kemampuan daya tangkap dari masing-masing siswa. Meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya, manfaat yang diperoleh dari program ini cukup berarti dan memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca, baik dalam membaca teks umum ataupun Al-Qur'an. Dengan adanya dukungan yang terus-menerus dari sekolah, mahasiswa pendamping dan orang tua, program ini memiliki potensi besar untuk terus berkembang dan meningkatkan kualitas literasi siswa

Abstract

Background: The pain experienced by Nucleus Pulposus Herniation (NPH) patients can have an impact on productivity and may lead to disability. Therefore, non-pharmacological therapies can serve as alternatives in reducing pain levels for Grade I and Grade II NPH patients. Purpose: To compare the difference in effectiveness between Infrared-Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (IR-TENS) combination and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) therapies in reducing pain among NPH patients. Method: This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a two group before and after intervention conducted at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Unit of Royal Prima Hospital in Medan. A total of 20 NPH patients were provided with interventions, consisting of a combination of IR and TENS therapies for 10 patients, and PNF therapy for the other 10 patients, administered eight times for one month. Pain measurement was conducted using a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) questionnaire before and after the interventions. The statistical analysis employed an Independent Sample T test, with a significance level (α) set at 0.05. Result: There was a reduction in moderate and severe pain scales in both groups, and no subjects were experiencing severe pain anymore. However, the reduction in moderate pain scale was higher in the group receiving the combination of infrared and TENS therapies (80%) compared to the PNF therapy (70%). The Independent T test showed that there was no significant difference between the effectiveness of the combination of IR-TENS therapies and PNF therapy on pain in NPH patients (p-value = 0.075). Conclusion: Both groups of patients experienced a reduction in pain scale after the interventions, although there was no significant difference in the outcome between the two treatment groups. This implies that both therapies are equally effective in suppressing pain in NPH patients.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the behavior of teachers and students at AL-Jaohar IT Middle School, focusing on evaluating their performance in the context of school organization. Through a qualitative approach, the study found that individual and group behaviors have a significant impact on organizational dynamics in these schools. Factors such as motivation, heredity, environment, and education play an important role in shaping their behavior. AL-Jaohar IT Middle School, an educational institution with a relatively young Islamic boarding school system approach, shows the vital role of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) in shaping students' leadership attitudes and developing their potential. However, infrastructure constraints such as inadequate facilities are a challenge in optimizing OSIS performance. Teachers' behavior is also influenced by personal, work, structural and work experience characteristics. Principal leadership with a participatory, democratic, militaristic and charismatic approach plays an important role in directing teacher and student performance towards achieving organizational goals. Collaborative strategies in task assignment, motivation, and support for professional development have also proven effective in increasing teacher work participation. The conclusions of this study confirm that a deep understanding of the factors that influence individual behavior in an educational context is essential. Recommendations were presented to improve the quality of school facilities as well as to expand the principal's consultation network with school committees, foundations and academic elements to further the performance of educational organizations.

Abstract

Digitaslisasi pada zaman ini merupakan senjata paling utama dalam penyebarluasan informasi. Ketika masyarakat mengenal suatu hal erat kaitannya dengan icon sebagai identitas terhadap satu hal tersebut. Kita melihat Desa Panglungan mempunyai potensi wisata yang cukup baik untuk menjadi objek wisata yang akan disenangi masyarakat. Selain itu, kita juga menyayangkan atas pengelolaan yang kurang baik dalam aspek wisata. Adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengelolaan objek-objek wisata yang ada di desa Panglungan serta mendigitalisasi supaya dapat tersebar luas di banyak masyarakat dan mengetahui objek wisata apa saja yang ada di desa Panglungan, Kecamatan Wonosalam, Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur. Namun, sebuah wisata yang baik adalah ketika elemen-elemen yang ada masyarakat saling terkait sehingga kita juga akan mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk saling berkaitan dalam rangka memajukan wisata yang dimiliki desa Panglungan.
